Please don't fall for the good average rating! The restaurant is dirty, cobwebs in every corner, unwashed glasses, etc. Extremely exorbitant prices. €6.50 for a 0.5l Coke. As you can tell from other reviews, it's probably made with SodaStream and homemade syrup?! After researching the Maps reviews, we paid for the drinks and left, and we haven't regretted our decision. There are much better places a few meters away.

The restaurant is located next to a bowling alley, and in the summer, you can sit outside. The service is attentive, but the ice cream sundaes took over 20 minutes to arrive. I don't know if that was the only reason, but we had diarrhea that evening.

We made advance reservations for 8 adults and 4 children. Despite this, we practically had to beg in the empty restaurant to be shown to our table and have our orders taken. Then the drinks came in dirty glasses. Note: €6.50 for 0.5 liters of syrup-based soft drinks or sparkling tap water. The restaurant was generally very dirty, filthy everywhere, with dust and cobwebs everywhere. Our young children had barely touched the floor before their hands were already black. After our first impressions, we decided to leave without ordering the completely overpriced food. After reading the reviews afterwards, it was definitely the best decision of the evening. The restaurant, on the other hand, received a 0/10 rating.

The food was bad, the service was very unfriendly, and they didn't even bother to ask if you wanted anything else, even after you let them know you wanted a drink. The ambiance... the place is quite well-designed, but even the fresh napkins were dirty, as were the seat covers. And all this despite the relatively low customer count.

Great location, food flop. Almost €25 for a convenience schnitzel with a few crumbs of sesame seeds is truly excessive. The sausage salad with two mini slices of bread was also very modest. Equally unfortunate: The first beer I ordered didn't arrive. It was out. The second one didn't arrive either. It was also out. The third one arrived, but only after the food was already on the table. The service was nice, but the overall experience was rather disappointing.

Let's start with the good: the food was good and plentiful, and the location is great. BUT: what's the point of reserving a table IN a restaurant if you end up having to sit outside because everything inside is booked? Since the weather was nice, we accepted it. It still annoyed us. The drink prices are very high. And the young waiter was very inattentive (empty glasses on the table and no one asked if we wanted anything else), and he remained silent while clearing the table – not a friendly word, not a "Did you enjoy your meal?"... And since the music was much too loud, making it almost impossible to have a conversation, the whole place wasn't conducive to lingering. A real shame.

We had the fried vegetables and the pork filet with bacon coating. Both dishes were good. The service was friendly and the foot prepared quickly. Especially the location was great directly on the water. With the big umbrellas, we were well covered against the rain. Overall a nice dinner with 4* but too pricey as in a tourist area.

We sat outside, right by the water. The atmosphere was, of course, fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant's interior isn't particularly well-maintained. There was a full ashtray on the table, and there was a lot of trash around it (napkins, receipts, etc.). The tables should perhaps be wiped down after each guest! I also thought our drink order took a relatively long time. I was completely confused when we received two different glasses for the same drink. The server was undoubtedly friendly and attentive, but there could have been room for improvement in terms of speed.

Unfortunately, the glasses weren't properly clean, the seat cushions were very dirty, and the food wasn't good either. My daughter had a hair in her food, and the service was very unfriendly. And very expensive for what you get. It wasn't a pleasant experience eating there; I don't recommend the restaurant.

There were four of us with our dog and we sat on the terrace by the harbor. I had to ask the waiter to wipe the table because it was dirty. Half the table was cleaned. There was a severe wasp infestation, constantly flying around us and our drinks. When we ordered our food, the waiter didn't know what the advertising sign at the entrance said: "Zander with braised cucumbers is out," he said. After I showed him the sign, another waiter said it was sold out. Then you have to cross it out, not use it to attract customers to the restaurant. Ordering took a very long time, and because of the wasp infestation, we moved inside the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, the schnitzel with fried potatoes looked old and like it had been heated in a microwave, the salad was old and wilted, the cream cheese was crunchy, and the potatoes were very watery inside. We ate it because we were hungry, but it didn't taste good! Totally disappointed, because we paid over 100 euros for four meals and drinks, and the overall quality was absolutely terrible! We'll definitely never be back!!!

