Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was tasty but the price-performance ratio wasn't right for all the dishes.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We sat outside on the beautiful market square, but inside it also looked attractive. The menu is relatively clear, which means I would have expected a slightly larger selection, but we still found what we were looking for. The drinks were also quick and weren't overpriced as is often the case today. The service staff, who are all very young, still have some room for improvement, so I somehow lacked the confidence. Attention and friendliness were definitely there, the food was very tasty and we will definitely be back.

A very special restaurant with a good atmosphere and very good service at fair prices. The lunch menu is incredible!!! You can hardly eat so cheaply in a department store restaurant, although that doesn't even exist anymore. Even the route from Pyrmont is always worth it, especially since Rinteln is also very pretty.

We ate there on Sunday. Chanterelle soup, cordon bleu with fried potatoes and a side salad. The soup tasted good, but unfortunately the chanterelles were pureed beyond recognition. Unfortunately, the cordon was very dry and difficult to cut, and the small amount of cheese on the edge of the meat didn't make it any better. The "fried potatoes" were more like warmed potato slices and had less to do with "roast". The salad side dish unimaginative. You shouldn't believe that this kitchen belongs to a star chef, albeit a former one. It's a shame, we were promised more of it.

We had the sliced ​​pork fillet twice with spaetzle and a small side salad. The taste was good, but as a man the portion is quite meager and not at all filling. The spaetzle was obviously a finished product, which is not what you would expect from a former star chef. The side salad was delicious. For the price of 24 euros it could have been a little more.

The well-stocked menu offers pure understatement. The dishes don't sound particularly special at first, but they don't reveal the sophistication with which they are prepared. The taste is extraordinarily finely balanced and artfully prepared. Service that you don't even know anymore, on the ball and friendly. Always my pleasure.

Very friendly service, great food. We were there with the voucher book. Were served courteously. The food was very tasty and we didn't have to wait long. Great ambience.

Unfortunately our visit was not crowned with success. The waitress, a young man, simply forgot to pass on our order to the kitchen!! After waiting 45 minutes and asking how long the food would take, it only became clear. We then paid for our coffee and left the restaurant hungry!! A pity

I don't really warm to this restaurant. We've eaten there several times and tried pretty much everything, including the breakfast buffet. Otherwise it cannot be assessed sensibly. In my opinion the tables are too small. When it comes to service, I miss a bit of personal approachability. It always looks professional and slightly put together. Twice we also told guests that we were “almost fully booked”. However, I didn't experience it more than about three-quarters full. Everyone likes to decide price performance for themselves. See for yourself in the pictures how manageable the portions are. Five potatoes at a price of €19 for the dish is...well. Definitely a solid stop for something nutritious. The waiting time is bearable and the quality is okay. You won't find large portions, but normally it should be enough for the moment. Addendum: if it is possible to reorder potatoes for free...why doesn't anyone tell the guest?

I was with a large group for breakfast. Had reserved. The table was prepared. Service staff was immediately at the table. Breakfast service “all you can eat”. Personally, I was missing a few things: no boiled eggs, little choice of muesli, cornflakes. Cocoa with water (!) Pancakes or waffles/crêpes would have been great for the children. At €22 per person I would have expected more. Otherwise the atmosphere is very nice, comfortable chairs and nice lighting. Still only 3 points

We only had a drink there as we had to find a dry place due to the weather. The menu, and that rarely happened to me, didn't appeal to me. On a table there was beef roualde with red cabbage and dumplings on offer for 25 euros. Sorry, I think it's a bit expensive. What was incomprehensible was the fact that a 0.5 liter bottle of the Gut und Günstig brand apple spritzer was brought out for a guest. The price was not adapted to the product but rather something for “printing money”.

Ambiente ist sehr schön. Essen war okay, haut einen aber auch nicht vom Hocker. Der Service war freundlich, hat aber auch leider immer wieder was vergessen und wirkte nicht koordiniert.

We had the ribs, the pork slices, the Burgundy roast and the cordon bleu (note: with mushrooms). All dishes were very well presented and tasted good. Each dish was individually prepared on its own plates. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service wasn't too intrusive. I enjoyed the food very much. The portions are good for small to medium stomachs. There were four of us and since we were very impressed with all the dishes, we will come here more often. Is recommended!

