Absolute insider tip. If you're on a culinary treasure hunt you might find what you're looking for here. The small, inconspicuous shop is not particularly inviting but in the end that is what gives it its special charm IF the service and especially the food are good and that is definitely the case here. Stäbchenkultur is a small family business. Two men are standing in the kitchen cooking, the children are sitting in the shop doing homework and the daughter is serving. When you try the food you suddenly get the impression that the chefs here have real passion for their job. With every bite the flavors mix differently and I keep hearing myself say: "Hmm, that's delicious!" I visited the shop for the first time almost a year ago and since then I have tried the entire menu and can only recommend the shop. Recommendations: My favorite so far are "Yakitori Don" (chicken skewers with teriyaki sauce on salad and rice) and “Curry with coconut milk” and duck. In general, the starters and soups (Miso, Pho Bo, or Tom Ka Gai) are recommended. I've only ordered appetizers twice and had a great menu "Tom Ka Gai" (chicken soup with coconut milk), "Yakitori skewers" (chicken skewers with teriyaki sauce on some lettuce), "Spring rolls with meat filling" (on some lettuce) and “Glass noodle salad with chicken”. Small mini buffet. Negative: So far only two dishes that weren't quite my cup of tea. It was "rice in dark sauce" which wasn't my cup of tea but I was also hoping for some kind of oyster sauce. And the “Sukiyaki” was just too spicy for me personally. If you like it, OK, but I won't order it again because of that. SUSHI: The sushi is good too. Although you can find better things in Berlin, it's still good here and the price is unbeatable. Example: Menu 2 6x salmon 6x tuna 6x cucumber 1x miso soup All together for €7.50 (!!!AND IT'S GOOD!!!) (not the best but good), So the prices here are really pleasant. Conclusion: ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION. Everything is very fresh and tasty, the friendly family is friendly and the chefs here know how to handle spices. And the store really isn't expensive. You won't find this much freshness and quality for the price anywhere else.

I had “egg rice with chicken breast” – a standard dish that turned out to be the best meal I had in Berlin. The chicken was tender, the breading was slightly crispy and the sauce was perfectly seasoned. In addition, the portion was generous and filled even a strong, tall man. A really convincing meal! 5/5 stars – absolutely recommended!

Pho with beef was good for the price 8,5€ Susi set 8,5€ and 9,9€ with miso soup included were also gut!

Very friendly service and a small but nice restaurant. It is ideal for the lunch break. Otherwise, the majority of customers will certainly be delivered or take it away. Card payment from 10 euros is an unnecessary Berlin custom, but only a small drawback.

Not bad...But I've had better menus...

We love chopstick culture and are its roots! The PhatThai is very tasty, as is the glass noodle salad and soups as starters. It has been repainted in a cheerful green, simply oasis!

The food here is really great and well priced, can only agree to all the positive reviews. I have ordered here many times and it was always super tasty, but unfortunately today I ordered again and the vegan duck ended up being real meat. Of course mistakes can happen but that’s pretty nasty, being that the person who tried it is vegan and trusted the dish wouldn’t have meat. So I guess we have to stick to ingredients like tofu where this can’t happen.

Unfortunately, the fried Asian noodles with chicken were not tasty. They just didn't taste like anything and even after adding more seasoning it didn't really get any better. It's a shame, after the good recessions, I expected more.

Einfacher winziger Laden mit sehr freundlichem Service und wirklich gutem Essen!

Solider Vietnamese von nebenan, kann man nichts falsch machen! Parks auch nicht weit weg, sodass man zum Beispiel gemütlich Picknicken kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Eine Perle im Kiez. Die zwei sind einfach super nett und beim Essen bekommt man genau das was man möchte. Gutes vietnamesisches Essen mit veganen Optionen.

Ein dezent unscheinbarer Laden, der mit selbstgemachten Gerichten überzeugt. Würziger Salat, leckeres Sushi und eine für mich namenlose Sauce als Highlight.

We ordered Curry chicken that was too salty, we always order this dish so we know how it tastes, this time it was too salty and inedible. I called the restaurant and they said next time you order we will fix it, when I said we can’t eat that one that person hang up the phone. Too bad we were regular customers and used to recommend the restaurant. that’s last time to order because of the worst customer service.

Kleiner Imbiss mit sehr leckeren Gerichten. Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen daher eher zum mitnehmen geeignet.

Ich bestelle telefonisch schon seit mindestens 2 Jahren regelmäßig und hole es anschließend ab. Bisher wurde ich nie enttäuscht, es war geschmacklich immer sehr gut. Der Koch ist sehr freundlich und die Wartezeit recht kurz. Ich kann es ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Hier mal die Pho Suppe. Sehr lecker.

I probably should have got something more interesting off the menu but this green curry was very acceptable.

Wir sind zufällig vorbei gekommen und haben etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt. Wir waren begeistert von der Qualität der Speisen und der Freundlichkeit der Inhaber. Wir haben sogar ein Getränk gratis dazu bekommen. Das Sushi war unerwartet frisch und lecker, die Wantan und die Miso Suppe waren äußerst schmackhaft, auch wenn das Tofu etwas zu weich war. Es ist schön, so etwas herzliches in der Nachbarschaft gefunden zu haben, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben direkt vor Ort bestellt und haben nach ca 15 min super leckeres und frisches Essen bekommen. Wirklich eine große Empfehlung, der Laden sieht sehr unscheinbar aus, aber das essen war sehr gut! Und das Sushi erst :)

2 mal bisher online bestellt und jedes mal begeistert. Heute zum ersten mal persönlich vor Ort da in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und auf Anhieb sympathisch. Der Laden macht von außen nicht viel her und auch drinnen könnte es gemütlicher sein, aber das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend. Unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Geheimtipp!

Sehr leckere vietnamesische und japanische Gerichte und ein sehr freundlicher Besitzer/Koch! Auf Anfrage kann auch ohne Geschmacksverstärker gekocht werden, top! Alle Gerichte sind mit viel Liebe angerichtet.

Sehr netter Koch / Besitzer, leckeres Essen mit viel frischem Gemüse und schön angerichtet. Jeden Tag gibt es zwei günstige Tagesmenüs zur Auswahl. Ich habe auch das Glück in direkter Nachbarschaft zu wohnen und komme gerne nach einem langen Arbeitstag vorbei wenn ich keine Energie zum kochen habe. Ich achte auf gesunde Ernährung und gehe hier mit gutem Gewissen Essen. Die Glasnudeln mit Hühnchen und Zitronengras kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das beste Sushi, das ich seit langem gegessen habe, hab nach gefragt und der Lachs kommt aus Schottland und da wir eine Großbestellung gemacht haben, schenkte uns der Koch eine Cola, also toller Laden

This place is fantastic. I ordered a yellow curry with tofu to go. The owner was super friendly and offered me a free drink because I had to wait for ten minutes for him to make it (like that's a long time...) That was so kind. The curry was outstanding. Steaming hot, the veggies tasted fresh. It's a small place but it competes with the big boys. Thank you!
