We went bowling. The lanes urgently need to be renewed. Lanes are completely finished and when bowling, the ball bounces at the end of the lane. Not suitable for professional bowling. The service leaves a lot to be desired, drinks and food were rare .

Experience restaurant! Unfortunately I couldn't find this term anywhere. to the service: When we arrived, a few staff members were standing at the counter with cell phones in their hands. After greeting us we said we had reserved. There was no exact table for us. Nevertheless, we still had a choice. I chose a table by the window front to look out over the Spree. There were still 2 beer glasses on the table from the previous ones. These were cleared away and the crumbs were wiped off the table by hand. No rag, no napkin, a bit inappropriate to do this in front of the guest. It was an experience that unfortunately you couldn't really understand the young staff because of their quiet pronunciation. Unfortunately, they didn't understand much about waiters. Cutlery, plates and glasses were passed from a different side each time. When I asked how hot the horseradish was, I said, "It's not too hot for me." I expected a professional answer here. (I ask the kitchen, or hot/medium hot/light...) When the main course was being cleared away, I wasn't asked about my empty glass, it was just cleared away. To eat: The food was very good! There was just the right amount of food to choose from for every palate. Not too little, not too much. Drink selection was good. Quality and freshness was excellent. All the stars are here! to the restaurant: The restaurant reminds me a bit of a sports bar, only without a television. You have a beautiful view of the Spree and a park. The acoustics are noisy and the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. The large glass front should be completely cleaned, not just the windows that are in the viewing area. Having the smoking area for guests right in front of the restaurant door is not necessarily beneficial. The bar area is impressive, the chairs and tables in this area looked better. There is some room for improvement, but it's definitely not the food! Food top! Ambience and service rather mediocre.

The restaurant is in a really good location with great views. However, the food wasn't that good, the grützwurst with sauerkraut and parsley potatoes were lukewarm, the game goulash with red cabbage and boiled potatoes was okay, only all the spices like allspice, cloves and juniper berries should end up in a spice bag and not in the mouth, the first bite a carnation can spoil your desire.

Tourist trap. Canned food and tap water at a premium price. Avoid at all costs.

Today for the Lübbenau Music Night, the band is scheduled to play Primetime, starting at 8 p.m. according to the flyer. The band started their program at 9:01 p.m. The band members took advantage of this delay to listen to the band Rockfire in the neighboring location with their noses pressed against the window pane. We were also drawn there, the music was already playing! Luckily, there was also a DJ in the flagship who filled in the band's downtime with canned music and kept the guests entertained. The large staff stood bored behind the counter and no service was offered, self-service was the order of the day. Conclusion: We won't be coming anymore.

We went bowling here. 🎳 I think €30 for 1 hour including shoes is pretty normal. The ambience is good.

It was very cold in the restaurant so you wanted to keep your jacket on. Service was friendly. The guest room is very large and not comfortable. Food wasn't tasty. Unfortunately not recommended for the price. Had brawn with fried potatoes.

Just had a coffee. Ambience great. Service nice. Drinks came quite late. Maybe the operator should take a casual look at the clothing of his staff. A very wrinkled and dirty shirt is not a showpiece (does NOT apply to the foreign waiter!)

The interior design is upscale - unfortunately the radio music playing doesn't underline the ambience at all. Unfortunately, the food only has a snack character and is far from a classy restaurant meal. But the bowling alley is fun - even if the lane and balls are a bit worn out. I can recommend bowling - I would advise against the restaurant.

We were a large group of 40 and were separated into 2 parts (could have been solved differently) I had Kassler but found a rubber ring in the food. The inside of the savory pancake looked like it had been mixed once. The yeast puffins were still liquid inside, there was a rubber ring in my food and some food took a long time to arrive. As was the service for clearing plates (only after being asked), the drinks were mixed up or the wrong ones were brought and the setvice didn't come very often (there was a break of about 45 minutes where no one came to our table. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant

No relation to price and performance. Outdoor furniture, cushions and lamps stained and dirty. Food overpriced, the potatoes in my dish were cold. I don't recommend this restaurant. I think that's a shame because the location at the harbor is ideal and has enough traffic.