Very tasty food and great location

High-quality breakfast buffet, cheese, sausage of good quality, bread, rolls as well, a knife for slicing rolls would be helpful, coffee with milk of your choice for an additional charge and not just in addition to filter coffee would be desirable. Good food, friendly service, nice ambience - we'll be happy to come back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great food and the very nice atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive. Finally a restaurant where you can experience something special. We had a great evening where everyone was very happy. We'll definitely be back.

Four of us ate there this evening after booking a table in advance. Super nice welcome from friendly service staff. After ordering drinks and food, we were served homemade sourdough bread (very, very tasty) with two different creams. Whether zander fillet, spare ribs "St.Louis style", stuffed schnitzel or pink roast beef, everything is superbly prepared and very tasty. We'll definitely be back!

Update: We visited the restaurant without registering and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice dishes on the menu, very good service, everything was perfect. I'm revising the two stars! I think the rest days should also be announced by phone. I tried to reserve a table today and according to the announcement there should be a call back. Even after 3 hours no one reported. By service I mean something different.

Nice decor (although a little drafty in the entrance area), very friendly service and good food. We had the inn tapas (varied and delicious), the cauliflower steak (very good), the stuffed pork schnitzel (unfortunately from the hairdresser). For dessert we looked forward to Kaiserschmarrn. Here the chef went overboard with the "caramelization" so that the expected "fluffiness" was completely replaced by a thick caramel crust. Not our taste.

We went to the restaurant with 6 people. The weather was great, so we stayed outside. The staff was very attentive. There was fresh, very tasty bread with dip for everyone. The main course was great, with a fresh salad and a great dressing. All in all it was a very nice evening. Can be warmly recommended.

This time we were there for dinner and perhaps straight away, I wasn't expecting star-rated gastronomy. Unfortunately, the roast lamb was cold rather than lukewarm, and the Mediterranean vegetables were overcooked and drowned in sauce. It would be nice if the kitchen team made a little more effort. Wir hatten eine Familienfeier mit 29 Personen und waren mit dem gesamten Ablauf sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war superfreundlich und aufmerksam. Das bestellte Essen hat allen Gästen hervorragend geschmeckt. Jederzeit wieder!!

I really like that the menu isn't that big and changes often

We went out to eat last week and I have to say it just got weak again, the food was cold, hardly seasoned and the waitresses just didn't feel like it - they preferred to paint their lips pink rather than serve us. The young men walked around with crumpled shirts and unironed aprons. We waited a long time for the food, which wasn't worth it. We won't be coming back. We have to say that the team harmonized better last year.

Delicious Sunday breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Quality of the food was very good. The selection of baked goods can be expanded, as can the range of jams.

A fantastic Kaiserschmarrn.. ☆☆☆☆☆ with a so-called vanilla sauce, which never had ever seen vanilla, with an apple compote which consisted of water apples..no hint of cardamom.. or.....but that's a shame Schmarrn, to kneel down... the two Schmarrn companions only ☆... the service staff were very hard-working, nice and also a bit helpless... when I then suggested replacing the paper napkins (!!) with cloth napkins, they said the friendly service force that there wouldn't be enough staff. I would like to recommend to the management to provide some good spices...they would be in the best hands with the chef at Kaiserschmarrn. In general, the management...they would do better not to "pamper" guests in an unfriendly manner by using projections and fittings in the hallway. You shouldn't scare guests away with this kind of nonsense...especially since you haven't been "loyal" guests for years...yeah, I have no idea...felt uncomfortable for the first time in decades...that was about the poorer food...other business managers... .more comfortable.......The food, including the kale plate, was very tasty. Some little companions get vanilla...cardamom for apples...BUT the main meal is very, very tasty. What is now deterring the MANAGEMENT... was he active in the witch hunt back in the day?? Characters like that were in demand back then...oh RINTELN.. Is this still within the walls? ..and as I said...cloth napkins...the balancing act...to offer something special...and otherwise cheap becomes too big

Very good location, right at the fish market, with a view of the harbor. Attentive and humorous service. The food? A dream! And the price was also 👌

Rooms: upper hall. Totally uncomfortable (the only decorations in the room were the beautiful bouquets of flowers that we were given and on top of that it was very, very cold. You had to warm yourself up with alcohol or tea, and some people even had their jackets on at the table. I was sick for a week after that evening. Service: totally haphazard and overwhelmed! Buffet not ready on time…..?! People were also constantly asking what drinks they had ordered, which meant that some things were probably ordered twice, or drinks were walked from table to table (8) with the question of whether or who might have ordered them. You could also tell that one person was totally unmotivated that evening. Food: three star chef? Where did he win it? Potatoes were partially undercooked, carrots could also have been raw food and the top hammer was: poultry meat was fried but the inside was completely raw. And there was no sauce either. Staff friendly, but could have been more attentive and offered new drinks and the empty plates were left on the table for a relatively long time. The portions are sufficient and the price is reasonable.

