Best pizzeria in Kassel! I've eaten at Solo several times and it's always been delicious. In addition to the beautiful ambience, the service is really great (the food comes quickly and the manager is very friendly and attentive). I can only recommend the solo.

Well, unfortunately I'm disappointed, but the sanitary facilities are super clean, although I was there at 11:30.

The pizza dough is unsurpassed, but the toppings are unfortunately a bit weak in taste. Unfortunately, a different wine was brought to me than what I ordered. The dessert we ordered only came after we asked twice. Despite the circumstances, I would recommend eating there once.

Pizza great, prices just okay, pasta delicious, but pasta portions far too small. Here, not even two portions are enough to fill you up. Dessert was okay, the elderflower cream was too yoghurt-heavy for us. Otherwise we would have liked a larger and more varied selection of drinks.

Best vegan pizza without cheese that I know. Super aromatic dough, delicious ingredients. All in all very consistent. You don't feel like anything is missing.

Very friendly and my pizza came very quickly. At first I thought "wow", but then halfway through I realized that some of the dough was still raw. That shouldn't happen.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough didn't taste good at all. It was also far too soft and partly burnt. In the middle there was almost no soil left under the surface. The edge was also way too big. The whole pizza didn't taste good and was also expensive. I will never eat here again.

Here you will find exceptional dishes, including plenty for vegetarians. Really delicious. You can sit outside or inside. It's very warm inside. The staff is very friendly. You don't have to wait long for your food. We'd love to come back.

As a random customer who was hungry, we were amazed at the unusual compositions with fresh herbs and selected ingredients. Dishes: plentiful and tasty 5 stars. Drinks 4 stars, that could be better. Service is top, the running around of six waiters is a bit annoying. Still 5 stars, we would come again.

A good pizza for Kassel conditions! (Unfortunately the edge was a bit raw several times) In other cities (e.g. Cologne) it would be rather mediocre! (Don't get me wrong, but Kassel unfortunately has a lot of catching up to do when it comes to culinary delights!) I think the antipasti was great, really tasty and well chosen!

The solo restaurant is wonderful, great food, small menu, but everything is super tasty!!! The staff very friendly and very polite! Salvatore is very friendly and accommodating and always makes it possible to find a space!!! We always feel very comfortable here and are usually there for dinner every 14 days!!!! By the way, my son loves the pizzas!!! We come from NRW and always like to take a look!

You can't be sure that the food will be good when you go here, sometimes you get an actually good pizza, sometimes you get a charred coal of a pizza, tasteless and stale. Who wants to eat in a place where you can't be sure that you're paying for something tasty? Inattentive, uncaring service, the only good thing about it is it's rather quick.

We used to really enjoy coming here, but we've been really dissatisfied several times now and won't go back. The pizza was burnt black in places and the service, even though there wasn't a lot going on, took a long time to come to the table and seemed annoyed. Too bad.

Been incredibly disappointed! The waiter was a bit unfriendly but ok, it happens sometimes, pasta was a real disaster and antipasti too. The money was such a shame for us, apparently you can only order pizza there. But the location and ambience are great!

I personally didn't really like the food but the rest of us did 🤷🏼‍♂️ The service was nice and we could even share some laughs. The only thing fundamentally wrong was how hot it was inside. It wasn't cold outside either but not as hot. They could at least cool it so you can comfortably spend some hours at this place. It feels a little off to still give 5 stars considering the severe temperature problem you suffer inside of the restaurant. But having no problems with the staff and there also being seats outside I feel just fine doing this. When coming back I wish this problem to be solved.

Here you can get very unconventional pizzas. SOLO is an outstandingly good Italian restaurant. There is a manageable selection, but very good classics and unusual ingredients. The dough for the stone oven pizza is particularly delicious and fluffy. The interior of the restaurant is very chic. You can also sit comfortably outside. Best pizzeria where there is in Kassel. We recommend the pizza with potatoes and apple. So I ordered them and my taste buds were delighted.

A rather simply furnished Italian restaurant, but it has a lot to offer. Here you get 100 percent organic food, from pepper to meat, from tomatoes to pasta, from meat to cheese. And the two times we were there it was incredibly delicious. One day we had the best lasagna we've ever eaten out, and the other day we had penne with cream sauce, mushrooms and ham plus salad. Really good - classic, calm without any escapades, you have to be able to do that first. And the great thing: it's not even expensive - especially when you consider that it's 100 percent organic. The restaurant is rather simple, everything is nice and clean. Only the one gentleman who served us these two days was a bit stuffy. As if he would rather have a vacation. It was friendly in itself, but somehow his mind was somewhere else. Nevertheless: if you want to have a good Italian meal in Kassel, then please come here.

