Great food at reasonable prices, very nice service.

The ambience was great! It's small, but super cozy and inviting. Kid friendly? -> Absolutely!!! At the beginning my child received a children's card with pens with which she was allowed to color the children's card. The service is super friendly and always keeps an eye on everything - if you have any questions, they are available immediately and are great to help. The food was very very tasty! A huge compliment to the kitchen. I will definitely eat there again next time and would happily recommend it to everyone!

We were in the restaurant. The food was very good, the steak from the daily menu was very tender, the herb puree was a surprise.

If you're lucky, you'll get a table without a reservation. Food is of a high standard at a reasonable price.

We had booked a table for today, January 6th, 2024 at around 7:15 p.m. The inn was completely empty. We were warmly welcomed and, of course, served quickly 😀 As a starter we had a cucumber plate. It was enough for us as a couple. The main course was rib-eye steak with vegetables, aioli and sweet potato fries. I asked for another side dish and chose fried potatoes. The change cost nothing. Fried potatoes, sweet potato fries and vegetables were deliciously prepared and well seasoned. Nothing to complain about! But the steaks were awesome. Perfectly grilled, nicely salted and huge!!!! 😳 I'm guessing around 400 grams per steak. We haven't eaten so well in a long time. 😍 A little tip on the side. Always ask the guest how he would like his steak. 😉 Some people might want it through or bloody. Ours was ideal. Thanks again for the lovely evening 🥰 Update September 20, 2024: We had the steak again. Again we weren't asked, but it was perfectly prepared for us. We would love to come back 😍

Very good shop. The waiter is very nice and courteous. The food was also extremely good. Upon request, extra parmesan was also available at no extra charge. But you can recommend it.

A wonderful place in the middle of the town. Atmospheric room, everything you need to make your stay successful. Very good breakfast. Delicious marmalades. Very nice service. You can leave your luggage after check-out. A place to lock your bikes for an overnight stay. 🙈😃

Small inn just a few minutes from the harbor. Centrally located. Very nice, friendly helpful staff. Room is perfectly fine for one night (unfortunately there is very little space on the right and left of the bed against the wall). Bathroom big for that. So far everything is clean, of course you could do some cosmetic repairs here and there😉 Or perhaps remove the Christmas decorations in midsummer...😀 Unfortunately it got very loud early in the morning (deliveries) It would also be nice if you could darken the room... The highlight was the breakfast, fresh scrambled eggs/or fried eggs. Boiled eggs... Sausage/cheese 3 different jams Muesli, cornflakes Raw vegetables, Spreewald cucumbers... Different yogurt, different juices... Very rich and tasty 😋

We had dinner in the restaurant on Monday afternoon. We had a great waiter. He was quick, careful and super friendly. The meal was a culinary experience for me. The restaurant was full, but all the components on the plate were hot and, above all, fresh. Absolute recommendation.

We went to the restaurant to have a drink. Unfortunately the drinks were very thin. We asked you to adjust something. This was charged directly to the invoice with double the amount. When we asked, we were given very strange and incomprehensible reasons and the staff contradicted what we were served in both the quantities and the drink we ordered. (A certain gin was ordered, which we obviously didn't get - but paid for twice. When asked, the service employee started to argue very wildly and in the end we left very dissatisfied Local. Unfortunately we can only leave one star. It is not right to put drinks on the menu that are not given to the guest.

Very nice restaurant. It is centrally located and in the courtyard you can sit nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. It's nice to sit by the water, but all the boats, some with loud music, are tiring. That can't happen here.

Super delicious food, the waiter was super child-friendly and took good care of us and our wishes. We spontaneously went for a meal here and managed to get a seat for 8 people. The prices are a bit more expensive, but the food is worth it. We would love to come here again because we felt very comfortable.

Delicious special food, courteous, friendly service and dishes in a great atmosphere! You have to be able to live with intense prices. It was worth it to us.

We stayed at the Gasthofmühle as a family and were given a very friendly welcome. It is a beautiful and quaint building. It's very central. So you can reach everything on foot. The apartment was very well furnished, although in addition to the books for adults there could also be two or three books for children in the cupboard ;-) Please take care of the unbearable smell in the hallway and the cleanliness of the bathroom (we were particularly disappointed with the shower, which was not particularly cleaned).

We stopped here after a boat trip. The food (zander) was good, the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not barrier-free and at times there is an unpleasant smell from the existing drain.

