I was here for the last time today! 40 minutes of waiting time before I can even order - that's just too much! There were 6 people standing in front of me when I arrived, but every now and then someone who ordered online gets priority service and everyone else then naturally has to wait even longer. The two behind the counter take turns disappearing to the back every now and then, no one knows why, but there's no way forward. I can spend my time better there...

I was at this Subway branch with my wife at 6:30 p.m. today. Aside from employees not wanting to work, there was another problem. I had a Subway voucher that I wanted to redeem in this branch, the employee stared at me and said that the owner said she was not allowed to accept these coupons. I was totally confused and asked where it was since it was a Subway branch?! Outside the door or inside the branch, there was no mention anywhere that coupon use was excluded in this branch. I will write a complaint email directly to Subway. Maybe Subway should look for capable franchisees who won't destroy the company. I will never enter this branch again. Unfortunately I can only advise against a visit here! No recommendation

Hardly any meat on my SUB!!!!! I like Subway a lot. But it's the third or fourth time that I've been served by this Phil at Subway and only got 2-3 strips of meat on my sub. Not only me but friends of mine have the same problem. When asked if there is at least more meat on the edge of the bread and not just 2-3 small pieces in the middle, they say it costs more. I don't know if the location is trained this way to save money or if there is a lack of expertise but I almost freaked out. I pay a lot of money for a sub like this and I expect it to be well-served. I don't expect a ton of meat to be put on it, but rather enough to have some of the sub on the edge of the bread. Something like that is impossible. Will have to change location from now on. Very very dissatisfied!!!!!!

This is my first ever negative review because I'm not really one to complain. However, today was a complete disaster. We just wanted 2 subs and waited over 40 minutes for our turn. In addition, the employees were so unfriendly and annoyed. The cherry on the cake was that my sub was topped with a maximum of 3 grams of meat and 4 lettuce leaves. When the employee asked if he could put a little more on the sub (I asked very politely), he added a maximum of one more grain of corn. The sub was really so thinly topped that I couldn't even get full from a 30 cm sub. This has never happened to me before. 25€ for 2 subs like this is a real outrage. I've never experienced anything like this! And then the attitude of the employees, who filled each sheet individually in slow motion, was really unbelievable for this price. I will never go there again!

I ordered 2 subs late today after work. The 2 subs were a 10/10 so from now on I'll be coming more often, especially I felt very comfortable. I used to work at Subway for 3 years and know how strenuous the work is and that the pay isn't fair. Everything was clean and the service was also 10/10 just great (names yousra and Ali) especially the man was very personable. The only thing that is annoying is that there is hardly any parking space here.

Hello, unfortunately I would like to complain about this subway. Unfortunately the employee was totally unfriendly to us this evening. It was also clear that he wasn't really interested in preparing a sub for us. Furthermore, the whole counter was dirty and messy, which makes a very unhygienic impression and can be very dangerous for allergy sufferers. Kind regards and hope for improvement

You might think that every Subway tastes the same. But reality shows something different. Since I'm obese, this wasn't my first visit to subway, so I would describe myself as something of a professional. This sub (prepared by PHIL & ALI) was the best sub I have ever tasted. These two men definitely deserve a raise.

Nice service, ambience? Well, clean, but like a train station. But 27.40 for two loaves of bread? No drink actually just 2 sandwiches. The taste was quite good, the rocket was borderline fresh in terms of freshness. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right.

Fraudulent scam! I came into the store, which was already somewhat full, and went to the end of the line. Unfortunately, no attention was paid to me, which meant that two people, who were obviously so important to the quick meal that they almost squeezed through the window behind the counter, pushed their way forward. After it was my turn, I ordered the chicken teriyaki menu with waffle fries, which was advertised at a price of €10.89 (importantly, waffle fries were advertised in the menu). When I went to pay after another eternity, I was quoted a price of €12.31. When I asked, I was told by a sign that said "Potato Bites in the menu +1€" that the Potato Bites were out and that Waffle Fries were being sold instead. When I pointed out that it was so expressly advertised, I was only answered with "I have no idea, that's just the way it is. I'd have to let the boss know." You notice the falling standard of the branch and can now not make a recommendation for it, also based on the other reviews. Was my last visit.

Never experienced a subway like this. The two employees really made a difference. You don't want to give up your job or your entire life at the mercy of those they pulled. There were two of them, although it was an obvious long line that was getting longer instead of shorter. One employee had nothing better to do than empty the garbage bags instead of getting his butt behind the counter and helping his incompetent colleague. They deliberately worked slowly to provoke and joked about it among themselves. It took almost an hour until I had my sub, which also had far too little sauce on it. And that in a fast food restaurant? No thanks. I will never set foot in this branch again. Thanks for wasting my valuable time!

