Storehouse Hamburg in Hamburg

The hotel room is very modern and stylishly furnished, but has no air conditioning, which didn't bother us. Room is clean and has a balcony and a refrigerator. Check in was quick and easy. There are various supermarkets and a savings bank nearby. I can't say anything about breakfast as we didn't try it. The location is a bit out of the way so it takes 30-45 minutes to get to the city center. So our conclusion: Great hotel and would come again and again. And good price-performance ratio.

Update 06/18/25 Unfortunately, the old review had to be completely revised. Unfortunately, everything is now prepared in the deep fryer. One fryer for fries and one for the rest. It has nothing to do with "Grill" Kate anymore. I can also get sausage from the deep fryer at any international cuisine delivery service or kebab shop. The service isn't nearly what it used to be either. The old "Grill Kate" remains a fond memory. I'm not wasting any time thinking about the new one. Another piece of home lost.

A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but very good food and fast, attentive service.

Coco Riviera is one of the most beautiful places on the Alster for a drink or two. The view is simply breathtaking, and the benches/seating are comfortable. Bringing a light jacket is recommended at this time of year. The drinks are not only reasonably priced, but also very tasty, and the selection is huge. The service was also excellent; the servers are very friendly, and you don't have to wait half a century for your ordered drinks.

Once again, we waited almost two hours for our delivery, even though the order stated 55 minutes. We weren't informed of the delay, and when we called, we were told "the driver is on the way."