The former Ratskeller, a beautiful historic building on the market square in downtown Rinteln, has been tastefully renovated. The menu is varied, clear and based on regional products. Friendly. The food was really delicious, the service was great and we would love to come back. The former star chef has brought something special to Rinteln.

We were there for the first time yesterday and although we were greeted warmly, we were quite disappointed. We had the Schlemmerblock voucher book with us. We felt like second class guests, there was less food on our plate and the main course came even though we hadn't even finished the starter. Far too expensive, hardly full. Cannot recommend the restaurant.

Were there with 4 people. Ordered pub ribs with 2 dips, salad and bread. The meat was wobbly, just greasy and tasteless. The waitress brought a plate to the kitchen, which didn't take any notice of the complaint. After that, the service staff was no longer there at our table to ask what we wanted. We hadn't had any drinks for a long time. We paid our bill without a discount. We won't be coming back. Disappointing when guests are treated like this.

Nice modern but cozy inviting atmosphere. The food was very good, but I didn't expect anything different. The only small point of criticism was that the foreign service employee did not understand us properly and this resulted in a misunderstanding when ordering. SILVESTER 2023 war eine echte Enttäuschung. Unsere Eintrittskarte für 60 Euro galt für Bufett ein Aperitif und mit einem DJ im Festsaal feiern. Voller Erwartung kamen wir in den Festsaal. Die runden Tische waren mit weißen Tischdecken, großen Kerzenständern und schönen Servietten eingedeckt. Nur mussten wir im Restaurant eine Etage tiefer sitzen und da sah es aus wie immer. Noch schlimmer. Es gab lange Tische mit Eckbänken so das man immer aufstehen musste wenn ein ander Gast wo hin wollte. Es verging 1 Stunde bis wir das erste Getränk hatten. Bezahlung übrigens mit Wertmarken. Der Service hat natürlich den ganzen Frust und Ärger abbekommen, dabei waren sie alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Danke. Das Buffet war aber die krönung. Es war nichts an den Speisen ausgeschildert nur eine kleine Tafel mit allen Gerichten. Nun gut. Erstmal einwenig Salat und dann das warme Essen. Das Essen war sehr übersichtlich und wirr gemischt. Eine trockene Lasagne stand neben dem Behälter mit Braten wo nur noch Sauce vor handen war. Entenkeule war auch aus, egal gab eh keine Sauce. Dessert Tiramisu und eine Creme mit alten Weihnachtskeksen. Nun wollten wir wenigstens tanzen. Ach wie doof wir mussten ja immer eine Etage höher um dann zu merken das ist gerade nicht unsere Musik. Aber das zweite Buffet für die erste Klasse am Festsaal war noch gut gefüllt. Keine Eröffnung vom Buffet, keine Ansage durch den DJ um Mitternacht und keinen Hinweiß das es einen kleinen Mitternachtssnack gibt. Der Chef wollte uns mit einem Getränk aufs Haus trösten, dabei hat er uns Silvester versaut. Wir fühlten uns wie Menscher zweiter Klasse. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Doch wir müssen. Haben ja noch Wertmarken über aber mit einem Bier kann man ja nichts falsch machen. So das musste jetzt alles mal gesagt werden.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten die Tapas als Vorspeise und gefülltes Schnitzel bzw. Wildschweinbraten. Das Ambiente fanden wir angenehm und geschmackvoll. Unser Tisch war leider sehr eng, man konnte nur gegenüber sitzen, wobei 1 Person dann zur Wand schauen muss. Bei dem eher gehobenen Preisniveau sollte aber ein aufmerksamer Service selbstverständlich sein. Daran fehlte es leider. Wenn man Musik abspielt, sollte der Klank angenehm sein und nicht quäckig. Sonst lieber keine Musik. Wir werden es noch ein weiteres Mal versuchen in der Hoffnung, dass dann der Service besser ist.

Ein sehr schöner Gewölbe Raum zum Essen genießen. Das Buffet war lecker und die Bedienung nett und engagiert. Es war ein schöner Abend.

