We went there spontaneously today, Tuesday. We were actually planning on going somewhere else, but then we turned off there. By very spontaneous, I mean so spontaneous that I showed up in workout leggings, sneakers, and a €20 fake leather jacket. Luckily, my companion was a bit better dressed. I was very embarrassed, but the service was very friendly and courteous. I didn't feel like I was treated badly at all, and that, for me, speaks volumes about the place. It was, of course, delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I also really liked the music. I highly recommend it!

I'm a regular at Steakhaus Marzahn, but this rating isn't without reason. I've spent many wonderful evenings here for years. It's my little vacation from everyday life. The atmosphere, beautiful background music, and fantastic staff combined with the BEST meat you can find in Berlin... I'll even go one step further: I've never eaten so well in Germany. For any lover of good taste, this restaurant is a MUST! And I recommend everyone to take the plunge and spend an unforgettable evening in my favorite restaurant. I've had it 15-20 times, and never once. The steak was never undercooked or worse than perfect. Forget everything else. It's better to have less, but really good.

Located of the beaten track about 30 min by car from the city center this hidden gem is a must for any serious meat lover. We were greeted and served by a very friendly waiter who obviously takes pride in his work. That shows: service was impeccable! Then the food: we started out with a steak tartar and oysters and champagne. The meat quality was impressive and the condiments for the steak tartare were perfectly proportioned the fresh acidity of the champagne was excellent - we were very happy. Then we continued with a tomahawk. The meat and preparation were simply superb! Tomahawk that melts in the mouth and is packed with flavor, what else could you want. Best steak I ever tasted period! Washed it down with a great barolo. As desert we went for the strawberries: light and refreshing. All in all: perfection. Just go here and be amazed!

We drove a long way from far away last night to eat their delicious chicken. When we arrived and wanted to order, we were told that the house rules required us to order steak, which I find really strange to be forced to eat red meat. Because we didn't want to contradict the house rules, we checked again and ordered the meal again from the second waiter, which they agreed to. The second, older gentleman was so rude, so disrespectful, I've never experienced anything like it in my 30 years. He tried to teach us how to order, and if we didn't dance to his tune, we could leave. I'm self-employed myself, and I worked in the restaurant industry myself back then, and I know difficult customers, and we definitely weren't that, and I already feel sorry for the people who could be. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the service was very degrading. I would have been reluctant to write this review myself, no matter how unfriendly waiters sometimes are. You have to remember that they're human too, and not everyone can hide their stress professionally. This older gentleman wasn't unfriendly, but rather beyond disrespectful. I'm still speechless, which is why I took the trouble to write it all down here.

Unfriendly staff; it was our second attempt to dine there. Unfortunately, the reception was once again arrogant and dismissive. The price/performance ratio was abysmal. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

This steakhouse is really worth a trip. Were there after our daughter's wedding. The prices are high, but everything was prepared to a high standard and was delicious. Even if you don't like red meat, you'll get your money's worth. We were completely satisfied. Thank you!

Nice restaurant for meat lovers. The food was good, but I personally find the prices overpriced. Almost €50 for about 100 grams of fillet, some mashed potatoes, and grilled cabbage is simply out of proportion. Being told by the waiter that a Caesar salad isn't a complete meal doesn't exactly make it better. This will be my first and last visit.

We now go here 2/3 times a year. For us it's a special kind of reward. The overall quality of the food is outstanding. As is the service. Attentive, but not at all intrusive. Absolutely perfect! Yes, you wait almost an hour or more for your food, but the result is commensurate with that. Just like “good things take time”. Patience is royally rewarded. We have never found meat of this quality anywhere else. If you want to treat yourself to something really exceptionally good, you've come to the right place! And yes...it is definitely worth the money! Thank you so much for this indescribable taste experience.

Disappointing experience despite excellent food I've already eaten at the Steakhouse Marzahn once and was absolutely thrilled - the food is really excellent! That's why I was looking forward to dining here again with my colleagues today. Unfortunately, this evening turned out to be a huge disappointment. Despite official opening hours until 11 p.m., we found ourselves in front of the closed doors at 8:30 p.m. An employee opened the door and told us that the store was already closed because they were cleaning now. When I pointed out that there were different opening times online, they just said it didn't matter. There was neither an apology nor a sign of understanding for our long journey of over an hour and a half. For a restaurant of this class, I not only expect excellent food, but also professional treatment of guests. Our group was prepared to leave a large amount here today - instead we were simply turned away. Very disappointing! Hopefully management will take this behavior to heart because this is how you lose loyal customers. !

