Never again the food was very bad, I will never come back and please tell your waiters not to play with their noses

First of all: the food tastes good! In this review, I would particularly like to focus on the topic of service/customer orientation. We ordered online to pick up. We've had this before without any problems. But this time things went differently. It was 6:45 p.m. on a Friday evening. In the store the waitress told us our order hadn't been received, whereupon we ordered from her again to be picked up in 20-30 minutes (the time she gave) It should be mentioned here that it later turned out that she lied to us about our order, because the boss later showed us our online order. But more on that later. So we came back after 30 minutes, slightly annoyed. We were then told that it wasn't finished yet and unfortunately it would take another 10-20 minutes. By the way, this was a different person than the first After 20 minutes I slowly lost patience and was standing at the counter in the store and the third person asked me. This time apparently the boss. Oh wonder, on the one hand, we ordered online and then noticed in the kitchen that something was missing. So I waited another few minutes. At some point the food was ready and after 2 hours of waiting and back and forth we were finally able to eat at home. Was there anything from the house other than “sorry”? No Therefore I will never buy anything here again because after all the problems and the wasted waiting time I would have expected at least some accommodation. The order total was also 100€, so not very little…

The restaurant is a real asset to Biesdorf. It changed hands and has been doing very well since then. Lots of guests come and the service is great. We were able to come without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The food is A1 and the drinks are very special. Only recommended!!

Today we had 4 meals to take away, unfortunately not that special, duck was crispy, wafer-thin slices (savings program), the dark sauce with it didn't taste nice like Maggie with water. The meat, such as plain chicken and baked chicken, tasted completely sober, no spices, not even salt. Overall, the price/performance ratio is unsatisfactory, unfortunately we won't be coming back. My review has been deleted!!!!

(It can't be that she's there every day -you really have to wait an extremely long time for food, especially sushi (only eat there if you can wait more than 30 minutes for your food...) 3/5 3. Quality of the food +Food looks visually appealing +taste wise it's okay +Food selection is varied (unfortunately too much, hence waiting times) -the second time we had lots of fruit flies in our food!!!!! -Quality has deteriorated, no longer tastes as good as it did at the beginning -Food is now often undercooked or overcooked -as mentioned above, you really wait too long for the food -Appetizers sometimes only come after the main course.... -the entire restaurant smells like a toilet! It's a shame, it used to be really good... 0/5 6. Overall impression and recommendation The restaurant was really great at the start time. We have been eating there several times a week since August and have taken food with us. The drinks were ok too. Recently I can't recommend it, I think they have overworked employees and understaffed staff. Serving such poor quality after waiting over 30 minutes is unreasonable. Unfortunately you have lost us as regular guests.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The menu is very diverse, including sushi at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is cozy, creating a comfortable and pleasant feeling. Especially, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The dishes are beautifully presented and taste amazing. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant. This is definitely an ideal place for dates or meeting friends. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

Great Vietnamese restaurant! I was here for the first time on the recommendation of friends and I was very impressed. The restaurant is very stylishly furnished and looks very new, the numerous staff greet you in a friendly manner and the food tastes very good. It definitely won't be the last time I eat here! Very, very nice atmosphere. Very modern and very clean. Extremely nice and polite service. The menu is very clearly laid out and all dishes are described in an easy-to-understand manner. Top location and very friendly staff and great service

If I could I would be given more than 5 points. We have rarely had such good quality food here in Hellersdorf and the surrounding area as at Toni Vu. Diverse selection and so far every dish is 1a with stars 🤩 Even the drinks are always more than great in terms of appearance and taste. Service is very friendly and attentive. Price/performance is also more than justified, we would even be willing to pay more for such good food. Despite the shop being almost always full, we rarely wait longer than 10 minutes for our food. We can only warmly recommend it 😌

We were in this restaurant last night and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The food was tasty, but took a long time. The poor waitress ran from table to table apologizing and is the only reason we give it 3 stars overall. She was totally polite and genuine. After a successful change of operator, you can try a delicious, light selection of Asian food here that doesn't disappoint the customers. All the food and drinks enjoyed so far were freshly prepared, on tap and presented with good service. The only thing that detracts from the experience is the lack of card payment options. Conclusion: Finally, good Asian food is no longer just for Prenzlauer Berg and others. Reserved, Biesdorf says thank you!

The visit to the new restaurant, now serving Vietnamese cuisine and sushi, in Biesdorf was worth it. Unrecognizable after renovation. Tastefully, authentically and yet comfortably furnished 👍 we ordered various starters, two main courses and two desserts. Each course was a pleasure in itself.😃 We really liked it because the service was also very good. Price-performance ratio is right. After the renovation it looks much more inviting. Definitely fine for a solid Chinese pan, but the Vietnamese part was unfortunately not convincing in terms of taste.