Gute solide Qualität..So meine erste Rezension... gestern an Weihnachten wieder dort. Na, ja ging so. Suppen gerade mal lauwarm... Hatte als Hauptgang -vegane Nudel-Bowl-. Alles was im tiefen Teller oder Schale serviert wird, heisst seit einiger Zeit ja überall -Bowl- . Ok, aber auch das Hauptgericht leider grenzwertig lauwarm. Temperatur warmer Gericht ist nun einmal ultra Basisanspruch für die Küche. Leider ein Reinfall. Personal wie immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren am 26.12 zum Essen da. Ich muss sagen das Ambiente und die Speisen waren sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln... Leider aber auch etwas kritisch Worte. Das Menü wurde leider so schnell nacheinander serviert das man bisschen das Gefühl bekommen hat zu gehen und zwar so schnell wie möglich. Unsere Suppe war vor den Getränken da. Aber ansonsten sehr angenehm wir werden wieder kommen.

Der Service hat nachgelassen , die Reservierung wurde nicht berücksichtigt, letztendlich doch den versprochenen Tisch den wir uns im November ausgesucht haben bekommen. Das Filet zum 3 Gänge Menü leider zäh. Wir werden wohl nicht mehr zum Essen kommen.

Das Weihnachtsfrühstück sollte ein würdiger Abschluss des Weihnachtsfestes werden und wurde zum Reinfall. Bei der Reservierung des Frühstücks, zum 26.12, wurde ich durch den Mitarbeiter nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Frühstück nicht im festlich geschmückten Lolal sondern im Saal stattfinden würde. Ich hatte mir sogar einen bestimmten Tisch ausgesucht. Stattdessen wurden wir in der 1. Etage in einen sehr grossen Saal geführt, in dem ansonsten wohl grosse Feiern gibt. Wir kamen uns zu zweit vor, wie in einem Wartesaal. Kein geschmückten Tisch, keinerlei Atmosphäre und eine Lautstärke wie im Bahnhof. Frühstück war gut, aber für 25 € pro Person eher gewöhnlich.Lachs ist ja heute nichts besonderes mehr. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass meine Beschwerde beim Inhaber eher abprallte als Ernst genommen wurde. Zweiter Besuch - zwei Reinfälle...nie wieder

Der Gewölbekeller ist ein stimmungsvoller Ort, der Service leider unterirdisch. Ich hatte Grünkohl satt bestellt, auf einen Kartoffelnachschlag und eine zweite Bregenwurst warte ich immer noch... Mit 23€ dann doch etwas teuer.

Wir waren heute Abend zum Essen dort und ich muss sagen, wir waren alle samt zufrieden! Das Ambiente ist total einladend und hat so eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Essen dort ist ein Genuss! Die Gerichte auf der Karte sind vielfältig und kreativ, da fällt die Entscheidung echt schwer. Ich habe mich für die Ente entschieden und es war einfach nur köstlich. Die Ente war perfekt gegart und die Beilagen einschließlich Hausgemachter Knödel, haben super dazu gepasst. Jeder Bissen war einfach lecker! Der Service war ebenfalls top! Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, sie haben sich um jeden Gast gekümmert. Die Bedienung war schnell und zuvorkommend ohne dabei die Freundlichkeit zu vernachlässigen. Man hat gemerkt, dass allesamt mit Leidenschaft bei der Arbeit sind. Die Getränkeauswahl war auch super. Lediglich das Bier konnte etwas kühler sein. Jedoch wurde nach Kritik durch uns sofort für kühlen Ersatz gesorgt. Alles in allem war unser Besuch in der Speisekammer sehr gut. Und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und nette Bedienung.

Wir waren heute Mittag da und es hat uns gut gefallen. Es hat alles gestimmt. Das Essen war vorzüglich, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente war urig und gemütlich.

