Definitely don't order from them in the evening. I don't know if it's during the day, but it's a disgrace! My meat is wobbly and I haven't been able to go to the toilet for two days, and now I have to go to the toilet so often with cramps. Thanks for that.

Really tasty and very attentive staff

I ordered a schnitzel with fries and a halloumi kebab through Uber Eats. Everything arrived on time, but the kebab bread was really hard and definitely not fresh. The schnitzel and fries were unfortunately way too soggy. Unfortunately, it wasn't all that tasty :(

Delivery service —> The doner meat was tough and bony. It was more of a struggle to pick the bones out of the meat than to enjoy the product you paid for. The lamachi was wrapped in paper, so it naturally arrived cold. Aluminum foil would have been a better option, as 99% of sellers do. Conclusion: 1/10 stars! Never again!

The kumpir was inedible. It was swimming in a tomato sauce that wasn't listed with the beans online, and the sour cream I ordered looked like cocktail sauce and smelled off. When I asked about it over the phone, they simply said it was always like that.

Disgusting store. There was a hair in the food as long as my arm. And the food was cold. After waiting for an hour, I called and he told me, "Oh, you live around the corner, the driver will leave as soon as he gets here," and it was closing time. People like that shouldn't run a food store.

Great kebab shop, always a treat. Unfortunately, I had to order this time because I'm in the hospital, and anyone who's used to hospital food knows that it has to be something decent. So it was super easy to get there, and the delivery driver was super friendly. And the delivery time of just under 20 minutes when the stated delivery time was 45 minutes was a dream 👌 I'd definitely love to come back in person 😀 😃

We went there once, and the service was very friendly. You get a buzzer and are asked to sit down. You can have tea at the end. The Kumpir was good, and the Vöner box was average. We ordered again. Delivery was quick; unfortunately, the Vöner plate is delivered in Styrofoam, but at least the Dürüm is delivered in sustainable paper. The Seitan Dürum was okay. The cocktail sauce tasted like a mixture of ketchup and mayo, and the portion for the €20 Vöner plate was quite small, especially the salad, which was unfortunately meager. A shame!

Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the doner kebab box or the doner kebab itself, as something tasted sour, weird, and cheesy. Since there was no cheese on the doner kebab, I suspect the tzatziki sauce was bad. Too bad, both ended up in the trash...

Very good food tastes very good

I ate a doner kebab with veal and tzatziki. Overall, the doner kebab was a huge disappointment; the meat had zero flavor or aroma. The sauce was equally disappointing. When asked, I gave my honest opinion on the spot. This is definitely not a flavorful doner kebab, and therefore not recommended at all. I can't say anything about the rest of the dishes.

It was our first time at Kumpir und Döner and I really have to say that the staff were extremely friendly. The Monday offer was particularly tempting and appealed to us directly. The food was really tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable. I would definitely like to come back!

Delivery time of over 1 hour is far too long! The kebabs were therefore cold to lukewarm at most. Doner meat wasn't tasty because it wasn't cut crispy. You leave very strong!

We ordered for delivery and especially when you order and wait and the kebab is in the box, a 10 out of 10 is difficult to achieve. But I have to say, it's bomb!

Be careful, doner burger is a burger bun with doner meat. For the price of 9.50 an absolute deception. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time or nerve to question this on site. Otherwise nice shop, my companion was quite happy with the food.

I was there for ifter and everything on the ifter menu was ice cold except for the soup. Then I ordered a penne but unfortunately the penne was simply warmed up in the microwave and was cold again and no snacks at all. Finally I ordered a pizza but the pizza was good. But what I find strange is that I have to pay for the penne that I didn't eat!! That's just crazy ❌❌❌

Food ordered inedible, meat you can't eat. The salad was fresh, but only dry and cut. It's a shame for the money, you're also hungry because you couldn't eat it.

There was a stone found in my food

I went to Kumpir and Döner with my husband for the first time today and was very positively surprised. The employees are super friendly, but they also work under a lot of pressure, which deserves the utmost respect. It was possible to pray upstairs and the rooms were very clean. What I also found particularly good is that there was a larger selection of soft drinks. Overall they have a great selection of food and at the end they gave out cake (probably because of Lent) which is really very generous. It's a bit noisy, especially in the evenings, but overall a really nice experience.

In addition, the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating, which makes the visit even more pleasant. Breakfast is also highly recommended here, as it consists exclusively of home-made dishes and, as you can tell, is prepared with a lot of love. We always enjoy coming back and can recommend the restaurant without reservation - here you get quality that is worth the price!

I recently tried breakfast at Kumpir & Döner and really loved it! The selection of dishes was diverse, offering both traditional and creative options. I particularly liked the fresh vegetables, variety of choices and the homemade sauces, which made breakfast a special experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The portions were generous, so I was able to start the day well refreshed.

Top 👍🏻 The food cannot be compared with other kebab 🥙 restaurants. Salads all freshly prepared. The meat (I only eat chicken) is super juicy and the sauces are “really tasty” - the red cabbage in particular should be tried❗️ The employees always have a smile on their faces. I have visited Kumpir & Döner many times and have always been satisfied with the quality of the food and the friendly service. However, since yesterday there is an exciting new addition: the buffet! The buffet offers a huge selection of delicious dishes to please every palate. I would particularly like to highlight the freshly prepared pide, börek and menemen - these are simply a poem! In addition to these traditional dishes, there is also a diverse selection of salads that you can put together according to your mood. The ambience of the restaurant remains pleasant and the buffet is well organized. For anyone who is looking for a diverse and delicious meal, I can only recommend a visit to Kumpir & Döner. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to dive into the tasty buffet again. The price per person is €20.90, including tea and you can also take two different juices.

