Super tasty, varied food (my favorite is the tuna croissant), if you know in advance that it's about trying out small but high-quality portions. The shop is very nice and you can tell that there is a lot of love and concept here (from the cutlery compartment in the table to the open kitchen). The staff was very friendly and gave us wonderful advice and service. The next time we are in Hanover, we will definitely come back and hopefully have enough time to try the dessert. Recommendation!

The three of us were at Supperclub34 last night and we were really impressed. As a group, we've been trying out a different restaurant in and around Hanover every month for 1 1/2 years now and we all agree that last night topped everything we've tried so far. The atmosphere is really chic and modern but still cozy. The background music is appropriate and not too loud. We chose the 5-course surprise menu with wine accompaniment and almost all three of us were thrilled throughout. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented, each dish was well thought out. Only one person in the group didn't really like the cotton candy dessert, but that was absolutely fine. Yesterday she ate cotton candy for the first time and then realized that it wasn't her thing, otherwise she could have pointed it out at the beginning and there would have been a different dessert. Allergies/intolerances/tastes are easily taken into account in the menu. The wine pairing was also fantastic. Each wine was explained and went perfectly with the respective dish. A great opportunity to discover new things. We particularly liked the orange wine! The cocktails were also really great. At the end there was a small tasting glass of the Crystal Colada - we liked it so much that we ordered a large glass straight away. The cocktail was simply great in terms of craftsmanship and taste. Afterwards we tried the lychee lemon, which was also very tasty and well mixed. At the very end we were allowed to try a glass of homemade limoncello - even though none of us are limoncello fans, we were picked up straight away and were totally thrilled! The service is super friendly and attentive, we felt really comfortable the whole evening. You can tell that everyone who works there is passionate about it. I have one single comment: It would have been great to have had a hint right at the beginning that the cutlery was in the drawers in the table. I think the concept is great, we were just a little confused at first and would have liked to have had knives for the very tasty bread right from the start. But that's a small thing and doesn't detract from the whole experience. Overall we were super satisfied and had a very nice evening! We will definitely recommend Supperclub34!

The experience at the Superclub was excellent. The large selection of dishes whets the appetite to try the entire menu. The menu with several courses left nothing to be desired. The friendly service was always helpful without being intrusive. The opportunity to sit at the bar and watch the food being prepared is a great change. The price for what is on offer is definitely justified and I will happily come back

For my 50th birthday I wanted to surprise my family with a special meal. After a long period of research, I ended up at Supperclub 34 in Hanover. The surprise was a great success. The chefs delighted us with a 5-course menu. The staff is also great, which is not a given these days. The dishes were worth every penny. Thank you

I was here today for the second week in a row. The staff is super nice, answers all your questions... the chef is great, recognizes you and adapts your menu according to your wishes and preferences. If I'm in Hanover again, I'd love to come by again. Absolute recommendation for anyone who is a fan of fine dining and crossover cuisine.

Discovered by chance and really recommended! The concept is really something new and convincing. The quality and taste of the food is really good. The service is convincing and the ambience is really great. The portion size is similar to “tapas”, so a single dish here won’t fill you up. But that is exactly the concept. Priced at the upper limit. In summary, the restaurant is definitely worth recommending.

Supperclub34 is my absolute favorite in Hanover. 5 stars in all areas. Even with the prices, which I see as justified - especially in comparison. From the reception to the farewell, everything is courteous. The food is so special. Nothing repeats itself or tastes similar. Every course is new, filling and, compared to similar restaurants, more varied, higher quality and simply better thought out. You can feel that there is passion, skill and style in it. I like sitting at the counter. This means I come into contact with the chefs every now and then and I can watch the food as it is being created. The drinks menu is aptly chosen. I always spend such a lovely, fun, long and full evening there. Absolute recommendation. 👌🏼

We were really excited! One of the few restaurants that still offers surprise menus - perfect for those who, like us, can't decide which delicacy they want to order from the menu. With such great food, an open kitchen where you can watch everything with excitement and very excellent service, we will definitely come back.

