I WAS SICK FOR THREE DAYS AFTER THAT.

The food is good value for money. Unfortunately, the service is unfriendly.

A huge disappointment! We received the wrong pizzas with hollandaise sauce, and they contained plastic and hair! The staff is inattentive and barely understands you. The hygiene is poor, and the prices are high for the terrible quality (even tzatziki costs extra). Despite its prime location at the train station, this place should be avoided.

Doner meat very salty, hardly any meat taste, sauces also nothing to say, we were there for the first and last time

Extremely rude staff! I simply asked for a restroom, and the immediate response was: "You have to ask if you're even allowed to go to the bathroom." Completely shocked, I asked, "Yes, could I use the restroom?" He simply replied, "Go to the train station." I'm a customer, visibly eight months pregnant, and I had to endure this disrespect. I immediately left the store and will never go there again.

Very poor service. I was inside, it was my turn. I placed an order, then two other loud men came up next to me, and suddenly all the attention was on them. After I repeated my order, I was ignored. Extremely disrespectful to the customer.

I order a veal doner kebab from you almost every Wednesday. It's always delicious and well-filled. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended 👍🏼

I honestly don’t know how this place doesn’t have 5 stars. The food is excellent and the service is great. I’ve been here twice and both times the experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

They have delicious kebabs and better pizza than any of the delivery services here in Bergedorf. I've been eating here for years!

I've been to your restaurant twice. The first time I had a Sucuk pizza, which was absolutely delicious! The second time I had half a chicken, which was also very tasty and nice and juicy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I'm ever in Bergedorf again, I'll definitely come back!

I ordered beef wrap. Extremely salty and almost no sauce. Was not worthy. But i must say it was very fast service. The service didn’t speak English, but they tried. Thats why 3⭐️

I always liked to get something for lunch there, everything is getting more expensive, but now the service in the store is good for me too, the service is nice, the food is good, but it's now too expensive for a quick lunch snack. It's a shame

Today we ordered different products: fries & currywurst, lahmacun, mixed salad and kebab box. Everything tasted great. The mixed salad is really fresh - and mixed! So not just 98 percent lettuce leaves, a kernel of corn and a tomato, but really good! Lahmacun and kebab box are also great. Really good meat and great sauces. Currywurst was okay, fries were tasty. I'm torn about the ambience. Yes, it's a snack bar. But I think that you could create a little more of a feel-good atmosphere with little resources. But since this is about food: Absolute recommendation! We have been there several times and have never been disappointed!

You can get a stomach ache for free with your kebab. I will never eat anything here again

Med Kebap was okay, I ordered two beautiful burgers here. The meat was great, the taste was great, the salad and the sauce were also very fresh. Unfortunately, the ambience isn't that vivid, but that's not a bad thing. You don't come here because of the beautiful view, but because of the food. So I highly recommend it.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker 😋 die Raumgestaltung ist auch solide. letztens haben sie es auch renoviert mit mehr Lichtern bzw.schönerer Ambiente am Tresen.und das Highlight ein NEUER Grill. Was ich persönlich sehr sehr schön und vom aussehen her sehr angenehm finde und dann kommen wir auch zum Schluss in einer Zusammenfassung 10/10 Punkten!

The staff always have a funny saying on their lips. The ambience is okay for a quick lunch break. I can judge the following things about food: Cheeseburger (very large) tasty and not dry Poultry currywurst with fries, pizza and the kebab box are great, there wasn't anything that wasn't tasty 😀

The worst kebab I have ever eaten.

"Doner kebab plate - Disappointing! The rice was overcooked, the Esme (Ezme) was much too sour (vinegar-heavy) and didn't have an attractive color. Fresh herbs were completely missing. The salad was dressed with a yogurt dressing. When asked why they don't offer a nice vinegar and oil dressing with pomegranate, the 'boss' said he's been selling that for '20 years'! That should actually be enough to realize that it's time for a change. The bread for the kebab plate is only available upon request - an absolute no-go for me. Bread is simply part of a kebab plate. Personally, this store is not for me, especially if you say 'Rollo' to a Dürüm."