Getting a stomach ache from the kebab that was delivered

Ordered kebab in bread with haloumi and rice pudding. The kebab was okay, especially the bread, but the meat tasted a bit like sucuk. Unfortunately, the rice pudding was inedible and didn't taste like traditional rice pudding and was much too runny.

Not only did the food come 20 minutes late, I ordered a burger with fries, but only the burger was delivered - and it was so carelessly prepared that you lost your appetite. It was the first time I ordered from you and it will be the last time too. Paying 22.50 euros for this meal is an outrage. After all, I don't have an abundance of money just because I order food.

Waited about 1 hour for the pizza and then it was delivered. Already the 3rd time that the order was not correct. As a regular customer, I unfortunately have to say: NEVER AGAIN!

I'm so dissatisfied with my kebab plate for 16 euros Tzatziki, which was sour and liquid and meat in large pieces 6cm x 4cm, was not recommended as usual apart from the disgusting chunky taste Salad without dressing and fries soft and disgusting. There was no bread as usual and the smell wasn't appetizing At least I was offered an exchange of new for old... which I accepted, but before it was there I had to spit, so I asked for the money again and gave the food back, but only after a clear request. And phone call with the “boss” I will never order food here again, even though I ordered every day back then and was always satisfied. And advise everyone against it! Then it's better to go hungry until tomorrow and go shopping and make something to eat yourself!

am so so disappointed. you had the tastiest buddies. I have ordered from you very often. and your portion was always huge. This time there was hardly any potato in it, I'm sure the filling was taken out. pure catastrophe. that was it. Normally I'm always very, very full, but this time it was just nothing. and never again for 15€! I find it really sad. I don't understand why restaurants always lose quality over time.

I'm visiting here and had ordered food. Here in Saxony-Anhalt a kebab costs around €7.50 and is almost twice as big, but the size was disappointing. Luckily I also ordered the kebab pizza had the size of a 32 but the toppings, so the kebab meat was more like a 24! Next time I'm here I'll order somewhere else!

It was pink raw chicken in the kebab. I only noticed it halfway through. Food poisoning. Today I have a stomach ache and have to go to the doctor. Disgusting really. I got a second kebab delivered, but threw it in the trash because the first one made me so sick.

The kebab was simply delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned, the bread was crispy and the sauces were to die for. Plus fresh vegetables – really a treat! But not only was the food great, the people there were also amazing. Super friendly, quick and always in a good mood. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Food came quickly, the fries were soft, one assumes, the bread on the kebab was completely burnt and dry so you couldn't really eat the kebab.

We tried doner and baked potatoes. It wasn't bad in taste, but the doner kebab was too small for its price. The staff could be friendlier.

Dear people, the quality of your food is delicious, but again with great regularity what the people ordering don't want is ignored/screwed up/overlooked! I don't like olives and can't tolerate raw onions so those are canceled. The picture attached speaks for itself what is included when you unsubscribe from Olives. Please also consider allergy sufferers if there are special notes in the order, there is a reason for that!

Dürüm costs around 10 euros and has been cold every time so far. It tastes pretty good but for the very high price the food should at least be warm.

Mega kebab shop in Hamburg Wandsbek. You can sit nicely, which is not a given for a shop like this. Nevertheless, self-service is of course the order of the day. The staff is very friendly, but still works quickly. The kebab bag is a little more expensive than usual, but incredibly tasty. Almost a little too much meat for my taste, but it was really excellent: well seasoned and very crispy. Still not dry. They did that really well. The bread was also great, as were the sauces and the salad. The piece was also beautifully presented. That's what I want! My son had a pizza. It wasn't as good as the Italian one, but it was perfectly fine. You could take drinks from the fridge. Overall, an absolute hit!

Price performance is great, I took advantage of the burger menu including a drink and fries. It went quickly, tasted good and the location is also very pleasant :)

Ordered food via Lieferando because the decent reviews motivated me to try something new. What can I say: €15 plus delivery fee so €17! For the portion that came next, I can only describe it as a joke. Plus salad (without any dressing), fries and meat already mashed into a bowl. Simply cheeky. And finding a phone number to file a complaint was detective work. It may be that you can eat OK on site. You definitely shouldn't order.

I've eaten here several times and haven't had anything to complain about so far. Today I had a kebab delivered for the first time. Unfortunately the bread wasn't fresh and some parts were already missing. In addition, the paper stuck to the kebab, which is really unacceptable at a price of over €10 for a jumbo kebab. In total I paid just over €16 for the kebab, additional tzatziki and extra spicy. I find the quality to be unsatisfactory for this price. I know that food delivered is not as fresh as it is locally, but considering the competition that usually exists, I have to say that unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. But otherwise the kebab tasted normal. All I can say about the driver who delivered the delivery was: extremely personable, nice and accommodating.

Very good vegan Döner in Wandsbek, fast Hamburg, where vegan food is less common. Tye staff is also pleasant as well as the ambiance, which is much more welcoming than in similar restaurants of that gerne.

We've picked up a box from Too Good To Go there three times. It was always very tasty. Unfortunately, the parking spaces on the street directly in front of the restaurant are very limited.

Ordered via Uber Eats, but food never arrived. When asked, they said the driver rang the bell but no one opened the door (there were two of us at home and we couldn't possibly have missed it). The driver is said to have left the food in front of our door. Of course there was NOTHING in front of the door.