Never again!!!Starting with dirty, old tablecloths on the table...even though the restaurant had just opened.You couldn't look through the windows because they were dirty too..so you shouldn't look at the great view Point out the port. The food has NO price-performance ratio. Food was only lukewarm, the salad came directly from the refrigerator and was only showered with balsamic... Horrible... never had such a bad meal!!!! Goes to other small restaurants in the area Vicinity.

The service here is a disaster, no one felt responsible for us and the store wasn't exactly full. We were the only guests but repeat orders were difficult with the non-German staff. The food was quite good so far, except for the boiled potatoes that come from the brine and are peeled ready-made things.

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before our visit!!! The restaurant is in such a great location, but the food and service are a disaster! How can it be that the food comes 5 minutes before the drinks? That doesn't speak for freshly cooked food. I had the boiled beef with horseradish sauce: the meat was so well, but the potatoes were last!!! They were like covered in a white layer on the outside, you can see that clearly in one or two pictures from another review. Disgusting and just shy of lukewarm. My husband had a salad that was okay, but at just under 18 (!!!) euros it was completely overpriced...a salad can cost that much if it's good value for money, but that's not the case here at all . You can actually just shake your head at the waitress, who hardly understands a word of German, and the service. When we left, all the plates and glasses were still there on 5 tables/tables... Conclusion: never again! Unfortunately, I cannot understand the 5-star reviews...

A nice area to eat outside right on the pier. The restaurant with bowling alley is on the 1st floor of the building. Service good and friendly. The food was delicious and the price was in the middle segment like everywhere else. I had bratwurst on bread with sauerkraut with honey mustard dip.

We had dinner there today. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Food was a disaster. Fried potatoes were soggy, unseasoned and floating in oil. The cola came stale in a dirty glass and at overpriced prices. Nothing could save the view!

Went there for dinner today. Tables are not wiped by the guest in front of us, menu and seat cushions are dirty/greasy. Food rather under-seasoned, unfortunately no salt or pepper on the table. Wasn't today Overcrowded but the waitress had to be called 4 times to pay and walked past the table several times without us being able to order something to drink. Prices, as expected, at tourist level but price performance (overall) is not right. Unfortunately not recommended.

The most cosmopolitan thing I have experienced in the Spreewald. While you usually get "a dirty look" if you want to speak English or even get scolded "about the foreigners". Thank you for at least one positive experience during our visit.

It's a nice atmosphere in itself, but when the waiter comes with two plates of different fish dishes and says "I think that's fish" 😂, I wanted to say "I can see that." That was really an experience. But dad's drink was delicious.

The food is really bad and at ridiculous prices. However, the atmosphere outside at the harbor is very nice. If we had just had a cucumber spritz cocktail, we would have been very happy.

The view from the patio was very nice. However, the food (potatoes with curd & goulash) wasn't tasty. The potatoes tasted like ready-made potatoes & the rest was just okay in terms of taste. There were pieces of bay leaves and cloves in the goulash, which made everything a bit bitter. All the dishes weren't even warm... The three of us ate and we all had stomach problems afterwards.

Nice place at the harbor and that's it. The seating is terrible, the maximum number of seats in this area to accommodate as many guests as possible. There was no space to sit down properly. Aperol watery, after asking for a new Aperol it wasn't any better. Potatoes were still almost raw, had nothing to do with being al dente. The first and the last visit.

The location is very nice, right at the harbor. The lentils were good. The service is terrible!!! But it's hard to get good staff, I know that. Tables are not cleared, I had the impression that no new guest would sit down. We did it anyway. Waiting 40 minutes for an ice cream parlor, 3 cookies and a piece of cake is quite sporty. When asked, the answer was: "I don't know what's going on up there." They could have brought the cutlery while we were waiting. No, we waited another 5 minutes until the lentils arrived and then of course they got cold. And let's be honest, 10 euros for a Plins with applesauce is quite steep... But well, my mistake, I could have looked at the menu beforehand. If the service had been good it would have been a little less bad, but as it is... unfortunately not a recommendation from me.

It's very nice to sit outside. Order was taken quickly and food was served quickly. Delicious homemade punch. In my opinion, the food with the ingredients used and its preparation does not justify the price (rump steak, wolffish). One would like more use of spices. Asparagus dishes were advertised online that were not available locally.

