Frisch-Haus-Fischrestaurant in Hannover

If you like fish, whether smoked or herring, you should go to a fresh fish store and eat some delicious fish. For example, I had herring with fried potatoes. It was delicious, and I bought some smoked cod for dinner. It's simply a delicacy.

Very tasty lunch. I had the cream of potato soup, a haddock fillet with steamed vegetables and fried potatoes. For dessert there was an espresso. The service is very friendly, attentive and courteous. Can only recommend this restaurant.

We didn't like it at all. The potato salad was very sweet (so I'm assuming it had either sugar or sweetener). The fish gave me a stomach ache. So my opinion: the price-performance ratio is not right at all. That was my first time and I don't think I'll buy anything from there again.

A good fish restaurant with an attached fish shop where the side dishes are also prepared well. There are always special seasonal dishes

Very bad food, the fish was old and not seasoned and the fried potatoes were like rubber. The prices are also quite high and by no means reasonable. I'm more than disappointed. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

The 5 stars in service go entirely to Ms. Mussmann! She is always friendly and attentive! The chef also deserves 5 stars, the fish is perfectly fried and the plates are visually appealing!

We were here for the first time today, we really liked it 👍, we became aware of it through a newspaper article. We were able to take the bus 🚌 almost to the door because we had a lady with a disability with us, everything went well 👍 and tasted great. We'll be happy to come back. Very friendly and nice staff, highly recommended.

Nobody gets tired of this clod... Mostly had frietietes on the plate. Salad was okay. Nothing is seasoned... Nothing exclusive for gourmets. Fried potatoes... well.

A fish shop with a small restaurant. I bought fish and salads to take away. Large selection. Very nicely arranged. Everything fresh and very, very tasty. A little higher priced, but that's normal with fish. I recommend the Frisch-Haus without reservation and I will definitely come back.

Being close to such a high-quality fish restaurant is a huge stroke of luck for me. It's a must-try for every visitor to Hannover. The place is spotless and of very high quality. I highly recommend not leaving without trying the "Gambas Speciale." The salads are exquisite. Free parking is available for 90 minutes. Based on a recommendation, we tried the "Rote Grütze" for dessert, and we fully loved it. I thank the entire staff and highly recommend it.

We went to the “lobster event” today and were in this restaurant for the first time. Somewhat cramped seating, but nice atmosphere, nice friendly service and great food. Only the lobster soup didn't meet my (!) taste and the lack of warm water in the toilet (water heater unplugged) spoiled the impression a bit. We would love to come back for “normal” food.

Auf der Durchreise sind wir an diesem süßen Familienbetrieb vorbei gefahren und haben unsere hungrigen Mägen gefüllt. Neben dem ausgezeichneten Essen findet man hier ein sehr familiäres und freundliches Ambiente. Sehr zu empfehlen!! 👍🏼

Chef an arroganz nicht zu überbieten, aber das Personal ist nett und das Essen gut.

Super nette Leute mittags sehr voll etwas Rentner-lastig aber die älteren Herrschaften werden wissen was gut ist. Wir hatten die Fischsuppe die etwas mehr Würze hätte vertragen können, aber die Qualität war durchwegs gut. Als Hauptgang hatten wir Muscheln in würziger Tomatensauce die waren ein Traum. Sehr nettes Personal haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wer in Hannover guten Fisch essen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig! Der vor kurzem erneuerte Gastronomiebereich sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre, wenn es das Wetter zulässt, kann man im Außenbereich wunderbar sitzen. Mitarbeiter und Inhaber sind sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswerter Mittagstisch! Kommen mit unserer Kleinsten gerne hier hin, während unsere Große im Kindergarten is(s)t.

Geniale Calamaris, angenehme Atmosphäre und super netter Service

Einfach nur klasse. Das Essen war köstlich, die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Bier und der Primitivo haben den gemütlichen Abend abgerundet.

Selten so lecker zubereiteten Fisch gegessen. Tolle Ambiente, nette Besitzer und Bedienung.

Wir waren noch vor der Öffnungszeit 12:00 Uhr am Samstag da und uns wurde angeboten, dass wir uns bereits setzen könnten. Die Küche würde dann ab 12:00 Uhr öffnen. Sehr Gutes Essen und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Bedienung ist Kindern gegenüber jedoch sehr unfreundlich.
