Subway in Freising

I just bought a sub like always, only this time I chose a different meat on one half... My 15% discount card wasn't accepted either, and I had to pay an extra €3.50 just because of the different meat on one half... Since Subway is already getting more expensive and some workers can't even fit a whole scoop on one half, I don't think this is cool... Please change something, or I definitely won't be coming back...

The food was delicious, as always. I was there during peak hours. It was very busy, but the team handled it brilliantly. A big shout-out to the nice young lady who not only took great care of the customers but also helped her colleagues with questions about coupons, etc. I often go to Subway, but she's rarely there. So, to the office—hire more employees like her!

No phone orders are possible. Food preparation is taking longer than usual. They often say "it's not possible," but they don't suggest any other options.

According to the website and the notice in the store, opening hours on Saturdays were until 11 p.m. The store was closed at 10 p.m. on Saturday and had already been cleaned.

I went to Subway with my boyfriend on Sunday, and I don't usually leave reviews, but the employee named "Tetas" was so nice and accommodating to us that I had to leave a positive review. We received really friendly service, everything was explained to us in detail without any rush, and we even got a small sample of a sauce. That's what I call service, and it makes you want to come back. The quality and cleanliness are also top-notch every time. Two thumbs up for this Subway and the friendly service.

Like any other Subway, this one is one of the better ones and is very clean.

It feels like a catastrophe, the whole of India tastes like crap and they count everything before they put it in. 10 salads, 6 olives, 4 cucumbers, 1 strip of sauce. You can just get a sausage roll from the bakery and get more for your money.

The location is very good, but otherwise, there's not much to say about the ambiance; it's a typical Subway. The staff is all the more motivated and super friendly. The employee immediately offered to exchange our "old" VIP cards for "new" ones. Very accommodating. The subs taste great as always, and the nacho chicken bites were also delicious. Another positive aspect is that vouchers are accepted here and online ordering is possible.

This goes out to the owner of this Subway. Can't you spend a little more money on decent staff? Your staff is like a sleeping pill. I waited at least 10 minutes for a sub. Nothing was understood, and a lot of things were done wrong. Dead as a doornail!!!!

Standard Subway. Clean enough to eat there. Late-shift employees not so busy. Last order I paid for via app for pickup and then simply didn't pick it up, even though I arrived 15 minutes past the stated pickup time. That, or my order was delivered to the wrong person.

Never seen such a good Subway and never had such a good sub. All stores should be like this. Bread crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Accurately and lovingly laid out, great service, clean store, great atmosphere. I'm honestly thrilled.

Subway branch with the best employees. The slightly taller young man in particular makes the most beautiful and lovingly designed subs I have ever seen and is extremely courteous and friendly every time. We don't skimp on the ingredients either, which is a rarity compared to other subways. In conclusion, this branch is the best among the many I have visited because of its employees.

Update 1/25: On my last visit it was much better, the staff were nice. However, I don't come to Freising often anymore, so I don't know if it's always like that. Unfortunately there is one employee who is unable to make sandwiches. You don't feel like going there anymore if you don't get what you ordered and it just tastes bad. Pteis - performance is zero here

The food was great and the service was great too. But what doesn't work at all and unfortunately the saleswoman (the statement is just a child) wasn't interested in the fact that a child was being changed at the table and then wasn't even cleaned behind. Hygiene should be the be-all and end-all.

Hello to all readers, I eat at this restaurant very often. For me, Subway is one of the best fast food chains there is. The dishes are very tasty and reasonably healthy for this type of diet. The ingredients are always fresh, taste juicy and the selection of sauces is large. Cleanliness is always guaranteed and the shelves are cleaned. The employees are always very courteous, polite and motivated. The respectful treatment of each other always makes you want to stop by. The prices are also fair and recommended for the freshness on offer. The cookies are a highlight because they are soft and there is a greater variety of flavors. Finally, I would like to highlight a lady who is very committed, hardworking and motivated. Stephanie is a great employee who always makes you happy when you are served by her. My friend was also able to assess this neutrally and, when asked, came to the same conclusion as me. If it were up to me, I would keep the current staff because they do a wonderful job. The only drawback is that the water in the men's toilet is turned off and the soap dispenser is empty. However, if you want something delicious to eat, this shop is in good hands.

Ich bin regelmäßig dort und erfreue mich immer über die angenehme, sowie höfliche Bedienung. Die Zutaten sind frisch, der Laden ist ordentlich als auch gut gepflegt. Die Preise sind auch mehr als fair, da ich schon in vielen Restaurants essen war. Ein Highlight für jeden der dieses Geschäft besucht sind die Cookies von Subway, da Sie unvergleichlich gut schmecken. Außerdem sind die Cookies sehr weich was Sie für jeden zugänglich macht. Eine Bedienung ist besonders höflich, zuvorkommend und hat einen guten Sinn für Humor. Die Dame heißt Stephanie und ist eine engagierte Mitarbeitern in diesem Laden. Sie ist fleißig, arbeitet zügig und hat ein gutes Auge für die aufgelegte Portion. Alles in allem ist so gut wie jeder Mitarbeiter motiviert und höflich. Ich bin schon jahrelang treuer Kunde und komme immer wieder gerne zurück. Eine Empfehlung für jeden der nach Freising kommt. Dies hat auch mein Freund gesagt, der mir oben genanntes neutral bestätigen konnte. Das einzige Manko ist das in der Männertoilette das Waschbecken nie funktioniert. Wer also aufs Klo muss, sollte entweder in den anliegenden Schlüterhallen gehen oder das Personal freundlich darauf hinweisen.