Rude service – disappointing visit Unfortunately, our first visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. We were there with a group of girlfriends and only wanted to drink cocktails, which seemed to be a huge problem for the staff. We were rudely asked several times if we really didn't want to eat, and the waitress appeared stunned by our decision. When we asked for a cocktail recommendation that was visually appealing and tasted good, we were simply told that we had to know what we wanted to drink. When I then tried to ask the employee a question about a cocktail, we were rudely told not to interrupt him and let him finish. It's a real shame that the service was so unfriendly and unaccommodating. We had the impression that guests are not valued here. Unfortunately all we have to say is: The first time here – and definitely the last time.

The food was really good. We had the 9 course surprise menu. Concept is really good. We weren't asked if we would sit at the counter. The first few courses went easily and then came to a halt, so we had to ask why the gaps between the courses were so long. They apologized and pointed out the lack of staff/understaffing. Without us asking, full points would have been given. A nice couple was seated next to us at a separate table. We were well entertained.

The service and staff are simply worth 5 stars. The food is super tasty and freshly prepared. My special thanks go to the chef and his team. I'm used to being very limited due to my intolerances, but here they took care of it and made the greatest effort. That's why even I was able to enjoy this great meal. A recommendation for everyone!

We would have loved to try the restaurant; Unfortunately that didn't happen. We wanted to briefly reconfirm our existing online reservation and asked to reserve a so-called niche table. It was immediately said that we would be placed where there was space that evening. If this didn't suit us, it would be advisable to cancel the booking again (instructions from the boss...original tone!) Ok...then I really hope that even after the booming Christmas business, the cash register still rings properly so that you can continue to tolerate this kind of behavior. Too bad!

We had dinner at Suppercub on Friday evening, it was really a special experience. We really liked the atmosphere, but the service was also extremely friendly and attentive. Big plus! The food was beautifully prepared and very well seasoned, small portions as advertised. The crowning glory was the popcorn dessert with cracklings etc. We would love to come back!!!

We reserved a table for 6 people a long time ago to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. We got countless memories and were there 10 minutes before the reservation time. When we were shown 6 seats next to each other at the bar, I said we had reserved a table, but I was told they didn't have a table. We then celebrated somewhere else and the restaurateur was very happy to have us. I've never experienced anything like this, the audacity to even offer something like this. Who wants to party and only talk to their immediate neighbor? Apparently this restaurant is doing too well but we won't go there again.

Modern eingerichtetes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service. Eine überschaubare Karte, die aber eine sehr gute Auswahl bietet. Wir hatten Austern als Vorspeise, Lamm bzw. Steak als Hauptgang und Cheese Cake und Zuckerwatte als Nachtisch. Für eine 5 Sterne Bewertung hat uns folgendes gestört: Die Austern waren von außen nicht gewaschen. Das führt dazu dass man beim Rausschlürfen direkt aus der Auster Muschelstücke im Mund hat. Die Austern wurden zur Hälfte als „bloody mary“ serviert, was die Tabasco Variante darstellt und zur Hälfte waren sie Natur. Zitrone wurde nicht mit serviert und musste separat angefragt werden. Daraufhin wurden uns dünne Zitronenscheibchen gebracht. Die ganze Austern „Experience“ haben wir in vergleichbaren Restaurants schon erheblich besser erlebt. Das Steak war sehr stark gesalzen. Hier wäre es besser etwas weniger zu salzen und es dem Kunden zu überlassen das Steak noch mehr zu salzen. Der Tisch war sehr klein. Für eine Person ist der Tisch ausreichend, aber sobald zwei Leute daran sitzen ist das ganze sehr beengt. Für ein Restaurant was sich im oberen Preissegment befindet wäre es schön ausreichend Platz zu habt. Trotz der Kritikpunkte würden wir aber jederzeit wieder kommen und würden das Restaurant auch durchaus empfehlen.

Another real insider tip in Hanover. I went to eat here by chance and was really impressed. The food is really great and the service is very accommodating. I really like the principle of the open kitchen. The dishes were all well prepared and very tasty. Will definitely come again.

