The price doesn't match the quality, in my opinion. I had fried rice with unbreaded chicken for about sixteen euros. The portion was large, but that was the only positive thing I could say about it. The dish had hardly any flavor, the rice was dry, and I was left with an unpleasant, oily aftertaste that I've never experienced before. I'm deliberately giving a harsh review because there are many Asian restaurants in the immediate vicinity that offer significantly better food for the same price. Compared to those, the price-to-quality ratio here is simply off. And that's despite choosing one of the cheaper main courses. The service was okay, even though I was overlooked a few times in the crowded restaurant. But that's not a deal-breaker for me. The place looks modern and clean, but more sterile than cozy. Of course, that's subjective, just like this entire review. In the end, neither my meal nor my colleague's was convincing. Despite the price, the food is rather mediocre.

I am a foodie and have tried many bowls of Pho in Europe and America over the last eight years abroad. The Pho at HaNoi Deli at Bremen Hbf was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The broth, which should be rich and aromatic, tasted flat and lacked depth, almost as if it had been watered down. The beef portion was small, and the herbs didn’t seem fresh enough to brighten the dish. Even the noodles were overcooked, making the overall experience unbalanced and unsatisfying. It wasn’t worth the $15.50 on my bill and it is worse than a noodles bowl at home. Pho is normally comforting and flavorful, but this bowl fell short in every way. I hope the kitchen reviews its preparation so future bowls can deliver the quality Pho deserves. Also, I ordered Trà chanh đá (tea+lemon+ice), but I don't taste any tea in my drink. It only tastes like water with lemon and ice with soda. I will return to try other dishes, but not the Pho here anymore. Hopefully the food is better next time; otherwise, I won’t be back.

The pho was authentic, delicious, and felt like a healthy meal. The price was perfectly reasonable, and the proximity to the trade fair and train station was ideal for us. Of course, the area around the train station isn't the best (lots of drug addicts, and you feel a bit unsafe in the evening...), but the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, and we were happy not to have to walk far into town for dinner. So, it's great if you're looking for a good meal after a long day. It's also worth mentioning that we didn't have to wait long for our food!

BEWARE the credit card scam. All was fine until check came and the credit card machine didn't accept any of my 4 perfectly good credit cards and they wanted cash. This old scam to avoid fees is pathetic and ruined a nice dinner.

I had a very bad experience, just like Masoud. The waitress, a young woman with black hair, was rude and annoyed. The food was disappointing, and it was far too hot in the restaurant—almost unbearable in the summer. I certainly won't be coming back.

The employee with the red hair was rude. We initially wanted to sit at the table by the window, but she refused and later seated other guests there. When we tried to order, she said she didn't take orders and that her colleague was responsible for that—however, she took orders herself for other customers. I discovered the HANOI deli in Bremen about two years ago at a birthday party – and I've enjoyed going there ever since. I'm particularly fond of the sushi, which not only tastes amazing but is also a real visual highlight: It's served with dry ice, which creates a light smoky ambiance – a real wow factor that makes the experience truly special. The atmosphere in the restaurant is modern, cozy, and stylish at the same time, making you feel immediately at home – whether it's for a special occasion or simply for a relaxed evening. The HANOI deli always manages to deliver a blend of excellent food, friendly service, and a unique presentation. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Bremen – highly recommended!

A beautiful restaurant! The staff are always kind and friendly. The food is always delicious and hot. The price-performance ratio is excellent. It's really affordable for sushi. They serve the sushi like art; it's breathtaking. They even accommodate special requests at no cost (for example, extra sushi mayo because it's so delicious). I've been there four times with my boyfriend, and we've never been disappointed.

My absolute favorite place to eat sushi!! I've been there several times and always leave feeling overjoyed. The service is absolutely top-notch, and you can easily walk in without a reservation. The prices are totally reasonable for the large portions you get! The only downside is the location, as it's right next to the main train station...but it's still a truly fantastic restaurant with great food and super friendly staff!

