A very nice restaurant. Very cozy with friendly staff. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. This restaurant was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed; in fact, we'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone 👍🏻. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you. The food on offer is decent, but no better than the average of comparable Vietnamese restaurants. The service is, as usual, friendly and fast.

The restaurant was very busy, and accordingly loud and lively. The team seemed to be consistently striving to satisfy all guests. However, the sushi took quite a while to arrive and wasn't rolled very neatly. Overall, the food was good, especially the crispy duck, which was excellently prepared. Nevertheless, it's noticeable that there's still room for improvement. Some areas of the restaurant already appear a bit worn, and the cleanliness could be improved. A small electric heater right next to our table was a bit distracting, radiating too much heat. Also somewhat disconcerting was the situation with a young man, apparently a member of the family, who visibly seemed uncomfortable because we were sitting at his table, which had a smartphone extension cord lying there. Overall, the visit was solid, the food was good, and the service was friendly and attentive. However, the atmosphere still has potential to be more harmonious and well-maintained. Conclusion: Okay, but not a culinary highlight.

On September 20th, the four of us celebrated a birthday from 4 p.m. until the end of the show. It was the perfect end to summer, outside on the terrace. Fast, polite service, great food and drinks, and all for less than 300 bucks! Excellent value for money. The food was very tasty and perfectly seasoned. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

We've been there a few times and ordered for pickup. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and so was the rest of the food. Only the breaded chicken in various dishes isn't recommended; it seems like it came out of the freezer without much care. We'll be back again.

This is a small, family-run restaurant. Super-delicious appetizers, main courses, and cool lemonades, plus the best crispy sushi around. The service is very friendly and makes every effort to do everything right. We love coming to Toni Vu.

The food at Toni Vu is actually very good. The taste is nothing to complain about, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered a family meal for 8 people. Unfortunately, they only cooked for 7 of them. Forgetting something isn't really a problem, but how it was handled was. After we called Toni Vu, we were assured that we could pick up the missing sushi from the restaurant in 10 minutes. However, when we arrived 15 minutes later, the food hadn't even been started. Instead, the staff started another discussion about whether we really hadn't received it. After being assured that we would get the food, this behavior isn't exactly friendly. However, we had to drive home another 15 minutes later, only to discover that we had received the wrong thing. Unfortunately, a very bad experience, as we actually thought the food was very good. Hopefully, this remains an isolated incident and we can be proven wrong.

We've eaten here several times... but these days, we're not as enthusiastic. The brown sauce was pretty tasteless the last two times, and the vegetables were just very hard and way too big. The salad, for me, lacks a dressing. But the food is really well presented, and the duck tastes good.

A very nice Asian restaurant with a wide selection, including sushi. The value for money is truly excellent. The service is friendly.

I was invited here because my friend was celebrating her birthday there. She had reserved a table for six people in advance. The food was truly delicious – the sushi in particular was beautifully presented, very fresh, and we all enjoyed it. The cocktails were also summery and fruity, a bit too sweet for my taste, but still well made. The restaurant itself is cozy, and on the hot day, a fan in the room provided some cooling – very pleasant. The only downside: It's located quite far outside of Berlin, in Biesdorf, so getting there was a bit of a hassle. But if you enjoy good food and want to get away from the city center, the trip is definitely worth it!

Opened a while ago. The food is very tasty and when the weather is nice you can sit outside very well. The Tom Kha Gai soup is particularly recommended. Unfortunately, there are deductions in service because it is difficult to reorder something. Once you have your food, you no longer receive any attention.

We were here for the first time today and were very impressed by the great ambience, the very good service and the very tasty food. What I really liked was the fresh floral decorations. The food selection is very good. Definitely recommended!

The food tastes very good and it is a great value for money. However, the rice was very overcooked and mushy on 2/14/25. And in order to accommodate the large number of guests that day, the tables were far too crowded.

We (4 people) wanted to spend a nice Valentine's Day at Toni Vu. That was the wish but things turned out differently. 1. We weren't seated where we ordered. Everything was occupied. Although the restaurant had asked again the day before. 2. The food only came for 2 people (it was simply forgotten) when the 2 people were finished eating the 3rd meal came. The 4th person continued to starve. We had enough and asked them to pack the fourth meal. The staff apologized. As an apology we each received 2 rice schnapps and 1 sesame ball each. When the dish was unpacked at home, the meat (duck) was missing. We were very disappointed. All these inconveniences simply must not happen, even when the restaurant is very busy

We (4 people) also wanted to have a nice evening. But that was our wish. 1. We weren't seated as requested, even though the restaurant asked again via email where exactly we wanted to sit, 2. The food didn't come for 2 people. Only after we had warned and our other two guests had already finished did one meal come. Now it was enough, we said they should pack the fourth meal. When I opened it at home a day later, the duck was missing. We were all very disappointed. It also doesn't excuse the fact that it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was very full. The staff tried to compensate us for the inconvenience (2 rice schnapps each and 1 sesame ball for each) but that's not how we imagined our Valentine's Day.