I had hoped for a nice evening at the big harbor, but... The tables were so narrow that no one could get through. Because of all the people, there was a lot of noise... OK, to be understood from a business perspective. The schnitzels were extremely thin, two meals were brought as per the menu even though special requests were ordered, not all the glasses were filled to capacity... Not understandable given the prices. I had to complain about my vegetarian food twice... Once because the dough wasn't cooked through, the second time because there was suddenly meat on it. I didn't order that. The third pancake was actually the second just without meat. (I had marked the second one). I no longer knew whether the filling was according to the menu. In any case, it made me feel bad. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all. Too bad.

Very bad food with potatoes from the previous day and very expensive, disorganized service. Extra requests were not taken into account and everything took a very long time. Not recommended.

Fresh dill braised cucumbers with minced meat €17.90. Poorly prepared and doesn't really have much to do with braised pickles. The waiter is nice but doesn't understand his menu and can name the different types of cucumbers on the cucumber plate. So pure tourist rip-off.

We sat outside, by the water. Was very nice. The food, however, wasn't very special. The children's menu was okay, my husband's starter was lukewarm (bratwurst with sauerkraut on bread) and I had salad with chicken. So the salad was more than poorly prepared and very little. Sauce was ready from the bottles and 4 small pieces of chicken were added. The salad cost €18.90. An exorbitant price for a salad like this. In total with 3 0.4 liter drinks we paid €64.10. Proud price for 1x salad, 1 starter And 1 children's meal. I cannot recommend the restaurant more highly.

That was nothing - overpriced food, poor quality. Let's hope that the young, committed employees are at least paid handsomely. My guess tells me - not gonna happen. A pity …

Our service was nice and tried hard, but the main thing that is lacking in this restaurant is the organization. It was a bit dingy, dirty dishes weren't cleared away until we left even though there wasn't much going on, there was no sparkling wine or prosecco. The food was ok, but way too expensive for what was offered. Once and never again.

I really should have read the other reviews first. There were 4 of us eating there at the end of our day in the Spreewald. We thought it was such a nice place right by the harbor and outside, unfortunately that was the only positive thing I experienced. Only one drink was brought (we all only ordered soft drinks), so we couldn't toast the day together. A few minutes later the food arrived, which was strange when you expect freshly made food, and I was still the only one who had a drink. A few minutes after the food was ready, the other three's drinks arrived. The food was actually delicious, but way too expensive, paying €6.20 for a 0.5 liter drink alone is quite a price. On the way home, my friend and I had to stop at a rest stop, even though it was only an hour's drive home, because I suddenly wasn't feeling well anymore and I urgently needed to go to the toilet and had terrible stomach cramps. When I got home, I was very sick and I haven't felt so miserable and weak in a long time. During the night everything continued naturally, everything was spinning, I couldn't do anything other than lie on my back, otherwise the nausea, dizziness and stomach cramps would have gotten even worse. I ate the potatoes with quark and I assume that the quark wasn't quite as fresh as it should have been. A day later the only thing left is the nausea and the feeling of being weak, which of course isn't exactly nice. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

The reviews, some of which are not so good, basically reflect the quality of the restaurant quite objectively. With the zander there is a dried lemon wedge and pre-cooked potatoes, which are not even warm. By pre-cooked does not mean that they were cooked before ordering. This goes without saying. The potatoes are purchased peeled and probably pre-cooked. That's not fundamentally reprehensible, it's just that the price-performance ratio doesn't match in any respect. Unfortunately I cannot make a recommendation.

Looking for value for money, unfortunately only found completely overpriced prices. enjoying a fairly light lunch at the well known and extremely well located Erlebnis Restaurant, Snack in the middle of Spreewald Harbour! Specialities at the Spreewald are the world famous Pickles, flavoured in a number of iterations, but the most well known & famous are the Saure Gurken (salted sour pickles) it’s Leinöl (linseed oil) best enjoyed with Sahne Quark (soft cream cheese) and boiled potatoes, truly satisfying! Many stands line the what I would call marketplace, selling pretty much all the same thing, just showing it’s popularity.