The restaurant is still relatively new in Bergedorf, very central. There has been a somewhat friendlier atmosphere and decor there for a few weeks now. Nevertheless, it smelled a bit unpleasant in the store and the employees are friendly, the boss hardly talks and didn't ask me if it tasted good, etc The food didn't used to be good, but now more effort is being made and there are currently offers "to get to know each other" Eg Adana plate 12€ Meat decently grilled, but not fresh (tk or yesterday) tasted ok but slightly rubbery - salad not so fresh and not so appetizing for me Tzatziki with cucumbers but not from today :) so ok for quick hunger - for gourmets don't bother...

The kebab is impressive in terms of quality, but the bread could occasionally be a little better.

The food was OK. What I found really bad was the unfriendly service. You were neither greeted nor received in a friendly manner. The staff has absolutely no idea how to deal with customers and how to make them feel comfortable. I felt like I had to apologize for entering this store. Sorry never again.

Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal, gute Preise. Zu empfehlen.

Der normale Döner ist groß und lecker. Kostet dafür aber auch mehr. Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es, über die Tische wird auch manchmal drüber gewischt. Service steht und fällt natürlich mit der Bedienung. Die hat sich aber in den letzten Jahren verbessert! Die Toilette ist nicht für korpulente Personen ausgelegt, ist sehr eng!

Alles perfekt... schmeckt sehr lecker.

Heute haben wir das Tagesgericht ausprobiert: Soooo lecker! Ein Schmorgericht mit Hähnchen, Paprika und Kartoffeln 💟. Als Beilagen Bulgur und Reis. Hat wirklich toll geschmeckt, und 8,50 € sind ein fairer Preis dafür.

Alles bestens. Mehrmals dort gewesen und immer zufrieden mit normalem Kalbdöner. Veggi Döner gefällt meiner Frau auch sehr gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer noch dazu 👍🏼

Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders gefreut habe ich mich über das beigestellten Brot.... Ein wahrhaft er Genuss!!

Wir haben uns Döner und Nudeln bestellt. Es hat beides sehr billig geschmeckt, dass Fleisch ist die billigste Qualität wie als würde man Pappe essen.

Ich hole mir hier regelmäßig etwas zu Essen. Die Speisen sind immer sehr lecker und auch reichlich. Werde stets freundlich bedient. Von daher....alles gut. Vielen Dank.

Ich war am Donnerstag bei Med kebap..leider so leid es mir tut..kann ich nicht soviel Positives berichten..ich bestellte einen kleinen Dönerteller..es waren keine Gäste im Raum..seltsam..ich bat den Mitarbeiter oder Chef meine Salat und die Knobisauce nicht zusammen in diesen kleinen schmalen Behälter zu legen....weil i h es zu Hause erwärmen wollte. Der Mitarbeiter rollte mit den Augen, als ich bat die 2 Komponenten extra einzupacken. Natürlich bot ich ..was eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte es extra zu bezahlen... Immer noch mit einem Lächeln, sagte ich..ich muss ja nicht wieder kommen,.... Er meinte ICH BIN SEHR KOMPLIZIERT...okay..ich geh da nicht mehr hin..einfach Schade. Ich hab trotzdem 1,50 EUR Trinkgeld gegeben... Aber ja ich bin kompliziert..

Freundliche Bedienung, es war etwas wenig Soße auf dem Döner. Der Hähnchen Döner war sehr lecker.

Lecker essen, grosse Auswahl, und nette Bedienung, geh hin es lohnt sich, und ich sage nur einz, wenn du da einmal gegessen hast, gehst immer wieder hin, probiere es aus, versprochen, es lohnt sich

Besseren Döner gibt es in Bergedorf nicht. Mega nette Menschen machen sich überhaupt keinen Stress deshalb bleibt die Qualität wahrscheinlich auch so gut!

Besseren Falafel Dürüm findet man in Bergedorf nicht! Allein das sie das Brot für den Dürüm vor Ort Frisch zubereiten, richtig lecker. Entspanntes Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Über die Einrichtung kann man sich streiten, Essen trotzdem eine 10/10.

Bei der Auswahl in der Umgebung gibt es wesentliche leckerere Döner. Zum satt werden hat’s gereicht.

Muss nicht sein... Für mich Persönlich kein Dönerladen hab dem Döner 3 Chancen gegeben: Dürüm 4/10; Kebap 3/10, Dönerbox 4/10. Alles was nichts mit Döner zutun hat ist aber ganz ok ngl. (alle Döner in Umgebung durchprobiert)
