SOKI FOOD in Karlsruhe

Ich wollte dort als Frau (und Stammkundin) vorhin bei ihnen kurz rein um die Toilette zu benutzen. Ich habe ihrem Mitarbeiter höflich erklärt das ich ein "dringendes Frauenproblem" habe und dies logischerweise lösen muss, mitten in der Stadt..und damit die erste Toilette aufsuche. Was hier gemeint ist, ist wohl klar. Ihrem Mitarbeiter war dies allerdings egal und hat mich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das die Toiletten nur für Kunden vorgesehen sind. Frauenfeindlichkeit auf diesem Level auch selten gesehen. Soviel zu gesundem Menschenverstand und Nächstenliebe. Das war es dann wohl, komme hier nie wieder her.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal! Das Essen hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt! Nie wieder!!!

Essen war sehr lecker, war schon mehrmals hier :) service ist jedes mal sehr freundlich! Den Innenbereich finde ich sehr schön, auch wenn ich jetzt im Sommer lieber draußen sitze.

Hole mir hier ab und zu eine Nudelbox, ist eigentlich immer ganz lecker. Hab mich aber heute mal dazu entschieden Frühlingsrollen zu holen. Diese wurden wohl frisch aus der Fritteuse in die Styroporschachtel verpackt, denn nicht nur habe ich mir meinen Mund verbrannt (vermeidbarer Fehler meinerseits), die Frühlingsrollen waren so heiß, dass die untere Reihe das Styropor geschmolzen hat. Das ist ein Gesundheitsrisiko, da beim Schmelzen von Styropor schädliche Chemikalien wie Styrol freigesetzt werden, welche nicht nur unangenehme Symptome auslösen können, sondern potentiell sogar krebserregend sind! Aufgefallen ist mir das erst, nachdem ich bereits einen Bissen von einer der betroffenen Frühlingsrollen genommen habe. Dann durfte ich die restlichen viereinhalb Frühlingsrollen wegschmeißen. Schade.

Wartezeit Bodenlos und dann muss man noch selber abräumen

Sehr zu empfehlen, einer meiner Lieblingsasiaten 🎐🥰🩷 Bin immer wieder begeistert, das Ambiente ist mega schön, die Toiletten sind sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, es gibt auch einen Außenbereich, bei dem man mitten im Geschehen ist und das Treiben beobachten kann. Der Standort ist klasse, direkt am Marktplatz gegenüber von der Pyramide. Geschmacklich sind alle Gerichte wirklich sehr lecker, frisch und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Jeder Besuch ist ein Highlight 🌸🌸🌸🌸 Besonders zu empfehlen sind die hausgemachten Limonaden, Tees, das gelbe Curry, das Sushi und die Ramen 🍛🍜🍱🍤🥟 Freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Besuch 😍

Das Restaurant liegt an der belebten Straße. An sonnigen Tagen herrscht dort eine tolle Atmosphäre. Der Service ist schnell und die Bedienung höflich. Das Essen war köstlich. Die Portionen sind überdurchschnittlich groß.

Wollte kurz mit einen kleinen Kind die Toilette benutzen und haben sehr freundlich gefragt, das Restaurant war leer und trotzdem wurde ich mit meinem Kind weg geschickt mit der der Aussage nur für Kunden obwohl mein Kind sehr dringend musste. Schlechteren Service und Menschlichkeit habe ich noch nicht gesehen.

