The food is delicious and homemade, the staff is very friendly and polite. There is a toilet for customers. Everything is clean.

The service (employees) is absolutely unfriendly. The quality of the food is not always the same. Sometimes you get a fresh pide and sometimes you get one warmed up from lunch. It's a shame... It's worn off quite a bit! I then got a new one, but the reaction was very condescending and unfriendly. There's a lot of competition in the city, so I'm going somewhere else now. I LOVED BEING HERE.

Lots of options available, I got Dürüm for €9, a bit expensive, more salad, less meat… but tastes good. I couldn't treat myself to a soft drink because it costs €3+deposit! Extremely overpriced. Nice people and card payment is possible.

On September 28th I ordered a normal kebab here to take away. One employee took my order and a minute later a second asked me again what I wanted. This seemed as if I wasn't being noticed, which was reinforced by the Turkish conversation between the two behind the counter. In the end I was charged 8.00 euros for a standard kebab with two sauces. According to the notice, a standard kebab should only cost 6.50 euros. The taste of the kebab is a disaster. Nice employee - Nice grill and daily specials available. I decided on dürüm with veal at 10 p.m. in the evening, which unfortunately didn't go down well with me in this case, meat didn't taste that good anymore, and that's often the case at 10 p.m. in the evening when the skewer has been hanging on the grill for 12 hours. Otherwise salad and sauces were good. €9 is a bit more expensive. Unfortunately, I had some inconveniences after eating and didn't feel completely well. I was also in a hurry to get to a certain place in the morning. I'm not sure if it was the food, but I'd like to mention it for the sake of completeness The dôner is definitely better at lunchtime. Then I would rather order a daily special.

Extremely tasty kebab, fresh salad and well-seasoned meat. My Dürum flatbread was slightly crispy and not too thick. When I'm on the corner it'll be this one. :)

Hello, A few months ago it was a great store. Paid 8 for a lifeless kebab today. The meat was pre-cut and the combination tasted very sour. I miss the strong note of the meat and the taste of the bread was in the foreground. A short time ago I was full, but that didn't work this time. Today was my last day after 15 years

Hello! This simple, honest grill house is located directly at the Von-Sauer Strasse stop. It used to be smaller, but has been expanded because there used to be a pharmacy on the corner where the entrances are now. It closed at some point. Now the Star Grillhaus is not a fancy restaurant where you can eat behind closed doors. But you can eat very well here if you like authentic, fresh, well-seasoned, in short delicious, food from the Turkish-Anatolian region. They have pretty much everything you would expect from a “Turk around the corner”. And all high quality. But what really stands out is the daily meal, which is prepared fresh every day by a master chef who has not been praised enough. My tip is to stop here for lunch if you're hungry. When presented with a selection of daily specials, it's best to eat everything at once. In short: an incredibly delicious shop. Feel free to spread the word... I've been coming here for years. The people are super friendly and the food is never just plain old. So don't listen to the hater negative reviews. Come and very yourself...

Hello, so 9€ for a dürüm kebab is already hard, but what you get for it is ridiculous. Meat tastes dry, hard and really not good. The dough tastes like you're biting into oil. Salad also really not good. Tastes very old. For €9 you can get something better anywhere.

Unfortunately it doesn't taste good. High price for a kebab!

1. Unfriendly reception 2. The kebab came with fries and salad all mixed together, cold and warm together on the plate, which looked like food to eat, not a rumor to eat. 3. The reason for mixing ingredients is simple: you didn't want to put meat on the plate. On my plate I could only find fries and salad, with traces of meat. I paid an extra 2 euros to get a little more meat. A kebab box cost me 10 euros. 4. There are no napkins on the tables. For each additional napkin you have to speak to the seller again. 5. Atmosphere although animated, but very loud. Very bad experience overall. Never again.

Unfriendly, hardly any knowledge of German, meat tastes like car tires, is warmed up (who knows how many days the meat has been sitting). The counter also looks unhygienic. Not recommendable

Kebab shop with additional dishes, both fresh from the grill and various daily specials. The daily specials are varied and plentiful, and the grilled dishes are good. Unfortunately the kebab itself is just below average. Service/staff always friendly and in a good mood :)

8.70 for a lahmacun, a bargain. I can not afford that. It doesn't taste any different than in Barmbek.

The people were very nice and understanding despite the language barrier. They have 4 kinds of soups and we got the lamb which was pretty good and the chicken. The burger and chicken nuggets were just okay. Will we go back? We are tourists, so we are exploring and probably not.

Ich findes es sehr schade das dieser Laden mit guter Lage sein Potential nicht nutzt. Das Fleisch schmeckt nicht gut. Der Salat ist nicht gut angerichtet und das Mittagstisch sieht auch nicht so appetitlich aus. Wenn es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt und man echt großen Hunger hat, dann kann man dort essen gehen. Aber sonst würde ich persönlich fast alles andere bevorzugen.

Das Essen war Bombe, Fleisch war unfassbar saftig und die Pommes nicht von dieser Erde. Das Personal war mega Freundlich und es war im insgesamt ein sehr harmonischer Ort für eine perfekte Mahlzeit.

Hat leider sehr nachgelassen, das Essen war nicht ganz so gut, drei Personen, drei mal die gleiche Meinung. Gut ist, dass man mit Karte zahlen kann.

Ein echt leckerer laden. Es hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und eine große Auswahl. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Parkplatz.

Ein nettes Restaurant mit sehr schönem Ambiente und netten Mitarbeitern. Das Essen und Trinken ist sehr lecker und für den Service ist der Preis angemessen. Es wurde mir mein Essen auch zum Mitnehmen verpackt.

Frisch zubereitete türkische Spezialitäten, hatte ei Dürüm mit Kalbfleisch-sehr lecker. Frische Fleischgerichte wie Spieße und Kalbskotelett waren auch auf der Karte.

This place looks clean and nice, there are indoor and outdoor tables, the staff are polite and helpful. there are variety of foods, grilled chicken, doner,Kebabs, mixed foods and many alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.. the rest room was cleaned and it has accessories for elders and disable folks. there is a parking lots but its a busy area so you might have to park somewhere around.

Gestern habe ich 6,30€ für ein normalen Döner bezahlt, was schon deutlich teurer ist als andere Läden, aber heute durfte ich sogar 7,00€ für den gleichen Döner zahlen. 10% von einem Tag auf den anderen. Schade, eigentlich würde ich öfters da essen gehen, aber nicht bei den Preisen. Sorry.
