The fat guy with the tattoo on his arm and blonde hair on his face is the most dishonorable employee ever, he just throws things at us like animals and can't even move his tongue in his mouth to talk. When he has to work, his look looks like he had to climb Kili Manjaro twice to change toilet paper at the top of the toilet... he should think that he is bad for his lender, but well, he can't make sandwiches either, he's closed She is busy feeding herself

Employees all sit together at the neighboring table and smoke all the guests. But the best thing is that they throw the butts on the floor and it makes a very good impression. Half of the floor of my sub was missing and I'm more used to the surface of other subways. Never again Balingen Subway

Been there today. The guy really does the subs underground. Everything thrown on the sandwich. Half a sub, 3 tomatoes. The guy thinks one tomato is enough. I'll pay a lot of money for a billo sandwich from someone who can't count to 3. We were also missing a cookie in the menu.

We were at the subway in Balingen. All doors open. No behind the counter. Staff was very unfriendly. When I opened the chest with the various toppings, 10 meat gnats came towards me. But the staff didn't care. Small maggots were already deposited on the teriyaki meat. Simply disgusting!!! - Unfriendly staff - Unhygienic Not recommendable!!!

My wife and I were here on Sunday. Unfortunately, employees cannot operate the cash register or have not been properly trained. I wanted to upgrade both subs in a menu that was valid until the end of July (July 31st in all Subway branches). Normally you don't need to scan the coupons (no QR code on the coupon). The employee became very rude and when I said that this was not a problem in Hechingen she said: "We are not Hechingen" I answered: I also worked at Subway once and I know that you can enter that in the cash register. She then told me in an extremely unfriendly tone: "We're just doing this out of goodwill." Can these coupons at Subway seriously be used as a courtesy? Then this rude employee went to the back because it was too much for her. The other employee was then able to magically use these coupons. I would also be denied points on my app even though I scanned the QR CODE in the app. I took both receipts and said that I would like to speak to the restaurant management on Monday. I go to Subway very often, but this one in Balingen has the worst service and the most unfriendly approach to customers!!!

This place was the biggest Subway we’ve ever seen anywhere! Atmosphere was nice - just the services was a little slow despite no one being there and three people working there… but all good anyway!

We ordered something there on Sunday last week. When we unpacked our food, we immediately noticed that the rolls were very hard. It felt like they were there for 2 days. The food generally just tasted like cigarettes and one sub had something black and hard that looked like soot. We then called them and complained. We agreed (with the employee we spoke to on the phone) that we should cancel our order via Lieferando. We did this too. However, I have now received an email from Lieferando saying that they have contacted Subway and they suddenly do not agree to the cancellation. Now over 25 euros are gone and there was nothing to eat at first. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want some food and a fag + wasting money at the same time. Never again!

I was there for the second time, the ambience was of course cool like at any location but the guys working there belong more in the forest than at the counter, cool guy

Very clean, including the toilets. The super friendly staff rounded it off.

Difficult to find access. It was our first time as a family in a Subway. The ladies' explanations were a bit poor. When I asked what was in the mustard & wholegrain sauce 'Wholegrain' the answer was "mustard sauce". Finally, the question: “As a menu?” I had to ask first. So with a drink and a cookie. Price (difference) was not mentioned. In the end, each of the three of us had a (lightly) filled roll (some bakers charge more) with a drink and a cookie for just over €28.

3.4.24 Lunchtime, an employee was really very friendly and accommodating, prepared our food and was alone at first, as a few customers were still coming, he called to the back and a second, young man appeared. In our opinion, the second one should have stayed at home in bed. There was no trace of friendliness, he seemed very annoyed because we ordered a menu and he forgot the helpers. Sorry that we don't eat at Subway every day and are therefore not familiar with their range. A friendly tone and a nice smile, we didn't want our order from them anymore. I still give the food 5 stars because it's really fresh and tasty.

We have eaten at this Subway several times. Service was always okay. Quality Subway®. It was typical and positive that all the vegetables were always in stock. Today we were served by a young man with curly hair and glasses, who I absolutely have to highlight because of his friendly and always courteous manner. This made the meal even more of an experience. Precisely because his manner, which was not artificial, can inspire him. Big praise to him!!