Price-performance ratio is not right at all, even the iced chocolate was made with sour milk... If you want to be full: please don't go there!

Just as a headline. I kept wondering where the camera was hidden because I never thought such a thing really existed. So let's start from the beginning. After driving across Germany and having to make a stopover in Dresden, we arrived in Lübbenau, my former home. It was the Spreewaldfest and we were totally knocked out. got a table in....... The fact that the prices were steep - it didn't matter, we deserved it. So first I ordered water for my 8-year-old son and an ice cream sundae for my mom (78 years old) and me. (Of course the little one is also allowed ice cream, but he didn't want any at first). Then relax and order something “real” to eat later. The event took a while. Then the fun began. The water came and it became uncomfortable at the neighboring table. The waiter asked a couple who, as I gathered from the conversation, first had lunch here and then wanted to eat ice cream, to leave. The reason: The table would be reserved NOW. The nice gentleman asked why they weren't informed about this in advance or why it was noted on the table. The Lord said that he couldn't just be thrown out. The boss was then called and it was our turn to be asked by the waiter to leave NOW because the table was reserved. (Very important, apparently not all tables were reserved, just these two.) When I asked why we weren't told this before ordering or by identifying the table, there was no explanation. I said that apart from the water, we hadn't received our order yet. The stupid answer: They get it quickly and then they have to leave at 2 p.m. It was 1:44 p.m. I just didn't see any hidden camera and was wondering where exactly I ended up. Can a reporter from the Bild newspaper be nearby? But continue. The boss introduced himself at the next table and the now angry guest asked what that was about. You can't suddenly come, even though they haven't finished yet, and demand that they leave. The boss's answer: It's his shop and his chairs and he decides WHO and WHEN sits on them. You must go!!!! So we too, since we were the second table that was chosen to be reserved NOW. It was completely clear to us that we would eat our ice cream somewhere else and only pay for the water. We won't let ourselves be forced to gulp down our ice cream. By the way, the small water cost €4.20 and my son could only drink a small sip (we should go). I learned in the catering industry myself and worked in various companies for years. Therefore, I know that mistakes can sometimes be made in booking and reservations. We're all just human, but then you apologize and, if necessary, look for an alternative. Then, of course, you invite people to make a little reparation. (Even if it was just the child's one little stupid water.) The fact that I wasn't even offered a written bill for the water gave me pause in retrospect. In such situations, as a boss, you should think again about what you have already learned in the first year of training regarding hospitality and accommodation contracts and what rights and obligations both sides have. It doesn't reflect the value of the guests to go and throw them out after they haven't done anything wrong. For my part, I will of course never use a table in this restaurant again. But I thank you that we can laugh and be upset about it for many years to come. P.S. There was no camera - this really happened!

The owner is unfriendly and annoyed by small questions or requests. We were there for coffee with a tour group and it was pre-ordered. A cocoa instead of a coffee for the children was a problem. The owner comes across as very cocky. The food and the location are okay, but nothing special.

Great located restaurant. Right on the water. The poor waiters have to climb stairs to the first floor for every meal. That was it already. Totally exorbitant prices. ⚠️ Rip off. Just an example: 0.3 liters of cola €4.50. There are two restaurants 50/60 meters in front of it. Comparable dishes there are €3 to €4 cheaper. Ok, don't stop at the water. I had Kassler with sauerkraut and fried potatoes. The meat was so rich in fat that a third remained on the plate. And it didn't have a typical Kassler taste. The fried potatoes were dead, just warmed up. The sauce had absolutely no taste. I didn't like the sauerkraut. Good. That's my problem. I like caraway seeds, but not too much. That's why I don't want to make the sauerkraut too bad. We had finished eating, but no one felt called to clear the plates. At some point my wife asked if we could pay. The waiter came and collected the money. The question “Did you like it?” failed to materialize. When he had pocketed the money, I asked him to send a warm greeting to the kitchen with the note: "The food was nothing, absolutely nothing!" His reaction: “Oh?” You could also have said: "I'm sorry. What was wrong?" Nothing, turns around and leaves. Absolutely unprofessional. Well, the front row isn't always the best. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

After we were seated inside because we weren't supposed to sit outside (where no one was sitting), no tickets were brought to us. We got them ourselves from neighboring tables after a reasonable waiting time and were simply not served despite there being plenty of staff. that was unprofessional. When we left without anything, suddenly there were 2 couples sitting outside at two tables who had already had their drinks brought to them. Maybe there was some celebration in the hall so they were overwhelmed at the moment, but that could have been said. We can't say anything about the food and the ambience was quite ok.

