This was our first time at this restaurant. The service was very friendly, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the drinks selection was equally extensive. We'll be back.

Lovingly furnished and a very committed team. The food is freshly prepared and not fast food. My fried vegetables were not too spicy and plentiful.

We were here for the first time today and were very impressed by the great ambience, the very good service and the very tasty food. What I really liked was the fresh floral decorations. The food selection is very good. Definitely recommended!

The food tastes very good and it is a great value for money. However, the rice was very overcooked and mushy on 2/14/25. And in order to accommodate the large number of guests that day, the tables were far too crowded.

We (4 people) also wanted to have a nice evening. But that was our wish. 1. We weren't seated as requested, even though the restaurant asked again via email where exactly we wanted to sit, 2. The food didn't come for 2 people. Only after we had warned and our other two guests had already finished did one meal come. Now it was enough, we said they should pack the fourth meal. When I opened it at home a day later, the duck was missing. We were all very disappointed. It also doesn't excuse the fact that it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was very full. The staff tried to compensate us for the inconvenience (2 rice schnapps each and 1 sesame ball for each) but that's not how we imagined our Valentine's Day.

We (4 people) wanted to spend a nice Valentine's Day at Toni Vu. That was the wish but things turned out differently. 1. We weren't seated where we ordered. Everything was occupied. Although the restaurant had asked again the day before. 2. The food only came for 2 people (it was simply forgotten) when the 2 people were finished eating the 3rd meal came. The 4th person continued to starve. We had enough and asked them to pack the fourth meal. The staff apologized. As an apology we each received 2 rice schnapps and 1 sesame ball each. When the dish was unpacked at home, the meat (duck) was missing. We were very disappointed. All these inconveniences simply must not happen, even when the restaurant is very busy

This was our first time here and we weren't disappointed. Almost everything was perfect: from the service to the food. Very attentive staff who kept an overview despite the restaurant being full to capacity. If a glass was empty, it was immediately registered and asked if we would like to drink something else. The food came after a short wait, looked great and tasted very good. The only thing that was inconvenient was the seat (but we didn't reserve it either) because it was right next to the door. The latter only closes if you actively close it. Otherwise it often remains open a small gap, which is not nice, especially in cold temperatures. The staff was also attentive and closed the door every time. Conclusion: We would like to come back, but we will reserve in advance.

We were happy to accept the restaurant because we live nearby and have been here many times. Unfortunately, we discovered on Saturday that there was apparently either a new meal or it was never ordered when we were there. No idea what it was. Either hot pan or hot stone. No idea. Some guests had ordered and it was brought to the table steaming hot. And that was the problem on Saturday. It was very uncomfortable in the room. This smell was sometimes very bad and the air could almost be cut. It really wasn't nice and we found it very disturbing, especially since one of us has to deal with asthma. We hope that this does not become a permanent situation. There is no very good ventilation But our food was very good. Everyone enjoyed it. That's why I only deducted one star

The food at Toni Vu is actually very good. You can't complain about the taste, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered for a family dinner for 8 people. Unfortunately, only 7 of them were cooked. The fact that something is forgotten is actually not a problem, unfortunately how it was dealt with is. After we called Toni Vu, we were assured that we could pick up the missing sushi from the restaurant in 10 minutes. However, when we arrived 15 minutes later, the food hadn't even started. Instead, the staff started another discussion about whether we really hadn't received it. After being promised that we would get the food, this behavior is not exactly friendly. Anyway, we were able to drive home another fifteen minutes later, only to realize that we had gotten the wrong one. Unfortunately a very bad experience as we actually found the food very good. Hopefully this remains an isolated case and we can be taught otherwise.

Very nice atmosphere, extremely polite service. Without exception, the food is of extremely high quality. All ingredients are extremely fresh and prepared with love. A visit is highly recommended.

