The doner kebab was decent, but the cocktail sauce was awful. It tasted like curry ketchup on a doner kebab. The service was friendly. My request for more mayo was handled very well: in the end, I felt like I had more mayo than fries! 😁

O got out of the London Pub just a few meters up, kind of smashed, landed in this place and man, I wish there was a place like that around every single bar corner, had a spicy wrap and I was ready to go.

Overall, far too little doner for far too much money! If you're still hungry after eating a doner kebab, it couldn't have been good 👎👎👎👎👎! Never again!

The shop looks inviting at first glance, but it was a complete disappointment. The dürüm for €10 is beyond outrageous. The meat was pre-sliced ​​from the spit in huge chunks and just lying at the bottom. The result: a cold dürüm, cold meat. Tough as a rock. I absolutely cannot recommend this place and will never go there again.

You walk in and are generally greeted in a friendly manner. However, that's where the friendliness ends. No one asks how big your group is, so we ended up sitting at two tables. When ordering food, they don't accommodate any requests. I ordered a lahmacun, but they just made one with meat even though I didn't want it. And that's not even mentioning the outrageous prices. The food isn't great, but it's not completely bad either. All in all, I'll never come back here and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Döner was really good. Their spice sauce tastes like curry, the meat tastes like meat, and their chili powder was actually spicy. The bread was very typical, nothing special but the rest madenup for it.

Be careful if you order something that's not on the menu or if you want to change anything. I only wanted some doner meat and salad (no bread, no fries, no other sides), while my partner ordered fries separately. I was charged for a complete doner plate with fries for almost €16 (even though I explicitly didn't order a "doner plate" according to the menu). When I pointed out the small amount of meat and salad, the response was, "I can't do anything about it, that's how the system works," and "Did you get your meat on a plate? Yes? What's your problem? Then it's a doner plate. Tough luck if you don't have the fries." To be fair, they could have at least added my partner's fries to the doner plate instead of charging an extra €4 for them. This is outrageous and customer-unfriendly business practice, so I'll never go back to this place.

The doner meat at the store was so "fresh" that my stomach wanted it all over again—backwards. I spent the night in the hospital with food poisoning. Do yourself a favor and don't go there unless you want to spend a week in bed.

"Chöp" means garbage in German. They're stingy with the meat, oversalted, the salad is cheesy, and the food is freshly made but still cold. In short, they're a real rip-off for tourists.

If I'd ordered a dry goose, I would have been satisfied. The Stadtessen (city food) served a nasty dürüm (dry goose) that ruined my evening so much that I couldn't go to any bars. Even the subsequent 14 Cuba Libres didn't dilute the taste of garbage. But the reheated fries were okay.

Only 1 star! The ambiance and cleanliness were OK. The staff were so unfriendly! Service is a real no-brainer here. The dürüm was RAW?!? The "herb sauce" is more like sweet and sour sauce!! I've never encountered anything so unfriendly and bad!! I can't recommend the halloumi or the meat either! Awful place - not recommended!

First of all, it should be mentioned that it was Schlagermove, so the circumstances were almost extreme. But ripping off customers like that borders on fraud. The unfriendliness of the man behind the counter was only surpassed by the number of pieces of meat that could be counted on one hand. When confronted about this, he reacted with even more rudeness and simply wanted to stop serving me. But the worst came when it came to paying. Because I wanted a bit more meat, I had to pay extra for it. Because €9.50 for a skinny one isn't exactly outrageous. So, the bottom line is, I can't recommend this place.

The place seems to be not bad, but the Doner I paid for was not even properly cooked, the dough was almost raw and slightly bland.

This is the most disgusting thing we ate. The meat was cold and stale. The dough wasn't even fried, it was just raw and done. The yogurt sauce was also tasteless. They just threw something together, charged the bill, and that's it. I wouldn't recommend eating there to anyone. Poor tourists who fall for it.

They serve really good kebabs here. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. The value for money is excellent. Ideal for a meal during a visit to the neighborhood. Card payments are accepted.

Next time, I'd rather eat my fingernails than eat another kebab there out of necessity! P.S. I ate a falafel sandwich. It tasted like the fryer oil was changed once a year. The salad was more of a mess than fresh. Never again! Inshallah, no food poisoning tomorrow.

Classic kebab shop in the neighborhood. The kebab was tasty and the staff was very friendly to us. Prices are normal for neighborhood conditions, cleanliness was good despite a lot of traffic in the store.

So correct, I switched on my sauce for the falafel box too late and had sauce with milk on it. Without me asking, a new box was simply made for me. I didn't expect that, thank you very much!! Really super nice service 🥰

Disgraceful behavior and fraud! I have rarely had such a negative experience as I did in this store. A colleague of mine paid for his kebab but never received the food. Instead of admitting the mistake, the employees claimed that he had received the kebab - even though we are sure that was not the case. They even had the audacity to portray him as drunk just to get out of it. When we asked for evidence and wanted to see the camera footage, they suddenly said it couldn't be shown. It is obvious that the employees lied to us. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable! I can't recommend anyone to eat here

I like to the doner box all the time

The ambience is just Reeperbahn. But you can eat there in peace and well if you get hungry at night.

