Gasthaus Johann König in Freising

At the DiMu restaurant, I had cod with boiled potatoes – it was truly delicious and highly recommended. However, I was disappointed with the aperitif (Limoncello Spritz): too much ice and water, so there was hardly any noticeable flavor or alcohol. The bottled beer I ordered later, on the other hand, was fine. Overall, the food was good, but the drinks could be improved.

We used the beer garden exclusively and opted for light meals and drinks. Both the quality of the food and the service were impressive – the waitresses were very friendly and attentive.

The manager is very unfriendly—you can't really let them in for service. They don't serve alcohol, even though it's listed on the menu. Cash only. Overall, a strange place.

Very good wiener schnitzels, good apfel strudel and good wine. I will come back

Very tasty pizza with excellent value for money. The ambiance is functional but not particularly nice.
