The food is ok and cheap, but the customer service is terrible. You get the impression that they don't care about selling their food. The lady was very rude to me and another customer, she was angry and impatient.

I can only judge the food to go. Box full of rice and little meat. 6.90 is already more expensive. Better eat somewhere else.

Food itself was good. Unfortunately we received 7 rolls too few. We ordered takeaway and only discovered it later. Among other things, we had the Futo Maki twice, which would be 8 rolls each time. Unfortunately there were not 16, but only 9. Since the 8 Futo Maki cost €10.90, that's a loss. :((

I have been to this place several times and like the take outs. They are good. However today there was a lady at the counter who was really rude. She was rude to a person before us in the line as well. We asked for sauce and she gave a really small portion so we asked again for a bit more to which she replied very very rudely "NEXT TIME YOU PAY MORE FOR MORE SAUCE". I don't think am going again if she is at the counter.

The waitress apparently can't say hello or goodbye to the customer. Don't remember any drinks you ordered later. Amateurs.

My girlfriend and I didn't like it when we ate it. Then it got bad too. Both One thing is guaranteed, they were better. But now no go.

Very tasty, freshly prepared food. HIGHLY recommended! Vegetables with shrimps were a hit.

We had eight mini spring rolls. These actually only consisted of breading - there was no filling to be found. The fried noodles consisted of spaghetti and the vegetables were almost impossible to find. The accompanying chicken consisted essentially of breading. Someone understood how to use the situation to make as much money as possible with the cheapest possible ingredients

You can forget about service at To Go. Half an hour to order. Fifteen minutes for dinner. I'm starving. Please close the takeaway service if you are overwhelmed.

So I spontaneously went there for dinner and it became my absolute favorite restaurant!! Guys, the food just tastes so great!! The portions are huge so everyone will be full. And the staff is so welcoming 👍 I recommend it to everyone.

Fast food that is open seven days a week. I recommend dishes with duck, they bake it in an excellent crust! If you buy food here in the summer, it is best to take it to the garden near the palace and have a snack there in the shade. There is no shade outside and it is very hot!

We even ate there twice because the dishes were very tasty and the portions were huge. Price performance and quality are very good. We come from IT and with us you won't find that original taste in the dish. Have been to Asia many times and the taste is just the same.

The food was standard, nothing exceptional. The service is terrible, YES, you “only” order two boxes and still end up losing €20. Then you dare to sit outside on the seating, which was completely free because the train doesn't arrive for 15 minutes. Then the owner, or whoever, storms outside and exposes you. There's a small sign at the counter that says you're not allowed to do that. I want to consume a product from the store and they can't think of a better idea than to expose you? It's fine, never again and everyone should know that

We ate a sushi platter for two, highly recommended. At first the ambience was more like a snack bar, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Excellent Japanese food, well served and just perfectly seasoned. The price is more than fair. They don't have many tables, so make sure you make a reservation or come in odd times. Though I liked the ambiente very much, I took a star because it doesn't reflect the food. They had nice ideas around lights and decoration, but in a rather steampunk/industrial way. Personal taste, sure. Still a very good ambient. Considering Service, people are very friendly and helpful. Just got the impression that that one was new and still learning the menu. Nothing bad AT ALL, and will improve automatically in a couple of months. Great place, I will make sure to have a reservation there every time I pass by Karlsruhe.

Schlechtester Asiate welches ich bisher jemals gegesen habe und das zu gesalzenen Preisen. Gebratene Nudeln mit Knusprigen Hänchen für 12,90euro eine Reine Katastrophe, ich habe vom dem ganzen Essen nur ein Paar kleine häpchen Probiert und Reklamiert das ich es nicht essen werde und am ende für die Nudeln Trotzdem 6.00euro berechnet, das ist eine Frechheit. Bei meiner Frau der Gebratener Reis mit Gemüse und Garnelen für 15,90euro gekommen bekommen Viel Reis mit wenig Gemüse und nur 5xStück Garnelen gehts noch ? und ihr hatte es auch nicht geschmeckt. Restaurant ist drinnen Kalt, da ist es in MC Donalds und Bürger King wärmer. Absolutes No Go. Auf nie mehr wieder sehen .