The restaurant has finally found a worthy successor. Unfortunately, the previously located Chinese buffet was unusable. We were here today for the first test after the reopening 10 days ago and were greeted by a really nice renovated store. The really friendly staff were also able to impress with really delicious Vietnamese food. We were all convinced across the board and are looking forward to finally welcoming a new restaurant to the neighborhood.

We still know the place as Asia III with boss Lan... She had to give up, which is a shame. Now newly opened Vietnamese specialties "Toni Vu" .... Food tastes good, no buffet (that's not bad). No EC card payment possible (maybe later) and there is still a 20% opening discount until August 11th, 2024. Prices for dishes are between 10 and 20 EUR, a wide range of drinks. The young team seems to be a family business. Everyone is very nice, so a visit is recommended. We ate here for the first time today, so we didn't know the previous owner. 😇 We were very excited! It's beautifully made, you feel very comfortable. The food was amazing! The prepared food looked great! It tasted great too! We can also highly recommend the homemade lemonades, they were great too! The sushi was super fresh too! The current Toni Vu cannot be compared in any way with the Asia Haus 3. Finally this restaurant is alive again, a new, clear and inviting ambience, polite service and a menu that leaves nothing to be desired. The food is fresh, hot and very tasty and attractively prepared, and a large selection of drinks rounds off the offering. We will visit again often because the prices are reasonable for this great food. A pleasant evening, thank you very much!

Just opened, very friendly and great food, large portions

We noticed the renovation work and after we saw the first people after the change of operator, we were drawn here yesterday. We sat down on the terrace outside with a little skepticism, but the service and the appearance of the beautifully prepared dishes allayed our concerns. All three of us, 2 adults and a son, were so excited, it turned out so beautifully, inside and out, so much hard work and work and love went into it, it can no longer be compared to what happened before. It's just a shame that you haven't created a new profile here, because the few stars are included and that's a shame! And the food is wonderful!!! We not only noticed the joy of the employees, but also saw them, they were happy about every visitor and we were happy with them that it was so well received❤️ Don't be surprised by the picture - yes fries are not typical, but they are the only dish on the menu and this is for children, which is perfect. And there is also a huge selection for vegetarians and finally great sushi, which you can't just find in Mitte👍 Good success and wonderful guests!!! Clear recommendation!!!

Today we went for coffee with about 20 people after a funeral. Unfortunately, they were overwhelmed by this in the restaurant. The previously ordered cake was still frozen. Beer and cyclists were confused several times. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service. The Chinese food is said to have tasted good.

Sunday lunch buffet/haven't been there for a long time/no service, drinks take a long time, beer was stale, vermouth came in cognac snifters, café doesn't taste good. The waitress didn't know what kind of cake was there. Buffet only has a limited selection, but vegetables are fresh and crunchy, chicken liver is tasty and spicy. Price performance ok for €11.99 you can get enough food. If you don't have high expectations, you'll probably find it good, but there are better Asians. I recommend you try it and then judge for yourself.

Wir waren heute Sonntag 05.11 zum Buffet da, hatte vorher schon die Rezessionen gelesen, waren nicht sehr gut aber dachte mir so schlecht kann es doch gar nicht sein ! Hier unsere Erfahrungen, wir waren zu zweit da ! ! ! Begrüßt wurden wir von richtig dicken Fliegen die um unseren Tisch kreisten. Da hätten wir sofort schon die Reißleine ziehen müssen, wir haben es nicht getan und wollten das Buffet abwarten was mit dem Auftuen etwas verspätet war, zwischenzeitlich kam auch mein 0,3 l Fassbier, doch leider war das Bier Schal, habe die Tresenkraft angesprochen und es gesagt natürlich verstand und wußte die nicht was Schal ist, kurze Antwort muss du Chef sagen, kommt so von Theke meine Frage, wo ist der Chef, ja Chef nicht da. Ok, langsam wurde das Buffet gebracht und in die Behältnisse gemacht. Wir wollten am Buffet nicht gleich die ersten sein und haben noch ca. 5 Min. gewartet. Nun zum Buffet und zum Essen, Essen kalt, Fleisch hart, Soßen dünn wie Wasser, das zur Verfügung gestellte Geschirr schmutzig wie auch die gesamten Räumlichkeiten mit Blick in die Küche. So ein Erlebnis in Bezug auf Essen und Restaurant hatten wir noch nicht. KÖNNTE NOCH 2 SEITEN SCHREIBEN ABER MACHT DOCH KEINEN SINN, GEHEN SIE SELBST HIN UND MACHEN DAS KULINARISCHE ERLEBNIS MIT DANN KOMMT IHNEN JEDE DORFKNEIBE ALS 5 STERNE PALAST VOR. FÜR UNS ABGEHAGT NIE WIEDER ! ! ! ! !

