Wie immer toller Service, super nett, unaufgeregt und eine exzellente Qualität. Hier stimmt alles. Nach langer Abstinenz, da wir nicht mehr in HH wohnen, heute mal wieder da gewesen. Einfach herrlich

Vi fik serveret muslinger som ikke var gode, tjener ville give os nogle nye. Tjener vender retur fra køkkenet med meddelelse om at køkkenet ikke ville servere dem alligevel. Da vi skulle betale, ville restauranten have fuld pris, hvor jeg påpeger at de har serveret dårlig mad og jeg derfor ikke synes det er fair at betale fuld pris. Tjener tager fat i sin chef, som beskylder os for ikke at ville betale noget som helst. Får forklaret at det handler om vi har spist dårlig fisk og det ikke kan være rigtigt. Gik pinlig derfra og betalte for alt mad

Ausgezeichnete Speisen, frisch und bei der Zubereitung kann man durch eine Scheibe in die offene Küche sehen. Der Service schnell und kompetent. Eine schöne Location in der Hafencity, bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen.

The food is really very tasty - unfortunately it wasn't enough for 5 stars due to the service. There really is still some room for improvement when you compare other restaurants in this price segment. However, the lady who worked in service that day is really on the ball and also seems to have a certain amount of experience. Unfortunately she wasn't responsible for our table. However, we would come back because of the quality of the food!

Very nice restaurant with an ambitious menu and a large selection of dishes

Had the lobster which didn't work at all. I haven't seen such a small lobster or rather shrimp for a long time, so little lobster for so much money is really ridiculous, there were burnt fries that were so dark that I thought they were sweet potato fries and a bland salad. The only good thing was the cucumber salad and dips, which is really shocking Accompaniment was schnitzel and fried potatoes which were also burnt, people seem to hate potatoes here All in all a failure, a shame

Unfortunately, my work colleague's recommendation turned out to be a disappointment. I reserved a table via OpenTable for 6:30 p.m. on May 24, 2024. We were warmly welcomed and shown to one of the tables outside. So far everything was going according to plan. We ordered a bottle of water and then wanted to order the appetizer and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately there was very little staff on site - for me it felt like the restaurant manager and two other people. So I had the feeling that the tables were not assigned to the staff and it took a long time to wait to place an order. I chose a bottle of rose wine and was hoping for at least a recommendation for my choice - especially since I asked the waitress about my choice. My choice would be ok. What also irritated me and my friend was that the waitress was wearing sunglasses even though the table was in the shade. The starters were normal and, in my opinion, nothing special for this price range - especially since I didn't get the wow factor. We wanted to order the main course later because we wanted to enjoy the evening. I also had to point out that the wine should be refilled - these are all points that I don't expect from perfect service. We then skipped the main course and I spoke to the restaurant manager, who simply acknowledged this and blamed the poor service on the rush hour in the restaurant - and not all the tables were occupied. I would have at least expected a different reaction than asking: Do you still want to order the main course?! We are not tourists and I live in Hamburg and would therefore only recommend your restaurant to a limited extent.

Tasty good in a lovely environment

It's a great spot to have something to eat outside in the evening. The prices are typically very high in Hafencity, but the service is also excellent. Great view.

If they care about quality food, I would avoid this place.

Bei einem Spaziergang sind wir spontan eingekehrt und waren schlichtweg begeistert. Vorspeisen und Hauptgänge waren klasse, auch das Personal war super. Zum Beginn wurde warmes Brot mit Öl gebracht, was uns schon mal sehr freute. Richtig begeistert war ich vom Tartar, topp zubereitet, auch das Fleisch war on Point....jederzeit wieder!!

We have been to Strauchs Falco a few times now and have never been disappointed. Excellent again yesterday. The two of us each had the fillet of turbot, simply great. Good service, now one of our favorite restaurants.

Very good - 🔝. Very nice and polite reception. Food top 👍. Normal preparation waiting time until the food is served. If you are in a good position at the table, you can watch the chef 👍. Quality goods.

Modern atmosphere, 1 large room, a bit uncomfortable. Service friendly, but took some time to get started. Ham with bread only came on the third attempt, and the aperitif only came with the starter, which is annoying. No response to our comment. The menu was confusing, the selection was actually too big for fresh products, but the food was very good, the look of the desserts could be improved. Conclusion: Recommended.

Very good from A to Z! The food and drinks were very good, the atmosphere was very nice and we can highly recommend the service! It was such a nice meal that we went back to the restaurant straight after the planned evening event to enjoy some more wine and cheese!