Bowling and table reserved for birthday. Bowling everything went well. When we arrived we agreed to eat outside 2 hours later. After 2 hours we were lucky to get the large table due to a recent shower, it wasn't reserved. Among other things, we ordered 2 cream schnitzels, which came with schnitzel with ketchup and mayo. Mushroom sauce without cream was delivered later, so the small schnitzel for €26 was almost eaten. After around 40 years, the price-performance ratio is no longer right, but money is now made there with day-season guests and not with regular customers. The menu has also changed a lot, hopefully it will suit tourists. Conclusion: completely ok for day tourists, we're looking for something new.

The location and the ambience - especially on the terrace - is great. But then it almost ends there. Since we had a team event (4 people), we treated ourselves to an aperitif. Despite there being a whole bottle on the menu, there were only glasses. 4 Mionetto Frizzante were brought into 0.25l bottles. After the first sip we noticed that something was wrong. After looking at the label, we found that all bottles were already past their best before date. This shouldn't happen in a restaurant. The service acknowledged the complaint with an annoyed “sorry”. If I hadn't explicitly pointed this out again, the already filled glasses would have remained on the table. Overall, the service was not very attentive, which we also noticed from our table neighbors. The wait for food was good. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was no more than mediocre. Overall, the food was very lightly seasoned. My “Kahnfahrerschnitzel” was basically well made, but everything was only lukewarm. The fish (both zander and rockfish) were mediocrely prepared and quite dry. One of the fillets had a lot of grets. Afterwards we reserved one of the bowling alleys. That worked well, except that it was very warm in the attic - but the restaurant can't do anything about that. What I found extremely unfortunate here, however, was that not once did anyone from the service come and ask if we wanted something to drink - even though the bowling alley was almost right next to the counter. We had to order both rounds of drinks directly at the counter, which took a bit of effort. The lady behind the bar didn't take orders, so she always had to call the service colleague first. Overall, absolutely nothing special. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to experience apart from the bowling alley. A pity.

Even though we read the reviews in advance, we wanted to form our own opinion. The atmosphere is very nice, right on the Spree. Service was okay. Unfortunately, the food only came to the table lukewarm. The quality left a lot to be desired. Price - performance do not match here. We were all disappointed and will not eat there again.

Here you notice once again: the best restaurants are NOT on the water. Ambience is nice and good but above average expensive for very average food. The entire service understood almost no German and was very inflexible. The completely frozen dessert was not edible, but we didn't get the €16 refunded for it, let alone get the food replaced. It's a shame, definitely won't be coming back!

Unfortunately the quality of the food was not what the prices promised. Unfortunately we didn't particularly like it. As we know, the eye eats too, but there is still potential for improvement here too. The plates weren't particularly lovingly prepared, which could definitely be done better. The zander, fried according to the menu, was covered in egg breading. So not fried, but breaded and unfortunately overcooked. It was a better fish stick - for over 26 EUR! One of our meals was missing the cream champions listed on the menu - they had to be ordered later - actually not that bad, but unfortunately the deficiencies added up. The drinks are also overpriced. 6.40 UR for half (!) liter of seltzer is already very steep. The location is otherwise very nice, right on the water. The fact that tips are supposedly not allowed to be paid with a debit card is a bit strange. Otherwise the service was ok. Unfortunately, you get the impression that people are trying to get rich by force at the expense of tourists. It's a shame actually.

The asparagus soup with fried asparagus: the soup was a complete flour slurry with flour dumplings and thick like pudding! Who puts something like that out there? Not only was the soup prepared incorrectly and the taste was a complete disaster, but even after a friendly complaint there was no apology or even a sentence of regret.....it was cleared away and it was good. I don't understand your prices! You don't seem to have any skilled staff in the kitchen or in service? Typical tourist trap!