We enjoy going solo regularly and very much. The food is exceptional and delicious, the pizza is No. 1 in Kassel. The espresso at the end is worth it!

What can I say - I'm a fan! I can't understand the occasional bad reviews. Everything was always ok with us and the staff is always friendly. And if something gets lost in the hustle and bustle or takes longer... ...live and let live! The store is always busy and many are repeat visitors. So Team Solo seems to be doing something right after all... And when the temperatures get warmer, it's a great spot to enjoy the evening "on the street".

30€ for two carelessly prepared pizzas. Great oven, the guy standing in front of it just seems to have no idea what he's doing. Raw on the top, black on the bottom and every cook does it better after a week of practice. Pizza hasn't risen properly and then they try to hide the inability to do so with a lot of dough on the edge. Ingredient selection average. Waiter can't change €50. All in all a straight 6 for the price.

After we had dinner with several people on site for our birthday and waited over 2 hours for the pizza, which unfortunately wasn't cooked yet and was completely soggy, we had to discuss it with the service and the chef. The pizza was inedible. Two years ago this was my favorite restaurant, but now I wouldn't even eat here if I was given it as a gift. Absolutely not recommended. Please consider your concept or get tips from people who can actually make pizza.

Service is an absolute disaster! The waiter, an older gentleman, is very aggressive and cheeky. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant!!!! Food is good, but I'll never go there again. Discriminatory comments towards my girlfriend. You are simply speechless at this moment!!!!! Would fire this waiter immediately!!!

For 11.50 it would be really cool if the pizza wasn't completely burnt. The staff should have noticed the hole and the black edge.

DISASTERFUL food, the first vegan pizza came with tuna, not cooked on top and burnt on the bottom. Was swapped. The second vegan pizza came with the bottom again burnt and half-cooked on top. Distinct dough flavor. It was quite a struggle to even get the food swapped, so no more third attempts. The service person was pretty aggressive. Nice interior but way too loud. People barely understand each other.

The store was well stocked, but everything was running smoothly. The pizza was on point and the service was friendly. Always a pleasure! ;) keep it up! #bestpizzamarinara

We've been here several times now and I have to say that I've had the best pizza I've ever had here. Consistently good quality, nice service and great location. We'd love to come back!

Such incompetent service, I never knew that from Solo. Younger new colleague, was really nice, but only came to us after 15 minutes, accepted the drinks and wanted to get someone to eat. Nobody came, one of the older waiters was standing at the entrance, we look at him and obviously give him the signal that we've been waiting for a long time, he comes to us and says girls, this isn't a McDonalds here. I've never heard anything so cheeky when I just wanted to order food. And then delivered a heartless service. Food was delicious as always.

We enjoy being here often. Very dedicated and friendly service. Delicious food at really fair prices. Anyone looking for something to complain about here will also find a detail. If you are looking for good food in a warm atmosphere, you will definitely find much more. I absolutely cannot understand the isolated criticism of the service. Everything is possible here. Great service, best pizza in town! We received our pizza very quickly and were thrilled! The airy dough even makes the edge perfectly edible. We were even able to enjoy the sunset outside. Definitely a clear recommendation for anyone who is looking for a very special pizza.

The pizzas are anything but Napoletana. Dough is neither crispy nor fluffy and doesn't even have any bubbles when cut. I'm really not fussy about pizzas because I even like the ones at the Dönermann for €8, but for the price you can expect a reasonable, authentic pizza and anyone who praises themselves with Napoletana in their name should also deliver. Food solid 3/10. in short, more appearance than reality. Ambiance was nice but that was it. Pizza dough, however, was a total glitch.

Very tasty pizza and salad. Unfortunately there is a point deduction due to the service. While I'm eating and sitting comfortably with the family, I don't feel like listening to insults being shouted non-stop in Italian towards the kitchen/pizza maker. Toxic workplaces are unpleasant, and the employees sometimes seem annoyed by the way they work. It should be clear that guests understand what is being said. Super weird and uncomfortable to hear and experience.

A small, cute restaurant in Kassel. It was a bit strange at the beginning as some orders were taken even though the rest weren't ready, but the food was sensational. The pizza was amazing and the starter with bread was also delicious. Small menu which is good and something for everyone. Gladly again.

Yesterday I visited Solo with my friends and I was more than overwhelmed, both the food and the service were outstanding. My friends had the Neapolitan pizza which they really enjoyed and I had the pasta. I'd love to come back!

The pizza was lukewarm to cold. The dough was like bubble gum. Spices were also missing. But the dessert was very tasty. We won't be coming back.

We ordered pizza via Whatsapp and it was ready to be picked up within 10-15 minutes. So very uncomplicated and quick! We personally like the pizza very much. Price-performance is okay!