This is a brand new owner and cannot be compared to the previous one. No more ugly buffets. Much better atmosphere and ambience. The food is amazing. Everything is made fresh and that means there are sometimes waiting times. But we never waited longer than 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered, and our wishes were always carefully taken into account. The food was not only very tasty, but also prepared and presented with great attention to detail - a real treat for the eyes and palate! The cocktails were also excellent and rounded off the evening perfectly. The ambience of the restaurant is beautiful and we felt completely at home. All in all, we were more than satisfied and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

First of all: the food tastes good! In this review, I would particularly like to focus on the topic of service/customer orientation. We ordered online to pick up. We've had this before without any problems. But this time things went differently. It was 6:45 p.m. on a Friday evening. In the store the waitress told us our order hadn't been received, whereupon we ordered from her again to be picked up in 20-30 minutes (the time she gave) It should be mentioned here that it later turned out that she lied to us about our order, because the boss later showed us our online order. But more on that later. So we came back after 30 minutes, slightly annoyed. We were then told that it wasn't finished yet and unfortunately it would take another 10-20 minutes. By the way, this was a different person than the first After 20 minutes I slowly lost patience and was standing at the counter in the store and the third person asked me. This time apparently the boss. Oh wonder, on the one hand, we ordered online and then noticed in the kitchen that something was missing. So I waited another few minutes. At some point the food was ready and after 2 hours of waiting and going back and forth we were finally able to eat at home. Was there anything from the house other than “sorry”? No Therefore I will never buy anything here again because after all the problems and the wasted waiting time I would have expected at least some accommodation. The order total was also 100€, so not very little…

The restaurant is a real asset to Biesdorf. It changed hands and has been doing very well since then. Lots of guests come and the service is great. We were able to come without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The food is A1 and the drinks are very special. Only recommended!!

Today we had 4 meals to take away, unfortunately not that special, duck was crispy, wafer-thin slices (savings program), the dark sauce with it didn't taste nice like Maggie with water. The meat, such as plain chicken and baked chicken, tasted completely sober, no spices, not even salt. Overall, the price/performance ratio is unsatisfactory, unfortunately we won't be coming back. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The menu is very diverse, including sushi at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is cozy, creating a comfortable and pleasant feeling. Especially, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The dishes are beautifully presented and taste amazing. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant. This is definitely an ideal place for dates or meeting friends. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

Very, very nice atmosphere. Very modern and very clean. Extremely nice and polite service. The menu is very clearly laid out and all dishes are described in an easy-to-understand manner. Special praise goes to the kitchen. The food was extremely tasty and very nicely prepared. Unfortunately, the only downside was the temperature in the restaurant. It could easily have been one or two degrees warmer. Otherwise everything was very, very appealing and inviting. Highly recommended.

If I could I would be given more than 5 points. We have rarely had such good quality food here in Hellersdorf and the surrounding area as at Toni Vu. Diverse selection and so far every dish is 1a with stars 🤩 Even the drinks are always more than great in terms of appearance and taste. Service is very friendly and attentive. Price/performance is also more than justified, we would even be willing to pay more for such good food. Despite the shop being almost always full, we rarely wait longer than 10 minutes for our food. We can only warmly recommend it 😌

I noticed this restaurant while driving past and added it yesterday as a quick stop. On the menu, everything you typically expect from an Asian restaurant and a little bit more. The young woman in service was very refreshingly friendly and attentive. The bowl is excellent on warm summer days. Simply delicious! I will come back and try my hand at the menu. After a successful change of operator, you can try a delicious, light selection of Asian food here that doesn't disappoint the customers. All the food and drinks enjoyed so far were freshly prepared, on tap and presented with good service. The only thing that detracts from the experience is the lack of card payment options. Conclusion: Finally, good Asian food is no longer just for Prenzlauer Berg and others. Reserved, Biesdorf says thank you!

The visit to the new restaurant, now serving Vietnamese cuisine and sushi, in Biesdorf was worth it. Unrecognizable after renovation. Tastefully, authentically and yet comfortably furnished 👍 we ordered various starters, two main courses and two desserts. Each course was a pleasure in itself.😃 We really liked it because the service was also very good. Price-performance ratio is right. After the renovation it looks much more inviting. Definitely fine for a solid Chinese pan, but the Vietnamese part was unfortunately not convincing in terms of taste.

The restaurant has finally found a worthy successor. Unfortunately, the previously located Chinese buffet was unusable. We were here today for the first test after the reopening 10 days ago and were greeted by a really nice renovated store. The really friendly staff were also able to impress with really delicious Vietnamese food. We were all convinced across the board and are looking forward to finally welcoming a new restaurant to the neighborhood.