Warning: Don't go! A disappointing experience – Never again! I was full of anticipation when I entered this restaurant, but what I experienced was simply a huge disappointment. Every single dish we ordered was a disaster in terms of taste. The "MY XAO VN" was completely bland – no trace of the authentic Vietnamese flavors you'd expect. It tasted of nothing, as if it had simply been boiled in water and served without any seasoning. The baked chicken – which seems to appear everywhere on the menu – was dry, tough, and completely overseasoned. Instead of crispy skin and juicy meat, you got a piece of meat that was more like cardboard. An insult. The fried rice was lumpy, greasy, and simply tasteless. No fresh vegetables, no spices, just bland. Even the extra sauces couldn't save the disaster – on the contrary, they tasted artificial and overseasoned. At €120, I definitely expect more quality, taste, and care. This experience was a complete disappointment, and I can only advise against visiting this restaurant. Never again!

Hello, I ordered Tom Yum - it's not Tom Yum at all, it's like chicken broth. The guy ordered beef - it's like it was cooked at home, not in a cafe. In the end, we paid 40€. Very unhappy.

Es war ein Donnerstababend, und es war einfach nur brechend voll. Wir wurden nach oben geschickt, an einen großen Tisch. Aufgrund der vielen Menschen wurden viele - auch wir - nochmal wieder umgesetzt. Es dauerte ca. 20 Mnuten, bis wir eine Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Die Getränke kamen relativ schnell, aber auf mein Essen habe ich über eine ganze Stunde (!) gewartet. Meine Freunding hatte ihr Essen bereits die ganze Zeit vor sich stehen, es war einfach sehr unangenehm. Ich habe diverse Male nachgefragt und wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Der Geräuschpegel war leider so hoch, dass wir uns kaum unterhalten konnten. Und als mein Essen dann endlich kam, war es einfach nur langweilig. Es hieß "feines Rindfleisch mit Gemüse", aber es waren kleine Fleischbällchen ohne jeden Geschmack. Das Gemüse bestand hauptsächlich aus großen Stücken von roter Zwiebel und einigen viel zu großen Paprikastücken. Sehr langweilig leider. Hierher werden wir ganz sicher nicht noch einmal kommen. Sehr unschöne Erfahrung leider.

"Lovely ambiance and delicious Vietnamese food in the heart of Bremen" This was our first time at Hanoi Deli and we were very satisfied overall. The ambiance is really nice – stylishly decorated yet relaxed. However, it was quite noisy in places, which made conversation at the table a bit difficult. The food was delicious and well-balanced in flavor, even if the portions were a bit small. The price was absolutely fair – we paid around €41 for two main courses. A particularly positive aspect: the coriander was served separately and not mixed directly into the dish – perfect for those who prefer to measure the herb. The location right next to the main train station is great, even though parking is only available for a fee. Public transport connections are excellent. The entrance is accessible via a small ramp, but it quickly gets tight for wheelchair users – it's best to reserve a table in the entrance area beforehand. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the restrooms. Conclusion: If you like Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place for you. We give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Food my liver very good and pleasant setting, but an unfortunate big downside during the service. A completely stupid waitress, she didn't understand any German or English, should I speak Chinese? And I'm not talking about when she pretended not to understand or not even when we ordered a drink!

I particularly like to order rice with chicken, gyoza or ramen - everything is always top quality. My absolute highlight, however, is the mango soup! The location is also ideal: close to the main train station and very easily accessible.

We were in the restaurant with a small group for a birthday. The ambience is nice, but the benches and chairs could be a little more comfortable and a little more distance between the tables would also be nice. Since it was a Saturday evening, it was very busy and the service staff was very busy. We ordered two warm dishes and two large sushi menus, with the warm dishes being brought well before the sushi. This could have been timed a little better. However, the food itself was really delicious! The sushi was also absolutely convincing.

Here is your restaurant review in German: On Saturday evening we spontaneously went to the restaurant without a reservation and luckily got a seat. Unfortunately, the summer rolls had a somewhat tough consistency, probably because the rice paper had stood for too long after soaking. The main course, salmon barbecue, had a rather sour sauce but was not spicy. We particularly liked the Sushi Deli Set – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, you felt like you should eat quickly and leave. We were sitting right next to the door and it was kind of strange to sit comfortably there

The Pho soup and noodles were very tasty. The Vietnamese coffee with milk is also highly recommended. Tastes as original as in Vietnam and the staff are very friendly and quick. Thanks.

