Very nice little place. Not so Irish (but apparently it sells in Konstanz to market yourself as an Irish Pub). Anyway the staff is very kind and friendly. Food is good, typical German dishes. Cozy atmosphere. Nice place for lunch or perhaps early evening for a warm up. Perhaps they should consider the music.

Stables has been a household name for years and has always had burgers, unfortunately also Ruppaner beer! Nowadays KN is full of burgers and there is also a lot of seating here. It gets loud relatively quickly. You should also pay attention to the side dishes that are extra to the burger. When I ordered one time with sweet potato fries, the second burger was served with fries anyway. It can happen and should I throw the fries in the bin now?! Probably not, I would say as a conscious consumer. It's one thing to say afterwards, OK, I'll move on. But what really bothers me is that I pulled the A***** card and ordered a small Guinness because there are only scratch cards for a large Guinness. If you then ordered a large Guinness, even with the advice, you would have known this from the start. Well, I ask the “boss” but apparently it doesn’t work because everything has been counted. Oh yeah, that's how Guinness knows how much great Guinness you sell. The German tax office is certainly interested in this too. Nobody comes up with the subtle hint that scratch cards can also be rivets. Uhh, does the German state find this so funny?! Well, all in all, I paid for a side dish that I didn't want and an additional large Guinness because no one informed me about the fine print. Well, let's see what the German state gambling lottery says about it. Cheers 🍻

Gluten Free ♥️ gluten free A dream! All burgers and pizzas are gluten-free, all gluten-free dishes are prepared separately, there is a separate deep fryer and the taste was a dream for EVERYONE! Very very highly recommended! 🙃 We have a happy celiac child!

Food was very good, we had Viennese style schnitzel with sweet potato fries and goulash with homemade spaetzle. The waitresses were very friendly and the music was first class. All in all a successful evening.

Der Warscheinlich Unfreundlichste Laden aus ganz Konstanz. Wir kamen an als Familie und wollten ganz normal Abendessen. Dann kam ein Kellner der dachte er wäre der aller wichtigste und meckert uns auf arrogante und Sarkastischer Art an, wieso wir denn zu Viert 3 Tische besetzen. Aber auch nachdem wir uns umsetzten und unseren kleinen Fehler eingesehen haben machte er weiter bis wir Aufstanden und den drecks Laden Verlassen. Es war kaum zu realisieren und es wirkte wirklich so als wenn der Kellner Lust darauf hätte Kunden zu vertreiben. Empfehle ich wirklich Niemanden, so ein Unhöflichen Umgang mit Kunden. Solange dort am Personal nicht Sofort etwas geändert wird is der Laden ein Witz und wird auch weiterhin so leer bleiben wie an dem Abend als wir da waren.

Look, an Irish pub... Green light outside, something on the walls inside that could remind you of an Irish pub, a few clovers, some decorations and Guinness. Then it stops. There was no Irish music to be heard. When reading the menu, the question arises: has Ireland taken a new approach to its typical dishes? Pizza, pasta, fries, wedges, salad. A few dishes with spaetzle. Children's menu: 3 dishes, each with fries. Why not just spaetzle? Not every child likes fries. I took a salad, bread was on the menu as a side dish. I was asked twice if I wanted bread with the salad, I declined. The ingredients and the chicken were fresh. The two half cherry tomatoes were to be found, the 4 olives on the edge, the pickled chili was to be found under the salad. Why ketchup, barbecue sauce and mayonnaise were brought to the table remains questionable. Two of the male employees were friendly, the women not so much. Responding to a greeting was not their strength. In the outdoor area, the staff occasionally walked past the tables at a distance of 5 m. When paying, I was asked in a slightly unfriendly tone about “tip?”, to which I could only answer with a resounding no. The receipt came, but getting a copy of the receipt was difficult. But after a little waiting and some help from colleagues, the receipt came. Maybe there will be an Irish evening in March 2024, just like the decoration on the tables. Unfortunately I won't be able to get there. The food was fresh, unfortunately some of the staff and the non-Irish cuisine didn't convince me to give it more than 2 stars. (reworked; 2 stars are justified overall)

We wanted to have a drink after our visit to the restaurant, and since our hotel was close to the Irish pub, we chose this one too. The first impression was quite nice so far, but when we were told in a cheesy way that we wouldn't be served these types of drinks, our image changed! We got the drinks after all, but without warning and without any alcohol. After a few minutes, our small table was surrounded by the smoking employees, who were talking loudly about us in an unpleasant tone. This bunch of philistines didn't even say goodbye to us formally. DEFINITELY not a recommendation, and certainly not another visit.