Very loud in the restaurant, further away from the toilet

There were three of us who ate there. We ordered asparagus with schnitzel, disturbed sesame steak and a ribeye steak with bacon beans and fried potatoes. The schnitzel is pre-breaded, the chicken steak didn't meet expectations either and the fried potatoes and bacon beans were forgotten for the ribeye steak and I had to eat the steak with a simple salad because when I asked the waiter that he didn't have much knowledge of German, he was sorry, but the kitchen has already closed. This was at 8.45 p.m. and a quarter of an hour later you are sitting at the table and the waitress sits next to you with her dishes at the neighboring tables. Total disaster and for quite a bit of money. We will steer clear of this store in the future, absolutely not recommended, then spend your money elsewhere.

It was ok. The asparagus was too raw for some people, the cheese sauce in the pancakes was too much. The service was friendly. But we were bothered by smoking outside the front door, which was always open. The smoke completely moved into the interior.

Very good and high quality food. The service is super friendly and very accommodating. The ambience is really nice and with a view of the Spree. From meat lovers to vegans, everyone will be happy here. We recommend.

Loveless mass tourism bar. Poor value for money, we are sad and disappointed. 65 euros and now we go to the next snack bar to eat a fish sandwich.

Extremely poor value for money. Quality of service and food well below average. The next table had to have his food returned 3 times. Never had a schnitzel that was on top of its mushroom cream instead of underneath it. The beautiful location seduced us to eat there. What a failure.

One ticket for 2 people in the outdoor seating area. Ordered 2 drinks, thanks to the waiter's poor knowledge of German, only the Radeberger was served. I had to reorder. Since my asparagus had croquettes on the menu, I asked about boiled potatoes. The waiter had to ask in the kitchen, but there was no response. After 15 minutes the ordered food arrived. As soon as the food was served, the waiter came with bad German and asked if it tasted good. Shocked by the visually bad food and my still not received drink, I pointed out that I still didn't have a drink. He looked up and said the colleague...???.I didn't understand. My drink took another 5 minutes to reach me. Conclusion for €60.10 the food was above average. SEE the picture, when you enlarge you can see the bad potatoes and the asparagus had no taste and the sauce was out of the bag, the schnitzel wasn't even 100g without breading. So the outdoor seating is great, but the rest is a shame. Not recommendable.

Nice and courteous service. Food was mediocre for our palate. But yes, tastes are different.

Update 04/24: An attempt was made to have Google delete my review because it was negative. Proof of receipt of actual site visit was accepted by Google. #### We were there with a large group. Ambiete is nice right on the water. Unfortunately, everything else is just standard. Food is lukewarm and tastes bland. Meat is more than cooked and dry. It's a shame that the regional reference of the dishes is made so that everything has the Spreewald in its name. The dishes give the impression of finished products and just warmed up. Service is also poor due to language barriers. Example: We ordered 3 bread baskets with bread as a starter. In the middle of the main course there came a bread basket with 3 slices of bread. And the bread was dry and not good. Tasted like it had been frozen 3 times and thawed again and again. At dessert, dishes were forgotten but appeared on the bill. The waitress said that the kitchen forgot about it. In total we had food and drinks for just under €500, but it wasn't worth it. Given the prices per dish, I expect better quality.

Been there twice and gave feedback the first time. However, no reaction to this: food was delivered incorrectly, but you still had to pay the full price for a completely different menu, plus the Asparagus & Schnitzel menu only had a really small portion with a small schnitzel and 4 sticks of asparagus. Service staff did not respond to any requests or feedback. Unfortunately that was our last visit here. Please train your staff urgently. For example, the table is already cleared even though there are still people eating. Unfortunately it is not recommended.

Addition on April 3rd, 2024: The owner is trying to have bad reviews deleted. Maybe he should put the money into his restaurant and his employees and work on the cause, not the symptom. Visit to the restaurant on August 3rd, 2023: Iced coffee and cake were below average. Service seemed disorganized. After the third request for the bill, we were finally “allowed” to pay. It's a shame, the atmosphere at the harbor is actually nice. A visit to the cafe/restaurant doesn't even come close.