Alles im Allen top. Essen, Service, Ambiente, Qualität...... Gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Soki Food in Karlsruhe und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Sushi war frisch, die Ramen köstlich und die Portionen großzügig. Alles war liebevoll angerichtet und einfach lecker!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Service war perfekt (es war auch nichts los als ich angekommen bin). Das bunte Gemüse war sehr üppig und vielfältig, der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind aus dem Raum Landau und nehmen gerne die halbe Stunde Autofahrt in Kauf Waren jetzt schon öfter im Soki Food freundlicher Service und Essen hat uns bisher immer geschmeckt Konstante Qualität Mitten in der Stadt gelegen Parken immer im Ettlinger Tor und laufen die 5 min zu Fuß Einzig die Minnie Frühlingsrollen haben abgebaut Leider fast keine Füllung und bestehen fast nur aus Teig Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei SOKI FOOD. Das Essen war geschmacklos und nicht frisch, die Portionen waren deutlich kleiner als erwartet, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und wir mussten viel zu lange warten, obwohl kaum Gäste im Restaurant waren. Insgesamt war es keine angenehme Erfahrung, und ich würde das Lokal nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hat leider nach nichts geschmeckt. Kein Knoblauchgeschmack im Knoblauchramen, kein gebratener Geschmack vom gebratenen Reis, kein Gemüsegeschmack von den Vergi-Frühlingsrollen. Serivce war ganz gut, Ambiente war sehr angenehm.

Das Lokal ist schlicht, unprätentiös und ohne teure Einrichtung, aber die Qualität des Essens ist viel besser und schmackhafter als in vielen Sushi-Restaurants in Karlsruhe! Super gemacht! Weiter so!

Ich war neulich hier essen und fand’s echt solide. Das, was richtig gut ist: Das Essen war wirklich lecker – frisch, mit guter Qualität und schön angerichtet. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die Gerichte mit Huhn und das Sushi.  Der Innenraum ist angenehm gestaltet. Modern, sauber, gemütlich – man fühlt sich wohl, wenn man drinnen essen möchte.  Die Lage ist top – mitten in der Innenstadt, nahe dem Marktplatz, gut erreichbar. Perfekt, wenn man nach dem Shoppen oder auf dem Weg was Asiatisches essen will.  Was nicht so super war: Manchmal kann’s ein bisschen voll werden und dann dauert es etwas, bis man bedient wird oder das Essen kommt. Wer’s eilig hat, sollte das bedenken.  Preislich ist es nicht ganz billig, vor allem für manche Gerichte, aber man bekommt meistens auch das, wofür man bezahlt – mit guten Portionen.  Fazit: Wenn ich nochmal hingehe, dann definitiv wegen dem guten Essen und der netten Atmosphäre. Für ein schnelles asiatisches Essen in der Innenstadt – super Option. Nicht perfekt in allem, aber insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Auf die Frage nach etwas scharfer Sauce sagte die Servicekraft pampig und selbstverständlich in gebrochenem Deutsch das scharfe Sauce zu teuer sei als ob ich mir die nudelbox erschleichen wollte.

Essen ist sehr gut. Ambiente ist okay. Draußen ist manchmal zu viel los. Die Kellnerin war allerdings nicht so nett. Als ich da war, war das Restaurant komplett leer, und mir wurde erst beim Zahlen gesagt, dass €15 Mindestverzehr sind. Ich hab dann gesagt, dass das irgendwo (im Menu oder im Restaurant) stehen sollte, und, dass diese Regel kein Sinn ergibt wenn das Restaurant komplett leer ist. Am Ende hab ich noch eine Cola bestellt damit ich diese €15 ausgebe.

Pho Bo Suppe: Nudeln, Fleisch und ein paar Frühlingszwiebeln – wo sind die anderen Zutaten? Der Geschmack ist schwach, und die Fischsauce ist kaum wahrnehmbar. Sehr enttäuschend. Ich werde eine weitere Bewertung hinzufügen. Ich habe das Restaurant an einem Wochentag erneut besucht. Die Pho Bo Suppe war diesmal ganz anders als beim letzten Mal, eine positive Veränderung. Die Qualität scheint nicht konstant zu sein.

Das Essen ist gut. Wir haben uns zum Ersten Mal nicht in das Restaurant gesetzt, sondern Boxen mit Nudeln und Ente an der Theke mitgenommen. Wir durften uns mit einem ebenfalls gekauften Getränk an einen Tisch im Freien setzen. Um das Essen zu verfeinern, nahm ich mir die Sojasoße. Das dürfen wir nicht, war die Anweisung des Personals - die Soße wäre nur für Gäste im Lokal. Aha. Nachdem wir gegessen hatten, wollten wir die Box an der Theke zurückgeben. Auch das wäre nicht möglich. Auch der Müll müsse „außer Haus“! Service muss hier noch gelernt werden.