Very well maintained and tastefully decorated restaurant. The staff is top, very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, the wine pairing was appropriate. A really recommended address in the new Hafencity in Hamburg. We'd love to come back next time.

Kleines aber feines, romantisches aber abwechslungsreiches, modernes aber zeitloses Restaurant im Herzen von Hamburg. Diese Liste könnte man noch mit einigen tollen Adjektiven ergänzen. Die Gerichte sind einzigartige Geschmacksbomben mit einem Hauch französischer Cuisine. Mit dem Blick in die Showküche schmeckt es einem logischerweise nochmals doppelt so gut! Man fühlt sich im Strauchs Falco direkt wie Zuhause (wahrscheinlich auch dank den bequemen Sesseln) und stets gut betreut. Zeitmanagement ist diesem Team jedenfalls kein Fremdwort. Grosse Küche auf Portemonnaie-freundlicher Ebene. Wer die Chance hat, dieses kleine Juwel auszuprobieren, sollte es sich nicht entgehen lassen!

Hello to the Strauchs Falco team, The four of us visited you on Sunday. The welcome was good, we got our seat and chose an aperitif. When I asked kindly if there was a stool so that my wife could put her foot up with a thick ankle, the answer was no. I repeated the question and asked if there was nothing at all? (water box etc) another no. We started with the order. We'd like some fish soup... it's just out. We would like to have a Frati Lugana...sorry we don't have one right now. Well, it doesn't matter, there was no recommendation and so we scanned the card again and chose one. A Grüner Veltliner please...oh I don't think we have that right now either. Well, it worked on the third attempt and it was actually very tasty. The menu was very long, so the café and dessert alone took 45 minutes. You had to alert the waiters to refill the wine. Overall, I unfortunately have to say that service was almost non-existent, but the food and wine were okay. Nevertheless, I don't see myself there a second time. Addendum!!! The Strauchs Falco team has bad reviews removed via Google. You can only prevent this if you respond to an email from Google. I don't want to know how many people don't do that and so of course the rating is unjustifiably pushed up. I stand by it, this store is never recommended.

I went to Strauchs Falco after visiting the trade fair and it was the crowning finale. Great ambience with courteous service, plus great food of very high quality. We recommend.

Good restaurant with great attention to detail. In addition to the good food, the interior also impresses with its class and coziness.

Very tasty starters (kitchen composition for 4 people or more) and the ribeye steak for the main course was awesome! Ambiance and service great. Price-performance ratio fits. Any time!

We went to Strauchs Falco today and it's definitely worth a visit! As a starter I had the coconut pumpkin soup, very tasty. Fried cod with wok vegetables as the main course, fried to perfection. Service good, atmosphere pleasant, some background music would be nice. Certainly not the last visit!

This place made me question greatly how Michelin do their ratings. The staff was snobby and inattentive, we got some of the worst service we've ever gotten at a Michelin restaurant here. At first the man that received us, didn't believe us when we said we had reservations. Then he didn't take our jackets (he took everyone else's jacket). When we ordered our food the waiter was rude. Then our waiter assumed we didn't want wine. Then they undercooked my steak, and when I asked for a new one, they simply put my old steak back on the heat, so when I got it back, it was charred. My partners food was quite good. However a restaurant that cant nail a simple medium-rare steak every single time, is not deserving of a michelin star. Let alone one that recycles their steak after messing it up. Hamburg has a great food scene, but this place is not one of them. Furthermore owner is now attempting to remove all bad reviews, by complaining to google.

The two of us were here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were warmly welcomed and brought to the table where happy birthday signs had already been distributed. We enjoyed the food very much. Particularly noteworthy are Kabelau fillet and 6x oysters. Gladly again!

Great restaurant. First class food. Attentive service.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unser Weihnachtsessen gefreut doch wurden leider enttäuscht. Statt "klassisch" wurde uns scheinbar ein Experiment serviert. Was in Erinnerung geblieben ist: Als Vorspeise gab es Feldsalat mit einem geschmacklosen Dressing, ein Paar Pilzen und einem Cracker mit krossem Bacon. Dann gab es etwas ausgelöste Entenkeule mit bitterem Rosenkohl. Danach kam trockene, zähe Entenbrust mit dem ekligsten Rotkohl, den ich je gegessen habe (sauer, eigenartiger Beigeschmack). Das Brot, das Dessert und der Wein waren sehr gut. Um 2019 herum war das Weihnachtsmenü noch deutlich besser. Mit köstlichem Kirschen-Rotkohl, klassischen Klößen und zartem Entenfleisch.