I can only recommend my stay in the 'flagship'! The service was nice, quick and friendly. I particularly liked the cucumber bratwurst, great! The menu also offers some other regional specialties. But homemade bread was really great! 😊 Until next time!!! Update 4/11/24 Burger & More - freshly made burgers in a large selection....😋

Update from April 10, 2024: The owner is trying to have the bad reviews deleted via Google, unfortunately I have to maintain my opinion. Unfortunately, many other visitors confirm my experiences. Never again, warmed up Brussels sprouts and bread dumplings from the lecture, the duck leg wasn't fresh either, all for €22. The restaurant was empty, we were the only customers and the six of us were squeezed into a corner. The service was ok. You can't convince people with just a beautiful location on the river. A fish sandwich at the mulled wine stand would certainly have been tastier and cheaper.

Very expensive and bad service, 3.20 a bad espresso…

There's a lot of things wrong here too... you had to wait 15 minutes after arriving until you could finally bowl, even though there was nothing going on... the piece of paper with names for bowling was lost within a few seconds... in the end there were more players as people on the train. Yes, it can happen. What is not possible at all is that worn bowling shoes are packed into a box and the employees simply put them back in the cupboards without disinfecting them. I find that very disgusting.

Update: the owner asked Google to check the negative review and I have to prove that I was in the restaurant (I could do so using bank statements) I sent the owner an email to show him a better side, but unfortunately there has been no response to date. Unfortunately, freedom of expression doesn't go down well with everyone... and others like me Reading reviews here, nothing will change... it's a real shame We chose this restaurant because of the good rating, but in retrospect I don't understand that. The restaurant is really nice and perfectly located at the harbor. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time but it all took so long. After asking our attention several times, we were given the menu. But in the dark light you couldn't read the menu at all given the font. Well... I ordered the schnitzel with champions and fries. After the food came at some point, I was shocked. I thought it was a children's plate and only lukewarm. Nothing special in terms of taste and for just under €20. Conclusion: it's okay to have a drink, but we wouldn't come here again to eat.

Wild goulash consisted of 5 small pieces of meat, upon request it was wild boar. The fact was that only one piece was wild boar and the rest was domestic pig. You don't want to know what else is going on in the kitchen... The service understands/speaks almost no German and no English. When I repeatedly asked to speak to the chef, nothing happened. She also doesn't understand my point that I pay a maximum of half the price. The waiter who took our drink order disappears and can no longer be found in the restaurant. The drinks didn't come either and we had to order again 20 minutes later. Other guests felt the same way and left the restaurant. If the other restaurants hadn't been full, we would have left immediately. ...It quickly became clear why there were still places available... As good as the location and the 2 for 1 offer is: NEVER AGAIN - YOU CAN ONLY ADVISE THIS LOCATION!!

As quickly as the food was brought after ordering, it certainly wasn't freshly prepared, but that's how it tasted. It was edible, but given the prices I expect much better quality. Everyone at the table confirmed this.

July 2023: We sat outside at the harbor. That was very nice. Unfortunately, the menu is confusing and the food is unfortunately below average at normal, high prices. You clearly pay for sitting. Not for the food. April 2024 Edit: the owner is trying to have critical reviews deleted! I had to provide proof of my visit via invoice/payment. It's a shame, because it's really nice to sit in the harbor.

Not recommendable. Totally overpriced.

We were there for an early dinner and had the jacket potatoes and the cordon bleu. The operation and service were super friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food couldn't keep up. The fried potatoes tasted good warmed up and the "side salad" was a simple, poorly cut iceberg lettuce with no dressing. In general there was a lack of spice. The Cordon Bleu (for €20.90) was the size of a pack of cigarettes and was more through than I was on a study trip when I was 18. You have to know.

We were happy with the food despite being warned by other guests. Our food was good and warm. Only the potatoes were still hard. The waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere at the harbor is great

We were in a larger group, first for bowling, then for dinner friendly welcome, everything was well explained, drinks service also during bowling Table was prepared afterwards, delicious food, fast and friendly service, there is nothing to complain about

Food was ok. Prices raised. What's not working is the bad lighting. There is dark reddish ambient lighting in the restaurant but there is no table lighting. There is one candle per table which doesn't really light up the table. You can't even see the colors of the food and wine. At lunchtime you can still go through the windows, but you can only advise against having dinner because of the poor light. It's a shame that the operators don't recognize this themselves.

