Sushi 8288 Bistro in Leipzig

We like to get sushi here and are always completely satisfied.

Me and my mother went here for lunch, I ordered Toridon chicken with rice and curry sauce, my mother had a poke bowl. Ordering was quick and easy, and preparing the dishes was also very quick; we paid just under 20 euros for both. We took our food to a bench on the Karl Heine Canal, when we got there we noticed that there were no napkins, we didn't ask for them, so it wasn't particularly bad, but unusual. Now to the food itself: My mother's bowl was without any sauces or anything like that and therefore very dry, reinforced by vegetables that weren't entirely fresh. My chicken was pre-prepared like you can probably get at a big box store. It gave me the impression of leftover waste stuck together with gelatin from the production of other chicken products. This pre-made product was baked "white" in a liquid, unseasoned breading, there was no hint of crunch, the sauce tasted of nothing except spiciness and had a poor ratio of vegetables to sauce, the best thing about the dish was my rice. Unfortunately, for some reason, most of the sauce wasn't in my food container but in our cardboard bag, which of course leaked at some point and the sauce ended up on my pants. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy our meals so we went home to cook something ourselves, so we spent 20 euros for nothing. Finally, I can say that I don't understand why they sell dishes that the customer could have cooked better at home. So it's better not to order such dishes from this shop but stick to sushi. Judging by the reviews, this is a lot better

I love this shop, best price-performance ratio, super tasty and fresh sushi and very friendly owners. We've been eating here regularly since it opened almost two years ago and have never been disappointed! :)

Very tasty sushi at an absolutely fair price

I had ordered the food for 7.30 p.m. and it hasn't been delivered yet (8.45 p.m.)!!! No call/email that the delivery was delayed. That doesn't work at all. It can't be due to traffic on Sunday.

The food is very tasty, we have been there several times and have never been disappointed! The service is also very courteous and friendly. The ambience isn't the nicest, but in my opinion you can overlook that given the good food. We'd love to come back!

The sushi and the food in general are so delicious and always freshly prepared! Not to mention the friendly operators who always try to serve everything on time and always act politely and with a smile on their faces. :-) Support your local small businesses! Always a pleasure.

Delicious sushi good price supi dupi

We ordered for 5 people and specified a preferred time. The food came on time and was super friendly, there was even a cola included. It was well prepared and really plentiful. Particularly good - lots of ginger and wasabi! Otherwise it's always not enough. But you can't beat this delivery service. I rarely write reviews - but here I can only give a clear recommendation and thank you!

Food very tasty. Everything is freshly prepared. Ambiance is mediocre, unfortunately it seems very run down and partly untidy and a bit "remorseful". Service is friendly, if not particularly attentive. There's nothing wrong with the food. Except that one or two things were forgotten. Price-performance is top.

Here you can get very good sushi and other delicious food at a very reasonable price! The service is very friendly, the menu has a large selection and the food came very quickly. We ate two miso soups as a starter and as a main course a sushi platter with 34 sushi for two people, plus water for each. This cost us a total of €29.50 (not including tip). We have been there several times and would love to come back!

I have ordered from sushi 8288 several times. Very tasty sushi (lots of fish and a pleasant amount of rice) which I rarely find. I've also been able to impress my work colleagues because we often order lunch. It was a pleasure! Keep it up!!

Sehr schmackhafte und preiswerte Japanische Küche. Es dauert etwas,aber auf frisch zubereitet Küche ist das normal.Freundliches Personal. Einen Lieben Gruß aus der Küche gab es auch.

Wo gibt es das beste Sushi? - definitiv bei Sushi 8288 Bistro! Lange gesucht und endlich gefunden. Vielfältige, FRISCHE, leckere (!) und kreative Kombinationen lassen das Gourmet-Herz höher schlagen. Das ist wahre Handarbeit! Bisher haben wir nur zur Abholung bestellt. Jedes Mal wurde uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln das Essen in die Hand gegeben. Und jedes Mal waren gratis Krabbenchips oder kleine Schokotafeln beigelegt. Liebevoll und aufmerksam. Das Sushi ein Traum und der Preis mehr als fair. Dazu eine Miso-Suppe. Ich habe schon viele Miso-Suppen in meinem Leben gegessen aber diese ist mit Abstand die beste! Butterweicher Seidentofu trifft Umami… Nächstes Mal essen wir vor Ort. Ich freue mich schon riesig drauf! :) Bitte macht weiter so! Ich bin unendlich dankbar für dieses tolle Geschäft! ♥️ Leider kann ich kein Bild anfügen… aber das Sushi sieht jedes Mal so kunstvoll toll aus!

Wir haben bei einem Kurzurlaub in Leipzig über Maps ein Sushi Restaurant mit guten Bewertungen gesucht und sind bei diesem Sushi Bistro fündig geworden. Super freundlich und sehr lecker. Auf Sonderwünsche für unsere Kids wurde auch eingegangen. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

One of the best sushi joints in Leipzig. Amazing rice, seriously. So good. It's one of the best you can get. There are Maki that actually look decent. Nigiri with nice, thick pieces of fish. Well-prepared Tamago (although without fish sauce, which does add flavor, but at least vegetarians can eat it). None of that stupid super sweet sauce that kills every other taste. The "not so good" part is that you have to wait a while. And some of the combinations are simply bad, like the inside-out with canned tuna (why?!?). Still, if you stick with the basics, the taste is amazing. It's my third time ordering from there and I'm still very happy.

Das Sushi ist genauso wie bei der Lieferung absolut frisch und lecker! Wer keine Zeit zum vorbeikommen hat, sollte sich einfach ein Couple Menü bestellen und man bekommt alles um 2 Personen satt und glücklich zu machen 😄

Sehr vielseitige Karte - von gebratenen Udon-Nudeln, Pokebowl, Ramen, Pho bis natürlich auch Sushi - alles sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet! Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist hier sehr gut. Auch empfehlenswert ist es, im Lokal direkt zu essen. Der Essbereich ist edel und zugleich liebevoll eingerichtet - habe dazu ein Foto beigefügt. Ich komme gern wieder!