Edles Ambiente, keine Sterneküche aber gehobene , mediterrane Küche, excellenter Service, Qualität, alles hat gestimmt. Die Speiskarte hat auch Positionen wie Kaviar oder Wagyu Steak mit eher abgehobenen Preisen, aber "normale" Hauptgerichte zu 30-40 Euro waren angemessen für die gebotene Qualität. Wir waren bei einem Hamburg Besuch 2x im Falco und werden wieder kommen.

I had reserved a table for Christmas Eve and there were 7 courses to choose from. We decided on 4 courses. First course: wild salmon for the ladies and soup for me. Second course: turbot for both of us. As a third course: saddle of Holstein roe deer. Fourth course: speculoos ice cream. Our waiter, Mr. Popov, first asked us if he could serve us in English, which wasn't a problem for me, but later led to a lot of confusion in the order of the menu. The first thing we got from the food runner was wild salmon twice, although I didn't think much about it and just took the course. As a second course he wanted to give us fish and soup. I then pointed out his mistake and said that it would be okay if we continued with the food order as discussed. Ergo. twice fish. The gentleman didn't understand that and a colleague had to clarify the order with us again in German. We then got fish twice. The next course was supposed to be saddle of venison, but here we were given a fish knife again.... Mr. Popov actually wanted to give us the fish course twice... after the correction, the saddle of venison came after 40 minutes of waiting. Was delicious. Now the waiter wanted to know again which dessert we would like... Speculoos ice cream or pear sorbet? Then I confirmed again that I would like speculoos ice cream......."so pear sorbet?"...... "no, speculoos ice cream" I had to confirm this using the map. I would like a latte macchiato that I never got... Then came the bill..... 4 courses of 110 € each x 2....... + 2x various dishes........ "Mr. Popov, can you please explain to me what the various dishes are?" "These are the 2 extra courses you ordered......" I could really only shake my head... the bill was then corrected, but I have never experienced such service in my entire life... and I work in the catering industry. We were also not offered anything to make amends. I used to love coming to Strauchs Falco, but after this evening all I can do is laugh at the store. Too bad. Very nice restaurant.

The ambience and service were very good. You can also wear something fancier. We had pumpkin soup, Mediterranean lamb and the rip eye steak. Everything exceeded expectations (both in terms of quantity and taste) We can also only recommend the house cocktail. For the price you can't do this every day but we'll definitely be back

Friendly and very attentive service, good wines and excellent food. It doesn't actually get any better. Oh yes, very comfortable seating.

Bei Strauch‘s Falco tritt man ein und wird herzlich empfangen und an den Tisch gebracht. Das Ambiente ist sehr gepflegt und gehoben. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig und es gestaltet sich schwer sich zu entscheiden, da sich alles einladend liest. Das Essen wird zeitgleich serviert und ist optisch ein Augenschmaus und geschmacklich stimmig, einfach ein Highlight. Der Service ist freundlich und gut, jedoch in der Aufmerksamkeit ist Luft nach oben. Das Preisniveau ist angemessen und man genießt, Lunch oder Dinner in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Eine gute Adressen !👍

Wir waren unter der Woche dort und haben auf Vorspeise und Nachtisch verzichtet. Unsere Hauptgerichte waren Kabeljaufilet mit grünem Gemüse und Krustentierschaum sowie Entrecôte, Ojo de Agua, mit Bratkartoffeln und grünem Gemüse. Das Gemüse bestand aus Pak-Choi und Spinat und war wirklich großartig. Der Fisch war perfekt, das Steak war so ziemlich das beste, das ich je hatte - und ich hatte viele: so knusprig außen und so "medium rare" innen. Der Service fiel leicht ab, war aber in Ordnung. Weniger gut war, das unsere Jacken eingeschlossen wurden und wir am Ausgang 10 Minuten auf die Rückgabe warten mussten, weil der Chef als einziger den Schlüssel hatte. Da hätten wir uns zumindest über ein "Sorry" gefreut.

Super Service und ein grandioser Gaumenschmaus. Wir hatten das Filetsteak.

Strauchs Falco ist immer wieder mal gut für schöne genussvolle gemeinsame Stunden. Die Location ist sehr stylisch und zieht internationales und Hamburger Publikum zugleich an. Top Essen, klasse Service, gute Bar Ausstattung, tolle Weinkarte, immer mal neue Aperitifs und die Lage am Wasser mit Blick auf Teile der Hafencity machen die Location so besonders. Das Restaurant hat ein maritimes Flair und geschmacklich vieles aus der Welt in gekonnter Art und Weise kombiniert und vereint. Langweilig wird es hier bestimmt nicht. Selbst die Creme Brulee wird zum Feuerwerk dank Mango Eis Sorbet mit Granatapfel Kompott.