We booked a normal train and a children's train for two hours. After an hour, the children's track took away an edge barrier because there were children on another track and they only had these boundaries for one of a total of 5 tracks. Very confusing: If you order the vanilla ice cream with three scoops of ice cream, cream and cherries, you get a sundae with cream and the third scoop and the cherries come in a separate container instead of being handed a large enough cup.

Nice restaurant and decent food and drinks. The atmosphere is rather calm and comfortable. If you manage to get a table near the window you can overlook the water.

Great place for dinner and bowling.

Located right on the harbor - ideal for warming up when you come back from a boat trip in winter. Large selection of delicious dishes, some of which are vegetarian. Service was very friendly.

Ich habe zwei Bahnen für zwei Stunden bestellt. Als wir ankamen war eine Bahn defekt. Es wurde von den Mitarbeitern noch nicht einmal bemerkt. Wir warteten mehr als zehn Minuten bis endlich ein Mitarbeiter kam. Wir mussten dann alle zusammen auf eine Bahn da die andere Bahn kurzfristig nicht zu reparieren war. Der Chef war nur telefonisch erreichbar. Dann fragten wir nach einer Bande für die Kinder. Wir bekamen als Antwort es sei nur eine transportable Bande für eine Bahn zur Verfügung. Diese hatte aber schon die Nachbarbahn in Benutzung. Nach 45 bekamen wir die Bande, da die Nachbarbahn fertig war mit Bowlen. Dreißig Minuten später kam erneut ein Mitarbeiter und nahm die Bande wieder weg weil diese reserviert sei. Die Preise für die Getränke sind der Wahnsinn - 4,80 Euro für einen Tee. Bei den Bänken und Hockern sind die Sitzflächen kaputt, Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Also wir waren bedient und werden es auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Das Objekt hat vorübergehend geschlossen. Die Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht auf der Internetseite.

Das Erlebnisrestaurant und Bowling konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Leider wurde das Schwarzlicht erst 17 uhr angemacht. Das haben wir vorher nicht mit bekommen,sonst hätten wir unsere Bahn später gebucht. Der junge Kellner war sehr bemüht. Wären so alle gewesen, hätte es für den Service mehr Sterne gegeben. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Unteranderem hatten wir 2 Spezis bestellt (siehe Bild). Als die ankamen waren sie von der Farbe her völlig anders. Das sagten wir der Kellnerin auch, das wir 2 Spezis hatten. Sie meinte ernsthaft, das seien doch 2 Spezies. Alles im allen, werden wir hier nicht mehr hin gehen.

Leider sehr enttäuschend, obwohl die Lage sehr vielversprechend war. Das Essen war nach unserem Eindruck nicht frisch zubereitet und auch alles andere als schön angerichtet. Viele Rezensenten bemängeln die Lesbarkeit der Speisekarte und dem muss ich mich leider anschließen. Eine Empfehlung wäre, alles mal aus der Perspektive des Gastes zu betrachten. Das würde viel helfen.

Great ambience, food very plentiful and tasty. Staff friendly, bowling alley highly recommended, just the ambience.

Wir mussten während des Bowling die Bahn wechseln und 20 min warten, bis wir weiter spielen durften. Die Punkte, die wir vorher erspielt hatten, waren gelöscht. Die Getränke und das Essen sind überteuert. Aufgrund des Bahnwechsels, der Wartezeit und des Punkteverlustes wurde uns preislich entgegen gekommen, was leider den Abend auch nicht mehr gerettet hat.

Zum ersten Mal dort da gewesen und muss sagen das ich es nicht weiter empfehlen würde. Mit im Spiel sollten wir die Bahn wechseln mussten 15 min warten und die Punkte waren auch weg.

As the name suggests, it is a real experience restaurant done really well. Great service (thanks to Julian). It is a clear recommendation to go there and spend a nice evening. The food was really tasty and also good portions. We'll definitely be back 😄
