Logan's Irish Pub in Konstanz

A quaint pub with live football broadcasts. Unfortunately, all the tables were reserved when we visited, so we got the last seats at the bar.

We were turned away very rudely - unfortunately we couldn't even have a beer - staff unfriendly and arrogant - atmosphere aggressive and bad.

Nice pub and friendly service. It can get a bit crowded when they're showing football. They only accept card payments, no cash.

It was an amazing evening! Endrit actively accommodated my music requests, and we even got an unrealized shot! I highly recommend it! 😃

The food is very good. The Smash Burger is great, and the club sandwich is also very good. Endrit is the best behind the bar! Whether you're just stopping by for a quick Guinness or staying the whole evening, Craic is great!

Endrit served me excellently throughout the evening! Very friendly, attentive, and absolutely professional – a bartender through and through. He makes you feel completely at home as a guest. The other members of the team today were also great, but Endrit served us with a good mood!

Good food (Smashburger top), very pleasant atmosphere and the bartender (Endrit) served us as if we were in a 5 star restaurant.

We waited almost 45 minutes for our drinks. It took a very long time for a waiter to arrive, and we were repeatedly told they would arrive soon. The waiter also touched the tops of all the glasses to remove them from the tray. This is truly unhygienic and completely unacceptable.

This one is good ;). Small but nice.

Unfortunately, things have deteriorated considerably. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a great menu, but the service is so abysmal that it's a rather unpleasant experience. Ordering is virtually impossible, as you're often ignored. Once you've ordered, it takes 20 minutes for a beer (!) to arrive at your table. And then, to top it all off, Serbia vs. Albania is playing at such a volume that any conversation is impossible. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Actually a great place to be, but it's a shame that they only accept card payments and don't take American Express... If they only accept card payments, customers expect a certain amount of variety.

The cheeseburger is the best in town

My boys and I ordered four burgers yesterday: Chicken Burger, Oklahoma Burger, Murphy's Law, and Smashburger. All four were horribly dry and had hardly any flavor. What a pity.

We had a pleasant evening; the drinks and food were good, and the service was very friendly. However, one of the vegetarian dishes contained bacon. This was understandably a no-go for the vegetarians in our group. In all the hustle and bustle, the waiter forgot to mention it when paying, so I sent an email just to point it out. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. I hope the next vegetarians will also get a 100% veggie veggie basket.

Unfortunately, the food isn't the same as before; apparently, there have been changes. ————— Answer: - The patty on the smashed burger is no longer smashed. - The patty was of lower quality, at least that day and for the first time ever. - The new cheese sauce isn't comparable to the old one. - The chili cheese fries are missing jalapeños. - The gravy is completely missing. We were at least told that there are new owners. We only saw "new" employees at the front and accepted it. Even though the owner hasn't changed, the changes have noticeably reduced the quality. And I hate to say that, because I was able to enjoy the best burger in town here for a while. It was very tasty. We also miss the Glazy Laker very much...

What a great place! With the best choice of beers, cosy atmosphere and friendliest staff ever! They let us in with our dog, offered him a bowl of water. We had an amazing time here.

Hello, we ordered an Uber and unfortunately our smashed burger 🍔 was quite burnt 😕 otherwise it would have been delicious. The chicken burger is good but pretty drowned in coleslaw with a lot of sauce...

Nous recherchions un restaurant proche de notre hôtel, un vendredi soir, un peu tard déjà. Nous avons découvert par hasard ce « pub », doté d’une grande terrasse extérieure, mais le temps ne s’y prêtant pas, nous avons opté pour l’intérieur du restaurant. Il était bondé ! Niveau sonore élevé du fait des convives, un match de foot de Bundesliga en cours également. Ambiance pub pour le coup… Nous avons pu avoir une petite table dans un coin du restaurant (en entrant, tout à droite), sur une sorte de petite estrade. Pas très accessible, un peu « coincés » et sans pouvoir beaucoup bouger mais une fois installés, cela a été. Etonnant, carte assez importante avec notamment une gamme de burgers. J’ai opté pour un « swiss burger » avec un rösti, servi avec des frites. Pas de la grande gastronomie mais un plat tout à fait correct. C’était bon. Service assez efficace et rapide au vu de l’affluence. Tarifs très raisonnables, excellent rapport Qualité/Prix.