Wir waren beim Alpen Buffet zur Adventszeit. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und der versprochene Glühwein wurde sofort überreicht. Bis dahin noch alles super. Als wir dann zu unseren Tisch begleitet wurden sah man schon das Buffet vor sich hin brutzeln. Es wurden uns die bestellten Getränke gebracht die uns ohne vorher eine Karte gegeben zu haben an den Tisch brachte. Unsere Cola und Apfelsaftschorle wurden in Senfgläser serviert ohne Eichstrich, das Glas war auch nur 1/3 voll und ich dachte okay Getränke sind wohl im Preis drin denn das ja wohl ein schlechter scherz aber nein das Glas mit dem Inhalt wo man nicht erkennen konnte wieviel das sein soll waren dann später auf der Rechnung 0,2l für 3 Euro gewesen, nach der Frage zum Eichstrich meinte die Kellnerin nur manche würden das so machen und sie könne mir zeigen wieviel sie ins Glas gegeben hat, hää? Das nenn ich einfach nicht Gastfreundlich und ich glaube da gibt es sogar Gesetze die das verbieten. Als wir dann zum Buffet gingen sah noch alles ganz gut soweit aus, es war alles ziemlich dunkel das man erraten musste was es sein könnte. Als wir dann mit dem Essen am Tisch saßen kam dann die Offenbarung was ich schon erahnt hatte, das Fleisch war kalt und Trocken weil es ohne Soße einfach da lag. Das Gulasch was eigentlich gut gewürzt schmeckte im war Nachgang leicht angebrannt. Das Zanderfilet war trocken wie Schuhsole und das Sauerkraut darunter war nicht weich gekocht sondern schmeckte wie aus der Dose mit Sahne vermischt. Das Brot war auf der Kruste so schwarz das man es nicht essen konnte sondern nur den inneren Teil. Der Nachtisch war auch wirklich nicht gut gemacht einfach nur Apfelkuchen der von außen auch schwarz war und man den Apfel erraten musste also billigste Qualität was man für Geld kaufen kann, also ganz im ernst das war wohl nix. Wir waren auch fast die ersten Gäste gewesen, die Gäste die nach uns gekommen sind haben mir richtig leid getan. Für unseren 10 Jährigen Sohn haben wir auch den vollen Preis von 37€ bezahlt und das auch überhaupt nicht Gastfreundlich. Der Raum war auch überhaupt nicht schön Weihnachtlich eingerichtet das hätte man viel eleganter lösen müssen. Im großen und ganzen wäre das Essen dem Preis gerecht geworden wenn das Essen eine bessere Qualität gehabt hätte, gute Köche sind halt schwer zu bekommen habe ich das Gefühl. Der Service war bemüht und aufmerksam. Der Weihnachtsmarkt vor der Tür war sehr schön.

Ich war das erste Mal da,das Ambiente ist wunderschön, das Essen sehr gut. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich aber genauer nach den Inhaltsstoffen fragen. Beim Dessert (ja,es war meine eigene Schuld) gab es Spekulatius-Tiramisu und ich hatte vergessen zu fragen, ob Kaffee drin ist. Als ich den Kellner beim Servieren danach fragte, nahm er den Teller sofort wieder zurück,und zwar so schnell, dass ich gar nicht sagen konnte, daß ich dann das dazugereichte Eis essen würde. Weil letztendlich habe ich es bezahlen müssen. Da hätte ich mehr Entgegenkommen erwartet. Aber wie gesagt,es war meine eigene Schuld. Ansonsten empfehle ich dieses Lokal.

Fantástico 🤩 El ambiente espectacular! Un sitio muy requintado y al mismo tiempo muy acogedor! Nos atendieron de inmediato y fueron super amables… incluso recomendaron algunos platos que eso se valora cuando no sabes hablar muy bien el aleman 😅🙃 Los platos muy bien confeccionados y bastante generosos 🥘, todos los platos con una insignia muy original y muy bien presentados! Un lugar perfecto para cualquier tipo de evento! Lo recomiendo mucho! Volveré 💪👏

Wir waren sonntags zum Brunch hier und waren einfach begeistert. Alles ganz frisch, die Brötchen noch warm. Das Rührei perfekt. Wir hatten den Platz vorne am Fenster. Die Nische war sehr gemütlich. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Guten Tag, das Restaurant hat eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Leider hatte die bestellte Kartoffelspecksuppe, so gar keine Ähnlichkeit mit einer Kartoffelspecksuppe. Man hatte eher den Eindruck, das es sich um ein lösliches Pulver handelte. Die Bedienung war auch noch extra in der Küche um zu probieren, sie teilte uns dann mit, das es sich um eine Kartoffelcremesuppe handelt ! Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn diese Kartoffelcremesuppe noch einmal vom Koch geprüft wird.