SOKI FOOD is my favorite Chinese restaurant in downtown Karlsruhe. I try to visit it at least twice a month because you are in good hands there, the service is friendly and the price-performance ratio is very good. You can also choose your favorite sauce from the take-away boxes and you don't have to pay an extra charge like you would at other wok shops

Ich wollte mir Essen to go kaufen. Draußen stand ein Mitarbeiter, der geraucht hat. Als ich auf das Essen wartere, kam der Mitarbeiter zurück und ohne die Hände zu waschen faste er "meine" Nudeln und fangte zu kochen. Als ich der Bedienung (Mann mit schwarzen Brille) sagte, dass ich es nicht ok finde, hat er den Mitarbeiter nach hinten genommen. Meine Beschwerde beeindrückte die Bedienung nicht wirklich. Ob die Hände in dem hinteren Raum gewaschen wurden, unbekannt. Das Essen wurde nicht weggeschmissen sondern weiter serviert. Nie wieder Soki. Das Gesundheitsamt konnte sich hier gerne blicken lassen.

Lange Wartezeit sowohl auf den Service als auch auf das Essen. Aber, alles sehr Hygienisch, ansprechend und das Essen schmeckt wirklich lecker !!!! Vorallem das rote Thaicurry mit Hänchen ist sehr sehr lecker

I like boxed meals and have had them several times. Unfortunately, for orders under a certain amount (I think 16 euros), they do not accept credit cards, so you need to have some cash on you. Taking only the boxed meals into account, I would give it 4 stars. We've also eaten inside before and the food was ok (3 starts in my opinion, considering the price). I would recommend this restaurant for a quick take-out.

Das war "Es geht so" Die Gerichte mit Kokosmilch sind mit Milch schon vorgemischt. Das ist schon recht merkwürdig. Schmeckt halt alles stark nach Sojasoße und Salz. Keine Gewürze keine Kräuter und recht teuer. Veganes Sushi schmeckt nach nichts, leider

The food is OK, but it used to be better. Last time, I had the crispy duck with the special house sauce, and it was meh. Couldn't finish the whole thing. My ramen game is not strong, but my friends said it is good. I don't know. Meh. However, the portions are great, so maybe not so meh after all.

Der typ der vorne die take out bestellungen nimmt versteht Deutsch nicht so gut vor allem wenn man extra wünsche will. Ich kann nicht sagen wie oft ich schon das falsche bekommen habe oder das bekommen was ich extra gesagt habe was ich nicht will. Habe gemerkt er muss jedes mal eine weibliche arbeiterin die dort arbeitet holen damit sie es ihm sagt was man meint. Es ist so anstrengend ich verstehe nicht wieso die frau die take out bestellungen nicht aufnehmen kann weil der typ es wirklich nicht alleine auf die reihe bekommt. :/

War am Samstag dort und paar Stunden Später hatte ich so Magen Probleme das mir übelst schlecht war.Ich hatte an dem Tag nix anderes gegessen und kann leider nur von euch kommen es war Hähnchen paniert der Reis war in ordnung denke ich aber das Fleisch da muss was gewessen sein war am Anfang sehr begeistert von euch aber leider kommen wir nicht wieder

Man kann drinnen oder draußen sitzen. Angenehmes Ambiente. Freundliche Bedienung, sehr leckeres Essen. Summer Breeze Lychi sehr fruchtig und frisch. Das Menü 2 vegetarisch yummy.

Waren dort spontan und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und superschnell; das Essen war (vor allem für den Preis) superlecker und vor allem hat man eine riesige Auswahl. Auch ist es von innen echt schön eingerichtet, man kommt sich nicht vor wie beim Chinesen um die Ecke, sondern wie in einem richtig schönem Restaurant. Preis- Leistung ist bei diesen Portionen top, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es wird alles frisch zubereitet, das Essen schmeckte uns sehr gut...freundliches Personal, grosse Portionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Es war an sich sehr lecker aber ich glaube das Fleisch war gestern nicht okay. Habe mir glaube ich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt.

Ein asiatisches Restaurant mit frisch zubereitetem Sushi und diversen asiatischen Speisen. Alles wird extra für jeden Gast von Hand zubereitet. Also kein Shushiband oder Shushi aus der Kühltruhe. Ausserdem liegt das Restaurant zentral am Marktplatz. Deshalb kann man sogar eine Pyramide als Dessert bekommen. Und man kann das Essen verzehren ohne das Gefühl ein Kunstwerk zu zerstören. Das Ambiente hat seinen ureigenen Stil. Und wer nicht genügend Zeit hat kann sich an der Strassenfront eine Box to Go holen. Hier ist die Auswahl, genauso wie auf der Speisekarte im Restaurant recht groß.

Super Service und Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis!

Wir gehen hier regelmäßig Essen und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen kommt recht schnell, ist schön angerichtet und schmeckt sehr gut. Auch die Saftschorlen schmecken super.

Service muss freundlicher sein.

30 Minuten Wartezeit für 3 Boxen zum mitnehmen. Gebratene Nudeln waren gut. Box mit Reis hatte so wenig Soße, dass die hälfte der Portion so trocken war, dass man es nicht mehr essen konnte.
