Spectacular Ramen! We were able to get a table for 2 without a reservation, although reservations are recommended as it is always full.

Atmosphere could be improved as they played really loud mainstream music when I dined in. I could hardly concentrate on my ramen and wanted to finish as soon as possible to get out of here. The fish broth was too fishy and not elegant, instead of tasting the depths of flavor of the broth, all I tasted was the fishiness. Overall edible but it was not good enough. The additional yuzu could be more fine as it can easily becomes very pungent in mouth if the yuzu pieces are too thick. Same goes to the scallions, the experience would be a lot better if they were more thinly chopped. Chashu was well cooked and the noodle was good.

I chose the very spicy ramen without fear and it was an excellent choice! However, I wanted soup, but the noodles took over, so I couldn't eat much in the end. You can use the various sauces provided to suit your individual taste. Everything is at the right level except for the strong saltiness. I'm glad I chose it for lunch.

I ordered the ramen on top, but it was a bit salty, but I enjoyed it... The taste of the meat wasn't that great. It would have been nice if there was an egg on top, but it's a shame... The review said to eat tonkotsu ramen, so I asked if it was okay, but it said no.

Atmosphere like a fast food joint… the price is a bit too high for that. The ramen liquid here is quite thick, more like peanut sauce, and very salty. You shouldn't take more than an hour to eat and then leave. Ordering and payment is all via the app. Even though you had paid via Paypal, he wanted to collect in cash again... a bit confusing but good, you can try it out.

I came here a few times when it first opened and it wasn't my taste at the time, but now the level of perfection has improved and I think it's the best ramen restaurant in Frankfurt. In particular, the quality of the cotton is the best. However, the meat that I use now to make chashu has a foul smell, so I wish I could change the business that receives the meat or change only the chashu meat to pork belly.🥹

First of all, I really love ramen and I eat ramen all over the world. However, for the portion and quality here I was a bit disappointed and shocked…The portion is too little for the price…And the taste is also a bit unusual.

We went to tried Ramen and it didn’t disappoint. Reservation is recommended if going in larger groups. We walked in and a table for 2 was available near the entrance. Food and service was good and fast service

Es war sehr gut, vor allem perfekt zum Mittagessen. Das essen kam sehr schnell und hatte eine perfekte Temperatur. Mir persönlich hat irgendwas gefehlt. Ansonsten würde ich sagen, sehr gute ramen. Ich werde die anderen Gerichte auch noch probieren.

We tried some appetizers and a portion of ramen and loved it. Everything was super tasty and the portion was perfectly fine. Soup spoons and chopsticks are available at the table itself, but you can also get a fork if you ask. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating. Since we only had one main course, we were given a smaller bowl so we could share the soup.

Authentic ramen with rich savory broth here! The place is hidden in some sketchy streets close to the central station but is definitely worth the visit. The ramen we tried were all impressive with their broth - silky, thick and pleasantly flavorful. The amount and the quality we got for the price was amazing! As a cook bonus, each order also gets some kimchi - super crunchy and refreshingly spicy

Super tasty and authentic ramen restaurant!

Frankfurt is one of the fiercest ramen battlegrounds in Germany. Sorihashiya is a new store that sells "rich chicken paitan". The recommended dish is ``GYOKAI RAMEN'' (rich seafood and chicken soup). The taste is exactly like ``rich white water seafood flavor'', rich and punchy. The soup was less salty and easier to eat than in Japan. The noodles are homemade, and the noodles are just like Japanese noodles. The quality of the char siu is also hard to believe that it was made in Germany. Wow, has German ramen come this far? I was overwhelmed with emotion. I am also deeply moved by the fact that GYOKAI (seafood) can now be eaten in Germany. I thought it would have been great if there was some kind of "Germany" in here. Since it's a German ramen shop, if there was something that made it feel like Germany, it would have been the best of the best.

I tried ramen there for the first time and it's just damn awesome!

Went there for the first time today. Small restaurant with about 20 seats. These were always fully occupied. You have about 1 hour to order and eat. Ordering is done via QR code, which is super relaxing and practical. We all really enjoyed the food too. You can expect around €22 per person. So really great value for money. I can really make a recommendation here.

Worst ramen ever. It was very very salty I could not even finish it. I rather eat instant noodle. To be honest, Japanese guy here was very kind and nice but food was terrible. Maybe food is localized, then it is not authentic.

Authentic ramen in Frankfurt. Broth based on chicken and fish. The tsukemen are my favorite. Only the surrounding train station district is not very inviting.

Very authentic little shop. Be sure to reserve in advance via the homepage. The residence time is then an hour, but that's enough. Food tastes TOP! Ambience too, exactly like in Japan, you completely forget that you are in Germany.