This was our first time here and we weren't disappointed. Almost everything was perfect: from the service to the food. Very attentive staff who kept an overview despite the restaurant being full to capacity. If a glass was empty, it was immediately registered and asked if we would like to drink something else. The food came after a short wait, looked great and tasted very good. The only thing that was inconvenient was the seat (but we didn't reserve it either) because it was right next to the door. The latter only closes if you actively close it. Otherwise it often remains open a small gap, which is not nice, especially in cold temperatures. The staff was also attentive and closed the door every time. Conclusion: We would like to come back, but we will reserve in advance.

We were happy to accept the restaurant because we live nearby and have been here many times. Unfortunately, we discovered on Saturday that there was apparently either a new meal or it was never ordered when we were there. No idea what it was. Either hot pan or hot stone. No idea. Some guests had ordered and it was brought to the table steaming hot. And that was the problem on Saturday. It was very uncomfortable in the room. This smell was sometimes very bad and the air could almost be cut. It really wasn't nice and we found it very disturbing, especially since one of us has to deal with asthma. We hope that this does not become a permanent situation. There is no very good ventilation But our food was very good. Everyone enjoyed it. That's why I only deducted one star

This is a brand new owner and cannot be compared to the previous one. No more ugly buffets. Much better atmosphere and ambience. The food is amazing. We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered, and our wishes were always carefully taken into account. First of all: the food tastes good! In this review, I would particularly like to focus on the topic of service/customer orientation. We ordered online to pick up. We've had this before without any problems. But this time things went differently. It was 6:45 p.m. on a Friday evening. In the store the waitress told us our order hadn't been received, whereupon we ordered from her again to be picked up in 20-30 minutes (the time she gave) It should be mentioned here that it later turned out that she lied to us about our order, because the boss later showed us our online order. But more on that later. So we came back after 30 minutes, slightly annoyed. We were then told that it wasn't finished yet and unfortunately it would take another 10-20 minutes. By the way, this was a different person than the first After 20 minutes I slowly lost patience and was standing at the counter in the store and the third person asked me. This time apparently the boss. Oh wonder, on the one hand, we ordered online and then noticed in the kitchen that something was missing. So I waited another few minutes. At some point the food was ready and after 2 hours of waiting and going back and forth we were finally able to eat at home. Was there anything from the house other than “sorry”? No Therefore I will never buy anything here again because after all the problems and the wasted waiting time I would have expected at least some accommodation. The order total was also 100€, so not very little…

The restaurant is a real asset to Biesdorf. It changed hands and has been doing very well since then. Lots of guests come and the service is great. We were able to come without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The food is A1 and the drinks are very special. Only recommended!!

Today we had 4 meals to take away, unfortunately not that special, duck was crispy, wafer-thin slices (savings program), the dark sauce with it didn't taste nice like Maggie with water. The meat, such as plain chicken and baked chicken, tasted completely sober, no spices, not even salt. Overall, the price/performance ratio is unsatisfactory, unfortunately we won't be coming back. My review has been deleted!!!!

We are regular customers, we liked it very much at first, but the quality of the restaurant has deteriorated a lot. Service +young lady is always very nice +Smiles and is friendly, attentive and helpful +gives her honest opinion about food and makes recommendations -unfortunately the main waitress is ill and still works -Lack of employees? (It can't be that she's there every day -you really have to wait an extremely long time for food, especially sushi (only eat there if you can wait more than 30 minutes for your food...) 3/5 3. If I could I would be given more than 5 points. We have rarely had such good quality food here in Hellersdorf and the surrounding area as at Toni Vu. Diverse selection and so far every dish is 1a with stars 🤩 Even the drinks are always more than great in terms of appearance and taste. Service is very friendly and attentive. Price/performance is also more than justified, we would even be willing to pay more for such good food. Despite the shop being almost always full, we rarely wait longer than 10 minutes for our food. We can only warmly recommend it 😌