Service is a disaster here and food is mediocre. This is definitely not an insider tip, just a big misunderstanding. Of the bad service, I would like to specifically single out the nice lady who tried to "save" the situation and was very friendly.

I was there with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. The steak (shared chateaubriand for 2, USA) was really good, the inside and outside was cooked perfectly. We are happy with the cocktails and desserts (Cheesecake and caramel ice cream) too. It took almost 2 hours to cook, but we understand because it was Valentine’s Day.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I had high hopes for dinner here, but apart from the starter, which was quite good, all the dishes were way too salty. The worst thing, however, was the service - the waiters were extremely arrogant, unfriendly and even made hurtful comments. I definitely won't be coming back and can only advise everyone to avoid this restaurant.

I've rarely eaten so badly for the money. 54 € for a braised ox breast, which every grandmother makes better. Above all, both pieces had a different consistency. The mashed potatoes could hardly be made worse, OK, the sauce would have gone better with a sauerbraten and had nothing to do with a professionally prepared jus. My companion had the same food but a different plate. Drinks were only sold by the bottle. The service had black jeans and black T-shirts, everyone seemed to have something different, no aprons. When it was less busy, a waiter sat down at an empty table and played with his cell phone. I think that if you look at these prices there, then the service, the preparation and the quality should be right. In our case this was not the case. The only bright spot was the crème brûlėe.

I tried Japanese wagyu M7 steak, it totally worth 1 hour driving! U can feel the milky fat spread all over ur mouth, never get too oily with their specially served different types of delicious sauces. I put it on my list and would like to try other recommended steaks in other times.

The shop is simply great and still has the best meat in town. There were three of us and we had the Wagyu Tacos, Wagyu Tartar and Beef Cubes as a starter and the 1kg Wagyu Deluxe as a main along with green asparagus and parmesan fries. Everything was just great! The shop is at the end of town for a lot of things, but for meat lovers it's just right in the middle, without the frills and celebrities like in Grill Royal or comparable shops. I'll be back!

Steakhouse at a higher price level in Marzahn. I had the beef medallions with mashed potatoes and pointed cabbage as well as the avocado salad in advance. The beef medallions were incredibly tender and absolutely top! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you!

Where do I start? We were here for the first time today, 3 gentlemen and a baby in tow. And right from the start it was just perfect, whether it was the phone call or the extremely friendly service. BUT the absolute highlight was the Wagyu beef fillet and the Creekstone entrecote, we have never eaten meat so well in a restaurant. The truffled mashed potatoes and homemade bernaise sauce are out of this world. We'll be back.

I was there with my husband and we were actually charged for the most expensive meat, even though we ordered something else. Mistakes are human but to stand up and say, well, you ate the expensive meat and it was good, very unprofessional. In the end they wanted to pay us the difference, but we decided not to. Because you expect more accommodation and a different reaction from your restaurant and its prices. We've heard from several people that the service isn't great and unfortunately we had to experience it ourselves. It's a shame because the food was really good.

Do Not Go Here – Rude, Discriminatory Service Ruined Everything! This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I cannot urge people enough to avoid this place. While the food itself was decent, everything was completely overshadowed by the appalling behavior of one of the waiters, an older man. His discriminatory and offensive attitude, especially toward women, was absolutely unacceptable. He blatantly ignored the women at our table, refused to address them, and shockingly, even spoke rudely about me in German, assuming I wouldn’t understand. To make matters worse, the waiter aggressively pressured us to choose the overpriced “master cuts” instead of ordering à la carte. It was clear they were more focused on upselling us than providing a comfortable dining experience. For a place charging such exorbitant prices, the service was nothing short of disgraceful. It’s a shame because the food was decent, but what’s the point if the experience leaves you feeling humiliated and angry? This restaurant clearly tolerates rude, discriminatory behavior from its staff, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. There are far better places to spend your money where you’ll be treated with basic respect. Avoid this place at all costs.