Service is a disaster, you stand there with several people who have already paid and people who paid 10 minutes later get their food beforehand! The Dürüm bread & falafel are fried for less than 20 seconds. Dürüm bread not completely cooked through, falafel ok, little sauce…. The service staff become insulting if they say you ordered something different even though you ordered and paid for the right thing, this store is an absolute disaster! Ambience is ok, but nothing special, rather bad and very loud! Definitely never again & not recommended! Several people also developed gastrointestinal problems (diarrhea/vomiting) 1-2 hours later!!!

It's bordering on scam. Seldom seen a kebab man who was so stingy with the meat. €8.50 for a rolled kebab on which a single small pair of tongs of meat is then packed. Then add iceberg lettuce and coleslaw. The thing ended up looking like a wrap, not a kebab. So in the end we have a thin piece of dough, some salad and far too little meat, material use of maybe one euro. For - as I said - €8.50. If I want to burn my money on the Reeperbahn for some meat, I'd rather go down a side street.

There is really delicious kebab or dürüm here! Both the veal and chicken impressed us. The portions are really more than generous (you first had to "empty" the kebab with a fork) and therefore the price-performance ratio is also good. The staff is very friendly and the dining room was very clean and you could eat there in peace. For us one of the best kebabs we have ever had.

Good standard kebab! On the corner, the best you can get. In summer you can sit and relax outside on the benches.

The food wasn't tasty at all. We ordered 2 kebabs. The bread wasn't tasty. You just got a sauce that wasn't seasoned properly. The kebab was totally dry. No recommendation!!!

After a concert we went back to the Reeperbahn and decided on this kebab restaurant. Since the veal skewer looked too much like minced meat for me, I decided on chicken. Since I only ever eat my kebab with hot sauce, I was glad there was a good one there. I really enjoyed the kebab. I've had enough. I can recommend it.

The staff seems very annoyed, the music is playing extremely loudly so you can no longer have a conversation, the kebab pizza was very greasy, initially without sauce, later you got three large lumps of sauce that weren't distributed, you couldn't eat the kebab pizza because it was all of it dropped it because it was so greasy, meat didn't taste good, paid a total of 16 euros for a pizza and two cans of cola. Absolutely not recommended.

Too expensive for what you get. A normal kebab box for 8.50 euros and a 0.5 cola for 3.00 euros seems a bit excessive to me. Even if the kebab meat and the sauce tasted quite good, but not very good, the price-performance ratio is simply not right.

There was hardly any meat in the kebab. It tasted almost exclusively of the 1000Island-like dressing and because it consisted almost exclusively of salad and bread, it wasn't worth 3 euros. Can't understand the negative comments at all. Absolutely good food. Plentiful, fresh and super friendly staff. There are completely different restaurants there. Maybe it was accidentally mixed up. Bad kebab meat cut way too thin and unfortunately expensive when cold..

Hey, kebab plate in a class of its own! 🤌🏼 Digga, this kebab plate – it was simply next level! Mixed with all the trimmings: rich curry sauce, crispy fries and such a fresh salad, I was really full for the rest of the day. Full 10/10, that was a blast! 💥 But the three women in front of the store who want to talk to the older men and rip them off - they're a bit annoying. Otherwise a real pearl in the neighborhood!

Average doner kebab. Ordered two standard kebabs and both had different toppings. One of them got completely soaked and everything fell out. There was almost nothing going on and yet the kebab was quickly thrown together (topped) in 10 seconds.

Were there last night. The first half of the kebab was just salad, the second half was just meat. The bread was bone dry, the sauce was okay. Really a disgrace for the price!

As High Germans, we of course noticed that the words “Best Döner in Reeperbahn” on the back of his shirt were not just grammatically incorrect. The food might taste good when you're stoned or drunk. 🙁 But the kebab man was 'nice'...

I was with a group of friends at the supposedly "good" kebab shop because the 4.3 stars were promising. Finally we arrived and were greeted by a man sleeping on the floor. The store looked very good, but the area on the Reeperbahn was really unsettling. The ingredients were all ready and looked good. The service was already there to take our orders, but he understood us less. In the end he gave us fries instead of a kebab. Unfortunately we couldn't exchange it because we wanted to get away from this place quickly. Therefore, one of our group had to stay hungry. When we arrived at the meal and still had a glimmer of hope left, we were disappointed once again. It was the worst kebab we've eaten in a long time, the sauce barely tasted like anything and the meat was far too fatty and despite aluminum foil, the meat was cold after 5-10 minutes of running. The bread and salad were again edible. All in all I will never go there again. The food is truly only edible when stoned/drunk.