We ate here with a small group and had probably expected more. All dishes are very small and it is advisable to order at least 3 dishes from the menu or take a menu directly. All the dishes we were served were of very high quality and tasty, although with small drawbacks. For example, as a starter we had the pasture-raised beef tartare, which is served in a waffle and is in black kugel. These balls have pierced through the waffle and are not edible or edible. The service mentioned what was on the table when serving, but unfortunately not who it was intended for. If several people have chosen the surprise menu and don't know what they are getting, this can lead to confusion. The ambience itself is very nice and modern but also a bit loud and a bit drafty. I thought for a long time whether I would give it 3 or 4 stars, but I think that this restaurant has very high standards and based on that I decided on 3 stars

Modern restaurant, international fusion cuisine. Refreshing concept, it's great fun to feast your way through the different dishes. Open kitchen so you can talk to the chefs at any time while preparing the food. Very attentive service. Whether it's a short or long stay, you've already experienced everything, it's just really great.

First of all I would like to praise the great cocktails (Son of Peach Basil Smash). I would come here again and again for a drink. I would also like to recommend the cotton candy dessert. That was the best thing I ate that day. I wasn't convinced by the rest of the food (I had the 5 course surprise menu). I'm not a picky eater and I like surprise menus. The tuna tartare was oversalted and the crunch around the cheesecake tasted like stale fat. Otherwise the rest was okay. The service tried very hard. Nevertheless, I find it exciting that we got our first course before our drinks. The atmosphere was chic and stylish. The concept is interesting.

Fine dining with plenty of room for improvement We were really looking forward to our evening at the supper club because the menu published on the internet made us want more. Here's the first hint: the actual menu differs from the one on the internet and offers many more dishes, which pleasantly surprised us when we arrived. After we were handed the menu, the waitress immediately recommended that we opt for the surprise menu, as this would give us a variety of options on the menu. That sounded promising in two ways: In terms of price and the fact that you didn't have to choose between the many dishes yourself. To start, we opted for two non-alcoholic aperitifs - plus, there was a nice selection of non-alcoholic mocktails. When we placed our order, we were asked to mention any allergies, diet and/or aversion to certain foods so that the menu could be adapted to our eating habits. And unfortunately this is where the disappointment begins: We introduced ourselves as pescetarians and omnivores and started the evening with the expectation that we would each be served a menu based on our eating habits, which would offer a surprise for each diet. Unfortunately, it turned out that we were served the same, almost exclusively vegetarian menu (a dish with fish as an entrée), otherwise the Omnivore also remained vegetarian. The idea of ​​not categorically ruling out vegetarian courses even in an omnivorous menu is a good one, but the expectations are different when you are explicitly asked about your wishes. The five courses (4 starter-sized dishes and a dessert) tasted okay. A certain spiciness crept through all the main courses. Here, too, I would have liked different flavors because I like it spicy but don't need that spiciness in every course because it sometimes drowns out the other flavors if you only have a low tolerance. This means that I personally lacked variety in the flavor profile. If you are considering visiting the supper club, you should think carefully beforehand whether you want to choose the surprise menu or opt for specific dishes in order to avoid possible disappointment. Unfortunately, the service also lacked some sensitivity, our water carafe was almost empty after the third course, and unfortunately we weren't asked again if we wanted another drink. We also ordered bread with dip, which was served after the first course. The bread was eaten after the third course and there was still some leftover dip. When we invited the waitress to clear away the empty bread basket and dip after the 4th course, the waitress took everything away and put the dip in front of us again (without bread) while we were already waiting for our dessert. As you can read, there are unfortunately some discrepancies and potential for improvement, which is why we would only recommend the Supperclub to a limited extent.

Seine Küche ist kreativ und modern - und vor allem ist sie sagenhaft lecker!  Das tolle Ambiente und das nette Personal machen den SupperClub34 zu einem kulinarischen Highlight in Hannover.  War definitiv nicht das letzte Mal - und wir freuen uns schon drauf!!!

Vegane Surprise 7x - was soll ich dazu sagen, außer: *Ich bin hoffnungslos verknallt* Daniel schickt einen mal eben so auf Reise, quer durchs Universum und zurück. Salzig, bitter, sauer, scharf, süß, umami, einfach alles und einfach alles geil!! Ich würde jedem empfehlen, lasst Euch ganz auf ihn ein, er weiß was er tut und er tut es sensationell!! Am besten einfach an den Tresen setzen, Surprise-Dishes bestellen, zurücklehnen und genießen, Daniel macht seine Magic und dann einfach mmmmmmmhh. Wir, 4 Personen, waren gestern Abend wieder im Supperclub. Speisen und Service ( wir wurden von "Dori') bedient waren wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Großes Geschmackserlebnis. Danke an den Koch Daniel und der kompetenten und sympathischen Servicedame Dori.