Ето самый ужасный ресторан ,хотя ето даже рестораном назвать нельзя ,заказали суши Филадельфия ,нам принесли горячую блевотину которую есть невозможно было.Персонал даже не знает что такое Филадельфия

Qualität der Speisen ist extrem schlecht geworden. Das Angebot beim Buffet ist sehr klein gehalten, und immer kalt. Der Service ist auch nicht mehr wie er mal war. Die Preise für dieses Buffet sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

Für einen Asiaten ziemliches Kantinenfeeling. Getränke waren eine Spur zu warm und das Essen vom Buffet nicht mehr so warm. Klar, es ist ein Buffet, aber heißer darfs schon sein. Die Auswahl an Gerichten war ausreichend (Buffet!), jeder von uns fand etwas. Der Service war aber sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Ob ich nochmal herkommen würde? Ich denke eher nein. Da gibt es bessere Asiatische Restaurants.

Unfassbar schlechter Kundenservice. Deutschkenntnisse gleich 0, dennoch maximal dreist. Einfache, eindeutige, mehrmals deutlich in unterschiedlichen Formulierungen ausgesprochene Frage: "Ist das vegan?" Ganz klare, bestimmte Antwort: "Ja!" FALSCH!!! Weiterhin labert die Dame am Telefon einfach irgendeinen zusammenhanglosen Stuss, immer wieder die gleichen Phrasen, vollkommen egal was man sagt. Wie ein Plüschbär der 1 zufälligen von 5 Sätzen sagt, wenn man auf die Pfote drückt. Da kann man noch so langsam und deutlich sprechen oder nach einem anderen Mitarbeiter verlangen. Die Dame will einfach nicht eingestehen, dass sie null komma nix versteht, sondern zieht einfach weiter ihre Show ab. Wie dreist kann man eigentlich sein? Nach über 10 Jahren, die das Restaurant da jetzt schon steht, sollte man doch meinen, es sei möglich, einen Mitarbeiter einzustellen, der zumindest rudimentäre Deutschkenntnisse hat. Oder selber mal ein bisschen lernt. Am Ende hat dann auch noch 1 Gericht in der Bestellung komplett gefehlt. Einige Rezensionen auf Lieferando berichten ähnliche Dreistigkeiten.

Lange Zeit war das Asia Haus III der "Lieblingschinese" von mir und meiner Frau. Es gab immer ein gutes, üppiges Buffet mit leckeren, appetitlichen Speisen zum günstigen Preis! Seit aber vor einigen Jahren die jetzige Inhaberin das Restaurant übernommen hat, geht es leider steil bergab. Bei unserem letzten Besuch war die Sauerscharfsuppe angebrannt - das muß man sich mal vorstellen! Obwohl es früher Nachmittag war, war das Buffet zur Hälfte leer, man mußte sich die Reste buchstäblich zusammenkratzen. Das Entenfleisch war völlig ausgetrocknet, Eierreis und Champignons in Rahmsoße waren aus und für die gebratenen Hähnchenflügel brauchte man durchaus ein kräftiges Gebiß! Die Inhaberin ist leider oftmals eher in ihr Smartphone vertieft als sich um den Service zu kümmern. Vor einigen Monaten gab es eine gute Phase, da gab es einen neuen Koch und es hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Aber der ist leider nicht mehr da! Die Inhaberin sollte auch mal ihren Kleidungsstil überdenken - beim letzten Mal trug sie Netzstrümpfe und darüber Hot Pants! Außerdem trug sie ein recht freizügiges, seitlich geschlitztes Oberteil mit freier Sicht auf ihren Bauch. Auf der Kurfürstenstraße mag das ja gehen, aber als Inhaberin eines Restaurants? Sorry, das geht gar nicht! Grundsätzlich muß ich leider von einem Besuch des Asia Haus III allen ernsthaft Interessierten abraten! Ein Tsing Tao-Bier ist das einzige, was mir geschmeckt hat!

Bemüht höfliches Personal, Essen (Geschmack und Portion) war vollkommen in Ordnung, Preise waren OK. Insgesamt waren wir positiv überrascht und kommen bestimmt wieder.

War heute zum erstes mal dort und zum letztes Mal nie wieder das das Essen hat nicht gut geschmeckt haben eine Flasche Wasser bestellt und die Flasche war geöffnet haben gesehen das die Wasser auffüllen von Saskia in Glas Flaschen und das buffeet war auch nicht lecker nie wieder lieber bezahle ich mehr Geld und esse was besseres

über Lieferando bestellt. Drei verschiedene Suppen bestellt, man konnte sie nicht voneinander unterscheiden. Spülwasser-Brühe mit Hähnchen. Alle drei! Bestelltes Sushi fällt außeinander, der Reis wirkt wie Beutelreis, kein typischer Sushireis. "Chop-Suey" so lala. Und gebratene Nudeln mit Hähnchen eher mau. Grobe Zwiebeln, kaum Gemüse. Also 2 Sterne sind fast zuviel.