I never usually write reviews, but today it was the BEST meat I've eaten in my life.

This restaurant is located in Marzahn and is remote, but a very nicely decorated restaurant. As a starter we had oysters, which tasted incredibly delicious. Red wine shallots were served as a side dish. The meat, the quality and the taste are simply legendary, definitely tops Ushido Berlin, among others! The side dishes, in this case the truffle, mashed potatoes, special sauces, Bernaise sauce and the herb mushrooms were simply an ecstasy in terms of taste and indescribably full of flavor. We had the Japanese rump steak and the Australian fillet, 200 grams each. For dessert there was crème brûlée, which was served with a sois and top and was also very tasty. The service is very friendly and accommodating, the menu is really interesting and varied. The environment is very quiet and relaxed. Recommended for anyone who is a gourmet foodie. Incredibly smooth in taste! Indescribably simple! The price-performance ratio is adjusted in relation to the quality of the meat, you dig deep into your wallet, but it's incredibly worth it!!!!!

Hands down the best steakhouse in Berlin, worth the trip from Mitte. The appetizers were spot on, and the Wagyu beef truly outstanding. Full of taste, melts away in the mouth. While beef this quality is expensive, we found prices to be correct and reflect the fact you’re not paying for location. Service was extremely friendly, we are only sorry we did not have some extra space to try the desserts.

Fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. For the mains, we went all-in with the Tomahawk and Ribeye, paired with truffled mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steaks were top-tier, cooked perfectly, and the sides held their own. We also ordered a bottle of Ruinart to round things out—always a solid choice. Here’s the kicker: the total bill came out to around 700 euros. For Marzahn? That’s a bold price point, especially considering we drove 50 minutes from Ku’damm to get there. But credit where it’s due—the quality is undeniable. I might not be making this drive every week, but for steaks and a night like this, I’d come back. Marzahn’s sitting on a hidden gem here.

Fantastic!!! Wonderful ambience, very tasteful interior, dim lighting. Competent service. Friendly but not intrusive. This staff is knowledgeable and knows what they are bringing to the table. The steaks are absolutely first class, probably the best steaks in Berlin. Especially the fillets, incredibly good. You mainly pay for the steak here, you shouldn't expect fine dining service. That's ok too. On our last visit with a larger group there was some discord because we wanted to order fewer steaks than the people in the group (there are no small steaks, we always have something left over). That wasn't possible, everyone had to order a steak. We would have liked there to be another option, for example a place setting option for 15 EUR perhaps including a side dish. Of course the restaurant will earn less, but now there are some in our group who don't want to go here anymore... not good for business either. But in one constellation or another we will definitely come back!

Crazy - after all the recommendations from other gourmets, I didn't think that our expectations could be exceeded so much. Really a perfect place to eat the best meat in the city, with very friendly service and an ambience that you wouldn't expect in the middle of the prefabricated buildings. I visited the restaurant with my father last Tuesday. I had arranged to meet my father nearby shortly beforehand. Since it had started to rain and my father, at 80 years old, is no longer very good on foot, we decided to go to the nearby steakhouse. We were there around 2:15 p.m., the restaurant was completely empty except for one occupied table. When we entered the restaurant, the waiter was standing behind the counter talking on the phone. The moment he saw us, he turned around without saying hello and disappeared into the back area with the phone to his ear. All tables except one were completely set, everything was very chic and clean and very inviting. Since we weren't planning on eating, we sat at the table, which wasn't set up to avoid unnecessary hassle for the staff. ....then we waited first... We didn't see anything of the waiter at first, except his back and the phone to his ear... and we continued to wait patiently... ...and we were still waiting; it seemed to be a very important phone call after all. After we had waited long enough at the waiter's discretion, the waiter came to our table with the sentence "Menu for you?" I replied by telling him that we would have liked to have just had one or two glasses of wine or beer and therefore sat down directly at the uncovered table. After my answer, the waiter became even more unfriendly than he had appeared before and said that if we didn't want to eat, we would have to leave again, after all it was a restaurant and not a bar. I expressed my absolute lack of understanding about this, the rude and more than unfriendly manner in which the waiter basically threw us out completely stunned my father and me. I asked what the reason was for being unwelcome as a paying guest in an empty restaurant. The waiter, who was becoming increasingly angry because of my resistance, stammered something about requirements and instructions that he had and that a new tablecloth would ultimately cost €20 would (?), then it finally became clear to us that it was completely pointless to continue wasting our time in this house and on the narrow-minded, inflexible waiter, who is obviously completely unfamiliar with the words friendliness, service and hospitality and their meaning. It goes without saying that we will no longer consider this house for future visits, including for dining.

