Amazing steaks. Went here with the family, had a table booked at 830pm, service was excellent. Everyone in our party who had a steak, it was cooked to perfection, we also had a vegetarian in the group who loved the mushroom risotto. Probably one of the best steaks I have had in ages. The staff were fantastic, definitely recommend this place and the prices are also excellent

The service alone is unbeatable. We've never been served so spontaneously (without an appointment). Very friendly and accommodating. Great steak and side dishes. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: Always thrilled... I can call myself a REGULAR GUEST here. ALWAYS A HIGHLIGHT. MEGA!!! I would like to report here about my visit to ASADOR. I became aware of the steakhouse through the many positive reviews and thought to myself... I'd give it a try. The entrance from the street side isn't exactly a feast for the eyes, but there's not much the tenant can do about that. But you will be rewarded when you enter the restaurant through the entrance. The interiors are beautifully decorated and offer a great atmosphere. We were served quickly and decided on a sirloin steak with side dishes. The steak was fantastic and was grilled perfectly. First there was fresh stone oven bread with butter. The service was very friendly (greetings to Pablo) and the boss also asked about our well-being. All in all a very successful visit. Thank you for your hospitality. We would be happy to come back...

We came here for meat and it did not disappoint. The tomahawk was great, served rare with three great sauces (pepper is a must take) and great fries! Wines card includes Argentinian and Spanish wines worth tasting!

Great tender and juicy steaks 🥩 I ordered medium-well, and it was perfect: juicy and tender yet cooked, so you don’t feel it’s too raw. I’m deducting one star because my friend got food-poisoned afterwards as soon as he got home. I was alright though, so must have been something with his steak and luck 😔

The food was excellent, but the service wasn't very friendly, and the wait was very long. All of our plates were cleared without question, even though there was still food on them and we hadn't finished. We couldn't say anything; the waiter was in the kitchen within seconds. The noise at the neighboring table was so loud that we simply couldn't have a conversation. No one from the restaurant staff bothered to inform the affected guests. The restrooms are in a state of wartime disrepair, with exposed pipes. The walls are also unlined, and you were lucky to be able to wash your hands. When we wanted to leave a tip, it was refused, stating that it was too small. When we offered more at the end, the money was thrown onto the counter without comment and without thanks, and our goodbyes were ignored. We will definitely not be visiting the restaurant again; the staff's behavior at the end was absolutely unacceptable!

Te sugiero ir preparado con billetes en euros por si acaso pero si no lo haces, no te preocupes te dirigirán al cajero más cercano. Gastamos aproximadamente $ 100. 00 Euros para dos personas pero pedimos mucha comida 3 aperitivos, 2 bebidas alcohólicas, 2 comidas, 3 guarniciones, 1 postre, La mantequilla que sirven con su pan es como oro líquido, tan bueno que podríamos simplemente beberlo. Todo lo que comimos fue increíble. Ni siquiera puedo sugerir un plato, ya que todos estaban deliciosos. Además, sugiero aceptar la inyección después de la comida, es el final perfecto para la comida. Estoy escribiendo esto mientras camino al aeropuerto. Estaremos soñando con esta comida cuando nos vayamos a casa. Esperemos que consideren abrir una ubicación en los EE.

We had a good dinner. A real Argentine restaurant and Argentines work there. The steaks and burger were great! The toilet is clean.

Upon arrival at the Asador steakhouse, I asked for a table for 2. I was told by the staff that this was possible, but at the time we were here you could only pay with a German debit card or cash. I indicated that we first had to go to an ATM, the staff indicated that it was on the other side of the road. Very helpful! When we got back there, the staff was in good spirits and very friendly. And they offered us as much bread as we wanted, and more! As a starter I had the octopus, which was perfectly prepared, every bite was equally delicious. My girlfriend had burrata mozzarella, which was fine. As a main course I went for the wiener schnitzel, because I thought I should have eaten it in Berlin. This was very tender with a lemon added to give it some extra flavor. The schnitzel wasn't very special, but it was exactly what I expected. My friend went for the sirloin steak, you could see her enjoying the taste after every bite, it was so delicious. We then had dessert, here I had the crème brulee. I really liked this one. My girlfriend had the New York cheesecake here, which was part of the chef's selection. I was told by her that it was a fairly simple cheesecake without anything crazy. We did all this while enjoying a bottle of wine, the price was very reasonable.

Der Service war sehe nett und um uns bemüht. Leider war der Rotwein zu warm und als wir dies rückmeldeten, sagte er dass er es vor dem Service bemeekt habe und ob er uns Eiswürfel bringen soll. Das Entercote (mir als Rybeye bekannt) war fettig und wie der Spinat auch mit viel Fett zubereitet. Kartezahlung (war zwar so deklariert) ist nicht möglich. Würde kein zweites Mal hingehen.

