Einmal und nie wieder , da das Preis Leistung Verhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmt , weder von den Portionen noch vom Personal, waren 1 Gruppen von 9 Personen, das ist ein Tisch der Umsatz stark ist , aber Kellner waren nicht hinterher ,gut in der heutigen Zeit , wo es keiner mehr machen möchte, den Job , aber das dürfte man als Gast eigentlich nicht merken , auch untereinander waren die nicht freundlich zueinander was man leider mitbekommen hat ,es gab kein Trinkgeld von mir , leider ,das Essen war lieblos angerichtet , Preis überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt 25,90 für Hähnchen Schnitzel normal gross und 5 Kroketten und ein Näppchen mit Dip , ok Preise sind gestiegen, was ok ist , aber trotzdem ,wäre ein kleiner Salat vorher , so wie es früher üblich war drin gewesen, oder der Teller könnte liebevoller aussehen , mit Salat auf dem Teller,auch mein Kaffee Latte war schlecht vom Geschmack und das in der heutigen Zeit , wo es wirklich gute Maschinen gibt . Ich bin aus der Region und für mich ist es Touristen Abzocke , würde privat nie extra hinfahren , schade, nix mit Erlebniss Restaurant.

Das Bier war nicht kalt. Mein Bruder hatte noch Hunger nach seinem Schnitzel, aber keinen Nachschlag bekommen. Das geht besser.

Ich verstehe so mal überhaupt nicht diese negativen Bewertungen. Das Essen ist super lecker und war auch sehr reichlich. Sehr schön angerichtet, heiß und auch schnell. Personal war extrem freundlich, nicht aufdringlich und trotzdem blickig. Auch alles sehr sauber und nichts negatives mitbekommen.

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Hatte das Schnitzel für 26€. Bin leider nicht ganz satt geworden - hätte dann erneut bestellen müssen (Nachschlag, Bratkartoffeln z.B.) wurde dann verweigert.

Ich habe hier Schnitzel mit Spargel und Kartoffeln bestellt und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Essen war teilweise kalt und lieblos angerichtet. Das Schnitzel war so winzig, dass es eher an einen platt gedrückten Nugget erinnerte, und kam offensichtlich aus der Fritteuse. Der Spargel war viel zu fest und mit gerade einmal 4 Stangen sehr sparsam bemessen. Geschmacklich glich das Ganze eher einfachem Kantinenessen als einem "Spreewälder" Restaurantbesuch. Besonders schwach: Der Kellner hat meinen Kritikpunkten vor Ort sogar zugestimmt, zeigte aber trotzdem keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Kulanz. Für den relativ hohen Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und echten Service. Keine Empfehlung.

Wir waren im Urlaub essen. Der Service war freundlich und gut. Das Essen war gut. Die Atmosphäre direkt am Wasser war super.

Wir waren gestern nach unserer Kahnfahrt hier zum Essen. Das Essen war ansprechend auf dem Teller angerichtet. Der Steinbeißer war Mega lecker. Der Service war sehr gut.

Das Ambiente auf Terrasse direkt am Wasser ist angenehm und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wäre da nicht der überdurchschnittlich schlechte Service. Man wie als Gast zunächst nicht war genommen. Nach ca 45 min durften wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Zuerst kamen die Speisen, als wir diese schon bis zur Hälfte gegessen hatten, kamen auch endlich die Getränke. Wären wir nach einer Gefühl Ewigkeit einfach gegangen hätte es auch keiner mitbekommen. Wir haben den jungen Mann beim gehen angesprochen, das wir zahlen möchten. Er zeigte uns auf seinen mobilen Gerät nur den Preis. Für unangenehme Gäste kann der Betreiber nix aber für den schlechten Service. Dafür gab es auch kein Trinkgeld. Abgesehen davon sind die Speisen sehr auf Schnellabfertigung ausgelegt und dadurch, für uns in keinem guten Preis/Qualität Verhältnis

Unfassbar schlecht! Absolute Katastrophe… zum 33€ Steak welches zur Hälfte aus Fett besteht gab es für 4€ Sommergemüse dazu… 100 % Tiefkühlware … nicht zu empfehlen

Also die Bedienung war wirklich einwandfrei, aber das Essen… wir hatten uns ein Erdbeer-eis Dessert für 7,90€ bestellt. Es war eine kleine Kugel Vanilleeis und ca 4 Erdbeeren mit einem Klecks Sahne. Das Dessert war sehr lieblos angerichtet und für die Portion maßlos überteuert. Typische Touristenfalle.. Als wir dann die Erdbeeren probiert haben schmeckten sie total nach Zwiebel. Ich meine so etwas gehört sich wirklich nicht. Ein gelernter Koch sollte wissen, dass man dafür verschiedene Messer bzw. Bretter nutzen sollte. Wir hatten es dann storniert und das hat auch super funktioniert dennoch ist es für mich keine Empfehlung wert.

