Definitely my favorite restaurant. The food tastes very good. The selection is diverse. The staff is very friendly. The location is very nicely decorated.

Nakhon Thai is one of the best Thai restaurants in the Aachen district. Super mega delicious food and very friendly staff 👍👍👍 The service is a bit slow in places but all in all a great place

We've been eating here for years. Sometimes more, sometimes less. The staff is always quick and polite. Service is very important here. If something doesn't fit, it will be straightened as a priority. I found the atmosphere exciting when I was younger. The Asian pictures, lots of bamboo, the small pond in the restaurant. Mega. Luckily it never changed much. It's kind of like coming home. You don't need to add much to the meal. Great sweet and sour duck --> 52. The kokus curry is recommended for vegetarians. Homemade wonton and spring rolls as an appetizer 🥰

Very great restaurant. Ambiance is nice and the staff is very friendly. The food was excellent. Were there with 12 people. It was a very nice evening. Price performance top Can only be recommended.

She was out in the restaurant...with one of us of course...it wasn't a problem for anyone...everyone was so friendly...thank you very much...and our food was so good...really nice 2nd Advent

Super tasty, not too expensive, great bamboo ambience, nice people, chat with the guests. Update 06/26/21: For lunch. Restaurant about half full. After just 5 minutes the drinks were there, 7 minutes later we had the food in front of us! Delicious again. Short, warm-hearted, not at all business-like conversation. A salary increase was capriciously recommended for the cook. The negative reviews here are incomprehensible. Those who are dissatisfied are advised not to evaluate any one-off stressful days that may have occurred while in transit. In about 25 years, my wife and I have never had any cause for complaint; on the contrary. Update Blessed Sacrament 2023 Packed full. Queue in front of the entrance. The table we reserved 4 days in advance was assigned to us immediately after barely 1 minute. The order was requested after just under 10 minutes (wow! given how busy it was!) 7 minutes later the drinks were there, including 1 cocktail. Again after 11 minutes my wife's starter arrives. Now I'm still waiting for my lemongrass soup. :-) After 10 minutes (my wife has already opened hers) I whisper this to the waiter scurrying past... the 3 boys are stressed! Complete understanding! 3 minutes later the soup is there. What the heck...waiter even apologizes! And the soup... I know there are tons of recipes on the internet, but I have to ask the waiter for the recipe! I've just finished my soup, plates and cutlery are coming. We've been here for a good hour now...everything is going well for THE company at the moment. Dinner almost 10 minutes later. As they say in Cologne: I can roll around in there! Leecker! But too much, as always. (At least for us.) Of course we'll have the rest packed up! Regardless of morals, you don't throw away something so delicious. Dessert (baked bananas) is still possible. We have known Nakhon Thai in Eschweiler for many years. If you want to get a table, you now have to reserve a few days in advance. The cozy Thai restaurant in Eschweiler is popular - and rightly so. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is very friendly and never overwhelmed. The food tastes really great. The cocktails, which are served in fun Tikki cups, deserve special recommendation. The only point of criticism is that the restaurant was probably overbooked on our last visit. This meant that we had to wait a good 20 minutes for a table despite having a reservation.

It was great - very nice restaurant, the kitchen is great and the whole team works super friendly and fast. And if there is anything left over, taking it with you is no problem. We'll be back...

Great kitchen and "Ann" is a very helpful waiter. Thanks to his specialist knowledge, he is able to prepare a meal for every guest with the appropriate dish. Putting spices together. I can only recommend it.

I haven't been there for a few years now. The good quality has not diminished. In the typical atmosphere, all the dishes were excellent. It won't be that much time before our next visit. 3 out of 4 guests had never been there before and were totally thrilled

Always worth a visit! Have never been disappointed by the delicious food, the great atmosphere and the service staff. The prices are not cheap, but everything is always very fresh. It's better to reserve in advance, as the restaurant is always busy, even during the week ☺️

Busy, so remember to reserve! The food was again great, not only served in style but hot and very tasty. The service was quite busy, but was calm and friendly, visibly in a good mood. The prices are reasonable and the waiting times are short to normal. The restaurant uses every square meter, which makes some tables feel a little cramped. But since there are partitions, this doesn't really matter. It's clean and bright but cozy. I would love to come back!

Lovely place with generous portions, warm and friendly service. The decor is very warm and intriguing, maybe a bit much for some but it suits the place well. Can only recommend, also for the selection of drinks. Good place for larger groups!

We ate there twice in a row. On the first visit, the fried noodles were forgotten as a side dish. It can happen, but it was still tasty. On our second visit I had the octopus. This was incredibly tough and impossible to chew. The “skin” hadn’t been peeled off and couldn’t really be cut even with a knife. The waiter himself stated: “Is it tough? Yes?” but moved away. Although more than half were not eaten or could not be eaten, the full amount was paid and no alternative was offered. Therefore (unfortunately) two stars

I pre-ordered takeaway food by phone. Was finished on time. Food was ok, but not outstanding. Restaurant is chicly decorated with traditional woodwork. Had to pay €22.70, €25 was enough. The waiter asked: “Is that true?” 😂🤔🫣

The restaurant is very well decorated. We thought the food was good but it wasn't that traditional. The dishes that had 3 indications of chili were not spicy.

I've been to a lot of Thai restaurants, many of them really good, but by far my favorite is Nahkon Thai. Since I'm not really good at eating spicy food, I'm in great hands here. Some things can be made milder if desired. I recommend appetizer platter #1, Tom kah gai soup, and menu #1! Everything is so delicious. And the service is a well-rehearsed team, attentive, quick and friendly. What more do you want.