Hier gibt es noch viel Luft nach Oben. Wir waren auf Empfehlung von Freunden hier mit einer 10 köpfigen Gruppe zum Abendessen. Um es vorab zu sagen, der Service ist wirklich freundlich und aufmerksam, aber das ist eben nur ein Teil des Gesamtpaketes. Insgesamt war ich enttäuscht, weil aufgrund der Beschreibungen unserer Freunde hatte ich mehr erwartet. Also Vorspeise hatte ich die Wirtshaustapas gewählt. Was sich interessant anhörte, war am Ende leider wirklich nicht mehr als "okay". Die wirkliche Enttäuschung kam dann allerdings für mich bei den Rippchen vom Landschwein. Sowohl von der Größe der Portion, als auch vom Geschmack her war das wirklich schwach. Preis /Leistung waren hier enttäuschend. Weitere Dinge die leider negativ aufgefallen sind. Die Galloway-Kroketten bei den Wirtshaustapas kamen nachträglich. Zwei Essen waren ziemlich kalt. Beim Zander war die Portion Zander schon sehr klein, Ein Essen war falsch und daher musste eine Person dann leider auf sein Essen warten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist allerdings, das der abschließende Espresso auf Haus ging.

Schönes Restaurant mit kleiner Karte, gutem Essen und Defiziten beim Service / in der Organisation. Wir hatten über die App einen Tisch für zwei Personen zu unserem Jahrestag bestellt. Die Begrüßung war nicht unfreundlich, man fühlte sich aber auch nicht herzlich willkommen. Aufgrund des Ambientes und des Preisniveaus habe ich auch etwas höhere Ansprüche als in einfacheren Restaurants. Die erste Getränkebestellung wurde direkt aufgenommen, bei der zweiten mussten wir um Service bitten. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man uns z.B. einen Aperetif empfohlen hätte. Vorweg gab es vom Haus aus selbst gebackenes Brot mit Dip. Was es für ein Dip war blieb ein Geheimnis und wurde nicht erläutert. Es gibt ja auch Gäste mit Unverträglichkeiten bei Lebensmitteln. Auch auf spätere lobende Nachfrage, wurde erst nur von einem "Hausdip" gesprochen. Erst nach nochmaliger Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, dass es sich um Paprika-Dip gehandelt hat. Eine kleine Karte ist immer ein gutes Zeichen für eine frische Zubereitung. Wenn allerdings bei ca. 10 Hauptgerichten eines schon um 18:30 Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar ist, dann ist die Einschränkung natürlich eklatant. Wir konnten daher nicht die Nudel-Bowl bestellen und auch die vorab über die Homepage ausgewählten Gerichte waren nicht auf der Karte. Offensichtlich hat man die Karte im Restaurant geändert, aber die Karte auf der Homepage nicht aktualisiert. Wir bestellten jeweils die 1/2 Ente mit Beilagen und geschmacklich war hier alles in Ordnung. Ein später erschienener Nachbartisch schien dann aber auch die Ente nicht mehr bestellen zu können. Wir hatten eigentlich wegen anderer Gerichte das Lokal ausgewählt und waren daher etwas enttäuscht. Brot, Suppe und Hauptgang waren aber insgesamt gut, auch wenn uns immer das Gewisse Etwas gefehlt hat um unbedingt nochmal wieder zu kommen. Die anwesende Servicekraft für den Hauptraum war leider, aufgrund fehlender Unterstützung, überfordert und daher mussten wir weiteren Getränkebestellungen und auch dem Wunsch zum Zahlen hinterher laufen. Es gab noch weitere Gäste in Nebenräumen, daher konnten weitere Kräfte nicht aushelfen. Ich verstehe auch, dass Fachkräfte im Service schwer zu finden sind. Aber mit den gehobenen Preisen darf man auch erwarten, dass der Service besser ist als im Dorfkrug. Weiterhin viel Erfolg und vielleicht hilt die Kritik um sich noch steigern zu können.

Hoch qualitative Speisen in schönem Ambiente. Service freundlich, gut und schnell. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung von uns.