Wir haben so sooft im Restaurant schon gegessen oder auch nach Haus für Familienfeiern bestellt, es hat allen immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war immer sehr lecker! Wir kommen deshalb auch immer wieder! Vielen Dank dem gesamtenTeam! 🥰

Auf keinen Fall zu entfehlen. Nach 20 Minuten gefragt worden ob man zum essen was trinken möchte. Das Buffet wurde nicht aufgefüllt so das man keine Auswahl hatte und das für 11.99 Euro pro Person nie wieder

Jeder der meint, dass es dort schmeckt! Hat noch nie in seinem Leben gut gegessen!! Absolute Katastrophe. Den Laden ,,Fluchtartig‘‘ verlassen und leider trotzdem 20€ dort lassen müssen… Gordon Ramsey hätte die Bude abgefackelt. Ein Stern ist sogar noch zu viel.

waren das erste Mal hier, nettes Personal,Verständigung bei Problemen über App, Buffet ist für den Preis ok aber viele Speisen nicht heiß da keine Wärmeplatten vorhanden sind, man bemüht sich um Sauberkeit aber da ist noch Luft nach oben, wir testen es gerne mal wieder

An sich an sehr leckeres Essen, jedoch leider seeeehr wenig Auswahl. Das Essen, abgesehen von Reis, war kalt und wurde auch sehr selten nachgefüllt. Die Eis-Karte (gerade für Kinder sehr interessant), war leider komplett leer, 80% waren durchgestrichen und die letzten 20% konnte man im Endeffekt auch nicht bestellen, da es auch scheinbar nicht mehr vorhanden war. Bedienung war jedoch sehr nett und schnell.

Mały wybór daleko do bufetu z prawdziwego zdarzenia

Gutes Buffet und angenehme Preise. Nette Bedienung.

Es war leer, überheizt und das Buffet war mehr als mickrig. Erst als wir schon überlegten zu gehen, wurde etwas nachgelegt. Fisch roch säuerlich, gebratener Reis war festgebrannt und kaum zu kauen. Ente war stellenweise roh, Bratnudeln ebenfalls alt und festgebrannt, ungenießbar. Schlechtestes Asia Restaurant, was ich je gesehen habe. War vor 5 Jahren schon mal in diesem Haus, alles war besser und frischer und die Auswahl auch. Preis für Getränke ist Wucher. Saft war wässrig und Wasser kostet fast das selbe, wie alle anderen Getränke. NIE WIEDER!!!

Waren heute das erste Mal dort zum Testen für die Zukunft. Sehr nettes Ambiente mit angenehmer Radiomusik. Aussicht ist nett. Das Personal sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Und das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Preis-/Leistung ist mega gut. Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Probiert es aus.

Es gibt neben einer Speisekarte auch den Buffetbereich für einen annehmbaren Preis. Inzwischen ein wenig angehoben auf 9,99 EUR/Gast, bei Kindern etwas weniger. Wir gehen da schon lange (seit 2010) hin, haben mehrere Betreiberwechsel erlebt. Jetzt (2021/2022) ist Lan (eine nette junge Frau) Chefin. Du kannst bei Buffet essen bis zum Platzen, nettes Personal und in der Küche wird ab und zu ein Liedchen gepfiffen. Ach ja, seit "Corona" ist da auch über 'Lieferando' die Essenbestellung möglich, Du kannst aber auch direkt telefonisch bestellen und kannst es selbst abholen (ich finde, das ist die bessere Variante). Familienfeiern sind immer ein Erfolg, hingehen, probieren und dann entscheiden, ob später ein weiterer Besuch erfolgen kann. Gut zu wissen, der Gast kann bar oder mit EC-Karte bezahlen (manchmal ist EC-Kartenlesegerät defekt, Stammkunden können dann, wenn sie nicht genug Bargeld dabei haben, den nächsten Tag bezahlen).

Super gemütlich. Freundlicher Service. Schmackhafte und raffinierte Speisen. Du denkst, Du bist in China.

Wir haben vom Büfett gegessen.Essen war kalt und hat nicht geschmeckt. Sauerscharf Suppe hat angebrannt geschmeckt. Wir hatten Apfelschorle als Getränk. Hat abgestanden geschmeckt, weil die Kohlensäure gefehlt hat. In meinen Augen eigentlich Null Sterne.

Die Speisen waren leider zum Teil kalt. Buffet wird nur noch Donnerstag - Sonntags angeboten.
