Hello, I ordered food from you for my guests today. Unfortunately, the food tasted incredibly disgusting. I ordered two pide with minced meat and three doner kebabs. There were bones in the doner kebab. My guests didn't eat any of it and were, of course, hungry. It was incredibly unpleasant and embarrassing for me, as I relied on you. The food also arrived 15 minutes late, and I paid over €50. I will go to the restaurant in the next few days and talk to you about it, because this is completely unacceptable. My guests had to spit out the food while they were eating. I will take photos of the food and show them to the restaurant. I want a refund because paying over €50 for something like this is embarrassing and disgusting. €52 is far too much to ask for what I received. If I had only ordered something for around €20, okay, but it's over €50.

Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately, the food I ordered was completely unsatisfactory. There were bones in the doner meat, and this happened to me three times while I was eating, so I couldn't continue. The meat in the pide was completely tasteless, and there wasn't enough cheese. I find it very disappointing that a customer receives such a poor-quality meal. Please check the quality of your food to prevent this from happening again.

Durüm doner is absolutely hopeless, a hopeless pancake dripping with grease and over-salted meat. Not to mention the fact that the man who prepared the durüm doner had just smoked cigarettes and hadn't washed his hands. The worst kebab I've ever eaten. If all you want to taste in your food is salt, this is the place for you. I strongly advise against this place and avoid it completely.

Harun Imbiss is a really cool spot. The place makes a good impression, neat and cozy. The food was really tasty, not too heavy, and well-seasoned – just what you need after a long day. The only small hitch: We had to wait a little longer for the food to be ready. It wasn't a big deal, but a little faster would have been better, of course. The team was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, definitely worth a visit; I'd love to come back!

Meat was frozen from the inside and I lost almost 3 teeth.

The price-performance ratio is right here. We've often gotten kebabs there with great quality. Salad is always fresh.

Great jumbo kebab. Food was great and prices were right. Gladly again.

The vegetables are always very fresh and varied and well cut. The sauces also taste better than at other kebab shops. For us one of the best kebabs in Hamburg.

Further update: The noodles were now also reasonably good. Update: Today the same dish, as a snack, good. Delivery on time. Staff friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, pasta with cheese and minced sauce was less tasty. It's a shame, it could have been more common.

Hello, it's still possible to forget something. But now for the second time the orders are not complete! Above all, they were inedible and cold!!! No idea what is meant by jumbo kebab??? Bread not good, meat still raw and tastes like cardboard!!! We always liked ordering from you, but it wasn't worth the money and had to be thrown away. It's a shame...

The appeal is the convenience and the fact that there aren’t any other restaurants in the area open for so long, everything else is pretty much basic you could get anywhere. Nothing special just that the prices are on the higher side of mid range döner shops for what they give.

Preferably 0 stars. Order via Lieferando. We live in Winsen. Then got the call that the order should be canceled “we are in Hamburg”. To be honest, it's not our problem. When I asked what happened to the money, the boss said I should contact Lieferando again about the cancellation. Ordered once and never again. Sorry, but anyone who offers their service via Lieferando also has to specify a delivery limit and not excuse themselves. If Lieferando hadn't canceled independently, the whole thing would have escalated because there wasn't even an apology from the boss. Just pushing and talking. I assume that if it says ordering possible, then an order is possible and if it is NOT possible, then they apologize as a service. Very easy.

Preferably 0 stars. Ordered food via Lieferando, which was canceled by Harun Imbiss by phone after 30 minutes. When we asked, since it had already been paid, we were supposed to report back at the end of the day at 9 p.m. because the boss wasn't there. Called again at 9 p.m. and we are supposed to wait 10-15 minutes for a call back, but no one has been available since 9:20 p.m. and no call has been received. Was the first and last time...

Food was cold and didn't taste good

I pick up food there more often since I live nearby. I always gave proper tips. Today I got yesterday's chicken and the old fries were put back in the deep fryer. The difference to the fresh fries could not be overlooked and tasted. I complained that I was supposed to get new fries, but I politely declined. I'm very disappointed, it's a shame

The location itself is great and there would certainly be something going on if the quality and hospitality were right. A pity. Because I will definitely not eat there again. Meat fatty and old. Vegetables in the kebab were tilted (rotten taste). 1 million fruit flies at the counter. Since I was there with my children, I had a really bad conscience afterwards. No other guests came while we ate. Of course, this also explains the condition of the products.

Doner pizza is great. Tzaziki is at least not as sweet as it used to be. In my opinion, there should be no sugar in tzatziki.

Had food there on site. The decor isn't particularly nice - it's ok, it's just a snack and delivery service. Employees neither particularly nice nor particularly unfriendly. Doner meat looked very fatty and that was confirmed by the taste. It was even more confirmed when the staff “wrung out” the skewer to remove grease. What is not possible, however, is that we were there live when the still warm kebab skewers were wrapped up again with cling film. The question arises: How long are the skewers used? Until they're empty? Does it take one, two or more days? How old is the meat you eat?