Leckeres Essen und Getränke. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, bequemes Gestühl, Garderobe ist abgeschlossen, man erhält seine Jacke per Marke. Modernes Ambiente.

Super Essen. Best of Seafood ist zu empfehlen! Service ist tatsächlich etwas langsam aber noch ok und sehr freundlich. Kavier hat gefehlt und es gab keine „Gutmachung“. Da sollte ein kostenfreier Kaffee angeboten werden. Nachtisch Mouse a chocolate ist over the top und der Cappuccino einer der besten! Die Spinnweben an der Decke trüben das schöne Ambiente.

Beautiful restaurant I was able to visit during my stay in Hamburg, the area outside was just lovely and the ambiance within met my expectations. Food was 10/10, I especially loved the spaghetti with prawns. Service was great also, thanks Strauchs Falco

Lecker essen, aber nicht Ganz billig!

Virkelig fin stemning, god betjening, lækker mad og gode vine samt dejligt selskab. Eneste men (et meget lille men) var de ‘friske’ blomster på toilettet, som skulle have været skiftet.

Für den besonderen Moment. Hervorragende Küche, stilvolle Einrichtung und ein sehr versierter Service.

Prima volta ad Amburgo ed ho capito che i prezzi medi dei buoni ristoranti sono abbastanza alti. Abbiamo mangiato del buon pesce, sia crudo (tartar di tonno) che cotto (gamberi e tonno), impiantato bene e ben condito. Peccato la presenza del coriandolo in quasi tutti i piatti; a mio gusto è troppo invadente. Buona cantina con cantine italiane e francesi di livello medio alto. Servizio, poco empatico ma professionale.

Ich liebe dieses Restaurant, der Service ist top, essen ausgezeichnet und ich liebe den Ruinart Rosé Champagner den ich sonntags mit meinem Mann dort immer trinke. Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis.

Update: Wieder mal bei euch gegessen... war sehr lecker und sympathisch. Danke. Aber Schwächen im Detail für den aufgerufen Preis: Salz und Pfeffer nur auf Nachfrage. Steakstoße zu fade, Capaccio in Soße ertränkt, Bier 1cm unterm Eichstrich, in der Bestellung 1 Beilagenposition komplett vergessen... Auch wenn ich andere Lokale selber bevorzuge: Ich war eingeladen und es war sehr lecker und das Ambiente passt. Dazu sehr freundliche Bedienung. Empfehlung!

Food and service is okayish. The view in the haven city is the best. We were waiting a bit for service. The waitor later on explained there was a bit of a gap while the new shift arrived. The Lapskaus was good together with matjes. The pizzeta was more for kids. Anyway the short lunch was not too bad.

Ich hatte als Vorspeise einen Tomaten/ Humus Salat und ein Tomahawk Steak. Das essen war perfekt. Was nicht so prickelnd war, die 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit auf das Steak. Denke das ich nur Pech hatte, daher lasse ich diesen Punkt in meiner Bewertung raus. Bedienung war sehr nett.

Moin Folks, nun das Essen ist hier der absolute Hit, ein Genusstraum, die Lage direkt am Wasser, Trompetengalaktisch. Wir sind Wiederholungsgäste und lieben die Räumlichkeiten und das sehr gute Essen. Heute war der Service etwas gehandicapt und von daher einen Stern weniger, dennoch werden wir demnächst dort wieder einkehren. Guten Appetit.

Excellentes Service, freundliches Personal und ein tolles Essen. Nicht nur die Erwachsenen, auch die Kinder hatten es richtig gut.

Wir sind hier schon öfters gewesen und jedes Mal zufrieden wieder gegangen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Service gibt sich Mühe, wir können dieses Lokal nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Wenn man das Restaurant von Außen und die Einrichtung betrachtet, dann sind die Erwartungen einfach hoch. Leider können Service und auch teilweise das Essen nicht mithalten. Die Begrüßung war schlimm und wir wären auch fast wieder gegangen, aber haben uns doch entschieden zu bleiben. Eine neu aufgelegte schmutzige Serviette wurde nur widerwillig getauscht und bei den wenigen Tischen zu unserer Uhrzeit war der Service nicht aufmerksam genug. Es war kein schlimmer Abend, aber für ein Restaurant dieser Preisklasse inkongruent zu dem was man bekommt.

Wieder sehr gerne hier gewesen. Das Essen ist super und die Bedienung ebenfalls immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Die Lage ist Top, direkt an einem kleinen Ableger der Elbe fällt es niemanden schwer hier zur ruhe zu kommen. Das Essen war auch Top, die Bedienung hat sich sehr bemüht und man merkt ganz klar, dass man sich hier von einem durchschnittlichen Restaurant abheben möchte, das ist auch gelungen!