Das Restaurant sah auf den ersten Blick sehr schön eingerichtet aus. Jedoch würde der erste Eindruck schnell getrübt. Es war viel zu warm in der oberen Etage, die Toiletten waren dreckig und die Tische würden lange nicht abgeräumt. Die Kellner waren zwar sehr bemüht, aber leider konnte dies nicht überzeugen. Wir waren zwar eine recht große Truppe, aber leider haben die letzten der Gruppe ihre Getränke bekommen, da waren die ersten schon fast beim zweiten Getränk. Gleiches war auch beim Essen der Fall. Die ersten waren schon fast fertig, da haben die letzten erst ihr Essen bekommen. Was mein Essen anging war ich sehr enttäuschend. Ich hatte Spargel mit brauner Butter und Kartoffeln. Leider war die braune Butter weder braun eher lauwarm auf dem Spargel geschmolzen, noch enthielt sie Semmelbrösel wie es sein sollte. Desweiteren war weder Salz noch Pfeffer an dem Gericht und somit war es sehr langweilig und geschmacklich nicht doll.

Für die klassische Variante mit angebratenen Semmelbröseln geht man so vor: Zutaten * 100 g Butter * 3–4 EL Semmelbrösel * optional: etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Petersilie * optional: ein Spritzer Zitronensaft Zubereitung 1. Butter schmelzen Die Butter in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze langsam schmelzen. 2. Butter bräunen Die Butter weiter erhitzen, bis sie leicht schäumt und sich die Milcheiweiße am Boden goldbraun färben. Sie beginnt dann nussig zu duften. Wichtig: Nicht schwarz werden lassen. 3. Semmelbrösel hinzufügen Die Semmelbrösel in die braune Butter geben und unter Rühren goldbraun anrösten. 4. Abschmecken Optional etwas Salz, Pfeffer oder fein gehackte Petersilie dazugeben. Ein kleiner Spritzer Zitrone macht es frischer. 5. Über den Spargel geben Direkt heiß über gekochten weißen Spargel geben. Das ist die klassische deutsche Variante, oft zusammen mit Kartoffeln und Schinken serviert.

Ambiente und Service waren gut, aber das Essen hat bis auf die Spargel Suppe leider nicht geschmeckt!! Wir hatten vegetarische Pfannkuchen und Spargel mit Kartoffeln. Meine Begleitung liegt seit den pfannkuchen mit Lebensmittelvergiftung flach hat alles erbrochen und Nix bleibt mehr drin.. ich vergebe nur ungern schlechte Bewertungen, aber bei dem Preis Niveau und der Essens Qualität geht’s leider nicht anders. Wir hatten zuvor auch noch Nix gegessen deswegen können wir stark davon ausgehen das es an diesem Essen lag.

Man sitzt dort sehr schön am Hafen. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Der Quinoa hätte für meinen Geschmack etwas kerniger sein können aber es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Veggie Gerichte die es gibt, sind alle gute und mit Liebe gemacht und nicht nur zusammengewürfelte Beilagen.

Das Restaurant liegt unmittelbar an der Kahnanlegestelle. Das Ambiente ist einladend. Doch beim Essen sind wir im Zwiespalt. Mein traditionelles Essen...Kartoffeln mit Quark war gut und ausreichend. Mein Partner hatte Schnitzel mit Champis. Dies war sehr enttäuschend. Für den stolzen Preis von 25,50€ war das Schnitzel zu klein und die Champis konnte man zählen. (5 kleine) Lt.Karte frische, dann aber aus der Dose. Soße war sehr dürftig. Der Preis ( Schnitzel) ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt für die erhaltene Leistung. Der Service war okay, dennoch die Kritik zum Essen blieb unbeantwortet...Empfehlung? Na ja...es gibt ja noch andere Gaststätten.