Ich komme aus dem Saarland! Wenn jemand in Deutschland etwas von gehobener Gastronomie versteht, dann wir. Die positiven Bewertungen hier sind absolut zutreffend, wenn man sie zu lesen versteht. War alleine unterwegs, da war der Platz in der Mitte der Theke sehr angenehm. Unaufdringliche Konversation und Erklärungen mit und von echten Könnern. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich noch so viel lernen kann. Und wenn man etwas erklärt bekommt, schmeckt man noch viel mehr! Sehr kreative stimmige Kompositionen, die im Gedächtnis bleiben. Natürlich ist der Zuckerwatte-Popcorn-Vanilleeis-Nachtisch ein absolutes muss auch für jemanden, der normalerweise nie Nachtisch isst. Die am Besten angelegten 10€ ever. Sehr charmanter und herzlicher und trotzdem unaufdringlicher Service. Und def Barkeeper ist auch ein absoluter Könner. Unbedingt die Cocktails probieren!! Kann mich nicht erinnern, dass ich in den letzten Jahren insgesamt so begeistert war.

I invited 7 friends because we had something to celebrate. For a nice evening with friends in a restaurant, I like to choose a restaurant that offers very good food, but that you would also visit just for the good bar. Not just wines, but excellent long drinks. Supperclub offers an excellent chef who offers many small, sophisticated dishes of a high standard, an attentive bartender who knows his craft and can also remember a guest. ;) BUT: The be-all and end-all for a successful evening is not the great pink steak, but the staff that makes you forget that you are in a restaurant and makes you feel like a welcome guest among new people. I was only in the supper club because I followed René from mwinwn's regular restaurant. Wonderfully humorous and charming, even with new people. (René is the tall, good-looking guy with the tattoos). I also met Dori, Kevin and Fabi from the service at the supper club. It's been two great evenings, once a week, once on Friday (make sure to make a reservation)! Thanks to the supperclub team Güven

The ambience like a 90s disco appealed to me. The music wasn't too loud, but the bass was too strong. I couldn't tell the tracks apart because they were lost in the bass mush. Drink prices reasonable. By the way, we were in the Glitter Cellar, which was only recently put back into operation. I can only recommend.

A culinary evening that was so lovingly warm and delicious. It was a little trip around the world with taste explosions that had been predicted for us :-) Our dog was also more than welcome - thank you for that, we now like to come once a month and drive 120 km for it :-)

Delicious food! It's been a long time since I've had such a fine meal...High quality and creative cuisine!!!! We had the bread mix which really tasted very good, (the price was justified) the tartare from Scottish grass-fed beef, cornetto with tuna tartare, monkfish fillet, Baoban Büsumer crabs, the entrecote and probably the best dessert I have ever eaten, the cotton candy with popcorn and ice cream - a real taste explosion. ALL the dishes were on point and beautifully presented, the service and wine advice were very attentive and tried hard. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, we will be back...

Unfortunately the service was terrible, I don't know if it was because it was Friday but we waited 40 minutes for a beer and more than 1 hour for food. Also, no one explained the concept to us, so we ordered two dishes that were sooo small that we had to order more afterwards. We left the restaurant sad and dissatisfied... the food can be good and new and innovative, but if the service isn't right, for me it's a failed concept...

It doesn't get any better Today we had a successful evening in the supper club with a 7-course surprise menu. The welcome was totally welcoming and friendly. The service was first class and very attentive and never intrusive. All dishes were excellent. The tasteful dishes and the creative plate language were a feast for the eyes. We ordered a 5 course menu. The waiters asked us 3 times if we wanted to order bread. The third time we agreed because they were so persistent. It was explained to us that the dishes are quite small and it would be better to order bread with them. The menu was good (except for the beetroot, of which there was really very little). But please excuse me, we had to pay extra for the bread :) That made us laugh even though we clearly stated twice that we didn't want bread. We thought that the menu (for two people) would include 4 small pieces of focaccia and 4 pieces of brown bread with sauce. P.S. We didn't finish the bread :)

Mein Mann und ich haben hier einen wunderschönen Abend verbracht nicht nur, dass das Essen hervorragend war, sondern auch der Service sowie Küchenmitarbeiter mit großartiger Herzlichkeit und viel Servicegedanke geglänzt haben. Die Küche ist komplett einsehbar und begeistert durch das offene Konzept. Den ein oder anderen Gang haben wir vom Koch persönlich serviert bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder...