We couldn't eat, they were extremely rude to us, they treated us like two poor people and they imposed a consumption restriction on us, I couldn't order two starters and they wanted to force me to pay €59 as a penalty for not ordering a main course

The steak is on point, everything is presented in a very attractive look and very good quality. There is nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour and 5 minutes for our meal. When we asked, we were told that the menu states that a good steak takes 45 minutes. What are the other steakhouses doing wrong? The way in which the staff communicates is completely inappropriate for such a high-priced restaurant. You feel anything but welcome and that's why it was our first and last visit there.

Steakhouse Marzahn - A culinary highlight I had the pleasure of enjoying a beef fillet with fresh chanterelles and truffle mashed potatoes in the Marzahn steak, and all I can say is: it was an absolute delight! The beef fillet was perfectly cooked – nicely seared on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The fresh chanterelles harmonized wonderfully with the meat and gave the dish a wonderfully earthy note. The truffle mashed potatoes was another highlight – creamy, aromatic and perfectly seasoned. We were impressed not only by the food but also by the service. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the evening even better. The ambience of the restaurant is also worth highlighting: tastefully decorated and very welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I can only warmly recommend the steak from Marzahn. It not only offers outstanding food, but also an all-round successful restaurant visit. An absolute top recommendation!

We have been here several times. The best meat there is the Wagyu Tomahawk. The preparation is perfect and the service is perfect. There are reasonably priced portions for children.

A perfect evening at the Steakhaus Marzahn Yes, the location is admittedly a bit surreal: Fine Dining Grill & BBQ at an international level surrounded by Marzahner Platte. But: Here the location doesn't matter: The proof: We came an hour from the other end of the city. We learned that the guests come from everywhere. It has always been like this. The restaurant has been around for over 20 years, with its current focus for around seven years. The surreal: champagne under the Berliner Pilsner parasol. Parking lot terrace charm outside, inside an interior that rivals the best of the best. A service that only uses the plural and where anything other than a black T-shirt would be out of place. World-class surf & turf in the evening, meals on meal vouchers for the neighboring housing association at lunchtime. And does that work? Yes, perfect: especially because the down-to-earth attitude is really genuine. Everyone sits here as they please; On a Wednesday evening in the summer there are at least seven tables. Nobody needs or wants any chichi. Nothing is artificial or forced here. No comparison to the other big steakhouses in town, where they constantly buzz around me like I'm the Emperor of China. And yet the service is perfect: even before I could get curious about whether anyone would notice the empty champagne glass, it was full again. The timing, at the start of the evening, between courses, at the end: perfect. The level and quality of communication: Nothing too much, everything very relaxed, yet not unprofessionally relaxed: Perfect! As of course: the meat. They write "Premium Beef" in their windows and that's exactly what they mean: Starting with the menu, which is rarely seen - even by international standards, through the presentation of the piece, right up to the presentation: I have never experienced it better anywhere in the world . More à point is not possible. A few words about the side dishes: The béarnaise sauce was particularly light and very special with a touch of nut butter. Chanterelles, carrots with pistachios, everything was right. We had a Chateaubriand as turf with a Canadian lobster as surf. The oysters and tuna tartare at the front were also excellent. The crème brûlée and the excellent homemade ice cream - a peach parfait - rounded it off perfectly, including an exciting dialogue about how far you can go with vanilla ice cream... A quick look at the drinks, where something surreal appears again: water from the Rheinsberg Preußen-Quelle, Berliner Pilsner, Moët & Chandon, and of course they also mix everything that isn't on the menu. As a rule, such laudatory reviews end with the recommendation that you absolutely have to go there. Not here: We say XXL thanks to the Marzahn Steakhouse team for this wonderful evening on our wedding anniversary! We'll come back and spread the word.