Das Oktoberfest war mehr als gelungen Es stimmte alles! Die Dekoration ansprechend und hübsch,die Musik einfach genial,der Servis freundlich und nett,die Biere kalt,voll und zu erschwinglichen Preisen,das Essen lecker,was will man mehr.Leider war die Resonanz nicht so groß, wie Sie sich es gewünscht und sicher auch erwartet haben Trotzdem haben Sie es geschafft,eine tolle Stimmung den ganzen Abend zu verbreiten. Wir waren heute zum Geburtstag Frühstück eingeladen, alles sauber, Brötchen viel zu klein, Messer zu stumpf konnte man die ungünstigschlecht mit auf schneiden. Das Büfett war ungünstig aufgebaut. Kann noch besser werden

Anlässlich meines Geburtstages waren wir mit 9 Personen zum Essen in der Speisekammer - Achim es war super lecker, mehr als reichlich und wir hatten einen schönen Abend bei Dir und dem Team der Speisekammer Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür ….👍

Ein rundum gelungener Abend mit köstlichem Essen, super Service und gemütliches Ambiente.Mein absolutes Highlight war der Kaiserschmarrn. Unglaublich fluffig und unglaublich köstlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Neues Lokal in bekanntem Ambiente des Stadtkaters. Der Service ist beispielhaft gut; sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen ist in Ordnung aber leider nicht mehr.

TipTop! - Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Wir hoffen, wir haben Sie mit der Kürze der Rezension nicht gekränkt. Wie Sie den Medien entnehmen können, gibt es im Moment wichtige Dinge zu tun, die keine Zeit mehr haben, aufgeschoben zu werden.

Dem Anspruch, gute Küche mit regionalen Zutaten anzubieten, wird die Speisekammer leider nur gerade so gerecht. Die Lage (Ratskeller) ist halt attraktiv, man hat genug Laufkundschaft - da muss man keinen großen Wert darauf legen, dass Kunden wegen des GUTEN Essens wiederkommen ... Aber im Detail: Im Internet und in der Presse wirbt der Betreiber damit, regionale Zutaten hochwertig zu verarbeiten. Auf der Karte vor Ort und im Restaurant selbst findet man dann keinerlei Hinweise mehr auf die Herkünfte der Zutaten (was eben leider Zweifel erweckt). Die Karte ist knapp, aber in Ordnung, jedes von uns getestete Essen war OK, aber keinesfalls "richtig gut". Dazu fehlte bei jedem einfach das i-Tüpfelchen: Beispielsweise gibt es einen "Wirtshaussalat" mit oder ohne Zulage (Lachs, Ziegenkäse). Der Salat wird aber immer mit derselben super-simplen Joghurt-Sauce servicert, die ÜBERHAUPT NICHT zum Lachs passt. Die Sauce geht zudem im Sauerkrautsaft teilweise unter (schmeckt zwar OK, ist aber einfach nur zusammengeworfen). Der Fisch verdient entweder etwas richtig Fruchtiges - oder hochwertigen Essig und erstklassiges Öl. "Erstklassig" ist hier aber KEINE Zutat, leider. So wirkt der Salat, aber leider auch der Rest, einfach nur "mal eben zusammengepackt". Anderes Beispiel: Der "Burger". Eine "Laugensemmel" (die nach überhaupt gar nichts schmeckt) mit winzig-mikroskopisch kleinen Leberkässtückchen, einem viertel Salatblatt und einem Achtel Spiegelei. Man kann den Inhalt des Burgers wegen der irre kleinen Menge nicht gegen den Nullgeschmack des Brötchens bewerten. Die Chips (breite Pommes) sind nicht RICHTIG frittiert (gute Chips sind außen kross und ganz innen weich, diese sind Deutsch-Restaurant-typisch einfach nur wabbel-weich). Kurz: Alles essbar, preislich gerade noch hinnehmbar, aber nichts wirklich gelungen. Eine gigantisch große Weinkarte, gefühlt doppelt so umfangreich wie diese Speisekarte - aber NULL (in Ziffern: 00000) Ahnung von Wein beim Personal (sehr, sehr junge Mädchen, super nett und mega-bemüht, leider aber eben ohne die notwendige Ausbilung). Einen Wein mit Korken haben wir zurückgehen lassen, der "Küchenchef" habe gegenüber der neuen Flasche (bei der alles OK war) keinen Unterschied geschmeckt. Muss er ja nicht, dazu hat man normalerweise jemanden, der sich mit Wein auskennt (und das muss nicht der Küchenchef sein). Bier: Null-Acht-Fuffzehn Köpi, NICHT korrekt temperiert am Tisch. Lohnt nicht fürs Bier, da fehlt das Fachwissen (aber bei Industriebier braucht man außer einer gekühlten Zapfanlage auch nicht viel). Insgesamt: Nett, freundlich, preislich OK, Essen nicht zum Wiederkommen geeignet, weil schlicht und einfach nicht gut genug.
