You order a doner kebab without onions and end up with onions in every bite. Why is that? Because the employees mix the meat and salad in a bowl with the leftovers from the last 50 doners. It's incredibly unhygienic and disgusting. The bowl isn't emptied, and forget about washing it. But hey, it fits the location: right in the middle of a grimy train station, apparently cleanliness isn't a priority. There's another doner shop across the street, and I'll choose that one in the future. I hope these kinds of awful doner shops will eventually be regulated by the government. Judging by the state of the floor, it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years.

Bad doner kebab, cold, and they don't even answer the phone!

I went there today because it's Christmas Eve and I completely forgot that the shops close early. Since I was in the area anyway, I thought I'd pop in, and it was a complete disaster. I don't want to get too close to the employees or owners, but I've never seen such rudeness and unhygienic conditions in my entire life. I wanted a dürüm, and first of all, the filling wasn't fresh at all. The bread tasted floury, and the packaging—oh my god! It was so badly wrapped that you couldn't even eat it. It tasted so soggy. €10 for such rubbish? That's so unfair! Can't you expect even the bare minimum for that price these days? Well, that's the last time I'll ever set foot in that place. I didn't even have the heart to throw it away because I really wanted it, plus I wasted ten euros.

Worst kebab ever! The kebab was cold, and eating in was unacceptable because of the lack of hygiene. It wasn't busy, yet the two tables were dirty. The guys were actually friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, there are a lot of problems at this place.

I ordered a mini doner box, but my repeated requests not to overfill it were simply ignored. It's a shame about the food, which is actually quite good. If they had stuck to the "mini" size, the relatively high price of €7 wouldn't be necessary.

I ordered food there, and the delivery time was stated as 20-40 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, and then the Lieferando app suddenly showed a delivery time of 49 minutes. After that, the estimated delivery time fluctuated between 29 and 47 minutes. I tried calling several times; I would have picked up my food otherwise, but unfortunately, I had no luck. No one at the restaurant answered the phone. After another 15 minutes, I canceled the order. In my opinion, this place is not recommended. (It's not the first time something has gone wrong there.) This was the last time I'll order from this money-laundry establishment.

I have never eaten such a bad kebab. I ordered a kebab box for my wife with fries that were already cooked, not even fresh. My kebab also came with cartilage and the meat was hard, so they should have closed the shop straight away. Why are people like that? Is that asking too much to get a decent kebab? I've probably eaten in 50 kebab shops in Hamburg. This is the worst of them all. I advise everyone not to eat here for the following reasons: The kebab doesn't taste fresh. Neither the salad, nor the meat, nor the sauces, nor the bread. The employees are unfriendly and want to process every customer quickly. The shop is always dirty. Considering the enormous turnover this shop generates, it's unacceptable that such conditions exist. If the money earned was invested in fresh ingredients, good employees, and better hygiene instead of personal preferences, then you can go back. Worst kebab.

My cousin and I bought 2 kebab boxes there today and took them with us, and when we had eaten and were finished, we realized that they had forgotten our cocktail sauce, otherwise they taste as good as always, but it was a shame because we thought that the sauce was only at the bottom, but no, there was no sauce at all, which is why it tasted extremely dry.

Absolutely disrespectful treatment of customers - never again! I just wanted to buy a kebab here and waited in line like everyone else. After a long wait, a man came up behind me, greeted the seller (apparently an acquaintance or colleague), and what happened next was simply unbelievable: Even though I was next, the salesman completely ignored me and instead served his friend - as if I were air! When I asked him about it, I only got a cheeky answer: “Yes, that’s my colleague.” And is that supposed to be a justification? Absolutely unprofessional, rude and anti-customer. Such behavior is not acceptable at all. For me that was the first and definitely last time. Anyone who treats customers like this shouldn't be surprised if they stay away.

Worst little kebab pieces I've ever eaten, hardly any taste and gristly. Preparation: Put all the ingredients in a red plastic bowl, stir well and add the flatbread. After 6 bites, the thing ended up in the bin. My worst kebab in my life.

Used to be one of the best kebab shops. I've been avoiding the place for a few years. Today my child was hungry for fries. Even the fries were bad. No salt, weird mayo that looked like butter. So sorry, I'll stick to my opinion. Just bad.

Döner plate for 14 EUR...very few fries and they were placed under the meat, so totally soggy. Although all 3 sauces were requested several times... nothing... just the meat... not like kebab in bread. Salad dressing not available either.

Ordered a surprise bag from TooGoodToGo and received nothing when I picked it up. Employee had no idea. Couldn't be canceled and there was no compensation. If you don't offer something like that, then don't cooperate and don't rip people off!!! Never again.

For me the best kebab in the Wandsbek area. No matter how busy the store is at dinner time, it never took me longer than 10 minutes, including ordering and paying. Sorry, I come from the catering industry myself! You don't hit on a 14 year old in such a perverted way while their mother is there. You also don't use cold fries and this nasty meat, which consisted almost entirely of chicken skin and fat in this kebab box mix! Wake up there are mega stores all around you! I'm definitely never coming back! There wasn't any friendliness either, staring at everyone stupidly with your mouth open and your tongue almost out there is not possible!

Ich gehe sehr gerne da ein Döner essen wenn ich in Hamburg bin ich komme aus MV. Aber 9 Euro für ein Döner ist wirklich zu teuer und 6 euro mini. Die ersten 2 Male hat es noch sehr lecker geschmeckt aber die letzten paarmal bin ich sehr enttäuscht irgendwas hat immer gefehlt und ich habe immer dasselbe bestellt. Aber dafür nettes Personal ;)

Kläre 5 Sterne fürs Gesamtpaket. Klar gibt es Grillhäuser mit höherwertigen Nahrungsmitteln. Aber es schmeckt immer. Die Öffnungszeiten sind sehr lang, so das man auch um halb 2 nachts in der Woche noch ein warmen Döner bekommt. Die Mitarbeiter sind meißtens gut gelaunt und sehr vertrauensvoll.
