Babby fries, tasteless meatballs, entire family of gastrointestinal problems, zero stars for the food, actually a case for the health department

I've been to a few Ikea stores so far, but this is by far the best. I was particularly impressed by the restaurant. The food was delicious, I would love to come back every day! The waitress at the counter was very friendly and funny. The cashier was also extremely friendly. Overall, very nice atmosphere and everything was great. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I'd love to come back. Thanks

It's a shame, we would have liked to eat the salmon, but Ikea is out of bread, so we unfortunately put the salmon and wine back, they pointed out rolls to us. It's a shame, not everyone eats rolls... There's no schnitzel, only chicken Corners... The beautiful dark bread...so...eating out to the Ikea restaurant is done for us...

We went to the bistro and got two hot dogs. The employees were not very motivated and seemed bored. The tables looked bad, totally dirty, like they hadn't been wiped down for hours. An employee put the trays together in slow motion, but otherwise ignored the condition of the guest area. The ingredients for the hot dog had to be filled up and the spoons to remove it were sticky.

We were here in the afternoon and wanted to eat something sweet. The raspberry mousse tarts were delicious. The waffle was quite soft and grainy due to the sugar. You can get as many drinks as you want. The hot chocolate tasted very good. Staff was friendly.

I can't understand the negative reviews, I'm here right now. The staff at the food counter and checkout were very friendly. The food is hot and tastes just like in other Ikeas and everything is very clean. Unfortunately, many guests, especially those with children, eat without a tray and leave it in the tray trolley. It's clear that the dining tables are unnecessarily dirty afterward, but that's not the fault of the staff, just inconsiderate guests. I would assume that based on my brief snapshot.

We wanted to buy a small desk! We came all the way from Aschaffenburg and were looking forward to the food. But to our dissatisfaction, not only were the peas cold, but also the fries were cold and sticky, as was the Köttbullar including the sauce. Both meals were not even lukewarm but both, everything cold. After we had chosen the desk, our trouble continued. The employees were grumpy, unfriendly and stressed. Things continued on the ground floor on the high shelves instead To give us the goods from the shelf, we were told that we would first have to pay at the checkout and then we would get the parts put together. At the checkout they said we had to get the goods first Allow them to be put together off the shelves. I was about to explode and just felt it a “keep the clutter out And we went and made the resolution... NEVER SHOP AT IKEA AGAIN. I'D RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE THAN THE TROUBLE AT IKEA. SHOPPING AT IKEA HEIST, SHOPPING WITH PURE STRESS!!!!!!

The service was really great, but the food is getting worse and the selection was better. The salad on the breakfast plate was brown, the Köttbullar are no longer as good as they used to be, the fries are rubbery and the drinks machines are partly empty. The hot chocolate and tiramisu were surprisingly tasty.

Ikea Restaurant is Ikea Restaurant in terms of ambience and food. So far so good! But HEY YOU actually think of putting the slowest woman in the world on the issue alone on a Saturday lunchtime. Wasn't it expected that so many people would come on the weekend, or what? “End of waiting time” would also be something here...

Cold fries with tasteless meat balls was nothing for 7.95 per portion if I remember correctly

We were passing through the Ikea Restaurant Hanau on December 22nd. We had Köttbullar once and duck breast once, each with side dishes. Not exactly cheap in terms of price, but unfortunately nothing in terms of quality or taste. I can really recommend the Ikea restaurants in Munich and Kassel, but we were only able to eat a fraction of them here before we got sick. Considering it was just before Christmas, there was a very cold atmosphere in the restaurant, even though Ikea offers a lot of Christmas decorations in the furniture store itself. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant at all. We certainly won't be coming back. What a shame!

Wir waren heute Mittag zu zweit dort essen mit je einer Hauptspeise, Dessert und Kaffee. Die Speisenkarte war gigantisch, Köttbullar in 2 Varianten, wahlweise mit Püree oder Pommes, kein Salat, kein Fisch u. /o. a...... keine sauberen Tische, keine Weihnachtsdeko o. Atmosphäre. Leider kommen wir so schnell nicht mehr!

There were tasty meatballs, good mashed potatoes, and normal sauce. Price per serving: 3.95€. Very chocolate cake, I liked it.

Every year we forget how bad the restaurant in Hanau is and go there. Unfriendly canteen staff, wrong food, old salads, drinks machines empty, sauces stretched, prices aren't low enough to justify anything.

For quick yes. But otherwise, no thanks. Unfriendly employees. I wanted to have curryköttbilar. Apparently she didn't understand me and put cream sauce on it. After I said I wanted curry, she seriously made this curry sauce over the cream sauce. To be honest, that doesn't work at all. I only ate the fries and left the rest. You will also be warmly welcomed at the checkout. You take a glass because you want to fill up your drink. There's only one thing: there's nothing left in the front but that's not my problem. That was the first and last time I ate there.

The former standard has been completely reduced. While the food was quite good a few years ago, we are now at the bottom of the canteen level. Colorless, loveless, tasteless. Everything is just bland cardboard. This spoils the previously enjoyed visit to Ikea. It's better to just leave it alone. Meatballs alone won't cut it anymore. Buy furniture, but eat better elsewhere.

They sold me an empty glass that I was supposed to fill up at the drinks machine. Then you were totally surprised when I said that both machines were empty of iced tea, apples and lemon. It hasn't been replenished.

Das Frühstück war mal gut aber das war vor paar Jahren. Inzwischen ist das Angebot auf ein minimum reduziert und ist auch nicht gerade preiswert. Es gibt bessere Alternativen.

Es gibt leider nicht das was im Internet steht. Preis-Leistung ist naja. Kaffee schmeckt leider nicht

Gutes Konzept umgesetzt in Sachen Corona . Restaurant ist mit Tischnummern versehen. Am Eingang Zuweisung zum Tisch. Essen war lauwarm und nicht so gut. Hatte ein paar Tage Magenprobleme. Ikea hat auf meine schriftliche Beschwerde nicht reagiert
