Service was good, but unfortunately Chashu was cold and Ramen soup lukewarm. A little bit too crowded so slightly difficult to relax. Taste itself was very good, but all in all just slightly overpriced.

The food was quite tasty, but unfortunately there was only one ramen option without miso. I can only give it one star, as we got food poisoning from it.

The best ramen I've ever eaten in my life. I eat vegan ramen, and it's often tasteless; this time, it was excellent. The only downside we've found is that no one speaks much English everywhere, but they understand allergies, etc.

The food was delicious no matter waiting period was longer. We were four people from the same company and went there considering they are accepting food voucher and they do. But they accepted only for one person although we were 4 individuals. So based on their logic, we all would order for 4 different tables to use our vouchers. I went to Ramen Jun Red and found the ramen generally good, but I was expecting a bit more. I've had better ramen in Frankfurt for about 30% less. Nevertheless, they're by no means bad – on the contrary, the quality is really good, just not quite top-notch for me personally. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. The karaage chicken, however, was really delicious and very tender, definitely recommended. The service was also very friendly and attentive.

I ordered a spicy miso ramen. It was very salty, but I ate it anyway. I don't know if it's supposed to be that salty, but it was borderline. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

It's delicious. It's a solid Japanese-style ramen. The selection seems to be centered around miso-based ramen. It's within walking distance of the Römerberg and the cathedral, and the flavor is guaranteed.

However, the servers aren't very attentive, as a couple who didn't want to wait cut in front of us and walked right into the restaurant. We ate here today and, unfortunately, the food didn't impress us. The broth was quite bland – it clearly lacked seasoning, salt, or overall depth of flavor. The noodles also barely absorbed any of the broth's flavor. We're from Düsseldorf and are used to a completely different quality and flavor intensity from Takumi – unfortunately, this is no comparison. However, we would like to highlight the friendly service and the truly beautifully designed shop. We had vegetarian food (as we do at Takumi), but unfortunately, the taste didn't live up to our expectations.

The serving is quite large and filling appropriate for the price. The staff were also attentive and accommodating. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen. I would have liked to have it packed with a more savory flavor. It felt like some flavor was missing compared to the other ramen I have tried before and it could be a bit more spicy. I like the bar seats as they look so aesthetic and feels more authentic for a Japanese experience. They also have full table layouts for groups. The queue outside starts to get longer by dinner time so be prepared to wait in line to be seated. They also have a toilet for customers. This is good considering most public toilets need payment in Europe.

Ramen is currently my favorite food, and this place serves it generously and deliciously. The staff were also extremely friendly. One thing to keep in mind is that you might end up a bit sweaty and less glamorous after the meal, since the temperature inside was quite warm. A bit anonymous but still cozy. Gyozas were good and karaage really good! We had a regular ramen and a spicy seafood ramen, i belive they got the spiciness turned around or it was depending on the broth? Both were good though!

I can’t believe how bad this restaurant got. Food sucks noodles are super salty and greasy, soups were way too hot when it was served. Then the service sucks even more. It’s been super rainy today, and we arrived 20mins before the opening time, we asked if we can sit at the desk outside waiting for the restaurant to open, and we got rejected because the waitress “was busy preparing‘. I really couldn’t believe why such spontaneous convenience is so hard to be given to customers? Simply because she’s busy, so we have to be waiting in the rain? I observed it later, outside desk doesn’t disturb her from preparing anything. So…super confused and disappointed!

They have indoor, outdoor and seating areas in front of the "bar". The ramen was nice. We ordered a spicy vegetarian Ramen with tofu and we got a ramen that was spicy but they didn't go overboard with just the hot spice which is kind of nice. I lived in Asia for 6 years and went with an Asian friend, both of us heard good things about the place and we arrived with high expectations. People queued up quite a bit but honestly the food didn’t justify it at all. Mediocre ramen at best, there was nothing special about it. Authenticity differs when you leave Asia, sure thing, though I also used to live in Düsseldorf for a few years and you simply can’t compare any place in Düsseldorf to Jun Red. We sat outside and it was really noisy (obviously not the restaurant’s fault), the waiter wasn’t really able to check on us, partly also because the place simply was too busy - someone please explain the hype