Another restaurant confirms that germans simply don t know how to cook. We ve ordered the fish with fries. We ve paid 27€ for 2 small pieces of fish and a small plate of fries. The sauce was not edible. Only good, decent thing was the cucumber salat. The restaurant looks old and not good taken care of. The glasses for serving were dirty. For 20-30€ of pay for such a bland, bad meal…it was at least an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

This is a real tourist restaurant—you eat, you pay, you forget. Everything was average or below average. We were a group of nine, otherwise I would have certainly found a better spot. The service and food neither annoyed nor delighted us—but hey, at least we had some fun.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Lübbenau. There were 10 of us in total. After a boat trip, we had reserved two bowling alleys. The tables there were sticky, and the menus were stained and looked terrible. I ordered a Spezi and later a Pepsi Zero, as stated on the menu, for €6.50 a half liter. The bowling alley had no ventilation. Only one window was open. When the Pepsi Zero came second, it tasted diluted with water. Since no server came because it was very warm, I drank it and wanted to clarify it later; we had reserved another table. When we got to our table in the restaurant, we had to go to the counter several times for someone to take our order. We had already gotten the menus ourselves so we could get our bearings. After about half an hour, someone finally came to take our order. During my meal, I ordered a Pepsi Zero and told the server, "Please don't dilute it with water." I was told it's mixed with syrup and water, then carbonated in Soda Stream. I asked again and got the same answer. I also told him it wasn't worth €6.50. I order a Pepsi and expect to get an original for €6.50. I ordered a Spezi, and it was also mixed with water and syrup. That's cheating!!! The food was simple, poorly presented. The bread that was served with the meal was dry and hard. That's unacceptable. I come from the restaurant industry and know what I'm talking about here. Furthermore, the website advertises that the restaurant participated in the format: "My Restaurant, Your Restaurant." That was the predecessor. These are tough times in the restaurant industry. No staff. Some of the staff who brought us our drinks didn't even know what was in the glasses. We were about to leave after the bowling. But we wouldn't have been able to get a table at another restaurant on such short notice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. You don't rely on regular customers; new tourists come every day.

The atmosphere is OK, unless a half-drunk crew of boaters is taking the next seat. The food tastes nothing special. The advertised chicken schnitzel with five croquettes and dip (no side dish) for €25 is too much. The pancakes are tasteless and taste like flour. The smoked pork was tough, and the fried potatoes were also flavorless. Meal for two adults and a child with a drink each was €75.

Really bad service, we stood waiting for 5 minutes to be seated and both servers saw us but said nothing. Not even a simple I'll be right with you. We gave up and left.

Impossible... After sitting in this restaurant for almost half an hour without being served, we moved, and after quite some time, when the waiter finally came, we were told: The kitchen is now closed. It was 7:40 p.m. and it's holiday time!!! A disgrace.

The food was good, but nothing more. The price/performance ratio isn't right. A chicken schnitzel about 3mm thick, mind you, 3mm including the breading, with 5 croquettes and an extra sauce that looked very much like it came from a squeeze bottle. No lettuce, no vegetables. Just carelessly slapped onto the plate. We weren't full. With a total bill of over 60 euros for two meals and two drinks. I told the waiter that. He laughed and said that's what his boss does. The location by the water is beautiful. And the waiter was also very friendly. Definitely a one-time visit here. We definitely won't be back.

I've been there twice. The first and last time. I had zero knowledge of gastronomy.

Service was fairly quick, but couldn't be found when paying (>10 minutes). Quark, linseed oil, and potatoes: unsalted, the quark tasted mediocre, Hafenhappen: nothing could go wrong with the cucumbers, the lard - I've had better lard, the bread dry. The pancakes were tasty, but there was only a hint of sugar and cinnamon. The location is great, but the service and food really need to be improved, and one shouldn't rely on fluctuating tourist flows. There are supposedly people who come back regularly.