Hier stimmt einfach alles, wenn man für ausgezeichnete Speisen mehr Geld ausgeben mag. Hervorragende Lebensmittelqualität, schön angerichtet und eine aufmerksame und sehr erfahrene Kellnerin. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen.

Schöne Lage, leckeres Essen - vorallem die Shrimps im Tempura Teig oder die Pizzette mit Garnelen und Mango waren absolute spitzenklasse. Das Schnitzel war superzart und der Loup de Mer ein purer Genuss. Absolut empfehlenswert sind auch die leckeren Nachspeisen.

Hervorragendes Essen, guter Service und gemütliche Location. Die Terasse bietet bei guter Witterung eine schöne Kulisse, aber auch das Interieur ladet zum verweilen ein.

Vengo piuttosto spesso in Amburgo e mi piace sperimentare la cucina locale. In questo ristorante ho trovato un mix di sapori che mi ha felicemente sorpreso. Dall'entree a base di olio di oliva (umbro) servito con un mix di spezie, all'antipasto (una rivisitazione del ns vitello tonnato con qualcosa in più) al gaspacho, tutto molto ben curato e ....sorprendente. Voto positivo anche per il servizio, in un ambiente di classe. Quel che si dice: un'ottima scelta.

Das Restaurant macht eine. Sehr gepflegten, einladenden, sauberen Eindruck. Die Tische sind sehr großzügig für die Personenanzahl ausgelegt. Dies ist super, keine Platzprobleme. Die Küche ist durch eine große Scheibe frei einsehbar. Hier wird frisch in der Küche gekocht. Der Service war an dem Tag sehr verbesserungswürdig. Angefangen von der Aufmerksamkeit des Kellner über sein Fachwissen zu den angebotenen Speisen war sehr ausbaufähig. Die Speisen, hier wurde ein Château Briand inkl. Beilage beordert. Leider wurde das Fleisch deutlich vor den Beilagen gebracht. Somit lag das gute Fleisch bestimmt 2 Minuten extra auf den Tellern. Das Fleisch war hervorragend gebraten und hatte eine tollen Geschmack. Auch das Entrecôte als drittes Gericht war ebenfalls auf den Punkt gebraten. Die Beilagen war sehr schmackhaft, optisch auch ansprechend.

Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass uns ein Touristenmenü serviert wurde

Eine geschlossene Gesellschaft im Strauchs Falco gestern und ein toller Abend. Sehr sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Argentinisches Entrecote mit Brotsalat. Vorweg köstliche Appetizer - kleine Schnittchen, Dips, Frikadellen. Tim Nachtisch Erdbeeren und Creme Brulet. Besonders zu erwähnen aber ist die aufmerksame, bemühte Bedienung. Danke für die entspannten Stunden. Das Strauchs Falco ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.

We went there as a business lunch with costumers and it was amazing. We ate the see food tower as an appetiser, which was fresh and the king crab was incredibly well done! I ate the wagyu stake for main which was perfectly cooked as well. The service was amazing so was the wine too.

Excellent menu choice, great service and ambience. Our waitress patiently guided us through the menu choices - my wife enjoyed the Viennese Schnitzel with Lyon potatoes and a creamy cucumber salad while I sampled a local dish Labskaus with 1/2 Lobster. All washed down with a bottle of Rose Cremant! Super meal, super service and super evening and thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting Hamburg. Thank you.

Moin Folks, nun ist die Inflation Hausgemacht und unsere Regierung praktiziert das, weil …., nun hier im Restaurant fühlten sich meine Team-Begleiter sehr wohl, wir hatten puren Genuss und hier passt Preis/Leistung sehr gut, hier waren die Speisen Trompetengalaktisch geil👍👍👍👍👍👍 Hier ist die Location in einer sehr guten Lagesituation und bei schönem Wetter, draußen sitzen, cool und sehr geil. Immer gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage. Essen durchschnittlich. Waren mit 5 Personen da. Gerichte zwischen top und mäßig. vor allem Spargelgericht schwach. (Spargel nicht gut gekocht, Schnitzel trocken) Cocktails und Weine sehr gut. Service teilweise blasiert und wenig aufmerksam.

Schönes Lokal in der HafenCity. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt. Das Labskaus war top und auch die "Bouillabaisse" mit sehr viel Fisch- und Meeresfrüchteeinlage ein Traum. Der Service war super nett, jedoch stark unterbesetzt, so dass die Wartezeiten sehr lang waren. Dennoch können wir dieses Restaurant gerne weitermepfehlen.
