We had the 4x Sushi 2.0 and the Shrimp Popcorn Bowl. The sushi tasted good, so everything was really OK, and the flavor combinations were also delicious. But when it comes to sushi, I like to keep it simple 😃 It was more of a deconstructed bowl, reminiscent of sushi. If I interpret it as such, I thought it was really good. But I wouldn't recommend it as "sushi food" because you can't really taste the actual maki anymore due to all the toppings. As I said, the overall taste was still really delicious, but not like sushi, more like a bowl. The Shrimp Popcorn Bowl was delicious. I prefer the bowls at Ahoi, though, because they contain more different ingredients and therefore have several different textures and flavors. What I found unfortunate is that the place was almost empty; there were only two other people there besides us. So the staff really didn't have much to do. But it was still a bit dirty at times. There was dried sauce stuck to the Sriracha bottles, the tables weren't completely clean, etc. I always think, "If you don't have anything to do, you can at least clean." Maybe it's also because the store was supposed to close two weeks after our visit, and by then a "I don't care" attitude might have set in, but I still thought it was a bit of a shame. Even though the principle is a chain restaurant, I don't want to have a McDonald's feeling when I go to a Henssler store. Not to end on a negative note: It was really delicious, the lunch menu is great, there were new flavor combinations, and it was an experience. I would definitely come back, just not to Bremen, where both branches are currently closing.

Since Happig on Borgfeld was already closed, and we'd always enjoyed the food there, we thought we'd eat here one last time before this branch also closes. However, the quality has drastically declined. The food was poorly prepared, and the plates, which had previously been top-notch, were now truly unrecognizable. The shrimp placed on the Sushi 2.0 were completely burnt, and the usual foam was missing. Sorry. This isn't going to work anymore. I thought the food was very good. Instead of creating a McDonald's 2.0, Henssler should offer the same dishes (in their original composition) with service and service. The restaurant would be able to accommodate it. It's not worth closing it completely. However, the food should be prepared by trained staff, not temporary workers without German language skills.

My husband and I went to Happig in Bremen Borgfeld several times. We always found the food delicious and it was also visually appealing. After Happi in Borgfeld closed, we went to this restaurant. Unfortunately, I can only give Happi in Überseestadt three stars. On Saturday evening, there was only one employee there, so it took longer for our order to be ready. It wasn't particularly tasty. We ordered three sushi 2.0s: Freaky, Funky Salmon, and BBQ Tuna. We usually love the "Funky" with crab meat, but here the crab meat was really dried out (on the left in the picture). The decline in quality probably has something to do with the restaurant's impending closure. We can't recommend it.

Stylish location directly on the Weser River, great interior for lunch, too uncomfortable in the evening, incredibly expensive for miserable quality - literally - this is where the Henssler is grilled - BROKEN - the restaurant will close soon

Cool location, delicious and obviously freshly prepared food, very friendly staff; all in all, a definite recommendation. Since I prefer a more classic sushi style, I had a bowl, and it was really good. With a beer and a small tip, however, the bill quickly reaches almost €25, which I would consider rather upscale. In retrospect, I'm not entirely sure what I tipped for, since you serve yourself here. Given the shortage of skilled workers, we'll probably have to get used to the fact that the ordering and payment process takes place on touchscreens in the entrance area, like at McDonald's.

It has a bit of a cafeteria feel. The food, however, is fantastic.

Sushi with a fast food Asian fusion experience. The sushi was good, and they have some cool ideas with the toppings. I'd like to go back and try a different variety.

War sehr besonderes Sushi und sehr lecker. Allerdings gibt es keinen Service. Es ist genau wie bei MCDonalds.

Absolutes TOP Essen aber leider oft unpünktliche Lieferung, trotz freundlicher Fahrer. Verspätungen von 30 Minuten und mehr leider eher üblich als die Ausnahme. Für einen - teuren - Lieferdienst ist das ungünstig.

Habe hier Gestern essen zum abholen bestellt was sogar eher fertig war, der Geschmack sucht wirklich seines gleiches und preis/Leistung völlig im Rahmen

Ich hab beim ersten Mal 4 Sorten Sushi 2.0 bestellt. Es war alles sehr köstlich. Besonders haben mir die Tuna BBQ und die Chicken Teriyaki Rolls geschmeckt. Beim zweiten und dritten Mal habe ich die Chicken Karaage Bowl bestellt. Die ist wirklich außergewöhnlich köstlich… der Coleslaw hatte die perfekte Konsistenz! Das Essen war auch immer sehr schnell bei mir. Gerne wieder

Wer mal was anderes und super leckeres Essen will, muss hier mal gegessen haben.