All the dishes we had over two dinners were amazing. We tried the octopus, wiener schnitzel, ceviche, beef tartar, lamb crown, pimientos padrón, olives and a dessert. All of these were exceptional. The service was 7/5. Pablo took the best care of us, made sure everything was alright and a true gentleman. If you are a rum enjoyer help yourself and have some Diplomatico or Pampero and if it's not available ask Pablo what he's got at the moment. Cocktails and the limoncello are also amazing. Every time I'll be in Berlin I'm gonna be visiting this place

Terrible service. It’s a shame because I enjoyed the food. I’ve been here before with a white friend and we had top notch service, received (MULTIPLE??!!) shots after our meal and it was memorable hence why I wanted to go for my anniversary. This time around, I was with my boyfriend who is also black and we were completely ignored. I literally saw other tables getting better and more polite service. I even asked for a shot at the end of the meal after seeing loads of others getting them and THEY IGNORED US AGAIN. We skipped dessert, the shot and just left. From beginning to end, we were there for 3ish hours between waiting, asking where our food was and asking for the bill. It felt like they just wanted us out of the restaurant. The waiter with the red tips was particularly not interested (I think Pablo? Which is ironic because he seems to be everyone else's favourite waiter) Disappointing behaviour. We spent over €100 and tipped well… can’t believe this is happening in 2023. AVOID!!!!!

Pablo el major. He is the best. He helped us figure out our payment method when we were unsure what card they accepted and offered us the best service. He continually brought bread and aioli to our table, as soon as we were out. Our drinks were always full and our wishes were always fulfilled. The steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were the perfect texture. Overall, Pablo showed us excellent service and we would 100% come back here again.

I've had better steak for the price. The naked meat served on the plate, you can go straight to a snack bar. The toilets also leave something to be desired, half a shell. Please decorate your plates a little, your eyes will eat too.

Good restaurant with huge portions. Typical German Steakhaus but all very good. Polite and kind staff. The only drawback is that it does not accept digital payments.

I was skeptical at first because the map and the toilet didn't make a good impression. However, the food was very good. Even though we were a larger group, the steaks were all served almost at the same time to the desired doneness.

Overall, the food was okay, but I've had much better steaks. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the furnishings seem a bit old and rustic, which is not to everyone's taste. But you can definitely do it for a visit every now and then.

Wow one of the best steak houses I've been to in Europe. Great service and the food was phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and actually care about provided a great experience. You definitely need to make reservations, people were getting turned around due to all the tables being full. T bone was the best!

Steak was incredibly yummy. Decent chips and good drinks selection. Lovely staff and environment. The toilets, well let's just say we don't want to talk about them, let's imagine you have gone to a farm. So if you have any reason why you may need nice toilets I wouldn't go here. But the food was brilliant and it truly was the best restaurant we went to all week. (Remember you need cash)

My wife and I came to Asador for my birthday. We didn't tell the staff as such and frankly, we didn't have to. Pablo was an absolute gentleman all night. Excellent service, extremely tender steak.

We ordered 2 meals. After about 45 minutes it came. Unfortunately my steak and potatoes were cold. It wasn't even enough to melt the herb butter. Although the taste was good.

One of the best (mignot) steaks I've ever had. It looked great and tasted even better. I ordered it medium and it was perfect (I usually play it safe in restaurants and order well done, as it's often too red or rare otherwise). It was worth every euro!

Compared to last year, unfortunately a bit disappointing. Ordered wine (frizzante) and received a semi-dry white wine without asking because frizzante was all out. Starter ceviche wasn't bad, but not ceviche. Unfortunately the grill plate wasn't worth the €27.50 this time. The meat was indefinable (even from the cut), the taste was rather lukewarm, and the portion or presentation was simply not appropriate. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. It's a shame.

The service was really bad. Mistake after mistake. We ordered a steak for our kid, and we received a Schnitzel. We ordered the mix grill plate, and we asked if we could swap the fries and have meshes potatoes instead. The waitress said yes (usually not a big deal, we paid the difference), but she brought both to us and said that the grill plate is only served with fries! WHY to say yes before??? I ordered the entrecôte medium rare, and it came not like i wanted. (It s a shame for a steak house to not be able to cook a steak perfectly). I rarely eat a steak in a restaurant because I'm almost never happy about how they cook it. I prefer to do it myself. But today, I wanted to give another try. The quality of the meat was really good, though. So this is the main thing that the quality of the food was good for all of us. After that, they brought us the beer when I was finished to eat and of course, not the right one. The people were nice but really weird service. This is the 1st time that I had a bad service like that. I also realized that it was too late they also made a mistake on the bill. With one meal, the fries was included, but on the bill, I paid 2 portions. I didn't want to go back and complain, so I let go. For sure, it will be my last time in this steakhouse.