Expensive for what you get. For starters, we had the "Harbor Bites." We really enjoyed the cucumbers; the lard wasn't our thing, but that's a matter of taste. The (cucumber) bread looked as if someone had rounded up uneaten bread and served it to us—but that's just speculation, not an insinuation. It's commendable that they served enough bread, but it was a bit dry for us, and there wasn't enough lard if you wanted to spread it on thickly. But that could also be the case with the (cucumber) bread, and we've never tried anything like it before. The potatoes with quark were okay; I liked them. My girlfriend had the schnitzel with fries and mushroom cream sauce... Unfortunately, the schnitzel was much too small, the fries too salty, and there wasn't enough sauce—and all for over €20. Drinks (even water) cost over €6 for just 0.5 liters. I've never seen prices like that anywhere else. The staff seemed friendly, but it was obvious they were rushed through the restaurant. No criticism of the waiters; there probably weren't enough staff. Conclusion: Typical for tourists, the prices are exorbitant for mediocre food! Go eat somewhere else.

Great location, food a complete flop! I'm sorry, but what they call "Spree Plinsen" with applesauce, sugar, and cinnamon is just a pancake smashed together. However, it tasted like nothing. There was no cinnamon or sugar. It came with two spoonfuls of applesauce. The value of the goods was €1. The piece of soggy cherry cake should have been returned. The prices are simply outrageous!!! The full ashtray and the sticky table with the menu stuck to it just made it worse. That was a total disaster!!!

The location is beautiful, and it's a pleasure to sit. We had steak, which was delicious, but despite requesting medium, it arrived cooked just right. The waiters were a bit of a pain, forgetting to leave cutlery. We had to ask twice after the food arrived. Our daughter had fish fingers, and the mashed potatoes were especially delicious!

The staff was nice, but the strawberry cake was terrible. Not recommended. Plus, the cake arrived long after the coffee had been finished.

Unfortunately (or thank God?!) we left without ordering because we weren't served... Toilets are underground, although they charge €2 for "non-guests"

If there were a way to give no stars, I would do it here. The location is truly beautiful. The service is abysmal, unfriendly, and uncomprehending. The price for the food is completely unjustified. The quality of the food is poor. And the cleanliness of the tables, etc., leaves a lot to be desired.

We were just there and ordered two schnitzels with creamed mushrooms and two large drinks for €61.60. The biggest surprise was the incredibly small portion and the carelessly presented food. The taste was okay. The location is, of course, great. For me, the location is the only reason anyone goes there. It was our first and only time there.

Service takes years. Soulless. Better to go somewhere else where you're still a guest.

We were here for dinner today. Absolutely beautiful ambiance by the water 🤗 We thought a restaurant in such a beautiful location could only be good. Far from it!!!!! The beer and wine glasses were covered in fingerprints and stains. The vegetables and pork were completely overcooked... The service was so-so. Unfortunately, no stars from us!!!!

We went to the bowling alley on Saturday, probably for the first and last time. The facility was quite dated, the air was extremely bad, the table was disgustingly sticky, and the service was very poor for what seemed like four people. We were almost finished with the first round when our drink order finally arrived. We only had one food order, which was then delivered to the table incorrectly. It was very difficult to have a proper conversation with the waiters due to language differences. I can only advise the owners to seriously renovate the place.

The food was okay. Nothing more! Small portions, too expensive for what we got. A fairly small schnitzel cost over €24. The foreign waiters spoke poor German and, despite their best efforts, didn't understand their craft. We also had to wait a long time. Not a second time.

In addition, it took an unreasonably long time for the food to be served – even though the restaurant was barely busy at lunch. The service was mixed: sometimes the waiters acted very quickly, then there was a wait again. The waiters seemed rather impatient and unattentive to the guests. Overall, a disappointing visit with bright spots in the view and atmosphere, but unfortunately, serious weaknesses in the food and service.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food. My partner and I sat down at a table outside and... waited... and waited... then a waiter finally came!!! Yes!!! And threw the menus on our table and walked away without saying a word. (It wasn't particularly busy or anything). We then got up and left. Apparently, a "hello" is too much to ask for in this place!

One of the orders was forgotten. Even after the issue was resolved, the wrong food was still brought. The menu is incomprehensible; a risotto is prepared without rice. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Yet the prices are outrageous. If you're considering going here, make a conscious decision and move on.