I was once at the subway in Balingen and was served by Elias and he is always in a good mood and so happy, that's so nice.

The only good thing you can eat on your lunch break. But it has become more expensive

Nach vielen Jahren wieder ein Besuch bei subway. Ich war angenehm überrascht und werde sicher wiederkommen, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

Im Restaurant ist zumeist eine ruhige, lockere Stimmung, die MitarbeiterInnen sind echt nett und machen den Job echt gut. Der Laden ist top sauber. Nur die Aussentische (Sommer) sind manchmal nicht so gut geputzt. Aber für Aussenbereich ok. Hervorragende Parkplatzsituation.

Nach langem Überlegen waren mein Mann und ich heute mal wieder im Subway in BL. Die Mitarbeiterin total unfreundlich und als der Kollege kam, kam richtige Ghettosprache raus. Dass man nicht amused ist, Sonntags zu arbeiten, kann ich voll verstehen, aber dann bitte mit etwas mehr Professionalität. Essenstechnisch ist es ok, aber für mein Empfinden stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Schade.

Ich liebe diese Sandwiches jedoch würde es ziemlich spärlich mit Fleisch belegt die angegebene Menge mit der Kelle wurde nur zur hälfte drauf gemacht, der Rest ging wieder zurück.....war ich gar nicht gewohnt. Geschmacklich aber wieder super, da kann man nicht meckern.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sauberes Lokal und vor allem saubere Toilette. Sehr nettes Personal welches auch noch schnell arbeitet:) Kann ich nur empfehlen

Sehr nettes Team, das freundlich und geduldig wartet, bis man sich bei der Auswahl entschieden hat. Geschmacklich top, einwandfreie Zutaten. Alles sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Hier haben wir ein paar sehr fähige Sandwichartist am Start. Das Sub ist oft perfekt und genau so wie es sein sollte. Es gibt leider keine Refill Anlage mehr aber das verschwindet ja langsam aus jedem Fastfood Restaurant. Manchmal sind neuere Mitarbeiter nicht so präzise mit dem SUB aber die sind, dann meistens schnell eingelernt.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, vorallem Linas und Talha. Sehrrr leckeres Essen (Chicken Teriyaki beste) Kann ich nur empfehlen!! 🤓🫶🏼

Die zwei welche gestern hinter der Theke waren muss man einfach loben. Sie waren voll nett und das Essen wie immer sehr gut.

Groß, übersichtlich und sauber...schnelle und freundliche bedienung...genau so muss das sein. Gesamtpunktzahl: 10/10

Ich schreibe eigentlich keine Rezessionen.... Doch das heute war der beste Subway besuch meines Lebens. Ich komm ziemlich viel rum in Deutschland und hab noch nie so ein Kundenfreundlichen Subway gesehen wie diesen. Das Sub genauso belegt wie gewünscht und nicht hin geschmissen. Danke

Sehr leckeres Essen und ein tolles und nettes Team. Vor allem war der etwas schlapsige und lange Mitarbeiter mit Brille und längeren Haar sehr sehr nett und Humorvoll :)

Subway im allgemeinen eigentlich immer gut... Die letzten male in Balingen aber ziemlich enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter mit 0 Motivation (klar sind bei der Arbeit) aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Subways kein Vergleich. Genauso auch die Subs die in 2/3 Bestellungen unpropertional belegt (Hauptsächlich zu viel Soße für sehr wenig Inhalt) waren. Vereinzelte Mitarbeiter trotzdem sehr nett und angemessen.

Update: Uff, Subway hier in Balingen ist einfach wirklich Klasse, Mitarbeiter heute war super, super Nett und ich bin ja eh Sandwich begeistert. Good Job!

Bester Subway überhaupt! Die Mitarbeiter sind mega nett, sind nicht genervt bei extra Wünschen, belegen die Subs ordentlich. Man wird jedes mal sehr gut satt. Großes Lob an Elias und Chris, die beiden sind klasse Mitarbeiter.

Lecker frisch und gesund....zwar very fast - 9aber nicht fast food, tolle alternative zu den Burgerbrätern. Ich mags!