This rating is exclusively concerned with the competence and service of the employees. I specifically downloaded the Subway app and stored all my data. When I arrived at the restaurant, I placed my order, a large chicken teriyaki. So far so good. When I paid I said that I had vouchers to scan. Which were also willingly scanned. This was once a welcome discount in the amount of €5 plus a free menu upgrade with a drink and a cookie. After the employee "Phil", who was visibly overwhelmed, tried to use the cash register and pressed back and forth for ages, I eventually received the statement, that's €12.49. Which really irritated me because my discount didn't seem to have been processed here. When I said that I would also receive a drink and a cookie, he wanted to charge me for these additionally. When I explained to him that I could get these for free with one of my two vouchers that I had just redeemed, he told me that it was too late now and that I should have said that beforehand. When I replied that I had done that and that he had scanned the vouchers in my app beforehand, the only answer I got was that he couldn't see it in the checkout. No accommodation, no thought of service, nothing! In the end I paid €5 too much, didn't get a drink, didn't get a cookie and I no longer have my vouchers because they could only be redeemed once. Thank you for nothing Subway, the employees here urgently need to be trained or replaced. Based on the reviews I read here, the headquarters should also think about revoking the franchisee's license...

The boss really needs to take a look at this again! We were there today to order subs to take away. On the one hand, the two employees were completely demotivated and seemed to be working in slow motion, so a long queue quickly formed; but that's the most harmless thing about it. I ordered 4 half subs. 2 of them were submelts. According to the description, one submelt was with mozzarella and pesto. The “sympathetic” employee, who apparently wanted to be paid extra for a friendly smile, prepared the submelt for me and then asked me seriously what kind of sauce I would like on my sub, after he had already completely finished topping the bread according to the instructions . I then asked him why I should choose a sauce when pesto should be on the bread. He then just “we don’t have it anymore at the moment”. My husband then said to him: “Yes, why didn’t you say that at the beginning before you started with the bread, then we would have ordered something else”. He then replied “”. Exactly! Just didn't answer anything. Well, I didn't want to argue because a) the shop was already full and b) he had already filled the bread. Then I ordered the potato bites to go with the subs. And oh wonder, they were gone too. So we got the waffle fries twice instead. So we left, visibly annoyed. By the way, no goodbye and nothing from the employee (he was apparently still offended why I wanted pesto on my bread). At home then the coronation! There are exactly 3-4 waffle fries in the two(!) Waffle Fries boxes. No, they weren't big either. They were puny. To prove that I'm not exaggerating, I'm attaching a photo. Cold waffle fries that looked more like leftovers. Simply inedible. This is what my box usually looks like when I've finished eating and there are still leftovers. But no, that was the entire box. Oh yes, one more thing about my husband's sub. He asked if he could have tomatoes in his submelt. Employee: “No! That's the way it's supposed to be!" I then asked if we could have tomatoes on the bread for an extra charge and he just said "No! It does not work". So after that experience, this was definitely our last visit. Both employees are simply incompetent, unsympathetic and limited. I can only hope that the boss takes the review to heart and trains the employees here or at least replaces them with smart staff. Service 0/10. At least the subs tasted good, but we won't be buying them here in the future.

I haven't been to Subway in a while and now I know why. Basically the food is tasty and fresh, and still better than fast food. On the Subway website it says Hanau is taking part in the voucher campaign. Lunch with 4 men. Have 4 subs registered - then the information "We are not taking part. Only if you have the app". Funny, because you don't need an app for the vouchers. But whatever: installed the app (while the subs were getting cold). Then the information: “Still no participation, you have just installed the app. You have to have the app for a while.” The Hanau branch preferred to throw the 4 subs in the trash rather than redeem the few percent vouchers for us... UNBELIEVABLE! Employees were a certain Ali (took subs and asked me what the point of complaining was) and a lady who was making a fuss at the checkout.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Leider weisen die Mitarbeiter erst beim bezahlen darauf hin, dass in dem Laden keine Gutscheinaktionen aus der Subway App gelten, weil Zitat "Ich glaube der Chef macht bei sowas nicht mit". Den Chef hat keiner gefragt, aber statt 2 für 1 Aktion durften wir dann jeder einen vollen SUB bezahlen. Sehr schade, weil wir gerade wegen der 2für1 Aktion überhaupt da hin gegangen sind. Generell ist der Laden ranzig und die Mitarbeiter schaffen es nicht Mal, in 5 Minuten 2 Kunden zu bedienen. Man steht sich die Beine in den Bauch, bis man tatsächlich Mal was zu Essen bekommt. Sehr unmotiviert.