Richtig schlimm!!! Man weiß gar nicht, wo man anfangen soll!Wir waren noch nie so unterdurchschnittlich essen! Die Preise sind eine riesengroße Frechheit- allein schon die Getränkepreise sind abschreckend und wenn dann das Servicepersonal die Teller mit den Speisen bringt, möchte man hoffen, dass Guido Gantz gleich um die Ecke springt und alles nur zu „Verstehen Sie Spaß“ gehört. Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir -5 Sterne geben. Wenigstens das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich.

Puh. Für uns leider eine Enttäuschung! Schnitzel absolut unlecker und für das was geboten wurde mit 25€ zu teuer. Vorsicht…wenn man nett gefragt wird,ob man Majo oder Ketchup möchte,wird sich die Auswahl mit 1€ wieder auf der Rechnung finden (ohne Hinweis,ob es auf in der Karte steht weiß ich nicht……bei 25 € kann das schon mit drin sein). Sülze ebenfalls semi …4 Fischstäbchen mit -leider- kaltem Kartoffelbrei waren auch eher semi. Rechts links gibt es genug Alternativen. Schade!

Die Bowlingbahn ist eine Katastrophe. Die Kugeln sind total fertig. Teilweise mit mehreren tiefen und breiten Löchern ( geht schon in den cm Bereich) Waren gestern da Bowlen..Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Sehr gute Lage, dementsprechend aber eher Tourifalle. Service war sehr nett und alles zügig da - das Essen war bei 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern aber durchweg durchschnittlich (oder schlechter). Nur einer Person hat es ansatzweisen geschmeckt leider.

Insgesamt war es ein durchschnittlicher Besuch. Das Bowling hat Spaß gemacht, aber die Bahn könnte sauberer sein, an manchen Stellen wirkte es etwas ungepflegt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Geschmacklich okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Für einen netten Abend reicht es, aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten einen schönen Platz am Wasser an einem sonnigen Frühlingstag. Leider kam der Kuchen als unser Kaffee bereits kalt war. Ich war sehr enttäuscht von dem Pflaumenkuchen. Für über 6 €!!! für ein Stück Kuchen habe ich hier eindeutig mehr erwartet. Bei den Preisen muss echt alles stimmen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Bowlingbahn war wirklich ganz reizend. Leider ist das Ambiente auf der Damentoilette weniger gut. Das Toilettenpapier war leer, sowie die Seife zum Hände waschen. Der Wasserhahn musste dauerhaft gedrückt werden, damit das Wasser läuft. Wie soll man bitte so seine Hände waschen?

Unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant war eine absolute Katastrophe. Bereits die Vorspeise wurde lieblos und ohne jegliche Sorgfalt angerichtet – optisch wie geschmacklich enttäuschend. Die Bratkartoffeln waren verbrannt und damit ungenießbar. Das „Mini“-Cordon Bleu für stolze 24,50 € ist eine absolute Frechheit – winzig, qualitativ fragwürdig und in keiner Weise den Preis wert. Der Tiefpunkt des Abends: Die Hauptspeise meiner Frau (Zander) wurde schlichtweg vergessen. Während ich mein Essen serviert bekam, saß sie da und wartete – ohne Entschuldigung, ohne Erklärung. Wir haben dann bezahlt..... über 60 EUR für eine reine Enttäuschung. Service, Qualität und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind hier völlig inakzeptabel. Ein derartiges Maß an Unprofessionalität habe ich selten erlebt. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Essen war sehr wenig aber dafür sehr teuer. Lange warte zeiten und die Nachfrage nach Getränke war gleich null. Personal war nicht grad freundlich nicht empfehlenswert.

Meine Frau und ich sind nach dem Essen hier sehr krank geworden. Das Essen war okay, etwas fad, aber nicht ungenießbar. Der Service war schlecht. Das einzig Positive war die Atmosphäre, da es direkt am Wasser liegt. Ich werde aber erst wiederkommen, wenn sich die Hygiene verbessert.

