A very nice restaurant with a great ambiance. The menu is small, but the food is absolutely top-quality. This was our second visit and we'll definitely be back. The service staff was also very friendly, courteous, and attentive. They showed a lot of joy and passion for their work, which is something you don't see very often these days.

We had a reservation at the restaurant. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good value for money. The fried potatoes were unseasoned and had no onions. The linguine was unfortunately overcooked, and the fried salmon was overcooked.

A lovely little guesthouse with very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was wonderful, and the menu items are also highly recommended. Everything was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Booking a table is highly recommended.

You couldn't reserve a table by phone, and once you got there, you were treated unfriendly. Unfortunately, you could change your dish on the menu from pork to turkey, but this was unfriendly. Likewise, even as an adult, you're not allowed to choose child benefit without giving a reason. We were totally disappointed and left this unfriendly restaurant without eating. We can't recommend it.

Unfortunately, there was a double booking. We were informed in advance by phone and a replacement was arranged. However, we had problems getting into the rooms. By the time everything was finally resolved, two hours of our precious vacation had unfortunately passed. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient.

We were there just for dinner and were completely satisfied. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent! We didn't have a reservation, so we "only" got a table outside. If you want to go in, make sure you make a reservation!

My God, they're amazing. We arrived completely starving, and the staff were so kind and brought our daughter a little something to tide us over while we waited for the food. We had the kids' menu, liver and chicken with noodles. It came quickly, was well seasoned, and incredibly delicious. We were there the year before, and the food, ambiance, and service absolutely impressed us. Thank you so much!!! Absolutely fantastic, including the kitchen staff.

A great restaurant near the harbor. We stopped here twice during our stay. A beer garden in the courtyard and a small dining room, a well-arranged menu, everything we tried was delicious, imaginative dishes with a local touch, drinks, prices were reasonable, and service was outstanding. We haven't been served this quickly and friendly in a long time, and that was during peak season!

Easy reservation, seating outside at our request. Beautiful little beer garden. The food and drinks aren't cheap, but they're perfectly reasonable for the quality you get. Our ordered dishes, sweet potato fries, burrata, pork steak with fried potatoes, and tagliatelle with salmon, were all tasty and the portions were generous. I can't comment on the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back.

Even after repeated attempts, it's not possible to reserve a table for the evening as an individual. You're simply turned away, even if you're polite. Therefore, unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

Attentive staff. Very fresh, flavorful dishes. We were very pleasantly surprised. Since the sign says breakfast is served from 7 a.m., we wanted to enjoy it a few days later. It wasn't possible, as it has to be reserved the evening before. Coffee wasn't available either. Unfortunately, the staff were already annoyed in the morning.

We went out to eat together and it was always delicious, and with everything we got was a well-tapped Guinness, cucumber ice cream, pancakes...

The food was really delicious and plentiful! We would come back anytime, and the wine waitress was great!

A nice and tranquil restaurant with friendly service. Unfortunately, my wife's meal (baked potatoes) and my order (pork steak marinated in Guinness) were not at all to our taste.

An inconspicuous inn amidst many on the road to the harbor. It has a small beer garden in the courtyard where you can sit comfortably outside. The menu isn't particularly extensive, but the food is delicious. We were very satisfied and once again found a place with very fine cuisine that we can highly recommend.

We were looking for a place for good food, tempted by positive opinions, we started with a beer, unfortunately despite empty seats the waiter said he wouldn't sell us a beer if we didn't order food. We spent our money at the restaurant next door.

Four fish fingers with a small ladle of mashed potatoes, which isn't really child-friendly because they mix in quite a lot of herbs and pickles, or over €16 for grützwurst with sauerkraut, which I personally didn't like (bland), was quite hearty. Well, they charge a lot for a small portion. In Franconia, you can get bratwurst with cabbage and mashed potatoes for €8-12, which is a comparable dish. Well, the answer that you can eat cheaper elsewhere shows that you're getting a fair price as a tourist. I compared the prices here with Erlangen/Nuremberg...

Everything has a family-friendly feel, and everything is beautifully rustic. It's a bit like a tavern (in a good way) with history. The staff is very friendly, and the food was delicious, too. 😋😋

Super central location by the harbor, not far from Lübbenau Castle. A quaint old mill. Excellent food and super friendly staff.

The food itself was excellent, but the asparagus could have been cooked a bit longer. But otherwise, I was very satisfied and will definitely be back 👍🏻

Had two really great days here. Location is very cozy, the staff is super nice, thanks to the breakfast fairy. Food is highly recommended, a good mix of local specialties and modern cuisine. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is busy. The inner courtyard invites you to linger. Reservations are also requested during the week. So it's worth calling beforehand.

We had dinner here today. I had a salad with goat cheese gratin. However, this was not gratinated, but simply briefly flambéed. So it was still cold and solid. The walnuts were shaken out of the bag onto the plate. Would have been nice if they had been lightly toasted. And the salad on the plate also came from the bag, the kind you get in the refrigerated section. It cost almost €20 for this. Unfortunately that was very disappointing. Too bad.

The restaurant itself is nice, but unfortunately the food wasn't convincing. You had to look for the asparagus in the asparagus salad. And in terms of size it was very manageable, for a price of just under €19 I expect more than a side salad. The goat cheese gratin was cold, the tilapia fillet was well done. The wild salmon was juicy, but unfortunately the pasta was far from al dente. This tip was accepted, but unfortunately that was it. Neither a concession on the price nor the offer of a coffee or anything like that followed. What a shame! The service was otherwise nice.