First of all: The employees were all very friendly, which is also the reason why there are 2 stars at all. Unfortunately, the conclusion in Craic is “That was nothing”. - When we arrived the shop was almost empty. Unfortunately, we still waited in vain for over 40 minutes until we could order something to eat after ordering drinks - we ultimately had to let the counter know - Meanwhile, several guests who had just arrived were being served in the store - Then the wrong beer was delivered - And then forget the next round you ordered The food itself was delicious. Only one of the burgers was completely burned and should never have left the kitchen, see picture. Since no one came to check whether everything was okay with the food, two people were almost finished before the third could even point out the problem. Unfortunately, it can be said that there was something to complain about in every single round without exception. There is really a lot of understanding, especially because one of the employees has only just been trained. But she wasn't the only one who made mistakes, and in the end the combination was just too much. And to be honest: If so much is going wrong, then just bring the guests a quick drink to the table every now and then... We're talking about a shop that charges 20 euros for a burger with a side dish, there has to be more to it than a "I'm sorry", even if it was meant very honestly. It costs almost nothing to buy and makes everyone happy again. For some reason, this kind of taking responsibility and valuing guests has really disappeared in the restaurant industry in recent years. Unfortunately, watching football in Craic will remain an experiment. //EDIT: To briefly refer to the answer. First of all, thank you for taking your feedback seriously. This is no longer a given. Regarding the burger price: I was referring to the veggie burger, which is 17.50 with the cheapest side dish and can go up to over 20. Because of the ingredients, this may still be reasonable (even if comparable burgers are a bit cheaper elsewhere), but everything has to be right given the price ;)

Didn’t get a chance to try the food, but the beer is fantastic, and the drinks are spot on—they’ll mix up whatever you’re in the mood for. The pub has a cozy, welcoming vibe with super friendly staff that make you feel right at home. Plenty of TVs around too, making it a perfect spot to watch football or just chill with friends

Nachos are an absolute joke for the price, both in terms of taste and quantity. Too bad! The nachos used to be really good with the previous owner.

Good evening, we have just ordered from you and to be honest we are a bit speechless. The smash burger that was ordered was delivered completely burnt. To be honest, we don't understand how a delivery can be sent out like this. Very disappointing.

Good pub. Simply solid. Great for watching football. Delicious beer, very good fries, and nice employees. We like to be more crowded on football evenings, but that has its charm.

Irish pub where you are rudely sent away if there are no seats. It's the opposite of what you'd expect from a pub. We were warmly welcomed at the pub around the corner, even without seats.

Fake place. Never before seen an Irish Pub showing 2. Bundesliga on 6-7 screens a Saturday night 9 pm. No music as advertised on the website. Only saved by the extremely hard working girl in the bar. Serving Irish beers doesn't make you an Irish Pub. And a lot of noise doesn't make a good atmosphere.

Very cozy pub! Also ideal for watching football. Had the club sandwich, very tasty and a huge portion. I would also like the Kilkenny with the beer. But the Murphy Red was good too. The service is very friendly and often asks if there are any wishes. Recommended!

We have been here often times, sometimes the service is good other times not so.. but the food is always good and comes in generous serving. Sometimes they have set meal with beer, for a good price. Last Halloween was really good service from the guy server, good product knowledge and attentiveness.

We went to The Craig primarily for the food. It's a great pub with a top selection of drinks. But the food should not be neglected. We had the smashed burger, super tasty, and the buffalo bratwurst with mashed potatoes. Wow, really great!

I went to watch the Champions League match, I ate the best burger of my life, the perfect and crispy fries, the kind and friendly waiters, the beer simply the best weizen on the market, I can't wait to come back to taste the more burgers.

We were totally thrilled. A really authentic pub, with super friendly and personable staff and delicious drinks. The burgers were terrific (I usually have something to complain about when it comes to food) as were these awesome homemade dips. When we are back in Konstanz we will definitely come back here. Really highly recommended!

Completely bottomless here. Burger was completely burnt everywhere. In the middle of the European Championship game the television goes off and it is not possible to get it back on. We now continue watching the game on the mobile phone. I really can't recommend it!!! I am very disappointed I want the Logans back.

We came across the pub by chance because our hotel was on the floors above. But we are very positively surprised. The pub has very friendly staff, the typical pub dishes (citizens, finger food, etc.) are delicious and reasonably priced. It meets young and old, recommended!

Good atmosphere, good selection of music, very friendly staff! But already three times the barrel of beer is not sufficiently cooled. The primary goal of drinking delicious beer was narrowly missed. Went here today for a burger, the beer was cold and the burger was hard to top in the city.

I was looking forward to the reboot, but was a little disappointed. Service was subpar, I sat at the counter and was very grateful that I was given something to drink. The question of what was on offer was ignored and answered clumsily when asked. The food I ordered tasted good, but was far too expensive for what was on my plate. BUT... it was all new, I'll definitely come back and give you an update here.