When we arrived, the service staff was already snippy, arrogant and unmotivated. The sound makes the music, so we left without eating anything.

We wanted to go out for a delicious meal and unfortunately we had such an unfriendly lady at the reception that we changed our minds! That's not how you treat guests. I hope that the staff gets proper training on how to deal with guests. It's a real shame, we were really looking forward to it.

We ordered sushi but were very disappointed. For €50 we only got three small sushi rolls that were thinly sliced ​​and presented in a completely careless way. The decor of the sushi seemed cheap and unattractive - they definitely could have done better. The sushi was disappointing, it didn't taste as good as previous ones The portions were tiny and disproportionate to the exorbitant price. Furthermore, the prices on the bill did not match those in the menu. This is an absolute no-go. Caution is advised here – the price-performance ratio and presentation leave a lot to be desired.

I’m writing this review from the restaurant (06/01/2025 - 6 PM). My dish arrived completely flavorless (I only ate the shrimps). I politely tried to explain the issue to the waitress, hoping for a simple solution like adjusting the seasoning or adding some sauce. Instead, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help. To make matters worse, the manager is not here or available, and the waitress went as far as offending and arguing with me in an offensive and unprofessional manner. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I ate here on two evenings as part of a multi-day stay in Bremen. The food (starter and main course) was very tasty, seemed fresh and came quite quickly. It took a while on both evenings for the waitress to take our order. This was certainly due to the fact that the store was really very busy. The ambience is actually quite nice, but it is relatively loud due to the many occupied tables (we were upstairs). On our first visit, we sat pretty close to a speaker that was playing K-Pop constantly. Regardless of the fact that this isn't my preferred style of music, it was definitely too loud for me. On the second evening at a different location, the music was significantly less present. Because of the delicious food (at fair prices in my opinion) I would eat there again on my next stay in Bremen.

LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE On the other side of the main train station in Bremen but you dont have the Hbf feeling when being there. Very nice atmosphere regarding the location. SERVICE Pleasant, polite, all great. PRICE I would say good prices regarding the location and food quality. A nice deal. FOOD There is a huge variety, I do recommend soups, dishes with noodles, rice. Do not expect magic and wonders from chicken but for the price, it does the job. Mango sauce is glorious! OVERALL A decent place to eat if you are in a rush and don’t want to go to the train station. Of course there are much better places in Bremen to eat but for this one in the Hbf close radius, a good choice.

I'm speechless - in a negative sense. This sushi was an absolute disaster and the worst thing I have ever been served. It looks like someone threw yesterday's leftovers onto a plate. The presentation is careless, chaotic and anything but appetizing. The rolls are misshapen, the fillings are oozing out, and the sauce was just slapped all over the plate. The fish is anything but fresh - the salmon tasted old and had an unappetizing consistency. The rice was mushy and way too sour. The vegetables were limp and carelessly cut. Simply horrible! The sushi was almost inedible. It tasted like cheap ingredients had been randomly thrown together. The combination of fish and sauces resulted in a strange, unpleasant aftertaste. It looks like this sushi was made by someone making sushi for the first time - and without any interest or skill. It's a shame to even serve something like that. This sushi has nothing to do with taste, quality or art. I might as well have thrown my money away. If this dish was intended to be an attempt to trash sushi, then it succeeded perfectly. Never again!

The food was very good. There is a wide selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. Which were also very good. The service was a bit slow, and I also think it's no longer appropriate to only allow EC payments over €20 or credit card payments over €25 and to make a distinction at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. The salmon in the sushi was of poor quality and tasted spoiled. When I contacted the restaurant by phone, all I was told was "sorry" and then hung up on. No alternative was offered or attempted to resolve the issue. Since then I haven't been able to reach anyone. Very poor customer service and unwillingness to fix the problem. I definitely won't order here again.