Good restaurant and the food tastes good

Despite being a tourist area, the prices are reasonable and the food is very good. My first asparagus dish this year and the taste was a hit!

The food is exceptional and interpreted in a modern way. I'm deducting one point because I ate potatoes there twice - once my baked potato was cold and the other time my boiled potatoes weren't quite cooked or were still a bit hard. Otherwise the taste is good. The waitress (with the really long hair) is super nice!

What a stroke of luck! We chose "Die Mühle" for lunch at random. The service and food were excellent. Hopefully, we'll be back soon!

We had dinner at the Gasthof Mühle and were very impressed. We ordered our schnitzel with sweet potato fries, which were extremely delicious. The vegetables and schnitzel were also very tasty and fresh. It was served with cranberries and mayonnaise. The portion was really generous. The waitress was very friendly and had a pleasant, funny manner. The restaurant is stylishly decorated and very clean/tidy. Great!

Quaint and beautiful restaurant centrally located in Spreewald. I was expecting a tourist trap but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Service is warm and prices are very reasonable for a place like Spreewald. The food really does tastes as good as it looks!

I was there with my friends on Women's Day and can only report positive things. The restaurant is cozy, the girls on staff were super nice and the food was very tasty and imaginatively prepared. If I ever come to Lübbenau again, I'll definitely be there again. Tip: be sure to make a reservation on busy days, otherwise no chance.

We were only there for dinner and can't comment on the rooms. The menu seems to be designed according to the concept of “regional recipes interpreted in a modern or higher quality way”. The brawn from game meat and the herring in linseed oil are very tasty and beautifully prepared. We weren't that enthusiastic about sea salt crumble on the whipped cream. For some dishes we prefer the really traditional recipes. The service is very friendly and the ambience is tasteful.

We went there yesterday for coffee with our baby and toddler. Since they didn't have the colorful children's ice cream cones my son wanted, the friendly colleague suggested he get an ice cream from the ice cream shop next door. So we were able to enjoy delicious pancakes and coffee, our older son had the ice cream he wanted, and the four of us had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and child-friendly.

The dinner was super delicious. Schnitzel and Grützeurst are highly recommended. Service is also top.

Prices are high, the food is less so. €12.90 for 2! Potatoes with quark, which unfortunately wasn't really good either. Too bad!

“Simply fantastic – Pension Mühle! We had from January 5th. until January 6th a wonderful stay at the Pension Mühle. The accommodation was clean and cozy, so we immediately felt at home. We would particularly like to emphasize the warm atmosphere - our family was greeted with a smile in the morning, which made the start of the day perfect. The breakfast was an absolute highlight! A rich buffet with everything your heart desires, including a champagne breakfast. We were particularly impressed that fresh fried eggs, scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and even a fresh salad were prepared directly to order. Everything was incredibly tasty – kudos to the kitchen! We would definitely like to come back and can only warmly recommend Pension Mühle.”

We visited the Gasthof Mühle for lunch. The guest room is divided into two levels and makes a bright and friendly impression. The waitress was very attentive and gave us a nice table for two. The menu has a good selection of dishes, some of which are regional. We chose the Spreewald cucumber plate as a starter and the tilapia and goose liver as main courses. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. Overall we were very satisfied and would like to come back.

The food tastes delicious and is worth every cent. We'll definitely be back to continue sampling the menu! :)

We spent four days here in Lübbenau, at the campsite at the castle park. We also had great spring weather at the beginning of April. We cycled a lot through the town and went on an entertaining boat tour. The people here put in a lot of effort. In the mill you can sit comfortably in the beer garden. The food was very tasty, beautifully prepared.

The ambience was great! It's small, but super cozy and inviting. Kid friendly? -> Absolutely!!! At the beginning my child received a children's card with pens with which she was allowed to color the children's card. The service is super friendly and always keeps an eye on everything - if you have any questions, they are available immediately and are great to help. The food was very very tasty! A huge compliment to the kitchen. I will definitely eat there again next time and would happily recommend it to everyone!

We were in the restaurant. The food was very good, the steak from the daily menu was very tender, the herb puree was a surprise.

We had booked a table for today, January 6th, 2024 at around 7:15 p.m. The inn was completely empty. We were warmly welcomed and, of course, served quickly 😀 As a starter we had a cucumber plate. It was enough for us as a couple. The main course was rib-eye steak with vegetables, aioli and sweet potato fries. I asked for another side dish and chose fried potatoes. The change cost nothing. Fried potatoes, sweet potato fries and vegetables were deliciously prepared and well seasoned. Nothing to complain about! But the steaks were awesome. Perfectly grilled, nicely salted and huge!!!! 😳 I'm guessing around 400 grams per steak. We haven't eaten so well in a long time. 😍 A little tip on the side. Always ask the guest how he would like his steak. 😉 Some people might want it through or bloody. Ours was ideal. Thanks again for the lovely evening 🥰 Update September 20, 2024: We had the steak again. Again we weren't asked, but it was perfectly prepared for us. We would love to come back 😍

Very good shop. The waiter is very nice and courteous. The food was also extremely good. Upon request, extra parmesan was also available at no extra charge. But you can recommend it.

A wonderful place in the middle of the town. Atmospheric room, everything you need to make your stay successful. Very good breakfast. Delicious marmalades. Very nice service. You can leave your luggage after check-out. A place to lock your bikes for an overnight stay. 🙈😃