The service is just as good as the food. The ambience is appealing. When the restaurant is busy, which is almost always the case, the proximity to the neighboring table is a bit too close for me. You have the feeling that you are disturbing other people's conversations or that you are being disturbed yourself.

Wir waren früher sehr regelmäßig beim Nakhon und es war immer toll. In letzter Zeit hat das Restaurant und auch der Abholservice aber leider extrem nachgelassen. Es werden gefühlt immer mehr Leute „abgefertigt“ und das Essen geht immer mehr Richtung Kantine. Große Portionen, wenig Geschmack aber viel Glutamat. Servicekräfte sind sehr lieb und wahnsinnig bemüht,aber permanent überlastet. Wir haben das Gefühl,dass das Rad hier mittlerweile überdreht wird. Denselben Eindruck haben andere Stammgäste aus Eschweiler. Sicherlich immer noch okay für viele und ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis,aber kein Vergleich mehr zu früher. Wir kommen erstmal nicht mehr wieder.

La prima volta in questo ristorante eravamo tre colleghi, siamo in questa bella città per lavoro, il cibo era buono e la cena è andata bene…oggi siamo ritornati, eravamo solo 2 persone e pur essendoci numerosi tavoli liberi all’estero, il signore più anziano ci ha comunicato che fosse tutto pieno e non fosse possibile accomodarci…strano essendo solo martedì , ma quello che non ci è piaciuto è il modo in cui l’ha detto..quasi come se non fossimo graditi 🤷‍♂️ chissà se torneremo ancora…i ragazzi dello staff invece sono molto simpatici

Food was average, taste was ok if you want some generic Asian food. However it was nowhere near to authentic Thai food from presentation, taste and spice perspective. For example my moo pad krapaw was served with pork strips as opposed to minced meat. Service was ok without more.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, auf Grund der hohen Qualität aller servierten Speisen ist das Restaurant regelmäßig voll besetzt. Sehr freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente. Für mich das beste Thai Restaurant weit und breit. Immer gerne wieder!

Bester Thai in Town, hier findet jeder etwas Leckeres. Breite Auswahl, immer frisch und wirklich köstlich. ....Nachtrag 22.09.23: wir werden nie wieder im 20-Uhr-Slot buchen. Wir haben heute exakt 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssen. Ich bin vor Hunger beinahe wieder gegangen. Letztendlich habe ich mir eine Handvoll Glückskekse aus dem großen Trog am Eingang genommen um meinen Magen wenigstens ein klein wenig zu beruhigen. Kurzum: ich war reichlich angefressen, zumal ich Gäste aus Heilbronn dabei hatte, denen ich vom Nakhon Thai vorgeschwärmt hatte. Das Essen war dann letztlich, wie immer, wirklich gut, und man hat sich auch bestimmt 5mal entschuldigt. Auf die Idee, zur Kompensation einen Gratis-Drink anzubieten kamen die Gastgeber allerdings nicht. Alles in allem: schade. Ich komme nicht umhin, nun einen Stern abzuziehen.

Wurden trotz Reservierung rausgeschmissen, weil sie voll waren! Nie wieder

Essen knackig frisch und von gemäßigt pikant bis scharf ist alles auf der Speicherkarte vorhanden. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Wir haben draußen gesessen, was zwar direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt, aber das weiß man vorher und war für uns auch kein Problem. Wir gehen regelmäßig dorthin und wurden noch nie enttäuscht.

Rundum alles Top. Unser Kellner war für ein Späßchen zu haben und die Stimmung an sich war super. Wenn man Lust auf einen kleinen kulinarischen Ausflug in der Nähe hat dann ist man hier genau richtig. Alles sauber, alles lecker (natürlich etwas schärfer) und alle freundlich und total bemüht. Tolles und lockeres Ambiente.

Leckeres Essen und hervorragender Service. Es gibt eine große Auswahl verschiedenster Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen. Bis jetzt war alles, was ich bestellt hatte sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch kann man sein Gericht "thailändisch scharf" bestellen. Es gibt auch für Vegetarier und Veganer eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die Cocktails sind absolut zu empfehlen.

Tisch für 12 Uhr mittags bestellt und auch um 12 Uhr Essen bestellt !! Nach 45 Minuten Kellner gerufen das wir jetzt gehen werden weil Essen nicht da und von Bedienung nichts zu sehen !! So schnell kann man einen jahrelangen Kunden vergraulen !! Liebes Nakhon Thai Team schlaft weiter und macht weiter so dann werdet ihr erleben wie ihr bald keine Kunden mehr habt !!

Das Essen ist ganz OK, für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Am besten immer vorher reservieren. Der Service war ganz OK man hatte noch Mal nachfragen können ob alles OK ist oder man mehr zu trinken braucht, bei 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf das Essen mit 2 Personen. Das Ambiente ist dafür super und sehr gemütlich.

Haben es gestern endlich mal geschafft. Sind spontan hin. Für einen Donnerstag Abend war sehr voll wir hatten aber Glück und haben einen Tisch bekommen. War mega begeistert, tolle cocktails leckere Vorspeisen und Hautspeisen. Leider waren wir zu satt für eine Nachspeise. Das dann beim nächsten Besuch. 😊

Wie immer ein sehr toller Besuch. Sowohl der außergewöhnlich freundliche und gute Service als auch das sehr leckere Essen konnte uns wiedermal überzeugen.

Sehr sehr leckeres asiatisches Essen im gehobenen Standard. Abzüge im Service gibt es nur weil sich schon mehrere Male bei der Rechnung vertan wurde.