Das Essen war erstklassig, das Ambiente beeindruckend, die Bedienung wundervoll aufmerksam und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat den Besuch abgerundet. Die Möglichkeit zur Interaktion mit der Küche verleiht dem Ganzen eine einzigartige Note, die man so in Hannover nicht findet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Abende im Supperclub sind von Anfang bis Ende jedes Mal aufs Neue ein tolles Erlebnis. Zauberhaftes und sehr aufmerksames Personal, eine kreative Speisekarte mit hervorragenden Essen und eine tolle Weinauswahl. Jeder Besuch war uns ein Vergnügen! Immer wieder!

Ein frisches, geschmackvolles Interieur empfängt die Gäste. Farblich toll aufeinander abgestimmte Details machen gute Laune. Auf den Tischen und der Bar stehen frische Blumen, jeder Platz hat seine eigene Besteckschublade und die Stoffservietten runden den Anblick ab. Indirektes Licht an den Wänden und die gedimmten Lampen über den Tischen sorgen für ein angenehmes Ambiente. Ein Blick in die Karte lässt bereits erahnen, dass man hier auf kleine und größere Geschmacksexplosionen stoßen wird. Die kleinen Gerichte können einzeln oder in einem Menü bestellt werden. Dazu gibt es auf Wunsch korrespondierende alkoholische oder alkoholfreie Getränke. Wir hatten leckere Weine und alkoholfreie Cocktails. Jeder Gang bot interessante und besondere Kombinationen, die handwerklich toll gemacht waren auf unerwartet schönem Geschirr. Sowohl geschmacklich, als auch optisch machte jedes feine, kleine Gericht Lust auf den nächsten Gang. Unsere Favoriten waren die kleinen Artischocken, der Caipirina Saibling, das Tunfisch-Tatar und das Popcorn-Eis im Zuckerwattemantel. Nächstes mal testen wir uns weiter durch die anderen Köstlichkeiten. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, konnte gut beraten, als die Auswahl schwer fiel. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf einen weiteren kulinarischen Abend.

Wir waren bereits einige Male da und probieren immer wieder die neuen Gerichte, einige werden alle 2-3 Monate saisonal angepasst. Jedes Mal aufs Neue werden wir überrascht von der kreativen Zusammenstellung und perfekten Abstimmung der Komponenten. Der supperclub34 bringt absolutes Großstadt-Feeling nach Hannover. Das Restauranterlebnis war wirklich klasse! Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war köstlich und sah auch noch toll aus. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war einfach wunderschön. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gerne wiederholen würde!