The food was okay. Prices were high. What's really unacceptable is the poor lighting. The restaurant has a dark, reddish ambient lighting, but there's no table lighting. There's one candle per table, which doesn't really illuminate the table. You can't even see the colors of the food and wine. You can still see through the windows for lunch, but dinner is definitely not recommended due to the poor lighting. It's a shame the owners don't realize this themselves. Addendum: The owner tried to delete this balanced and honest review on Google, citing "defamation."

Great atmosphere by the harbor, but unfortunately the food doesn't live up to it. Grützwurst and sauerkraut with chemically peeled potatoes (no go!), and a fairly small portion. Roasted vegetables with coconut sauce and wild rice: some zucchini, bell peppers, and lots of onions, the sauce like tomato sauce from a packet, zero coconut flavor. Very reasonable value for money. Not really recommended.

The food was carelessly served on a much too small plate and tasted bland. The young waiter was friendly to us, but he spent the entire time chatting loudly and expansively with a friend (who was drinking his beer) in the immediate vicinity of our table. It developed into a cheerful gathering, but unfortunately, the only distraction was the guests. Overall, this didn't suit the beautiful hotel we were staying in, nor the significantly more dedicated and attentive staff in the breakfast area. We only went there once during our week-long vacation, although we would have liked to have enjoyed the beautiful spot right on the water more often.

Once and never again. The prices are far too high for the quality and quantity of the food. It's tasty, but nothing special for a restaurant visit. The worst part, though, is the wait for the food. We waited 90 minutes. And it wasn't even that busy. An older couple was at the next table. They left after 40 minutes after waiting in vain for their two pieces of cake. That's just unacceptable.

Great breakfast! Fresh ingredients, great coffee, and friendly service. The delicious fig mustard with the cheese was a particular highlight. We'd love to come back!

The food was poorly presented. There were no salt or pepper shakers on the tables. The candle wasn't lit, and the menu was left on our small table. We expected much more from a restaurant that advertises itself with a TV show. For us, the atmosphere was more like that of a fast-food restaurant.

Unfortunately, a bitter disappointment! After always having good experiences on previous visits, we were very disappointed yesterday. The food was unfortunately very bland, and my asparagus was rather sour. The two waitresses paid us little attention; our glasses and plates were empty, but it didn't seem to matter much, even though the restaurant was rather quiet. The asparagus soup with fried asparagus: the soup was a mess of flour with dumplings, thick as pudding! Who would put out something like that? Not only was the soup poorly prepared and tasted a complete disaster, but even after a friendly complaint, there was no apology or even a word of regret...the table was cleared away, and that was fine. I don't understand your prices! You apparently have neither skilled staff in the kitchen nor in service? Typical tourist trap!

A place for lunch was quickly found with a view of the harbor. I chose something typical from the region, cucumber bratwurst with honey mustard dip on cucumber bread and Spreewald sauerkraut. Simply delicious. Plus a cucumber lemon lemonade. The service was friendly and quick. The outside and inside areas invited you to linger. Price/performance was right.

Nice restaurant and decent food and drinks. The atmosphere is rather calm and comfortable. If you manage to get a table near the window you can overlook the water and the harbour.

Registered for the breakfast buffet by phone the day before. Arriving on time, we were seated at a free table in the right area. The buffet was sufficient and varied. If something was emptied, it was refilled immediately. The young man in service was very attentive and friendly and also arrived early to quickly clear the tables and pick up drinks. The location at the harbor is very nice, but due to the cool weather today, we unfortunately couldn't use the outside seating. Minuses: - The fittings in the toilets were defective (loose contact on the motion detector) - Paid €11.50 for “a roll” for a 3 year old. (Suggestion for improvement: if necessary, go according to the age of the children) I am very happy to pay the price for my child, but €11.50 seemed very high to us, especially when an adult pays €16.50 (without drinks) - Due to the adjacent hotel and the limited seating options, the through traffic was quite high in our opinion. - the entrance is directly at the buffet, which is why the door is rammed directly into the back of the guest who is getting scrambled eggs.

