We were there for the Kräusen Pilsner… unfortunately, it was served in Gilde glasses. The schnitzel was also terrible… it used to be much better… we'll leave it in the kitchen next time…

We were a small group staying in the club room. Despite the room's location, we were regularly served food and drinks. There was even a TV in the room, so we could watch football. The German food was delicious, and it was a really charming, traditional pub.

It's kale season. You should definitely try it here. It's delicious and authentic. And the attentive staff will make sure your glass never runs dry. Plus, they're really friendly. Stephans Eck is a pub in the best sense of the word. I feel really comfortable here. And full ☺️

We were at the Hanover Trade Fair and in the evening were looking for a quaint and cozy restaurant serving traditional German home cooking for my international colleagues. We stumbled upon it by chance, and it's only 20 minutes from the fairgrounds. The atmosphere is unique, and the service is incredibly friendly. It felt like stepping back into the village pub in my hometown of 2000 souls. A Marilen cancellation was followed by a US. Added to the playlist. Nice ending – we should really try how the flank cakes taste. The combination of cranberries and cheese looks delicious.

Good old corner pubs still exist! Although that term doesn't really fit the corner: you won't find any old fogies sitting at the regulars' table eyeing every new guest with suspicion. A colorful mix of all ages in a cheerful jumble, incredibly charming and efficient staff who see themselves as hosts and act accordingly, food without any fuss or culinary smoke and mirrors, simply good, freshly prepared home cooking, which many miss amidst all the pushy fast-food options. It's wonderful that places like this still exist; you almost wish you could keep the address a secret...

Hello, the service was very good. The beer was cold and the schnapps was delicious. The sauce for the sambal schnitzel still needs some work. But the schnitzel, fries, and salad were delicious on their own!

The salad was anything but fresh and very expensive. The menu features mostly unhealthy dishes that are completely overpriced for the ingredients.

If you're looking for a rustic, cozy corner pub, this is the place for you. Cheerful, friendly, and attentive staff. A small, fine menu. Delicious beer. And not to forget... Here you can watch football ⚽️ with like-minded people. Everyone knows each other. You can also use the shaded outdoor area. Simply great.

We visited the restaurant on a recommendation with five people to celebrate a birthday. After ordering our food, we were asked about 45 minutes later if everything was okay at the table. We pointed out that the food was still missing. After about 90 minutes, it was discovered that our order had not been processed, apparently due to a technical error. The order had to be taken again. Since we spent the time consuming drinks, we asked if one of the rounds could be on the house. This was declined, as drinks that had already been billed could not be removed from the system. There was no generosity whatsoever. There was no apology either, and the error was handled in an unforgiving manner. We cannot recommend the restaurant.

Typical rustic pub with delicious schnitzel and beer. There is, among other things, super delicious, naturally cloudy Kräusen Pils from Bremen. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the service from the waitresses there is very, very bad. You can sit for an hour trying to call them without a chance or order something and they totally forget about it. You go home thirsty and thirsty too. But the place is very nice and the food is very good. It's been one of my favorite places in the city for years. I go there regularly but unfortunately the service is poor. But I'm thinking about taking my turnip with me next time and enjoying the place.

The price-performance ratio is not right in my opinion. Since this is very subjective, just try it yourself. The schnitzel was upscale convenience goods... The mushrooms, ok. The service was very friendly and really very good. Since we sat outside, I can't judge the ambience INSIDE. Normal outside, just outside on the corner of a house.

It used to be very good, but unfortunately it has deteriorated significantly. As soon as it gets a little more crowded, the staff is completely overwhelmed and you wait forever for a drink. A very nice location in itself, but one that deserves a professional tour.

We ordered a currywurst and a type of porpeta, both good accompaniments to the beer. The service was poor, it took a long time to bring all the orders placed and when paying, none of the contact cards worked. The environment is mostly open, which can be a little uncomfortable on windy or cold days, and right next to it there were trash cans where 2 rats came out and ran under some tables.

On the last night of my first business trip to Hannover, I wanted to eat delicious 🍺 and schnitzel, so I visited our restaurant near my hotel. When I entered the store, it was Friday night, and it was the day everyone was watching the Bundesliga game, so it was completely packed, but thanks to the kindness of the staff, I was able to share my seat and somehow managed to secure a seat! Soon draft beer was served, and after a while, pork schnitzel was brought to us by two young and beautiful fairies who looked light and innocent🧚🧝‍♀️! The taste was freshly fried and perfect, and the amount was quite a lot for me as a Japanese person, including the salad🥗 and fries, but after 90 minutes of the game, there was nothing on my plate. In the match, the local Hannover 96, who had been holding out with less than two minutes left in stoppage time, caught up with the away match, and the game was very lively, giving us the feel of a German pub on a fun night! However, my best memory was seeing the two fairies running around all over the drunken old men who were cheering loudly, shouting "Alles gute?" and smiling enthusiastically! It was the most relaxing experience on this trip.

The service is incredibly, outrageously slow. We waited 30 minutes just to order food and no one cared, and that was on a Friday evening. Other tables were now being served; Not too fast either, but it looked like we were being deliberately ignored. We then simply paid for the drinks and went to another, much friendlier restaurant for dinner. Disrespectful and rude.

Pleasant atmosphere, schnitzel and fries delicious. One point less for the fact that ketchup and mayo are in impractical jars and the lady in service didn't want to pass on my suggestion to the boss and instead said I should say it myself. And then when asked, they referred people to the electronic care provider instead of listening, which was a shame. But that shouldn't detract from the positive overall impression

Eine richtige Kneipe! Blitzblank gescheuerte Ahorntischplatten und Holzvertäfelung, dezente Deko und freundlicher Service. Speisen und Getränke zu fairen Preisen. Grünkohl mit Kassler top👍🏻 Auch das Schnitzel „anderer Art“ war sehr ordentlich. Absolut zu empfehlen. Angenehmes Publikum- nicht zu laut

Coole Kneipe, Service ist auf zack und freundlich. Kochen könnte man aber schon besser. Preis Leistung befriedigend. Grünkohl viel zu viel Säure, Schnitzel labbrig und blass, Pommes zu wenig oder viel zu viel Salz, Soßen überwürzt. Ketchup sowie Mayo je 50ct, ist auch eine Ansage. Zum trinken cool, zum betrunken essen ok.