Minus one isn't an option, unfortunately! The view of the wonderful winter landscape from the window was absolutely beautiful. We ordered wolffish fillet with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Each dish cost €27.50. The server was very friendly, but unfortunately, she barely spoke German or English. Never mind. The food was placed in front of us, and we were appalled. The pre-cooked and reheated microwave potatoes were glassy and bland, and the frozen vegetables were old (the broccoli was wavy yellow, the carrot slices were curling up, and some of the cauliflower florets were black at the bottom). The fish fillet, advertised as being of very high quality, was full of bones (fillet?) and definitely frozen, not high-quality. A typical tourist trap, and never again! The nerve! Simply outrageous. My complaint was ignored, as it wasn't understood, and the manager disappeared very quickly. We sent the plates back without the frozen fish (we were hungry). I will never take my Spreewald guests here again; I was mortified.

The worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant: wolffish fillet for €27. The fish was dry, the vegetables cold and tasteless. Never again!!

Wir waren zum frühen Abendessen da und hatten die Pellkartoffeln und das Cordon Bleu. Die Bedienung als auch der Service waren super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen jedoch konnte leider nicht mithalten. Die Bratkartoffeln schmeckten aufgewärmt und mehlig und der "Beilagensalat" war ein einfacher, schlecht geschnittener Eisbergsalat ohne Dressing. Generell fehlte die Würze. Das Cordon Bleu war zudem noch klein und sehr zäh. Die Pellkartoffeln waren nicht der Rede wert. Müsst ihr wissen.

Das Essen war geschmacklich und vom optischen Eindruck her ohne Geschmack. Schade. Das Personal war bemüht. Der Rest war auch nur halb so schön wie gedacht.

The theme of the bowling alley is a great idea, but unfortunately, the place is completely run down. It's dirty, broken, and sticky everywhere. It desperately needs a thorough cleaning! The food was served cold, and the hot drinks were too. The value for money is poor. For these high prices, you expect more. What a shame!

Premium prices and unfortunately subpar food. I ordered the goose for Christmas. It was tiny and completely dry. The dumplings were a pre-made mix; for the price, the meal was unacceptable. The service was barely audible and the staff never checked to see if everything was alright. You always had to call them if you wanted anything. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I've rarely experienced such terrible service! We went to this restaurant yesterday after visiting the Christmas market. Our group of about 15 people was seated in the middle of a long table. The team of two took our order relatively well. However, when they started serving drinks, it became clear that neither of them really enjoyed their job. When a schnitzel is listed on the menu for €25, I expect something really good. Far from it—a small portion with a truly mediocre mushroom sauce. Okay, I ate it anyway. When clearing the plates, the staff simply forgot to remove half the dishes. In my opinion, the service was truly awful.

This is pretty much the worst and most expensive restaurant I've ever been to! I had duck leg with Brussels sprouts and bread dumplings. The duck leg was very small, dry, and burnt. The bread dumplings tasted like burnt, stale toast, but what I've never experienced before was the Brussels sprouts, which were completely raw and therefore inedible! We were a group of 25 people, and pretty much everyone had similarly bad food at exorbitant prices! Drinks weren't refilled, even though the bartender was polishing glasses and had nothing else to do... all in all, a definite no-go, and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area... for us, this was a truly awful "restaurant experience" 👎 I hope the bowling alley in the building is more recommendable?!?

Unfortunately, it wasn't convincing. I expected more. We were also very stressed with our daughter because the way to the toilet was extremely complicated and felt very far away in the restaurant.

Schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and fries for €24.50. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if it had been a decent portion and maybe even tasted good. But the schnitzel was 12cm in diameter and weighed maybe 100g of pure meat, the cream sauce consisted of two dollops with four half-mushrooms, mixed straight from a packet, the fries were completely unseasoned, and there were a grand total of 10 fries. If that doesn't make you feel ripped off, I don't know what does. And on top of that – potatoes with quark for €14.90. I'm speechless. For me, my family, and my friends, it was truly an "experience" – a one-off and never again.

The goose leg didn't even have a skin. The potato dumplings felt stale and were lukewarm. Not worth 28 euros.

The decor was nice, but the portions were very small for the price. The food itself tasted relatively good, but the prices for these tiny portions were unfair and extremely overpriced.

Sehr lecker Fischtopf... Sehr lecker Gurkenbratwurst... Sehr lecker Kassler... Sehr leckere Hefeplinsen, egal ob herzhaft oder süß... Außerdem einen wunderschönen Blick über den Lübbenauer Kahnhafen, der ganz nebenbei genossen werden kann...