The name “experience restaurant” promises a lot. I missed the experience, maybe it was related to the bowling alley. The atmosphere was quite nice. The food tasted good. Totally overpriced, poor quality dishes are sold there. The pike perch was puny and fried like in a chip shop, but the price was enormous. The supposed chef had apparently never heard of spices, as everything tasted very bland. Of the three white wines on the menu, two were sold out. Then at 9:15 p.m. (!!!) we were informed that it would now be closed. This is at the lowest provincial level. But the prices are based on the upscale gastronomic level. The restaurant cannot be recommended.

We had iced coffee, coffee, and pancakes. All very tasty and good. Service: The server didn't have enough change. Therefore, he wasn't able to give us the remaining change. We wrote it down as a tip. Peak season, a full house, hundreds of guests, and then something like this. Guys, this is unacceptable. So, unfortunately, this was only a one-time experience.

We went pirate bowling and then had dinner at the theme restaurant. It was an experience for the whole family. The only downside was the noise level in the restaurant. Perhaps some plants would help. Thank you :))

We just wanted a coffee and cake. The service was very nice. Unfortunately, the prices are very high for the service. Sure, you pay for the location, but €6.50 for a cake that's overcooked is just not acceptable.

So…. Today was really an experience. I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time and I don't mean that in a positive way. Initially it was observed that the waiters were constantly bringing food to the wrong tables. Nevertheless we sat down, the menu was promising. It wasn't particularly full, but it still took a solid 50 minutes until 4/5 of the food was on the table, initially without cutlery. The same thing happened 7 minutes later. There were 2x schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce, a game goulash and the Spreewald gherkins/bratwurst plate. In the goulash I discovered a long blonde hair wrapped around the pieces of meat. Of course I spoke to the waiter about it, who pointed his finger at my wife and simply said “that’s from you”. I briefly swallowed my anger and tried the food - cold. That may be due to the time it took for the cutlery to arrive, but whatever, for €23 it just doesn't last. The taste was bland, but the dog was ultimately happy about it. The schnitzels were breaded on one side (only on the top) and were also cold. The mushrooms in the sauce are actually from a can. The food for the smallest at the table at 9 months (quark with potatoes) took another 20 minutes to reach us. All three waiters asked us if we were happy with the food, to which we said no. No further inquiries. No reaction at all. Even in Abu Dhabi on the street or in Thailand's market stalls, I have never experienced anything like this. The beer was good, the rest unfortunately not so much. With the federal government I would have said: “Hunger drives it down, stinginess leaves it in”. Sorry guys - your service urgently needs training and home cooking (and that's all it is) is available in every VW canteen in the Ruhr area. The prices for it - simply cheeky. In total 112€. On the other hand, the Italian restaurant at the train station is not on the water, but serves honest, down-to-earth food and even with a smile. Never again - over and out.

Yesterday we rented a bowling alley for a birthday round that we actually imagined would be a lot of fun. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. When we entered the restaurant, we noticed a heated argument between the employees. Secondly, after playing bowling for an hour, we still didn't have any drinks and had to complain to the waiter several times. We met other dissatisfied guests, and they won't be coming back either. The bowling alleys are very run down and the technology doesn't work completely. Playing like this isn't even fun for children. We have never experienced anything so bad at exorbitant prices (a 0.5 liter red showerhead for €6.90) anywhere else. We're happy to spend money if the service and ambience are good, but this place is a complete rip-off of tourists and locals. This house deserves zero stars in every respect. Tip, spend your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality of the food because we've already gone before. We reserved a table for 6:00 p.m. The ambience and location of the restaurant are very good. Unfortunately, no one was interested in us until 6:30 p.m., so we left the restaurant without having accomplished anything. But according to the other recessions, this is not an isolated case.

A month ago we went bowling and eating with a larger group of children and adults (30 people). The staff was courteous and quick in all matters. The bowling alley has seen better days and needs some freshening up. Food was totally overpriced (schnitzel 23,-), child portion size and quality like frozen schnitzel thrown into the deep fryer. Drink prices, 1 0.4 beer just under 6, - is already hearty and cheeky. My conclusion: It used to be a good place in terms of taste, but now it's a solid 5.

