Super delicious food, at a fair price, in a wonderful atmosphere. From the upper terrace you have a beautiful view of the Tromper Wiek and the Glowe marina. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We found our favorite place for our vacation in Glowe.

The café offers a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The burgers with fries were deliciously prepared and the portion was generous. The cocktail was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Overall, my visit to the café was extremely pleasant and I can only recommend it.

Very lovingly and tastefully furnished beach café. We were served very friendly. The drinks and the food came very quickly. Our 3 children and we really liked it.

Actually we just wanted to “take a look”😁.... Spontaneously we had a nice chat with the innkeeper and we had our drinks super quickly. The food was freshly prepared. All very tasty. Also a pleasure for the eyes. All in all a relaxing time. We'd love to come back👍😄☀️.

We are on vacation in Juliusruh and have found our perfect dinner place at *Strandcafe De Düün*. The food was great – fresh, tasty and prepared with love. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the beautiful ambience rounded off our evening perfectly. We are already looking forward to the next visits during our vacation. Absolutely recommended!

We waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. When we still didn't have our food after 50 minutes, we left. No apology or discount received. Especially if you come to a restaurant with a small baby and you know in advance that it will take longer due to a lack of staff, you should communicate this in advance.

A beautiful terrace with seating overlooking the Baltic Sea invites you to linger. The food came quickly and was beautifully prepared. I myself ordered the BBQ Pork Fries, I was very surprised at how the chef got so much flavor into the pulled pork. The plate was beautifully presented with plenty of fries and cheese, and the topping was very well chosen vine tomatoes with rocket leaves and a few slices of jalapeños. I'll come back there again at any time.

The food was super tasty. Unfortunately you have to wait a long time due to a lack of staff. One waitress had to take orders, serve them, collect cash and prepare drinks. A pity.

There were 6 of us eating there with 2 children. The waitress had made an effort, he was alone and two people in the kitchen. But drinks only came after about three quarters of an hour, and we sometimes got them ourselves. Eating came relatively quickly. But we had ordered a simple schnitzel for our son without anything and no side dish (naksch). In the end they charged us 16.90 euros for the "simple" schnitzel. I tried to talk to the waitress again, they could have said when ordering that they would charge us the full price or we suggested that when entering the dish, type in a children's portion or nuggets or something similar or deduct a 10. No, there was no way to do it, according to the operator, the technology doesn't work and I would have to clarify it with the boss. Were not very cooperative and was an impertinence in our eyes.

The first friendly service on our Rügen holiday this year, delicious & fresh food even though we showed up shortly before the kitchen closed and a beautiful view of the sunset! Thank you! (Only the mosquitoes come through the underside of the chair... 🙈)

We were very happy because it worked well. We were very disappointed Service only came after requesting Tables were not cleared by the previous person, even though we had already ordered a drink. We then had something to drink and went to eat somewhere else because we weren't even asked if we wanted to drink. The lemonade, however, was very tasty

The food was delicious but you realize: it is “just a café”. The service was friendly and tried hard but at the limit with the 6 tables. The kitchen was really busy with one person. This is a good place for a snack.

We've been there two evenings in a row with our 3-year-old daughter. The first day they prepared the fries for the little one as quickly as possible, today even pasta with ketchup, no problem, even though it's not on the menu 👍🏻 Our food was also very tasty. Great service, delicious food and drinks, nice atmosphere. Beautifully uncomplicated. We'd love to come back.

I had a waffle with strawberries and ice cream and an Aperol. The waffles were super tasty and beautifully prepared. Staff super friendly. We sat on the terrace and upon request we were given fleece blankets as it was a bit chilly. The dog received a friendly welcome. Small negative point, there is only one public toilet (50ct), but it is clean.

I had a waffle with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. Since I didn't want any cream, I had an extra scoop of ice cream. Very nice, not everyone does that. The waffle tasted very good. The employee was very friendly.

Impudence! A black coffee 3.70? And there are no toilets! You have to use the public toilets for 50 cents! I really felt sorry for the family next to us who ate and drank expensively with four people and then had to look for these paid toilets in the cold with two small children... You don't have a view from inside and the loud music is reminiscent of a telephone hotline! At least friendly staff.

Prices probably for the sea view! What is offered there does not match the advertising at the counter. The food was subpar, zero service, the tables were all dirty, clear them yourself, cruel never again!

Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately nothing more. Temporary workers who heat up ready-made food, similar to a bad canteen. It is an impertinence to advertise dishes as if they were freshly prepared and ultimately to deliver such an inferior product. The finished schnitzel was only heated with oil and had burns on both sides and was inedible. The food was completely gone. The remaining dishes were also just heated ready-made products.

Essen war gut, etwas Imbiss-Charakter. Man kann aber echt froh sein, dass man in Glowe noch Essen kriegt ohne Voranmeldung. Personal freundlich. Obere Terrasse mit Meerblick. Untere Terrasse gemütlich, aber wie überall braucht man am besten Spray gegen Mücken.

Update 2023: Dieses Restaurant kann ich empfehlen. Das Essen war ganz lecker. Die Bedienung hatte dieses Jahr 2023 leider Probleme mit der Kommunikation. Ginger Ale war ihr gänzlich Fremd. Auch das Ambiente hat dieses Jahr etwas gelitten. Tische schmutzig und die Tischblumen haben auch bessere Zeiten erlebt. Achtung von 16 - 17 Pause = kein Essen!!

Pasta Lachs für 16.90 Euro ein sehr überzogener Preis. Gartensalat Hähnchen für 13 Euro auch überteuert. War normaler Pflügsalat für 0.99 ct je 500 gr, Dressing nichts dolles Hähnchen auch unteres Niveau. Dafür darf man sich das Essen selbst abholen. Servicekraft freundlich. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Kleines Café mit Blick auf die Dünen und die Strandpromenade... Neben Süßem gibt es hier auch Matjes und Fish and Chips... und davon reichlich 😎

Das Essen ist einfach nur lecker und das Personal sehr höflich. Und alles ist sehr gepflegt.

Sehr leckere Burger und große Portionen. Wenn es nicht so windig gewesen wäre, hätte man auch super draußen essen können.

Selbstbedienung ist auch ok. Aber die kleine weiche Waffel auf dem großen langen grünen Teller für fast 5 Euro war leider nicht gut.

Die Kassiererin/Kellnerin war super nett und freundlich, die Aussicht war mega (vor allem abends, wenn nicht mehr ganz so viele Menschen unterwegs sind) und das Essen war echt lecker

Essen war total fettig und hat nur nach Frittierfett geschmeckt. Das Schnitzel war auch nicht selbst paniert sondern ein Fertigschnitzel, was einfach in die Fritteuse geschmissen wurde. Die Pommes waren ok. Der Burger war bis auf den Rösti auch ok. Dieser hat auch nur nach Fett geschmeckt. Ambiente super, sehr freundliches Personal. Jedoch Selbstbedienung und keine Toilette. Man muss auf die öffentliche Toilette gehen und noch bezahlen. Für die Preise erwarte ich schon eine Toilette und Bedienung. Oder zumindest selbst zubereitete Gerichte...

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Waffeln sind wunderbar. Der Service ist nett. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment. Even though the service was good and the homemade lemonade really lovely, the veggie burger was cold and the fish and chips really underwhelming; the pieces of fish were mini and the quality just not great.

SB-Restaurant mit kleiner Karte aber durchaus schmackhaft. Personal ist freundlich. Man sitzt ganz Nett direkt an der Promenade. Kann man durchaus mal besuchen wenn man keine Lust auf super Ambiente hat, da man doch Aussen gut und geschützt sitzt.

Ein super gemütliches und vorallem behindertengerechtes Restorant. Sehr nettes Personal und das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Es ist für jeden Hunger etwas tolles dabei. Wir waren gestern und heute lecker Mittagessen und es ist einfach nur mega lecker. Man kann draußen und drinnen seine Speisen und Getränke einnehmen. Die Kartoffelsuppe ist ein Highlight. Die Toilette ist sehr, sehr sauber und für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet . Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub bei euch Lieben. Essen war wirklich mega lecker und reichlich. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und die Preise für die Portionen auch absolut gerechtfertigt.

Ein MUSS bei Strandtagen in Glowe!! Das Team ist IMMER supernett. Das Essen ist superlecker. Vieles ist selbstgemacht, und so (gut)schmeckt es auch!!! Preis-Leistung ist mehr als okay!!! UND- Ein Lächeln gibt es stets gratis!!! Wir freuen uns auf 2023!!!!!