We spontaneously decided to have lunch there. I haven't had such a bad meal for such an exorbitant price in a long time – outrageous! The service staff was quite friendly, but the rest was forgettable! The menu is very confusing, the portions are small, and the food is an abomination.

The negative reviews don't reflect our experience. The food was hot and good to very good, especially from the seasonal pumpkin menu. The dishes were clean. The service was very friendly, quick, and attentive. Only the soft drinks were disproportionately expensive. Our dog was also welcome. Keep up the good work, and thank you.

I don't know what justifies the completely exorbitant price there. €5.20 for a totally ordinary latte is really outrageous.

We stopped by today spontaneously and were served quickly. Good food selection, children's menu, and seasonal dishes (currently pumpkin). The wait time was reasonable, and the service was good. The food was delicious and arrived hot.

Bowling was okay for an hour of entertainment, nothing special. Staff was friendly, but the food… We ordered what was described as chicken tenders with a sesame crust. In reality, it turned out to be a flattened schnitzel that had clearly spent too much time in the fryer. The fries good, but honestly, most gas stations offer better meals. A small glass of Sprite was €4.90 — so in total, my son and I spent about €90 for an hour of bowling, two drinks each, and those tragic schnitzels €24,50 each. Sorry for the friendly staff. They could not help it

Excellently managed hotel in Lübbenau. It enjoys a prime location, directly across from the large harbor with its diverse opportunities for boat tours or shopping for Spreewald specialties. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are both modern and comfortably furnished, and the bathrooms are beyond reproach. Those arriving by car or motorcycle will find ample parking behind the hotel. Cyclists are also accommodated.

You can do it, it's okay. The food is tasty, the view is good, and the service and ambiance are okay.

Beautiful restaurant right on the harbor with good food and very attentive staff, ideal for family celebrations. We'll be happy to come back 👍🏼

So it was an experience in the truest sense of the word. After a slow order, the drinks arrived in dirty glasses after only 50 minutes. These were complained about and arrived at the table five minutes later, even dirtier. At least

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit: The food arrived cold, even before the drinks, the glasses were dirty, and the tables were sticky. The neighboring tables weren't cleared for over an hour. With prices over €20 per dish, you'd expect significantly higher quality and cleanliness – unfortunately, the restaurant seems very unprofessional.

★☆☆☆☆ – Disappointing all around Unfortunately, a very disappointing visit. We had to wait an extremely long time for our drinks – so long that the food actually arrived before the drinks. The glasses were also dirty. The waiter took them back, tried to polish them with a cloth, but that didn't help – and then simply put them back on the table. For such a beautiful spa resort and such a prominent location, this is truly a shame. We were looking forward to a pleasant visit, but something like this simply shouldn't happen.

Please don't fall for the good average rating! The restaurant is dirty, cobwebs in every corner, unwashed glasses, etc. Extremely exorbitant prices. €6.50 for a 0.5l Coke. As you can tell from other reviews, it's probably made with SodaStream and homemade syrup?! After researching the Maps reviews, we paid for the drinks and left, and we haven't regretted our decision. There are much better places a few meters away.

The restaurant is located next to a bowling alley, and in the summer, you can sit outside. The service is attentive, but the ice cream sundaes took over 20 minutes to arrive. I don't know if that was the only reason, but we had diarrhea that evening.

We made advance reservations for 8 adults and 4 children. Despite this, we practically had to beg in the empty restaurant to be shown to our table and have our orders taken. Then the drinks came in dirty glasses. Note: €6.50 for 0.5 liters of syrup-based soft drinks or sparkling tap water. The restaurant was generally very dirty, filthy everywhere, with dust and cobwebs everywhere. Our young children had barely touched the floor before their hands were already black. After our first impressions, we decided to leave without ordering the completely overpriced food. After reading the reviews afterwards, it was definitely the best decision of the evening. The restaurant, on the other hand, received a 0/10 rating.

The food was bad, the service was very unfriendly, and they didn't even bother to ask if you wanted anything else, even after you let them know you wanted a drink. The ambiance... the place is quite well-designed, but even the fresh napkins were dirty, as were the seat covers. And all this despite the relatively low customer count.