We were there for 1 hour for bowling. The track and the balls are already very old. The beer had no foam and the prices were generally too high. AFG 4.50€… The bowling alley was clean and tidy. However, it was very cold, so the children sat inside with scarves and some jackets. Overall not recommended!!! Save your money.

Went there to bowl... 4 adults 2 kids. Dirty tables, overwhelmed waiters, fries for the kids that are salty and pale, Irish coffee made from instant cappuccino powder, the bowling alley has hung up several times... In conclusion, the only good thing is the location on the water, but you don't feel like you should rest on it that most restaurateurs in Lübbenau are saturated with local guests... in the summer enough tourists come once and never again

The bowling alley is just as bad as the food and drinks and service, but it's very authentic because everything is equally bad. The lanes are through, the balls have so many hits that you could almost think it was normal. The food, without words. The drinks were warm, the service... I had to go to the bar myself to get something. Can't describe it, the tables were sticky, I have no idea who offers something like that. But it suits Lübbenau...

Stinking, Mollen certainly came with a timely deceleration. I'm not eating yet, my steak won't arrive for another 2-3 working days. Waiting eagerly for my plate... In addition, the “quick” delivery time made the bowling evening possible🙏🏻 P.S.: Sejel in the central nave were not tensioned, would have been worthy of a men's team. Therefore, logically points suit at Ambiente…

This restaurant was highly recommended at the hotel, so we went for dinner... if only we never would have done it. We were alone in the restaurant with another couple when the couple left alone. We chose pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon. I have never eaten so badly, the pork fillet was warmed up and lukewarm, that's what it looked like, the frozen vegetables were cold and hard, the only thing that was hot were the newly ordered croquettes which we had chosen for thyme fried potatoes. I told the waiter and he grinned as if he knew. He offered me 3 scoops of ice cream and when I asked what I would get with it, he grinned again and stuck with 3 scoops of ice cream. He didn't understand me... Never again...

Always worth a trip! Beautiful, modern new hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. We spent a long weekend in the Spreewald to canoe and enjoy. Lovingly furnished and the staff is very friendly and personal. Hosts with passion and from the heart! Keep it up!!!!

Unfortunately we were the only guests so far. We got the place from the internet, but there weren't any prices, and they're really tough. But despite everything, the food was great. The service was very accommodating. We only imagined something different when we thought of an adventure restaurant

We were skeptical based on the reviews, but we were very positively surprised. The service staff, all very young, were very attentive, quick and courteous. The range of dishes is extensive, all the dishes we ordered (10 people) were prepared appetizingly, were served at the same time and we enjoyed them. The prices are quite high, but acceptable if the food is tasty and the service is good. We were satisfied and will come back!

The waitress puts a lot of effort into moving around in the underground area. You can definitely see that they are moving, but unfortunately they are not doing so with the order. Waiting for hours for food and drinks was common for us and also at the neighboring tables. It is incredibly sad to see how the condition of the bowling area, the restaurant and the hygiene rooms have changed. You don't dare put your shoes on and you could just take the toilet flush outside with you. We will no longer visit these premises.

Since we came from northern Germany, we reserved a table in advance. When we arrived hungry this evening after a long journey, we were actually the only guests. After we received our food after a reasonable waiting time, we thought we'd hit it. We We were looking forward to delicious grützwurst fried with onions. Instead there were two limp boiled sausages on the plate. The lukewarm and unsalted potatoes that came with them were definitely not freshly cooked. The same horror hit us Wild goulash. Since we were famished, we ate the stuff that was way overdone. The waiter didn't speak German very well and was beaming at us from ear to ear. Luckily we only had to pay for three out of four meals, but the anger remained. The stale and non-carbonated cola and beer drinks couldn't help either. We've been to Lübbenau many times and have eaten here before with fond memories. But that's not possible!!!! Guys, can you really afford this hospitality these days? So we'll never again.

Very polite service and the food is worth it, it's a little more expensive but it's worth it for the quality. Very nice there.ᵕ̈
