A small, elegant self-service cafe and a lovely place to linger, whether for an afternoon coffee or to watch the sunset in the evening.

From here you can see the entire Chiemsee. There's coffee, cake, light snacks, beer, shandy, and a French fry vending machine. Ample parking is available across the street.

If you're traveling by motorcycle and Kupfermühle is full, you can get excellent coffee here. The double espresso was fantastic, the price was perfect, and the lady was very friendly. Lovely terrace overlooking the lake!

We were there for six days and ate five times. The food was always freshly prepared and tasted great. The hostess was very friendly. We'll be back if we get the chance. We're guests from Dortmund.

There used to be more of a vibe and a real beach feeling. That's a bit lacking these days. The view and our Chiemsee are, of course, amazing.

Great kiosk on the bike path, we always stop here when we cycle past. The place right on the lake with the wonderful view is priceless. The staff is super nice and friendly, top price/performance. It would be great if you could pay by card and not just cash.

It's just wonderful to sit here by the lake, enjoy a drink or something delicious to eat. The service is pretty quick and there is a large selection of drinks.

The peanuts were good and cheap, but we found it rather nice and friendly☺️. Nice peaceful atmosphere, delicious light beer from the Hofbräuhaus Traunstein, great view over the lake towards the sunset and a few lively dogs, you'll be happy to come back👍🏻.

Best pizza from the cart, drinks to match the unique ambience. Waiting for the pizza makes the experience at the lake worth it, especially at sunset. Nov.24: Pizza is available from the vending machine during the winter season - tastes surprisingly good, almost like it comes from a pizza maker (only the veg. fungi are missing!). The alcohol-free Mojoto is excellent.

Came without a reservation and was lucky to get a table. The food was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was TOP. A lot of it comes from your own garden.

After only giving one star in July because the sun deck was closed in season and when the weather was good, I would now like to increase it to 4. The day it was closed seems to have been an isolated incident and otherwise I always like being there. You will always receive friendly service, no matter how busy it is, and I find the food and drink selection to be completely sufficient. It's also nice that the prices have remained down to earth, compared to many others in Chieming. Since I am a "local", I will often enjoy the great service and the beautiful view.

The menu is now very limited and thinned out, the fries are available from the machine. A few years ago things seemed to be going better here. The cocktail menu is large. It's a shame in such a wonderful location.

We were passing through and stopped for a drink. There was parking space for mopeds within sight, and there were also little things to eat. Ambiance was good and the view of the lake was great.

Super chill view. You can pass the time for an hour and enjoy a good coffee.

Great location. Without these there would probably be significantly fewer guests. Service very slow. We waited 20 minutes for toasts. And that even though only 3 tables were occupied... how long does it take if the shop is full?

Great atmosphere at sunset - a half in your hand and a view of the Kampenwand ;-)... In terms of food, well, sometimes pizza carts in front of the door, not much - there are no plugs for the kids and the staff quickly gets stressed out at the serving station , but the view and the beach with mountain views - perfect for chilling out.

It will always be a special place for us. We ended our wedding there (it was a very nice August evening with a beautiful sunset, even though it was a few years ago)

Opening times are incorrect, currently closed 12-2023. But you can enjoy great sunsets nearby.

Superschöne Aussicht und sehr nette Leute! Leider wenig Auswahl beim Essen, Toasts waren i.O. Aber mehr auch nicht.

Sehr schönes Sonnendeck direkt am See. Burger waren klein aber aber lecker und frisch zubereitet. Selbstbedienung für den Außenbereich.

Wunderschöne Gaststätte direkt am Chiemsee mit traumhafter Aussicht. Es gibt Sitzplätze im Innen- und Außenbereich. Auch mit dem Rollstuhl gut zugänglich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Semplice, ma ottimo posto per mangiare o bere qualcosa direttamente al lago. Caffè buono, personale cortese, bagni puliti, hanno parcheggio solo per invalidità, ma di fronte c'è un parcheggio a pagamento. Consiglio.

Das Sonnendeck entspricht seinem Namen voll. Der kleine Selbstbedienungskiosk liegt toll am See mit einem Badestrand davor und reichlich Tischen. Die Damen im Service sind sehr engagiert und freundlich. Leider nehmen sie nur Barzahlung (eine deutsche Krankheit). Ich hatte Kaffee, Kuchen und eine Schorle. Leider war die Schorle sehr süß und der Kuchen hatte Potential nach oben. Der Kaffee ist von der Rösterei Dinzler. Ich weiß, dass viele diese Marke sehr schätzen. Für mich ist er aber zu bitter und hat zu wenig Aroma. Weil aber die meisten Kaffee in Form von Milchshake mit Milch und Zucker zu sich nehmen, merken sie es wahrscheinlich nicht. Trotzdem, eine Einkehr hier ist empfehlenswert und die Preise vernünftig

Ein hübsches kleines Stück am Strand. Nette Bedienung und ausreichend Auswahl. Ist nur etwas laut, da man die Straße permanent hört.

Essen und Service kann ich nicht bewerten da wir nur etwas getrunken haben und dort Selbstbedienung angesagt ist. Die Location ist aber super für einen Sundowner am See und das Angebot sollte jeden zufriedenstellen.

Wunderschön direkt am Chiemsee gelegen. Selbstbedienung, lockere Atmosphäre, Preise für die Lage moderat, netter Service. Es gibt auch was zu Essen, aber wir haben nur etwas getrunken und die Aussicht genossen. (Daher kann ich zum Essen nichts sagen.) Man kann von dem Lokal aus direkt am Strand spazieren gehen. Toll!

Beeindruckende Stimmung* Vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang

Wir waren bei einer Radrundfahrt spontan hier um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und trinken und hatten mittags einen schönen Platz mit Seeblick. Der Cappuccino und der Toast waren gut und man konnte den Ausblick genießen. Die Auswahl ist nur auf eine kleine Auswahl von Snacks beschränkt , war aber für unsere Zwecke vollkommen in Ordnung.

Sehr cooler Platz direkt am Chiemsee. Schön die Sonnenuntergänge von hier aus zu erleben. Essen, Kuchen und Getränke sind Ok.

Genial: ein Burger"restaurant" wo es keine Burger gibt. Auf diese Geschäftsidee muss man ersteinmal kommen.

Ein Burgerladen ohne Burger. Was soll das? Und freundlich mit bachfragenden Kunden umzugehen geht überall besser. Mein Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert.

Leider auf das Minimum herunter gefahren. Pommesautomat. Schlimm. Trotzdem voll, da die Lage direkt an der Straße mit Sonnenuntergang