A Japanese-run ramen restaurant. It's a chain with its origins in Japan. The selection is limited, but what's on the menu tastes excellent. The emphasis here is on quality over quantity. The seafood miso ramen tasted great with a pleasant spiciness. The ramen here costs a bit more than at other places, but you won't be disappointed. The ambiance isn't really my cup of tea, but that's beside the point. Highly recommended

The spicy ramen was truly delicious! However, if you're really hungry, you should get the large portion, otherwise you won't feel full. What I missed was beef on the menu. I'm not a pork fan, so I had to get the chicken ramen. Beef, as I'm used to from other ramens, wasn't on the menu, which surprised me a bit.

Our first ramen experience – and what a one! My wife and I tried ramen for the first time that day - and we couldn't have asked for a better place to do it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was modern and cozy at the same time. The service? Simply great! Three young employees, attentive, warm and very approachable. We would particularly like to emphasize how professionally and friendly they responded to a small misunderstanding: Instead of the vegetarian version, my wife was accidentally served one with meat - but it was replaced immediately without discussion. And most importantly: The ramen was incredibly delicious – aromatic, fresh and perfectly balanced. We'll definitely be back!

In January we went to Ramen Red Jun as a group of four and luckily we had a reservation. There were various things on the table as a starter, they were all good, especially the karaage. The ramen was incredibly tasty, very creamy and perfectly balanced in taste. I was really crazy about the broth. The store was extremely busy but the wait for drinks and food was okay. Only after the main course was the service a little overwhelmed. I actually wanted to have the card again but the waitress forgot. We then paid because a large group came next to us and because of an additional dessert it would have taken too long for us. The toilets could have been maintained a little better I can definitely recommend the shop, but I would always make a reservation.

It was 5 degrees outside and the whole terrace and door were open, people were covering themselves with their coats. We told them to please close it but they didn't want to because the food was good but it took a while.

Due to its central location and popularity, the restaurant is very busy, so much so that you have to wait in a queue, especially at peak times and on weekends. I was invited to dinner in the evening. The service and food were really good. I'm not usually a fan of ramen. The selection is really tasty and the ramen was very plentiful. The restaurant was actually too loud for a cozy evening and long entertainment. The restaurant was full so you should probably make a reservation if you really want to eat there. Otherwise I was very happy with the process. The food came quite quickly and there were no complications. The young people know what they are doing. Everything seems very professional. Only the ambience seems a bit like a waiting room. But that is probably due to the Asian atmosphere. If I were in town again and wanted something quick to eat, I would probably go there again. If I wanted to eat somewhere with friends, I would probably choose another restaurant.

First you have to say, the ramen is great, very tasty, aromatic, really great! A bit pricey, but you have to pay for quality, that's okay. In service, well. I stood in front of the door, the restaurant inside was half full, I was the only one outside. At some point you naturally ask yourself whether anyone inside knows that someone is waiting outside? So I went in after 2 or 3 minutes, but was then rigorously asked to please wait outside the door. Of course I went out again, the funny thing is, the lady who asked me to go went with me! Only to be taken back inside the second I stood outside. This school-like discipline has an aftertaste somewhere between nonsense and arrogance and reduces the appetite. Feel free to introduce rules if they make sense (e.g. if it's really full outside and inside), but the manager should still train the staff to apply them sensibly (e.g. tell the customer "normally please wait outside, but this is where it is right now "Eh empty, feel free to come").

Someone showed up at the closed restaurant to honor a reservation they couldn't cancel because they couldn't reach me. They offered a booking at their other restaurant and even added a voucher on top. This is how you get a customer for life

Miso ramen 🍜 It’s really delicious. The service and taste are both good, but it would be nice if a little more attention was paid to the interior. I think it would be perfect if the kitchen and windows were separated with something like plastic, and the lights and tables were all in a mess. If only the interior were improved, it would be perfect.

Afterwards I had to vomit and still have stomach pains for 4 hours now.