The food (doner kebab/chicken) is limp and not cooked through, even if you say you want it really crispy. Cold sauce in the kebab box also makes the rest cold and sticky. After 4 months I tried again with 1 chicken. It wasn't crispy and lukewarm. Now I have salmonella poisoning.

...is a snack bar with seating. You shouldn't be presumptuous. And on Sunday evenings, things can get hectic. Nevertheless, you don't get anything for free there either and you should at least observe the basics of hospitality. We went there after going for a walk with the children. It was cold, we were slightly wet and the door was open. We politely asked if we could close it. This was allowed with gritted teeth, but not without pointing out that it was pretty warm behind the counter. My wife placed the order for us and pointed out several times that the currywurst for the little mouse should be WITHOUT sauce. She was annoyed and pointed out that the good man behind the counter had understood, even though he kept getting the order wrong We were also made to understand that it was really warm behind the counter. Of course I was sorry, but the children's clothes had to come off and so we sat there in sweaters and it was really cold in this small room. So we opened the door again and put on our jackets. The food came relatively quickly, but the term "slapped" is more than apt. And....the sausage for the mouse with curry sauce. My wife tried to point this out while serving, but it was already too late. Of course the sauce was too spicy for the little one and so we had to stick with fries. The kebab was delicious, there was nothing to complain about. However, the passive aggressive atmosphere spoiled any appetite. Sorry guys, but that wasn't nice and we definitely won't be coming back. Everything can go wrong, especially when there is a lot to do...but being so unfriendly...that's not possible.

Good snack and nice team. Always good when you don't want to cook in the evening or for a snack in between.

First the positive: The meat, the sauces and the salad are great, no question, but why are they so stingy with the meat and put so much salad in it, a normal kebab is almost just a veggie kebab and an XXL kebab is just like that big like a normal kebab, it's a shame actually it tastes quite good to me, but I pay money so that I want to get something decent to eat and you get almost no meat for your money, that's a joke when you fill the kebab with salad so that it is looks big and saves on the meat.

Good selection: kebab bag, kebab box, pide, pizza, pasta dishes, salads, etc. Fresh salads and sauces - the chicken was also tasty. Unfortunately, the fries weren't fully fried yet... a shame

I ate there about 4 months ago and bought a jumbo kebab. Unfortunately it was very small but you can ignore that. What I couldn't foresee, however, was that I had severe stomach pain and diarrhea afterwards. In January 2024 I decided to give the snack bar another chance and bought another kebab, but I got another bad stomach ache. The lettuce was very brown and there was a lot of gristle in the meat. I decided not to eat there anymore. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the store. Maybe you should take this to heart and invest a little more money in order to be able to offer customers better quality food. A real shame. They're nice and polite, but I go there primarily for the food, which is now over for me.

Delicious kebab with lots of meat

Great service and very tasty kebab.

I've been to you a few times and got a kebab plate and it was always great. Yesterday the chicken wasn't great. There was a lot of cartilage incorporated into it. Or rather, just as the chicken legs were cut off, the cartilage came in with it. Yes, it can happen, but I didn't find it that exciting because when you're hungry, you want to eat something sensible. It's a shame, but of course we'll come back and try veal next time.

From today on I will definitely go to Bergedorf and get a kebab there… The meat was cold & the bread was wobbly and not really warm...

Ordered here for the first time. Food was still warm when we arrived on time. I ordered a jumbo kebab with veal and I got chicken... Annoying. The meat content in the jumbo kebab was not jumbo, rather mediocre. The red cabbage and lettuce inside was fresh and luscious. Overall it tasted good. lahmacun Great portion, also fresh salad. I'll order there again when I get the chance.

Mega lecker. Vorbestellen und abholen klappt sehr gut. Mal spontan bock auf nen Döner, oder vielleicht pommes und Burger? Fährt da hin. Selten lange Wartezeit. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Nur ein kleines Manko: Der Lieferservice am Wochenende ist minimal ausbaufähig ;)

Als Feinschmecker wollte ich eine Bewertung für diejenigen schreiben, die keine Pizza mögen. Die Pizzen dieses Ortes bieten Ihnen ein Fest des Geschmacks mit vielen Zutaten und weichem Teig.

Ich kenne ihn noch vom Rewe Parkplatz, da hätte er noch seinen kleinen Imbisswagen. Mittlerweile hat er sein eigenen kleinen Laden. Für mich der beste Döner in HH.

Der Döner ist lecker und hat eine gute Größe. Das Gemüse ist frisch. Für meinen Geschmack hätte das Fleisch etwas mehr gewürzt sein können.

Ein türkisches Restaurant, das Shawarma, gegrilltes Hühnchen, Pizza und Getränke zu vernünftigen Preisen serviert. Es gibt auch einen Lieferservice nach Hause. Am wichtigsten ist, dass das Restaurant sehr sauber ist. Ich rate jedem, dieses Restaurant auszuprobieren.

Ich war mit meiner Schwester hier, die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich, der Laden machte einen sauberen Eindruck, mein Dürüm sah fantastisch aus, und Das Baklava hier war das beste was ich jemals gegessen habe, gerne wieder <3