Since my trip to Japan, I've been a big fan of Japanese cuisine, and especially ramen. Here at Sorihashiya I was completely amazed by both the food and the ambience. At the small table you can choose from small appetizers as well as delicious ramen. For starters we had vegetarian gyoza and kimchi. Both starters really tasted sensational and were the perfect starter. For the main course, I ordered the classic ramen, which is characterized by a thick broth (chicken base). The ramen broth tasted very rich and was really outstanding overall. The egg, pork and noodles were also outstanding. Overall I was really very satisfied. Please note: 1. I would definitely make a reservation. This can easily be done via Google. It gets relatively crowded here, especially in the evenings and even during the week. 2. Tables are intended for one hour. After this hour, the waitress kindly reminds you to come to the end. I also experienced this in Japan and I can completely understand it for a store of this size. If you're looking for long evenings where you can stay late, you might want to look elsewhere. As I said, I think it's absolutely justified, and given the speed at which the food is on the table, an hour is more than enough time.

Ramen very very tasty. The shop is a bit small, but still cozy. However, if you want to eat there on a Saturday or Friday evening, you should make a reservation. It is very popular due to the delicious food.

I call myself the Ramen police and I rate this place a 5/5. This noodle dish transported me back to Shibuya where I had my first Ramen in Japan. The creaminess and umami flavor were so good. The staff was so friendly like I would come back just to see them again because they were sooo friendly. I am not exaggerating, I swear!

This place is on my top 3 ramen place in Frankfurt. The taste is authentic and subtle. And the order is so easy since you can order and pay from your phone. In case you go here during peak hours, I suggest to reserve beforehand as the seats are limited.

Nog your average ramen place. If you’re tired of the typical miso/shoyu ramen you can find everywhere, this is a good place to try somthing new. Their fish-based rich broth will make you enjoy ramen or tsukumen in a different and delicious way! Quick service (it wasn’t too busy, around 17h) and you can order/pay online. The only point for them to consider would be serving the tsukumen noodels a bit warmer, so the booth doesn’t get that cold towards the end. Still…My mouth is watering while writing this review 🤤

We were 5 friends who were on vacation and decided to stop by a Ramen place during our stay in Frankfurt. We chose this place because of its good rating and, indeed, it is well deserved. We all ordered different Ramen bowls and they were all very good. I, personally, ordered the spicy ramen 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and for me it was the best spicy ramen I have ever had. The gyozas are incredibly good too. For dessert we ordered Mochis which we also loved. Needless to say, the service was very friendly and approachable. Completely recommended.

Delicious authentic ramen restaurant run by a very nice Japanese man. Because of the small size, we had to wait a few minutes for a seat to become available, but the food came extremely quickly within 3 minutes of ordering. That's what I call fast food in the best sense of the word! The gyokai ramen has a rich taste with a clear fish content. We were very satisfied and would like to come back.

The noodles are very good and you can tell they are handmade. The soup base could be made closer and richer in flavor, but it doesn’t feel fragrant or integrated enough.

Small but absolutely great authentic ramen restaurant. It gets crowded quickly, especially in the evenings, which is why it is probably more suitable for small groups. The order is placed via a website, optionally you can also pay directly when ordering. In any case, the vegan miso goma ramen is hard to recommend. :D

Koreans, if you like soup, don't choose Umakara Ramen. I recommend Tonkotsu. It's incredibly salty

We were really excited about trying this place but unfortunately, it is a place we won’t go back to. We arrived and although we made a reservation, they didn’t have a table reserved for us. We had a baby and the only table available for our group was one with high bar stools and a high table. Parents know that’s tough with a wiggly two-year-old. We placed our orders and when we got our orders, we all questioned how the restaurant got such high reviews. The broth was so thick for the four types of ramen we had. Someone mentioned it was like ramen with broth the thickness of Alfredo sauce. The portions were small for the price we paid. The ramen barely had toppings, which was also very disappointing. One person in our party ordered extra everything. Chasu was very bland. Wished it came with ramen eggs. It seemed as if you had to pay separately for everything. The gyoza wasn’t made well either-floppy for some reason.

This evening we drove from Darmstadt to Frankfurt because we really wanted to try the ramen. The restaurant is very small and unfortunately you will always bump into people because the aisles between the seats are very narrow. Before our trip, I called specifically to find out whether dogs were allowed. While I was formulating the question, I suddenly hung up. So we left him at home, which was the right decision, especially considering the limited space. The size of the starters is quite small for the price (on average 4 euros) and the choice of vegetarian main courses is limited to one. The vegetarian gyoza are relatively soft and not very aromatic. After eating less than half of my ramen (15 euros), I asked to get the rest to go. A few minutes later, the service staff (all of whom had a lower level of German) came back with a very small portion of unsalted edamame in the take away container with the excuse that they had thrown away my food. Of course, the 15 euros were still charged beforehand and were not refunded. Unfortunately, the homemade lemonade is also far too sweet and is served without ice, which quickly makes it warm and sticky. Unfortunately, I'm super disappointed with the experience as the ramen itself was delicious and traditional. After the entire evening, I would not recommend a visit and would rather recommend other locations in Frankfurt
