Top, very pleasant atmosphere, beautiful modern furnishings, attentive service and very good food. Filet Surf & Turf was very good with huge baked potato. And then there's the fact that accessibility was even considered during the last modernization Excellent, thank you very much. PS unfortunately there is no senior plate with steak. Too bad.

Always very good, friendly staff and delicious food

First of all, the positive: The food was really tasty and the atmosphere is nice! We were there on Boxing Day and unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment. We waited 1.15 hours for the food and after we ordered some drinks, the waiter came two hours after we arrived and asked us to leave because the next guests were coming. Maybe I would have liked to finish my drink or order dessert. I think or hope that things work differently in normal day-to-day operations. If we go there again the review will probably look better, as it was really busy there at Christmas. Maybe you don't allocate all the tables for opening but do it in 5 to 10 minute bursts so that no one has to wait that long for drinks or food. But the waiters were always polite and we would go there again despite the Christmas chaos.

The food was very good. Especially the meat (rump and rump steaks, beef fillet) which has to be top notch in a steakhouse. were cooked to perfection, very good quality and tasted great. Great, modern atmosphere. What I didn't find so great is the fact that you add €1.5-€2.5 per dish to the Christmas menu. Sure, the personnel costs are corresponding on a public holiday, but I still don't think it's a good thing at all. Has a little hint of rip-off. 😀

When a special event is coming up and we want to eat well to mark the occasion, we visit El Rancho in Eschweiler. Today again good meat, good preparation, good service. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Nice steakhouse with very good meat dishes...modern and nicely furnished. Service was friendly, attentive and quick despite a good staff. There were four of us and we had a very nice evening. The food is expensive but really good quality. Is recommended

I don't want the service staff/operators to simply address me as "you". The food didn't quite meet my expectations. The restaurant was very busy, so there was a slightly disturbing background noise.

We have been visiting this restaurant for many years. The food is of very good quality and is freshly prepared. You can always tell from the baked potato, which doesn't taste old and warmed up like in other restaurants, but rather fresh and delicious. The salad buffet is always fresh and clean and replenished accordingly. The service is always very friendly and nice. We always enjoy coming back here.

I've been there several times and everything is always fresh and the steaks were as ordered, always 👍👍👍💯

Were there for the second time. The first time with 4 people, the food and service was great. This time, 6 people, we ordered, among other things, this house platter for two. As you can see, there are two finished products on the plate. One is cheese and the other is molded meat. Plus a boring minced steak, a dry piece of pork fillet and a perfect mini steak. All in all, very little good meat. The service this time left a lot to be desired. After dinner we sat for a long time in front of empty plates and glasses. To top it all off, we had to ask for the bill twice. Conclusion, individual dishes are great, house platter doesn't work for me at all. Service can be better.

Hervorragendes Essen. Zur Auswahl stehen neben erstklassigen Steaks auch jugoslawische und internationale Küche. Dir normalen Portionen machen auch durchgehungerte Holzfäller satt, es gibt aber auch Seniorenteller, die für den normalen Esser immer noch absolut ausreichend sind. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich.

We had a really nice evening at El Rancho yesterday. We received a warm and courteous welcome and felt very comfortable in the new, modern and cozy atmosphere. The food, especially the grill plate, really surprised us positively. When grilling, some pieces of meat are often too dry or unseasoned. Here each piece of meat was optimally cooked and seasoned. We will be back definitely :)

Today we had dinner at “El Rancho” with nine people. Although it was very busy - Easter Sunday - we were greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The food came quickly and everything was extremely tasty and of excellent quality. The service was very attentive. We can highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back.

The employees are great - super friendly and have always been quick. Price-performance ratio is simply great. The steaks are cooked to perfection every time. The portions are large enough and the price is absolutely reasonable for this quality. The restaurant is almost always well attended, which speaks for it. Hopefully the quality and friendliness remains at this level.

The restaurant looks rustic from the outside, but the inside is very modern with beautiful ambient lighting. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was always responsive and “on point”. He was also very satisfied. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, our order form was temporarily lost in the kitchen. When the waitress noticed this, she apologized to us. We were very surprised by the very good food, a very friendly and fast team and ultimately also by the food. The ambience was also appealing, especially the sanitary facilities. Essen war wie immer top, leider war das Zeitfenster der Reservierung von 90 min für 6 Personen am 2. Weihnachtstag abends zu kurz, sind unhöflich gebeten worden zu bezahlen uns zu gehen.

Ich liebe das Ambiente und vor allem das Essen. Wir gehen gerne dort hin.

Also wir haben Mitte September einen Tisch für 5 Personen für den 2. Weihnachtstag reserviert. Wir waren pünktlich vor Ort. Da das Restaurant völlig überfüllt gewesen ist, wurde uns nur ein Tisch für 4 Personen angeboten. Obwohl der Tisch für 5 Leute recht klein gewesen wäre, wartete ich noch auf meinen Stuhl und Tischgedeck. Nach circa 10 Minuten abwarten, habe ich nochmal höflich drauf hingewiesen. Jedoch leider ohne Erfolg. Standen wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt herum und niemand gab sich auch nur ansatzweise die Mühe diese Fehlplanung zu beheben. Wir verstehen, dass an Weihnachten der Stress enorm ist, allerdings zeugt Logistik und Planung von gutem Service. Heute haben wir feststellen müssen, das der Service an diesen besonderen Tagen nicht gegeben ist. FAZIT: zum Wohlfühlen ungenügend!!!

Sehr schönes Steakhaus. Besonders gefallen hat mir die offene Küche. So konnte man die Zubereitung der Gerichte beobachten. Auch das gleichzeitige Servieren von 30 Gerichten lief ohne Probleme.

Das Essen war perfekt. Mein Filetsteak Medium-Rare war auf den Punkt gegart und super lecker. Das Salatbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an frischen optisch ansprechenden Salaten. Trotz vieler Weihnachtsfeiern kam das Essen schnell und der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ich hatte meinen kleinen Hund dabei was überhaupt kein Problem war. Im Gegenteil, das Personal war sowas von nett und ehrlich interessiert an ihr, das es eine fast herzliche Atmosphäre hatte. Ich bin voll begeistert! 👍💯

Hallo zusammen waren im Restaurant zur Weihnachtsfeier eingeladen. Es war auch alles soweit ok. Leider wurde unsere Feier vom Inhaber um 22:30 Uhr beendet. Die Kellnerin kam um abzurechnen. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Schade

In dem Lokal war 19:00h jeder!! Platz besetzt. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Trotz dass das Lokal so voll war würde das Essen relativ schnell zu uns gebracht. Es ist preislich gesehen, obere Mittelklasse. Reichlich und qualitativ sehr gut. Es ist kein Restaurant in dem man jede Woche dort essen kann. ( Wir wenigstens ) Aber es ist empfehlenswert .
