It's an aging snack bar, but it's absolutely clean. I ate there every day for a year. Not once was the food bad. Even the daily specials, which he cooks himself, are delicious and highly recommended. I can recommend everyone to try the schnitzel. Eat the steak. The sauerbraten is also decent. And on Fridays, the fresh fish. It should be mentioned that the produce is absolutely fresh. And there's always delicious coffee there and always a delicious dessert as a bonus. If you haven't eaten there yet, you've missed out. You can tell that Winnie is a trained chef. You should reserve a table on Sundays; it's the only chip shop that's always full. The entire staff is also lovely and very friendly. Ask how did it taste, are you full, or would you like anything else? It's normal here.

This is THE cultural venue in Weisweiler 4-ever! Best schnitzels! Cool sayings are always welcome ;-) I was there as a "put" with my parents, and back then, the saying "good person, long life, everything for Gran Canaria" stuck in my mind (and we always got a little maoam or a bag of chips for the little ones). The place is still as great as it used to be!!! Please live longer than heesters! It's a shame the other part can't participate anymore (he's missing). Nevertheless, I'll keep coming back to you, and the "replacement" is also perfect and friendly, but just not the original. Still, the best there is nothing! Thank you, thank you! And even if we go there with our children and they ask: why don't you say "grillstübchen"? It says so right there. No, cultural treasure! We're going to the young ones!

Super delicious and freshly prepared: one schnitzel with fries, and one beef goulash with fries and salad, and chocolate pudding. So if you're not necessarily looking for a fancy ambiance, this is the place for freshly prepared food and a veteran owner who always has a good joke 😊. After almost 20 years, we happened to be here again today and will definitely be back. We hope you continue to have a full restaurant and that you don't change the food. Had dinner today with 6 people. The fried fish dish consisting of salad, fried potatoes, a large portion of fresh fish, homemade tartar sauce and finally a dessert. It was more than plentiful and everything was super tasty. Just like the venison goulash dish and schnitzel. We are all absolutely thrilled and will come back

Das Essen ist nach wie vor toll. Einige Male waren wir in der letzten Zeit da, als der Besitzer selbst nicht anwesend war. Richtig angenehm. Aber beim letzten Mal schon und da wurden wir leider Zeugen von extrem menschenverachtenden widerwärtigen Sprüchen. Da bleibt uns das Schnitzel im Hals stecken, sorry not sorry.

After a very, very good experience with pickup during Corona, I tried it on site for the first time yesterday. The price-performance ratio is really great here and the quantities are plentiful. Less than 5 minutes until the food (daily menu) came to the table. The service at the place was very friendly. The boss has a lot of good, relaxed sayings and is full of humor. We'll definitely be back! Update 2024: Still our favorite restaurant with good value for money and large portions! Every visit so far has been worth it for us.

A cute snack bar with an owner who, as a Westphalian, finds it difficult to describe. I would say Rhineland's happy nature that speaks like it's grown. I love that kind of thing, really honestly and the result of that is that food here is prepared with love. Rouladen, goulash, sauerbraten etc. but also schnitzel etc. So it's not a simple snack but something special!

A cool, old-school snack bar... the kind you unfortunately only find very rarely... with a great, varied menu... plus delicious home-style food like goulash or sauerbraten... prices are reasonable for the good quality... a It's definitely worth a visit...but especially because of Winnie, the manager of the shop, who always has some light-hearted sayings...you won't get bored that quickly...pure entertainment...the little icing on the cake. ..but the team around it is always friendly and committed...so a very clear recommendation...😊👍

Feiner Mensch, langes Leben, das war’s dann mit dem Grillstübchen. Vorbestellungen funktionieren nie. Hier wird sich immer verzettelt. Bei Abholungen könnt ihr 10 Minuten mehr einplanen und noch Wartezeit draufpacken. Kontrolliert eure Bestellung besser noch vor Ort. Ansonsten fahrt ihr wieder zurück, um den Rest der Bestellung abzuholen. Bratkartoffeln waren verbrannt und das Schnitzel lieblos zubereitet. Hab alles in die Tonne gekloppt - War das Geld nicht wert! Konkurrenz in der Umgebung ist deutlich besser. Schade, wie schlecht sich die Qualität des Grillstübchens entwickelt hat.

Preis, Leistung und besonders der Service, das ganze Team einfach nur Top. Da bleibt keiner Hungrig. Auch ausgefallene Sachen wie Hirschgulasch, Lachs, Pfifferlinge ...... einfach nur klasse. Wir gehen schon eine wirkliche Ewigkeit dort essen und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Egal was wir bis jetzt genommen haben, alles nur einfach TOP. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Mega lecker👍 Ich hatte ein Schnitzel was aber zur Hälfte mein Mann essen musste weil es so riesig war das ich es nicht geschafft habe. Während des Essens hatte ich des öfteren ein grinsen im Gesicht wegen dieser sehr lockeren Art zwischen Personal (Chef?) und der Kundschaft. Sollten wir nochmal in der Gegend sein kommen wir definitiv wieder. Grüsse aus Wuppertal.

Immer wieder WOW ... Qualität TOP, Service TOP, Sauberkeit TOP ... das Grillstübchen eine Pommesbude zu nennen, wäre eine Frechheit und so manches sogenannte Restaurant könnte sich vom Grillstübchen eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden.