Unfortunately, our room was not very well maintained. We don't need a luxury hotel, but there should be a certain level of cleanliness. The refrigerator in the hallway, which is intended for hotel guests, was unused at the time we were there and was still connected to the electricity. The old device is so loud that it robs you of sleep. The rooms are generally very noisy. The restaurant is good and the staff is friendly. The food was okay too.

Went here to eat something spontaneously. Starters and main course. It's been a long time since I've had such great food without receiving a recommendation or rating. The amount of food was suppii. Price-wise, completely okay. For us, the restaurant in Lübbenau is the BEST in town.

An order: 2x pork neck schnitzel with white asparagus (1x with boiled potatoes and 1x with fried potatoes) Positive: + Location and ambience + Sanitary facilities clean + Service mediocre good and friendly…so neither outstandingly good nor noticeably bad, but could be improved + Service was quick, (food suspiciously too fast) + adapting boiled potatoes to fried potatoes was no problem Abnormalities (partly negative) - The fact that one person likes it saltier than the other is not up for debate. Adding salt to dishes is always possible. Oversalting would be worse, but that wasn't the problem. What cannot be corrected so quickly at the dinner table is the quantity and cooking time. - for a regional restaurant I think you can expect how asparagus is prepared. Unfortunately this was far too firm and cold. And instead of 5 there could have been 6 poles. - The schnitzel was warm but could be bigger. - The portion of fried potatoes and boiled potatoes could also have been larger, but they were well prepared in and of themselves. All in all, for a 25€ dish I expected more, more quality and quantity. Maybe other dishes there are better. Unfortunately, more appearance than reality🫤 I think three stars are justified for this.

Nice ambience, good service, food looked delicious... unfortunately boar meat had been used in the wild brawn. It smells and tastes urine-like. It's a shame it was supposed to be a nice evening. We cannot recommend the brawn.

Today we had dinner at the Gasthof Mühle during our Burg-Lübbenau bike tour. The service was very friendly and very competent in the advice. The asparagus soup was delicious and to the point. The dishes of wild aspic with fried potatoes and the sour milk cheese with bread and lard were not only lovingly and creatively prepared, but also delighted the palate. Everything was rounded off with delicious coffee from the portafilter machine, typical regional yeast plins and linseed oil parfait. All in all it was a relaxed and recommendable visit. We will be back. Thank you very much for this experience.

Stopped in spontaneously for a little refreshment. Very nice service, requests were responded to without grumbling, but in a very friendly manner (parasol brought and set up) Delicious cake, reasonably priced. Definitely highly recommended.

We were at a restaurant. We ordered a salad with asparagus and meat with potatoes and cucumbers. The meat was good. Asparagus salad not good. Lots of water from washing lettuce and croutons from the supermarket. Tasteless dressing.

Highly recommended, but reserve if possible. Service is always friendly and attentive despite the busyness. The food was super tasty and always freshly prepared. Anyone who comes here will experience service and no mass processing. We'd love to come back. Thank you for the pleasant evening.

The location is good, very central in Lübbenau. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. Had fried chicken breast with noodles and tomato cream sauce. Unfortunately the food arrived lukewarm :/ The sauce was completely unseasoned and unfortunately didn't taste like anything. This makes me wonder if they even tasted it while cooking. The service was good at the beginning, but in the end we had to wait forever for service and finally went in to pay because no one came :S

The restaurant had some very surprising dishes on the menu. The linseed oil parfait was particularly delicious 😋.

Generous portions in a quite old school german restaurant, at least when u come in from berlin… anyway food was tasty and the service friendly. The prices are alright considering that you are in the spreewald and this place usually serves tourists… oh you can get everything pickle based of course :)) the pickle dish was good!

War zum Essen nur da, und muss sagen es war lecker aber viel zu teuer da es kleine Speisen waren 4 Kartoffeln fürn Hauptgericht ist Bischen wenig Hauptsache der Teller schwimmt in Quark 15/16euro Und als Vorspeise Leinölstupfer sind nur 2 kleine Brot Scheiben und 2 groẞe Schalen Öl und Zucker wo mehr als die Hälfte wieder zurück ging weil das Brot ja so schnell leer war 4,90 Zusätzlich habe ich mir bei den Gläsern wo der Käse in Öl eingelegt war nach der Reinigung gefragt da man am Rand der Gläser schon so alte vertrocknete Stelle unter dem Deckel sehen konnte sehr unappetitlich aber da der Keller vorab schon zurückweisend war habe ich es nicht zurück gehen lassen Auch eine Änderung den Schmalz durch Quark zu ersetzen weil man Veggie isst wurde nur spät reagiert Leider fiel es dem Kellner schwer den Kunden als König zu betrachten