Aus einem privaten Anlass war ich über das Wochenende dazu genötigt nach Hannover zu kommen und mich um diverse Angelegenheiten zu kümmern, als ich abends etwas gestöbert habe auf Tripadvisor wo ich zum Essen gehen kann bin ich auf denn supperclub34 gestoßen und war eigentlich ziemlich angesprochen und habe auch gleich eine Reservierung getätigt für den Abend, nach der Reservierung habe ich mich auch schon auf den Weg gemacht um das Restaurant zu besuchen und wurde beim Eintreffen herzlichst von den netten Service Mitarbeitern in Empfang genommen. Da ich alleine war habe ich tatsächlich einen schönen Platz bekommen an dem ich nicht mehr alleine war und zwar direkt am Küchentresen, eine offene Küche wo man den Köchen beim zelebrieren ihrer Kunst zugucken kann und auch sehr schön ins Gespräch kommt , wirklich große klasse und wird definitiv wiederholt allerdings in Begleitung! Auch zu mehreren lässt es sich dort sehr gut sitzen und einfach mal entspannt den Abend genießen, großes Kino in jeglicher Form! Der aufmerksame Service hat jeden meiner Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen ohne das ich sie wirklich aussprechen musste , selten das in der Form noch zu erleben heutzutage!!! Tatsächlich hat mir dieser Restaurantbesuch das Wochenende versüßt und gerettet und mir einen ganz anderen Eindruck von Hannover vermittelt und mitgegeben… Danke für dieses schöne Erlebnis und Hannover ist immer eine Reise wert …. Aber unbedingt daran denken es mit dem supperclub34 zu verbinden!!! Ich hab mich für das 7 Gang Überraschungsmenü entschieden, was überhaupt kein Problem war obwohl ich eine Gluten Unverträglichkeit habe und und ein zwei andere Sachen einfach nicht mag ! Es wird tatsächlich individuelle zusammengestellt und das ist nicht so ein ins stein gemeißeltes Menü was es immer gibt, es gab Gänge die man auch auf der Speisekarte findet und auch nicht, eine tolle Überraschung halt . Ich sagte zuzüglich zu meiner Gluten Unverträglichkeit das ich auch keine rote Beete möchte, als ich beim kochen und anrichten zuguckte wurde auch die rote Beete Vorspeise angerichtet und sah wirklich verlockend aus das ich fragte ob ich das mit der roten Beete evtl revidieren könnte und doch sehr aufgeschlossen dafür sei , ich hatte das Glück dass ich sie serviert bekommen habe und ich liebe rote Beete jetzt, zumindest in dem Restaurant!!! Alles war schön angerichtet und super abgeschmeckt ein wirklich gutes Erlebnis was mir geboten wurde! Die 7 Gänge waren völlig ausreichend allerdings werden es beim nächsten Besuch sicher die 9 Gänge werden um einfach mehr genießen zu können und zu erleben! Großartig auch die offenen Weine die man erleben kann, alleine war mir anfangs nicht nach einer ganzen Flasche aber das war tatsächlich auch nicht so schlimm, ich hatte meinen Spaß auch mit ganz tollen Cocktails zum Essen und zum Schluss der Espresso Martini, wooow ! Unbedingt probieren, das ist flüssig gewordenes Glück! Ich komme definitiv wieder und das ziemlich bald Sogar mit Begleitung! Danke an das tolle Team vom ganzen Restaurant, der Inhaber bzw Chef darf sich echt glücklich schätzen so ein tolles Personal zu haben, spricht definitiv auch für ihn sonst würde es bestimmt nicht so sein wie es ist !!! Das Restaurant supperclub 34 ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert! Ich war kürzlich dort und hatte eine fantastische Erfahrung. Das Ambiente ist modern und stilvoll, mit einer entspannten Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Menü ist vielfältig und bietet eine breite Auswahl an Gerichten für jeden Geschmack. Die Qualität der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet, mit frischen Zutaten und einer raffinierten Zubereitung. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kreativität der Küche, die ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis schafft. Der Service im supperclub 34 ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und kenntnisreich. Sie sind immer bereit, Empfehlungen zu geben und sicherzustellen, dass jeder Gast zufrieden ist. Ein weiteres Highlight des Restaurants ist die Getränkekarte. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Cocktails, Weinen und anderen alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Getränken, die perfekt zu den Gerichten passen. Alles in allem war mein Besuch im supperclub 34 ein absolutes Vergnügen. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Das Essen war hervorragend und es hat Spaß gemacht den Profis zuzuschauen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir sind eher zufällig auf den Supper Club gestoßen, weil wir ein schönes Restaurant für den Abend gesucht haben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Wir haben einen tollen Platz an der Bar/Open Kitchen erhalten - hatten hervorragende Unterhaltung mit dem Küchenchef und wurden bestens und sehr aufmerksam bedient! Wir wir konnten unsere Fragen loswerden, und spezielle Essenswünsche wurden hervorragend berücksichtigt! Qualität der Speisen war super und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorzuheben fünf Gänge für 59 €, das war wirklich toll und fair! Schöne Auswahl an Getränken on top 👌🏼 Interior geschmackvoll und passend, schöne Sitzecken mit Privatsphäre - sicher auch wunderbar für einen Abend mit Freunden! Später am Abend öffnet unter dem Restaurant ein Club, diesen haben wir nicht getestet, kann aber sicher super sein um nach dem Essen weiterzuziehen. Alles in allem ein toller Abend in super entspannter angenehmer Atmosphäre - wir kommen wieder :-)

Wir kannten das Restaurant bis dato nicht und wurden auf das Positivste überrascht. Leckeres Essen, korrespondierende Weine, umsichtiger, sowohl präsenter als auch unauffälliger und aufnerksamer Service. Wir waren geflasht und dankbar. Und kommen vor allem gern wieder!