Ordered and picked up there for the third time today. Very tasty the first time, cold but tasty the second time. Today the pizzas were burnt, cold and unfortunately didn't taste good at all. And got really bad. I ordered and specified an exact time. However, the pizzas were cold. They were also burned. This is totally annoying.

The ambience absolutely leaves room for improvement. Some of the seating is very simple and not really comfortable. The service here is still good with three stars. As is often the case, no trained staff. If I hadn't actively asked for another drink twice, it would have stayed with one. After clearing the empty plate, no questions were asked as to whether dessert was wanted. But after actively asking, the card was brought to me. Well - super tasty pizza...but that won't be enough in the long run - what a shame!

Our first visit to Solo was on the list for a long time, now we've finally made it. Unfortunately we were more than disappointed. One of the pizzas we ordered was brought to the table almost raw, the dough wasn't cooked enough. The other 4 pizzas at the table were tasteless, they wouldn't have tasted good without salt and pepper, which is a shame because we've heard so many good things. We had two people with us who came later, they weren't asked for drinks, which was a bit of a shame, even after we asked, no one came. Even when all the drinks were empty, no questions were asked. The store wasn't empty, but it's just part of good service. We won't come back, there are better pizzas in town, and unfortunately the place didn't impress us. But we definitely wanted to test it.

Beste Pizza die man in Kassel so bekommen kann ! Nur der Teig ist schon lecker. Als Kellner kann ich aber sagen, dass der Service bearbeitungswürdig ist. Schnell sind Sie, aber wirken desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Bestellung wird schnell aufgenommen und nur mit ,, ja, aha " quittiert. Wird selten gefragt ob das Essen schmeckt und Zusatztverkauf (Dessert, Kaffee, Schnaps) wird nie angeboten. Nach der Essens und Getränke Bestellung muss man immer warten bis ein Kellner vorbei kommt und ihn ansprechen um nachzubestellen oder zu zahlen. Kommt keiner mehr an den Tisch. Werde trotzdem wiederkommen aber würde mich gerne wohler fühlen.

Das Konzept von SOLO ist prima: Italienisches Essen in Bio-Qualität, dabei nicht nur die übliche Speisekarte, sondern auch ausgefallene Kreationen. Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet!

Famose Pizza, super nette Bedienung, gelegen im schönsten Viertel Kassels — Was will man mehr? Einfach top, kann man nur empfehlen!

Die Pizza war eine echte Enttäuschung. So lieblos gemacht, nie wieder! Zwei Sterne für Bedienung.

Puh, eigentlich ein toller Laden in top Lage mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und auch dass die Zutaten bio sind ist extrem fein. Aber irgendwie hatte ich scheinbar Pech: auf meiner Pizza war etwa 10 mal so viel Oregano wie es sein sollte, schmeckte regelrecht staubig. Und entweder waren die Messer stumpf oder der Teig extrem zäh aber ich musste die Pizza eher reißen als dass ich sie schneiden konnte. Und mittlerweile ein Klassiker bei jedem zweiten Restaurantbesuch: Nach dem ersten Getränk dauerte es ewig bis mal wieder jemand nach uns sah. Ich hätte locker das doppelte in Getränke investiert, aber so blieb es leider bei zwei Bier. Nächster Besuch, selbe Erfahrung: schlecht gewürzt und keine Interaktion mit Service nach erster Bestellung.

Schöner Laden in einer schönen Gegend zum draußen essen Optimal, Bestellte Pizza war Pizza manzo e Spezie 2 Probleme hatte ich mit der Pizza A das sie mir verbrannt gebracht wurde, dreist vom Pizzabäcker dreist die so raus zu geben, B wurde die die Pizza in Pesto ertränkt Pesto Menge für 4 Portionen Pasta ca nutzbar Für den Geschmack kann man ja was dazu geben aber in dem Falle hilft viel nicht viel Weiterer negativ Punkt der aber nicht in die Wertung fällt Wie kann man weder Light/Zero Cola haben Pizza im Abgang mit Wasser nein danke Geschmacklich 7/10 da noch andere PizzaStücke probiert habe

Sehr moderner Laden....sieht sehr stylisch aus.Gut sah auch die Pizza aus,ich hatte aber leider keine bestellt, sondern ich hatte Zucchini nudeln mit Tomatensugo....das war für 13,50€ ein absolut überteuertes Gericht und die Portion war zudem auch noch sehr sehr klein.die Tomatensauce war schmackhaft.

Wir sind absolut begeistert! Nach unserem Italien-Urlaub die erste Pizza hier, die mit denen vor Ort mithalten kann. Der Teig und die Tomatensoße schmecken fantastisch, ein Feeling wie in Italien, danke dafür! Sehr freundliche Bedienung :) Wir kommen wieder!