Wir waren sowohl als Pension-als auch als Restaurantgäste über das Wochenende da. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Essen war echt lecker und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Gemütlich und sauber sind auch die Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren diese Woche dort. Der Service ging so. Eine Dame unserer Truppe hatte noch ein Getränk in der Hand und wurde gleich als wir das Restaurant betraten unfreundlich angesprochen, dass Sie das Getränk raus bringen möchte. Dies kann man auch freundlich sagen. Das Essen war gut jedoch stellte sich im Nachgang heraus, dass sich zwei Personen unserer Truppe den Magen verdorben hatten. Alles im allem schönes Restaurant mit eigentlich gutem Essen jedoch Servicepersonal welches betriebsfremd ist.

Ich habe noch nie so ein gutes Rib-Eye-Steak gegessen. Es war ausgezeichnet. Personal ist super freundlich. Kurze Wartezeit. Preis-Leistung stimmt zu 100 % 👍🏻

Faires gutes Essen zu einem ebenfalls fairen Preis. Wir waren letztes Jahr im Hotel und dieses Jahr im Gasthof. Beides ist schon eingerichtet und ordentlich. Das Essen im Gasthof war gut. Auch das Schweinesteak war nicht zu trocken! Die Bedienung war nett und zügig.

Sehr gemütliche Zimmer, klein aber sehr fein und sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet alles. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gasthaus liegt sehr zentral nur wenige Meter bis zum Hafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zum Essen: Grützwurst mit Kräuterkartoffelmus und Sauerkraut war sehr lecker, vor allem die Soße mit Schalotten. Einzig das Mus hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln auch gut, allerdings fehlte den Kartoffeln etwas "Pfiff". Juniors Nudeln waren al dente mit einer sehr guten Tomatensoße. Highlight war die Hefeplinse mit Sahne und Crumble sowie Apfelmus. Zum Service: Alles in allem gut; eine Bedienung war etwas reserviert und mag dem einen oder anderen nicht zusagen. Da ich vorrangig des Essens wegen in eine Gaststätte gehe, kann ich darüber hinwegsehen. Zum Ambiente: Hübsch und angenehm. Gerade die kleinen Tische links und rechts des Eingangs fanden wir schön. Zur Preisgestaltung: Essen gehen ist teuer geworden. Es muss nicht immer die Riesenportion sein, das Geschmackserlebnis steht im Vordergrund. Von daher in Ordnung. Danke für die Bewirtung.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Unterkunft. Alles ist sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Wahnsinn, es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt! Wenn gewünscht werden Rührei mit Speck oder Spiegelei frisch zubereitet, liebevoll drapiert und mit frischem Salat garniert. Auch das Abendessen war unglaublich lecker. Die Servicekräfte waren allesamt super freundlich und haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Wir haben hier wirklich Rundrum eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht.

Ein ganz ganz großes Lob an die nette Frau die uns am 12.12.23 den Frühstücks Tisch so liebevoll gedeckt hat, so was hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr gesehen, nochmal vielen vielen Dank.

Mit meinem Schweinerückensteak war ich nicht zufrieden, mehr trockenes und hartes Fleischstück geht nicht!! Habe das der Kellnerin nach dem essen mitgeteilt, ich hätte doch gleich etwas sagen sollen, aber da hätte ich bestimmt wieder ein trockenes Stück bekommen. Ein anderer Gast hatte das gleiche Gericht und Problem, dem erging es nicht anders! Würde man Schweinekammfleisch nehmen, kommt ein in der Regel besseres Ergebnis raus.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, toller Service und mega leckeres Essen warten hier. Auf unseren Kurzbesuch im Spreewald waren wir 2 mal hier essen gewesen… Sehr zu empfehlen👌

Essen war sehr gut. Getränke und Essen waren sehr schnell da gewesen. Der Gasthof ist sehr urig eingerichtet und verleiht ein heimisches Gefühl. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier in Lübbenau unterwegs und haben gegessen, getrunken und den Service kennengelernt. Die Mühle ist eine Empfehlung wert; Portionen, Preise, das Angebot der Karte ist vollkommen stimmig und wird so serviert.