A small place in a very busy place near the shopping center, delicious food and excellent service. Even though it was lunch time, they served us quickly and we got our food quickly. I ate a diavolo hamburger and my partner a salad with chicken. Both dishes are very tasty and the ingredients are fresh. The hamburger is really spicy so I don't recommend it if you don't like spicy. All in total with 2 drinks around €35-40

Due to the great weather we were able to sit outside, the team was very nice, the food came quickly. The best thing: gluten-free was no problem! My children were happy with pizza and pasta. The pizza base is from Schär and there is also a separate oven for the gluten-free dishes!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Irish Pub "Stable" in Konstanz, right near the train station, and I absolutely loved it! The burger was juicy and perfectly prepared, the Guinness was freshly tapped and of the best quality. The fact that the kitchen is open until 11 p.m. is also a big plus. Nice location, right next to the Lago mall and main road. Food served in generous portion and delectable. We ordered the burger and schnitzel with salad and fries. Service was great, the ladies are very communicative and friendly while the young man was checking guests satisfaction. The only drawback for me was that the beer was not served cold 🤔 as a it should be. We told the server about it and nothing they could do. But overall, it was good experience. Worth coming back.

Food was good enough and the prices ok. We wanted to sit outside to eat but there was no table. We ordered drinks and asked upon ordering if it was ok to move to a table outside where the guests were paying up. No problem, we were told. When we moved, we were told off and that if the order was wrong, it would be our fault.. Mojitos were flat but at this point I didn't feel like we could say anything. Staff gave an uninterested impression.

The staff is a lot friendlier and more accommodating compared to other local ones. Four of us were there on a Sunday and were able to sit outside. Previously at another restaurant and the staff there was unfriendly. Then we went to the Irish pub and were simply thrilled. Tried the burger of the month (burger with hash browns) with salad and fries. Chicken wings. Everything tasted great. This restaurant is recommended ❤️

Was over there for a quick lunch break yesterday. Food is good, prices are okay. The service doesn't work at all! Had pasta and a Cola Zero, €16.50. The waitress simply tipped herself €3.50. I didn't have any coins in my wallet and I refilled it 3 times because she gave me €25 and the rest in coins. Something like that is just cheeky. Unfortunately I only noticed it back at work, good for you that I didn't notice it earlier. It was 100% the last time I was there.

Unfortunately I have to strongly advise against my visit to this Irish pub. What was supposed to start as a cozy evening with friends ended in a completely unacceptable experience. Our order was not taken correctly - instead of the small beers we ordered, we were served large ones. When we politely addressed this misunderstanding and insisted on only paying for what we had actually ordered, we were confronted with unbelievable insolence. The owner of the restaurant, who was present despite his own claims that he was never there and never called the police, threatened us with the police and shouted at us to leave the restaurant. His aggressive and condescending manner, especially towards my foreign friends who only speak English, was not only shocking but also conveyed a deeply racist impression. This encounter left us with the feeling that he could only allow himself to behave like this because we were the last guests and no one else could witness his hateful, racist brutality. Even more disturbing is the fact that the owner publicly ridicules and denies our experience, which makes the whole thing even more insulting. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but shows a shocking lack of hospitality and respect for customers. I can only strongly advise anyone not to visit this establishment. There are plenty of places where you are welcomed and treated with respect - this Irish pub is definitely not one of them. Visitors should be aware that the lack of witnesses may open a window for unacceptable and potentially racist behavior at the end of the evening.