Great location, food flop. Almost €25 for a convenience schnitzel with a few crumbs of sesame seeds is truly excessive. The sausage salad with two mini slices of bread was also very modest. Equally unfortunate: The first beer I ordered didn't arrive. It was out. The second one didn't arrive either. It was also out. The third one arrived, but only after the food was already on the table. Let's start with the good: the food was good and plentiful, and the location is great. BUT: what's the point of reserving a table IN a restaurant if you end up having to sit outside because everything inside is booked? Since the weather was nice, we accepted it. It still annoyed us. The drink prices are very high. And the young waiter was very inattentive (empty glasses on the table and no one asked if we wanted anything else), and he remained silent while clearing the table – not a friendly word, not a "Did you enjoy your meal?"... And since the music was much too loud, making it almost impossible to have a conversation, the whole place wasn't conducive to lingering. A real shame.

Especially the location was great directly on the water. With the big umbrellas, we were well covered against the rain. Overall a nice dinner with 4* but too pricey as in a tourist area.

Very extensive selection on the buffet, especially lots of different fresh fruits and a shot to start with!

We sat outside, right by the water. The atmosphere was, of course, fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant's interior isn't particularly well-maintained. There was a full ashtray on the table, and there was a lot of trash around it (napkins, receipts, etc.). The tables should perhaps be wiped down after each guest! I also thought our drink order took a relatively long time. I was completely confused when we received two different glasses for the same drink. The server was undoubtedly friendly and attentive, but there could have been room for improvement in terms of speed.

Unfortunately, the glasses weren't properly clean, the seat cushions were very dirty, and the food wasn't good either. My daughter had a hair in her food, and the service was very unfriendly. And very expensive for what you get. It wasn't a pleasant experience eating there; I don't recommend the restaurant.

There were four of us with our dog and we sat on the terrace by the harbor. I had to ask the waiter to wipe the table because it was dirty. Half the table was cleaned. There was a severe wasp infestation, constantly flying around us and our drinks. When we ordered our food, the waiter didn't know what the advertising sign at the entrance said: "Zander with braised cucumbers is out," he said. After I showed him the sign, another waiter said it was sold out. Then you have to cross it out, not use it to attract customers to the restaurant. Ordering took a very long time, and because of the wasp infestation, we moved inside the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, the schnitzel with fried potatoes looked old and like it had been heated in a microwave, the salad was old and wilted, the cream cheese was crunchy, and the potatoes were very watery inside. We ate it because we were hungry, but it didn't taste good! Totally disappointed, because we paid over 100 euros for four meals and drinks, and the overall quality was absolutely terrible! We'll definitely never be back!!!

Another restaurant confirms that germans simply don t know how to cook. We ve ordered the fish with fries. We ve paid 27€ for 2 small pieces of fish and a small plate of fries. The sauce was not edible. Only good, decent thing was the cucumber salat. The restaurant looks old and not good taken care of. The glasses for serving were dirty. For 20-30€ of pay for such a bland, bad meal…it was at least an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

This is a real tourist restaurant—you eat, you pay, you forget. Everything was average or below average. We were a group of nine, otherwise I would have certainly found a better spot. The service and food neither annoyed nor delighted us—but hey, at least we had some fun.

The ambiance by the water was quite nice, the waiters were friendly, but the rest of the experience was unfortunately lacking. The drinks and food were completely overpriced, of poor quality, and carelessly slapped onto the plates. Definitely not recommended, especially given the prices!

The food is completely overpriced for what's on offer. Canned mushrooms, undercooked fries. Not lovingly prepared at all. The staff speaks poor German, but they're friendly. It's not a must-have.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Lübbenau. There were 10 of us in total. After a boat trip, we had reserved two bowling alleys. The tables there were sticky, and the menus were stained and looked terrible. I ordered a Spezi and later a Pepsi Zero, as stated on the menu, for €6.50 a half liter. The bowling alley had no ventilation. Only one window was open. When the Pepsi Zero came second, it tasted diluted with water. Since no server came because it was very warm, I drank it and wanted to clarify it later; we had reserved another table. When we got to our table in the restaurant, we had to go to the counter several times for someone to take our order. We had already gotten the menus ourselves so we could get our bearings. After about half an hour, someone finally came to take our order. During my meal, I ordered a Pepsi Zero and told the server, "Please don't dilute it with water." I was told it's mixed with syrup and water, then carbonated in Soda Stream. I asked again and got the same answer. I also told him it wasn't worth €6.50. I order a Pepsi and expect to get an original for €6.50. I ordered a Spezi, and it was also mixed with water and syrup. That's cheating!!! The food was simple, poorly presented. The bread that was served with the meal was dry and hard. That's unacceptable. I come from the restaurant industry and know what I'm talking about here. Furthermore, the website advertises that the restaurant participated in the format: "My Restaurant, Your Restaurant." That was the predecessor. These are tough times in the restaurant industry. No staff. Some of the staff who brought us our drinks didn't even know what was in the glasses. We were about to leave after the bowling. But we wouldn't have been able to get a table at another restaurant on such short notice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. You don't rely on regular customers; new tourists come every day.