We still know the place as Asia III with boss Lan... She had to give up, which is a shame. Now newly opened Vietnamese specialties "Toni Vu" .... Food tastes good, no buffet (that's not bad). No EC card payment possible (maybe later) and there is still a 20% opening discount until August 11th, 2024. Prices for dishes are between 10 and 20 EUR, a wide range of drinks. The young team seems to be a family business. Everyone is very nice, so a visit is recommended. We ate here for the first time today, so we didn't know the previous owner. 😇 We were very excited! It's beautifully made, you feel very comfortable. The food was amazing! The prepared food looked great! It tasted great too! We can also highly recommend the homemade lemonades, they were great too! The sushi was super fresh too! Everything was fresh 🤩 Super nice staff too! 😇 We can only recommend it! 🥳🥳

The current Toni Vu cannot be compared in any way with the Asia Haus 3. Finally this restaurant is alive again, a new, clear and inviting ambience, polite service and a menu that leaves nothing to be desired. The food is fresh, hot and very tasty and attractively prepared, and a large selection of drinks rounds off the offering. We will visit again often because the prices are reasonable for this great food. A pleasant evening, thank you very much!

Just opened, very friendly and great food, large portions

We noticed the renovation work and after we saw the first people after the change of operator, we were drawn here yesterday. We sat down on the terrace outside with a little skepticism, but the service and the appearance of the beautifully prepared dishes allayed our concerns. All three of us, 2 adults and a son, were so excited, it turned out so beautifully, inside and out, so much hard work and work and love went into it, it can no longer be compared to what happened before. It's just a shame that you haven't created a new profile here, because the few stars are included and that's a shame! And the food is wonderful!!! We not only noticed the joy of the employees, but also saw them, they were happy about every visitor and we were happy with them that it was so well received❤️ Don't be surprised by the picture - yes fries are not typical, but they are the only dish on the menu and this is for children, which is perfect. And there is also a huge selection for vegetarians and finally great sushi, which you can't just find in Mitte👍 Good success and wonderful guests!!! Clear recommendation!!!

Today we went for coffee with about 20 people after a funeral. Unfortunately, they were overwhelmed by this in the restaurant. The previously ordered cake was still frozen. Beer and cyclists were confused several times. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service. The Chinese food is said to have tasted good.

Sunday lunch buffet/haven't been there for a long time/no service, drinks take a long time, beer was stale, vermouth came in cognac snifters, café doesn't taste good. The waitress didn't know what kind of cake was there. Buffet only has a limited selection, but vegetables are fresh and crunchy, chicken liver is tasty and spicy. Price performance ok for €11.99 you can get enough food. If you don't have high expectations, you'll probably find it good, but there are better Asians. I recommend you try it and then judge for yourself.

Wir waren heute Sonntag 05.11 zum Buffet da, hatte vorher schon die Rezessionen gelesen, waren nicht sehr gut aber dachte mir so schlecht kann es doch gar nicht sein ! Hier unsere Erfahrungen, wir waren zu zweit da ! ! ! Begrüßt wurden wir von richtig dicken Fliegen die um unseren Tisch kreisten. Da hätten wir sofort schon die Reißleine ziehen müssen, wir haben es nicht getan und wollten das Buffet abwarten was mit dem Auftuen etwas verspätet war, zwischenzeitlich kam auch mein 0,3 l Fassbier, doch leider war das Bier Schal, habe die Tresenkraft angesprochen und es gesagt natürlich verstand und wußte die nicht was Schal ist, kurze Antwort muss du Chef sagen, kommt so von Theke meine Frage, wo ist der Chef, ja Chef nicht da. Ok, langsam wurde das Buffet gebracht und in die Behältnisse gemacht. Wir wollten am Buffet nicht gleich die ersten sein und haben noch ca. 5 Min. gewartet. Nun zum Buffet und zum Essen, Essen kalt, Fleisch hart, Soßen dünn wie Wasser, das zur Verfügung gestellte Geschirr schmutzig wie auch die gesamten Räumlichkeiten mit Blick in die Küche. So ein Erlebnis in Bezug auf Essen und Restaurant hatten wir noch nicht. KÖNNTE NOCH 2 SEITEN SCHREIBEN ABER MACHT DOCH KEINEN SINN, GEHEN SIE SELBST HIN UND MACHEN DAS KULINARISCHE ERLEBNIS MIT DANN KOMMT IHNEN JEDE DORFKNEIBE ALS 5 STERNE PALAST VOR. FÜR UNS ABGEHAGT NIE WIEDER ! ! ! ! !