Subway Hanau Am Postcarré Selten habe ich so einen tollen Service, in der fast food Branche erlebt, nicht mal in einem Restaurant bin ich so nett behandelt worden wie hier. Überraschender Weise ist das Angebot für Veganer auch umfangreich, der Service von dem jungen Mitarbeiter Nuhman war fantastisch, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns, zwei Mädels, die selten bei Subway gegessen haben und nicht Bescheid wussten, wie das läuft, alles sehr geduldig erklärt. Alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis für ein Fastfood-Restaurant

Gegen Subway habe ich kein Problem, gegen den Service schon. Wir haben ein Menü bestellt, haben aber unser Getränk vergessen. Kurze Zeit später sind wir wieder zurück und in der Zwischenzeit hat jemand unser Getränk einfach mitgenommen. Auf die Bitte ein neues zu bekommen,trotz Nachweis dass es bezahlt wurde ging die Kopfbetuchte Dame nicht ein und wollte kein Ersatzgetränk kostenlos rausgeben was keineswegs fair ist. Es geht um vielleicht 1.00€-1.50€ Wert, aber es bringt nichts in Werbung zu investieren wenn man als Servicekraft Kunden nicht entgegen kommt.

Super freundliches Personal und schnelle, individuelle Zubereitung der Gerichte. Wenn man rein kommt ist es wie jeder andere Subway, aber beim ersten Kontakt merkt man direkt, dass hier Kontakt und Kundenzufriedenheit gross geschrieben wird! Sandwiches sind immer top!!! Angebote reichlich vorhanden und vollem ist der Laden immer sauber! Man fühlt sich wohl und kann ohne bedenken essen. Ich freue mich jedes Mal hier her zu kommen, vor allem in der Mittagspause eine super Entscheidung, da man schnell etwas zum Essen bekommt. Ich kann den subway nur weiter empfehlen! Naja ging so... Personal war ganz ok, Tische sauber. Subs ganz ok. Die potatos aber total lapprig obwohl frisch gemacht, keine Ahnung wie man es schafft die so schlecht hin zu bekommen... Und dann steht überall Menü Aufpreis 3,80 Euro, abgezogen werden aber immer 1 Euro mehr???

Essen und Cookies sind gut. Kontra: Eine Mitarbeiterin wirkte so genervt das ich aus Gewissensgründen kurz davor war hinter die Theke zu gehen und mich selbst zu bedienen um die Dame nicht noch weiter zu stressen.

Das wird nicht mein Subway. Leider macht dieser Laden bei keiner Aktion von Subway (Adventszeit, Gutscheine o.ä.) mit und den Sub des Tages gibt es dort auch nicht. Für mich Gründe genug andere Standorte aufzusuchen. Das Essen war sonst in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter allerdings mäßig freundlich.

Sehr unhöflich, überall Fettfinger und Schmiererei zu sehen Und für ein Tunfisch Sandwich hat von mir 10€ kassiert!!!!!! Muss man sehr aufpassen. Den Laden war früher super und schade dass nicht so geblieben Ich glaube da muss man gut aufpassen . Ehrlich ist mir zum ersten Mal passieren.ich Esse immer bei supway Ist mir niemals jemand mich so behandelt oder mir auf dem Tisch gezogen

Das Essen war gewohnt gut. Der Laden als solches ist milde gesagt bescheiden. Es waren drei Service Kräfte vor Ort und der Gäste Andrang war mäßig, dennoch war nicht ein Tisch bereinigt oder geschweige sauber. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt, im Lokal. 3 Sterne weil zumindestens die Toiletten in Ordnung waren. Schade des geht deutlich besser. Wenn dies als Eigentümer oder Betreiber zur Kenntnis genommen haben, bitte auf den Post Antworten. Ich werde diesen Post infolge bearbeiten/entfernen.

Reheated industrial food. Slow service when serving food and at the checkout. The relatively low prices are noticeable: The free refill drinks are thin for cost reasons (coffee and soft drinks). The cream sauce is the same.

We have been ordering there for many years and have never been disappointed. The pizza is simply great! The tenant has probably changed now, but the food was just as good as before. Maybe the chef is the same :-) We are very satisfied! We haven't been inside yet so we can't comment on this. We order directly there and it is delivered super hot and fresh. About Lieferando you don't know which route the whole thing will take. No wonder that the pizzas are criticized in the reviews (cold, slipped, stuck together...) something like that has never happened to us when ordering directly.

The burgers and fries were absolutely fine, even though it was officially open from 12 p.m., the window wasn't opened until just before one, but there was only one lady in the kiosk who was very friendly but a bit stressed.