Really bad service, we stood waiting for 5 minutes to be seated and both servers saw us but said nothing. Not even a simple I'll be right with you. We gave up and left.

The atmosphere is OK, unless a half-drunk crew of boaters is taking the next seat. The food tastes nothing special. The advertised chicken schnitzel with five croquettes and dip (no side dish) for €25 is too much. The pancakes are tasteless and taste like flour. The smoked pork was tough, and the fried potatoes were also flavorless. Meal for two adults and a child with a drink each was €75.

Impossible... After sitting in this restaurant for almost half an hour without being served, we moved, and after quite some time, when the waiter finally came, we were told: The kitchen is now closed. It was 7:40 p.m. and it's holiday time!!! A disgrace.

The food was good, but nothing more. The price/performance ratio isn't right. A chicken schnitzel about 3mm thick, mind you, 3mm including the breading, with 5 croquettes and an extra sauce that looked very much like it came from a squeeze bottle. No lettuce, no vegetables. Just carelessly slapped onto the plate. We weren't full. With a total bill of over 60 euros for two meals and two drinks. I told the waiter that. He laughed and said that's what his boss does. The location by the water is beautiful. And the waiter was also very friendly. Definitely a one-time visit here. We definitely won't be back.

I've been there twice. The first and last time. I had zero knowledge of gastronomy.

Service was fairly quick, but couldn't be found when paying (>10 minutes). Quark, linseed oil, and potatoes: unsalted, the quark tasted mediocre, Hafenhappen: nothing could go wrong with the cucumbers, the lard - I've had better lard, the bread dry. The pancakes were tasty, but there was only a hint of sugar and cinnamon. The location is great, but the service and food really need to be improved, and one shouldn't rely on fluctuating tourist flows. There are supposedly people who come back regularly.

Expensive for what you get. For starters, we had the "Harbor Bites." We really enjoyed the cucumbers; the lard wasn't our thing, but that's a matter of taste. The (cucumber) bread looked as if someone had rounded up uneaten bread and served it to us—but that's just speculation, not an insinuation. It's commendable that they served enough bread, but it was a bit dry for us, and there wasn't enough lard if you wanted to spread it on thickly. But that could also be the case with the (cucumber) bread, and we've never tried anything like it before. The potatoes with quark were okay; I liked them. My girlfriend had the schnitzel with fries and mushroom cream sauce... Unfortunately, the schnitzel was much too small, the fries too salty, and there wasn't enough sauce—and all for over €20. Drinks (even water) cost over €6 for just 0.5 liters. I've never seen prices like that anywhere else. The staff seemed friendly, but it was obvious they were rushed through the restaurant. No criticism of the waiters; there probably weren't enough staff. Conclusion: Typical for tourists, the prices are exorbitant for mediocre food! Go eat somewhere else.

Great location, food a complete flop! I'm sorry, but what they call "Spree Plinsen" with applesauce, sugar, and cinnamon is just a pancake smashed together. However, it tasted like nothing. There was no cinnamon or sugar. It came with two spoonfuls of applesauce. The value of the goods was €1. The piece of soggy cherry cake should have been returned. The prices are simply outrageous!!! The full ashtray and the sticky table with the menu stuck to it just made it worse. That was a total disaster!!!

The location is beautiful, and it's a pleasure to sit. We had steak, which was delicious, but despite requesting medium, it arrived cooked just right. The waiters were a bit of a pain, forgetting to leave cutlery. We had to ask twice after the food arrived. Our daughter had fish fingers, and the mashed potatoes were especially delicious!

The staff was nice, but the strawberry cake was terrible. Not recommended. Plus, the cake arrived long after the coffee had been finished.