Cooles Ambiente, futuristisch, alles über Touch screen und bequem Ala McDonald's am Counter mut Karte zahlen. Sehr frisch und lecker. Sushi und Bowl mit Crispy chicken und teriyaki sauce bestellt.

Das beste Sushi, das ich je gegessen habe! 2 Punkte Abzug für den Service, weil es den eigentlich gar nicht gibt, was aber auch vollkommen in Ordnung ist, denn so ist das Konzept der Kette! Ich war in Borgfeld und in der Überseestadt, der Unterschied ist hauptsächlich die Größe der Läden. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Speisen waren lecker. Den Service kann mann ja nicht bewerten da es ja keinen gibt. Wir mussten etwa 50min auf Essen warten, aber ja! Könnte mann machen....es ist sehr unpersönlich wer es mag.

Essen war ok, aber für ca 16€ (Radler + Essen) ziemlich teuer. Das Essen ist von der Menge vergleichbar wie 2-3 dieser Teller bei einem All you can eat band. Also recht wenig, das hat man im nu weg geatmet. Der Service war ok, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Kein Tisch Service für die Preisklasse. Das Ambiente ist wirklich cool, so würde ich mir ein Club in Tokio vorstellen.

Wir haben hier zum ersten mal gegessen und waren positiv überrascht wenn man die Rezisionen hier sieht. Uns hat es gefallen und sehr geschmeckt die Preise sind sehr human. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und man hat uns den Bestellprozess erklärt. Hier ist kein klassisches Reststaurant wer das erwartet liegt hier falsch, aber hier bekommt man das was auf der karte steht. Das Ambiente ist sehr modern und unterscheidet entlich mal von diesem altbackenem Restaurantstil. Ein Restaurant was in der Moderne angekommen ist. Wir kommen wieder, danke!

Das Konzept mag ich sehr, leckere Sushi und asiatische Suppen. Da Bremen aber immer noch sehr konservativ sei, würde nicht jeder das Konzept nachvollziehen können.

Ein schönes liebevolles eingerichtet Restaurant, natürlich im japanischen Stil. Es ist zwar etwas teurer, aber wenn man Sushi mag, ist es ein leckeres Erlebnis. Im Vergleich zu anderen Sushi-Restaurants in Bremen.

Unsere Gerichte haben gut geschmeckt und waren optisch hübsch angerichtet. Leider wusste man nicht welches Gericht auf welchem Teller war. Wir haben zwei direkt vertauscht. Das Essen kann nur über Terminals bestellt werden. Bezahlung nur per Karte. Eigentlich wie bei MC Donalds. Kein Service... Klassisches Schnellrestaurant.

Ganz tolle Gerichte. Das Sushi ist wirklich sehr lecker. Es gibt auch vegetarische und vegane Varianten. Sushi zwischen 9 - 13 Euro. Bowl ist etwas teurer. Ab 16 Euro. Aber wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Allerdings sind die Getränke mit 3,50 Euro etwas teuer...

Das Update zu Sushi 2.0 besteht anscheinend aus viel Soße. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Dafür aber entschieden zu teuer. Wir haben über 50€ für zwei Personen bezahlt, haben über 30 Minuten gewartet in einem leeren Restaurant in McDonald's Atmosphäre, und waren nicht wirklich satt.

Mega lecker 🤤 mega schön serviert/angerichtet, was anderes als das übliche Sushi und für den Preis Top! Cooles Ambiente, coole Musikauswahl und sehr freundliche Bedienung 👍

Sushi like McDonald’s. Ich fand das Ambiente überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Ziemlich teuer, meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.

Würde jedem empfehlen unbedingt vor Ort zu essen. Das Ambiente ist großartig. Die Portionen wirken unglaublich klein aber machen wirklich satt. Sushi Mal anders

Essen ist gut. Irgendwie anders aber genau das ist ja gewollt. Die einen nennen es next level Sushi aber für mich ist es einfach nur anders (nicht besser aber auch nicht schlechter). Aufmachung ok. Der Bestellvorgang erinnert mich zu 98% an eine amerikanische Kette für Fastfood. Wir haben es einmal ausprobiert und das sollte reichen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen essen möchte muss zudem getrennt essen, da das Essen definitiv nicht zusammen kommt (aber auch das mag ja modern sein). Zu guter letzt wird jener enttäuscht, der Wasabi und Ingwer möchte….gibt es hier einfach nicht….

Erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen dem self-service. Aber ansich alles top und sehr lecker

Endlich mal ein Ort in Arsten, an dem man guten Kaffee trinken kann. :) Nettes Ambiente, Platz gibt es auch immer und die Atmosphäre ist freundlich - was will man mehr.