Die Wandelung vom Milano ins neue Supperclub 34 ist wirklich super gelungen. Chices modernes Ambiente mit offener Küche und tolle dort frisch zubereitete Speisen. Auch beim heutigem wiederholten Male immer wieder absolut zufrieden mit allem von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 6 Personen. Das Ambiente ist modern und gleicht einer Bar an der hinter dem Tresen offen gekocht wird. Insgesamt schön, aber durch die Musik eher keine angenehme bzw. ruhige Restaurantatmosphäre. Der Service war zu Beginn sehr gut, hat aber nachdem das Restaurant besser besucht war stark nachgelassen. Das Essen war überwiegend gut und teilweise ok. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich. Das Kaugummi kauen sollte man am Tresen aber vllt. doch besser lassen, wirkt nicht so gut. Ich würde das Restaurant wieder besuchen, wenn ich einen stimmungsvollen Abend genießen möchte.

Das Essen war sehr einfallsreich und gut, schade, dass es nur die Überraschungsmenüs gab. Selbst auszuwählen ist die bessere Alternative bei einem Festpreis.

Außergewöhnliche Speisen-Kreationen auf Tapas- Basis, nicht ganz preiswert, aber geschmacklich sehr gut und lohnenswert.

Feine ambitioniert Küche mit entspanntem Service. Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Sensationelle Vorspeisen, diese Saucen und Schäume kann man so zu Hause nicht ohne weiteres nachkochen. Außerdem total nett. Einfach ein gelungener Abend.

We had business dinner around 7meal surprise menu. All the dishes were excellent in taste and outlook. But equally, or even more importantly, the whole staff was serving us perfectly.

Recht nett eingerichtet und tolles Konzepte. Es reicht mir es kennengelernt zu habe. Preis und Leistung stehen für mich in keinem Verhältnis. Es spricht mehr ein Klientel an die weit, weit über meiner Hehsltsklasse liegt.

Wünsche werden gerne berücksichtigt, Service toll, Essen Spitzenklasse, Konzept sehr interessant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, meine Frau zum Geburtstag im Superclub 34 zu überraschen, und ich muss sagen, es war eine absolute Offenbarung! Dieses Restaurant und sein Konzept sind ein wahrer Schatz in Hannover und meiner Meinung nach konkurrenzlos. Von Anfang an wurden wir von einem ausgezeichneten Service und äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeitern empfangen, die unseren Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals haben uns sofort wohl fühlen lassen. Das 7-Gänge-Menü war nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch äußerst ungewöhnlich und kreativ. Jeder Gang war eine Geschmacksexplosion, die unsere Geschmacksknospen in Staunen versetzte. Die Präsentation der Gerichte war ebenfalls beeindruckend und trug zur Gesamterfahrung bei. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Chef des Ladens, der sich persönlich um unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse gekümmert hat. Seine Leidenschaft für die Küche und das Wohl der Gäste waren offensichtlich und trugen wesentlich zu unserem unvergesslichen Abend bei. Insgesamt kann ich das Superclub 34 in Hannover nicht genug empfehlen. Es ist ein einzigartiger Ort, der definitiv einen Michelin-Stern verdient. Wenn Sie nach einer außergewöhnlichen kulinarischen Erfahrung suchen, dann sollten Sie hier unbedingt vorbeischauen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Es ist ein schönes Ambiente und ziemlich Zentral nähe HBF, super freundliches Personal, auch Chef persönlich kam zu Tisch und fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir haben dort einen Junggesellenabschied ausklinken lassen und ein 5 Gänge Menü gegessen und es schmeckte einfach herrlich. Man kann auch 7 Gänge Menü bestellen....Man kann auch an den Seitenstraßen parken, kann aber etwas schwierig werden...preisverhältnis für das Essen war okay