Unfortunately (or thank God?!) we left without ordering because we weren't served... Toilets are underground, although they charge €2 for "non-guests"

If there were a way to give no stars, I would do it here. The location is truly beautiful. The service is abysmal, unfriendly, and uncomprehending. The price for the food is completely unjustified. The quality of the food is poor. And the cleanliness of the tables, etc., leaves a lot to be desired.

We were just there and ordered two schnitzels with creamed mushrooms and two large drinks for €61.60. The biggest surprise was the incredibly small portion and the carelessly presented food. The taste was okay. The location is, of course, great. For me, the location is the only reason anyone goes there. It was our first and only time there.

We were here for dinner today. Absolutely beautiful ambiance by the water 🤗 We thought a restaurant in such a beautiful location could only be good. Far from it!!!!! The beer and wine glasses were covered in fingerprints and stains. The vegetables and pork were completely overcooked... The service was so-so. Unfortunately, no stars from us!!!!

Service takes years. Soulless. Better to go somewhere else where you're still a guest.

We went to the bowling alley on Saturday, probably for the first and last time. The facility was quite dated, the air was extremely bad, the table was disgustingly sticky, and the service was very poor for what seemed like four people. We were almost finished with the first round when our drink order finally arrived. We only had one food order, which was then delivered to the table incorrectly. It was very difficult to have a proper conversation with the waiters due to language differences. I can only advise the owners to seriously renovate the place.

The food wasn't fresh. I had a used lemon on my schnitzel. A small sesame chicken schnitzel and five croquettes for €24 is a disgrace.

The food was okay. Nothing more! Small portions, too expensive for what we got. A fairly small schnitzel cost over €24. The foreign waiters spoke poor German and, despite their best efforts, didn't understand their craft. We also had to wait a long time. Not a second time.

The ambiance is really nice, with a great view of the canal. Service was okay, attentive, and quick. However, the prices were completely exorbitant; in my opinion, it was overpriced cafeteria food. It tasted good, but the salt and pepper shakers were missing, and charging €6.90 for a 0.5-liter Pepsi is pretty harsh. We also noticed that several guests left when they received their menus, probably in shock at the inflated prices.

The restaurant's location is truly beautiful – the view alone is a highlight. The ambiance was also impressive and generally invites you to linger. Unfortunately, the positives largely end there. The food left much to be desired in terms of both taste and quality. The goulash was particularly disappointing: tough, not very juicy, and served with cold potatoes. The red cabbage, on the other hand, was surprisingly good – though whether that was a coincidence remains questionable. Given the prices, one would have expected significantly more, not only in terms of taste, but also in terms of portion sizes. In addition, it took an unreasonably long time for the food to be served – even though the restaurant was barely busy at lunch. The service was mixed: sometimes the waiters acted very quickly, then there was a wait again. The waiters seemed rather impatient and unattentive to the guests. Overall, a disappointing visit with bright spots in the view and atmosphere, but unfortunately, serious weaknesses in the food and service.

One of the orders was forgotten. Even after the issue was resolved, the wrong food was still brought. The menu is incomprehensible; a risotto is prepared without rice. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Yet the prices are outrageous. If you're considering going here, make a conscious decision and move on.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food. My partner and I sat down at a table outside and... waited... and waited... then a waiter finally came!!! Yes!!! And threw the menus on our table and walked away without saying a word. (It wasn't particularly busy or anything). We then got up and left. Apparently, a "hello" is too much to ask for in this place!

Nice staff, pleasant atmosphere, food was very tasty

The food was okay. Prices were high. What's really unacceptable is the poor lighting. The restaurant has a dark, reddish ambient lighting, but there's no table lighting. There's one candle per table, which doesn't really illuminate the table. You can't even see the colors of the food and wine. You can still see through the windows for lunch, but dinner is definitely not recommended due to the poor lighting. It's a shame the owners don't realize this themselves. Addendum: The owner tried to delete this balanced and honest review on Google, citing "defamation."

The waiter was incredibly fast, almost impatient, and not focused on the customer. The ambiance was nice, but the price was too high for the food!

Great atmosphere by the harbor, but unfortunately the food doesn't live up to it. Grützwurst and sauerkraut with chemically peeled potatoes (no go!), and a fairly small portion. Roasted vegetables with coconut sauce and wild rice: some zucchini, bell peppers, and lots of onions, the sauce like tomato sauce from a packet, zero coconut flavor. Very reasonable value for money. Not really recommended.