Service was extremely overwhelmed even though the number of guests was manageable. Wrong drinks, food was simply forgotten and a very long wait. In addition, the whole thing seems very unkempt (toilets, completely dirty carpet). The food was unexpectedly carelessly slapped onto the plate.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the terrible service. This was my second visit—on my first, it wasn’t very crowded, and I really enjoyed it. However, this time, the restaurant was much busier with a few large groups, and the difference in service was noticeable. There were just two of us, yet we had to wait nearly an hour for our food, which arrived cold. On top of that, when it was time to pay, the staff directly asked if we wanted our change back, which felt like they were pressuring us to leave a tip. That’s not polite at all.

We just arrived in Berlin on a long flight and the truth is, the place is fantastic, the service was excellent, Mercedes was a great host, thank you very much

Hello folks I often go to Asador and I love this store. Whenever I'm there I feel like I'm at home and the service the guys provide is incredibly good. The service staff are quick and always fun to have. I often order the fillet or the entrecôte, both are outstanding, as are the drinks from the bar, incredibly tasty. Thank you for your hospitality and thank you for the great evenings with you. Regardless of whether you are a tourist or a Berliner, I can only tell you to go there and try it for yourself. I have never complained at a restaurant before but I’ve never had such a horrible experience in a restaurant. Went with my partner for what we expected to be a lovely night. Turned up for our table on the dot but then had to wait 30 minutes for an order to be taken for drinks. In the meantime, tables seated after us had already started receiving food by the time our drinks order. was taken. Drinks then took around 15 mins to arrive. 1 simple cocktail and 1 pint of lager took 15 minutes. When the steaks were eventually brought out they were still mooing. We had asked for medium rare. The waitress did not care a jot and offered nothing in compensation. I had to ask for mine to be recooked. This was a mistake as it was brought out Well Done and the head waiter simply threw the plate down without an apology or any other explanation or asking if we’d like a drink. Considering we’d just ordered 2 expensive ribeyes, and both were horribly undercooked, this was a terrible service. After this we decided to leave. I went up to the pay the bill while my partner went to the WC. The manager seemed to avoid me for a while, he was polishing cutlery and when I asked other waiters for the bill they said he would bring it over. It took him another 10 minutes to bring it because he was too busy polishing cutlery. Hilariously, as my partner left the restroom, they asked her to speak to me and pay for both steaks. (Wtf?!?) The manager then insisted I paid for both. This did not happen as I clearly explained to him that the service was subpar and the food a complete rip off. The fact that the manager seemed scared to speak to me about the situation is frustrating as I was nothing but polite and respectful having worked in similar establishments elsewhere. Frankly I’m astounded such a beautiful restaurant could provide such poor services. It seems the locals there were shocked also. Perhaps if you are a brown person or an English speaking foreigner, it’s best to avoid this place. They won’t treat you like a touris, nevermind a Berliner.

We had the mixed starter plate (would definitely recommend), the filet mignon, the entrecôte, the rosemary potatoes, the green beans, and the chimichurri sauce. Everything was perfect. Not cheap, but that's inevitable if you want good quality meat. Maybe even the best beef I had in Berlin so far!

"Excellent" 6/6 Scampis, beef and risotto deserve an A+. The Wiener Schnitzel was good (without any ifs and...), but is better in a schnitzel roastery. But who goes to Asado to eat schnitzel? Delicious homemade lemonade and good desserts round off the culinary experience. Thank you for the attentive and cheerful service! We will be back and will definitely recommend the restaurant!

The food tasted very salty, I couldn't eat it. Service was top. Jakob was very, very nice and professional, but we ended up there because of the food. It wasn't a good experience!

The meat is delicious. You actually have to withdraw cash from the ATM across the street but it’s definitely worth the effort!!

Fantastic staff who perfectly master the balance between cozy charm and professionalism at the fingertips. We got nice, tender entrecote with tasty rosemary potatoes, perfectly grilled vegetables and a delicious blue-cheese sauce. We will definitely come again next time we are near Berlin!

We were in Berlin with a larger group for work. We had reserved for 10 people, two more people came later. We actually ordered some of the same dishes, but probably 4-5 different ones across the table. I had the small piece of fillet with pepper sauce and fries. The meat was fried to perfection (medium in my case), the sauce had a really perfectly rounded taste including the red peppercorns and the fries were also really good. The service was a bit stressful as it was really busy later. Nevertheless, they tried very hard, even when two of the colleagues arrived later, when some of the troops had already paid and left in the meantime. All the employees were always very friendly. Only the two food moths we saw in the dining room were a bit irritating. But it didn't affect the quality at all.

Pablo made the evening so special for my birthday and was extremely attentive and friendly. We have visited Asador this evening for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday, and WOW. The food was absolutely outstanding, cooked to perfection and extremely reasonably priced. We were looked after from start to finish by Pablo, who made the evening extra special for my girlfriend’s birthday. I would 100% recommend visiting Asador, Pablo is a legend.

The steak was really exceptionally good! Rarely have I eaten such a good piece of meat. I can really only recommend it! Unfortunately, card payment was not possible because the device was apparently defective. In my opinion, the staff could have handled it a little more professionally. Luckily there was an ATM nearby.