Ja, die Lage ist zugegeben etwas surreal: Fine Dining Grill & BBQ auf internationalem Spitzenniveau umzingelt von Marzahner Platte. Aber: Hier ist die Lage egal: Der Beweis: Wir kamen eine Stunde vom anderen Ende der Stadt. Die Gäste kommen von überall, erfuhren wir. Das war schon immer so. Seit über 20 Jahren gibt es das Restaurant, seit etwa sieben Jahren mit der aktuellen Ausrichtung. Das Surreale: Champagner unter dem Berliner-Pilsner-Sonnenschirm. Parkplatz-Terrassen-Charme draußen, drinnen ein Interieur, das es mit den Besten der Besten aufnehmen kann. Ein Service, der nur im Plural duzt und an dem alles andere als sein schwarzes T-Shirt fehl am Platz wäre. Abends Surf & Turf auf Weltniveau, mittags Gerichte auf Essensbons für die benachbarte Wohnungsbaugesellschaft. Und funktioniert das? Ja, perfekt: Vor allem, weil die Bodenständigkeit wirklich echt ist. Hier sitzen alle, wie sie wollen; an einem Mittwoch-Abend im Sommer immerhin sieben Tische. Niemand braucht oder will irgendein Chichi. Nichts ist hier gekünstelt oder aufgesetzt. Kein Vergleich zu den anderen großen Steakhäusern der Stadt, in denen sie mich ständig umschwirren, als sei ich der Kaiser von China. Und dennoch ist der Service perfekt: Noch bevor ich neugierig werden konnte, ob denn hier wohl das leere Champagner-Glas bemerkt wird, war es wieder voll. Das Timing, am Start des Abends, zwischen den Gängen, beim Ausklang danach: Perfekt. Der Grad und die Güte der Kommunikation: Nichts zu viel, alles sehr entspannt, dennoch nicht unprofessionell locker: Perfekt! Wie natürlich auch: Das Fleisch. Sie schreiben in ihre Fenster „Premium Beef“ und sie meinen das genau so: Angefangen von der – selbst mit internationalen Maßstäben – kaum gesehenen Karte, über die Präsentation des Stückes, bis hin zur Anrichtung: Ich habe es bisher nirgends auf der Welt besser erlebt. Mehr à point geht nicht. Wenige Worte zu den Beilagen: Die Sauce béarnaise war von einer besonderen Leichtigkeit und mit einem Hauch Nussbutter sehr besonders. Pfifferlinge, Karotten mit Pistazien, alles stimmte. Wir hatten ein Chateaubriand als Turf mit einem kanadischen Hummer als Surf. Die Austern und das Thunfisch-Tatar vorneweg waren ebenfalls exzellent. Die Crème Brûlée und das hervorragende hausgemachte Eis – ein Pfirsich-Parfait – rundeten perfekt ab, inklusive eines spannenden Dialogs, wie weit man bei einem Vanilleeis gehen darf ... Ein kurzer Blick auf die Getränke, bei dem das etwas Surreale wieder aufscheint: Wasser aus der Rheinsberger Preußen-Quelle, Berliner Pilsner, Moët & Chandon, natürlich mixt man auch alles, was nicht in der Karte steht. In der Regel enden solche lobhudelnden Rezensionen mit der Empfehlung, daß man da unbedingt hin muß. Hier nicht: Wir sagen dem Team des Steakhauses Marzahn XXL-Danke für diesen wunderschönen Abend unseres Hochzeitstages! Wir kommen wieder und sagen es weiter.

It was a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, the meat was cooked perfectly and the dessert was delicious. The decor of the restaurant is very stylish and the music was also appropriate. It was delicious, relaxed and beautiful. Thank you.

Wow!! We had the most amazing steak in Berlin here - and I consider myself a bit obsessed with trying steak restaurants in Berlin. Lovely restaurant ambience and staff, we came to celebrate a birthday and it was an unforgettable evening - even the starters had so much thought and care put into them. Absolutely beautiful, can’t wait to go back. Recommend to „go hard or go home“ and order the wagyu mixed plate, you won’t regret it. We visited in October and still reminisce about the meal we had, which is why I can enact to leave a review :)