Das Essen war ganz okay und man wird definitiv satt! Die Kellnerin war auch sehr Lieb und das Restaurant an sich sah auch sehr schön aus. Ich wurde aber etwas enttäuscht von dem Essen.

Waren spontan dort Essen. War sehr lecker, Bedienung freundlich und Preis in Ordnung. Jetzt wissen wir, wo wir beim nächsten Trip in Karlsruhe essen gehen 😊

Die Speisekarte bietet eine Mischung aus japanischer und vietnamesischer Küche mit einer großen Auswahl an Gerichten, darunter auch vegetarische und vegane Optionen. Atmosphäre und Ambiente: Das Restaurant besticht durch sein modernes Interieur und schafft eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Es eignet sich auch ideal für größere Gruppen.

Wir sind spontan im Soki gelandet und wurden geschmacklich nicht enttäuscht. Große Portionen zumindest die Nudel/Reisgerichte. Wir hatten eine Vorspeise bestellt die vergessen wurde und erst nach Rückfrage am Ende unseres Hauptgerichts serviert bekamen. Auch die Bitte um eine Verpackungsbox für die Reste musste ich an 5 verschiedene Kellner richten bevor gehandelt wurde. An sich war der Service aber höflich und freundlich. Es war Samstagabend viel los, vielleicht haben wir da einfach etwas Pech gehabt.

A very disappointing and disrespectful experience My mother ate at this restaurant with her friend and their children, and unfortunately, it wasn't the first time we'd had an unpleasant experience there. Although I wasn't there in person this time, my mother gave me a detailed account of what happened, and it genuinely shocked me. After about 40 minutes of waiting, the food arrived and tasted okay. When the children couldn't finish their food, they politely asked for the leftovers to be boxed up. The employee's reaction was immediately dismissive; she looked annoyed and clearly indicated that this request was unwelcome. While packing, she wanted to put the sushi and noodles in one box. When politely asked to pack them separately, she reacted visibly irritated. She then slammed the box down on the table in a tone and manner that was perceived as disrespectful and even discriminatory. It almost seemed as if she was demonstratively throwing the food down. I myself had a negative experience with the same employee on a previous visit. At the time, I had ordered a Coke with my meal, but unfortunately, a fly had fallen into it. I approached her politely and asked if the drink could be replaced or if I could help in any way. In this case, too, she reacted visibly annoyed and lacked the slightest bit of courtesy or consideration. I felt unwelcome and ignored at the time. Unfortunately, this behavior doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Both my mother and I had different but similarly unpleasant experiences with the same employee. We felt uncomfortable, mistreated, and unwelcome. I'm not writing this review out of anger, but because I hope that management takes the feedback seriously and pays more attention to friendliness and respect in the future, especially towards families with children. Hospitality is a central part of the restaurant industry and shouldn't be reserved for certain guests.

Delicious food, when the weather is nice you can sit outside and watch the people

It’s another sushi restaurant running by Thailänder. Honestly the sushi is acceptable, the Nudeln in Rame is not enough, the sup was not miso either, although it’s not the best, at least it fits the price. 😐 The best of parts this restaurant is the Thai food. I will recommend all the kinds of Thai food here, it tastes really amazing 🤩 General speaking, it’s not a good place for sushi experts or you’re perusing flavors of sushi. But it’s a good place for people to experience Thai food.😁

Very disappointed. The fried noodles were chewy and had a thick sauce when I came here before, which was very satisfying. This time, they didn't ask us what kind of sauce we wanted, and we asked for it when we remembered. The noodles were soft and mushy, with no chewiness and tasteless. The sauce they gave was not enough to mix with the noodles, and the remaining noodles were really too unpalatable, and I couldn't finish them.

I ordered No. 50 - Bun Nem. The taste is nothing to complain about, but what looks like a lot in the picture is deceptive. Unfortunately, there was too much salad and too few noodles and spring rolls. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fine.

They weren’t allowed to drink their own drinks, we ordered two sets for 4, it was tasty, but not filling, and also very expensive!

We ate at Soki Food today and absolutely loved it! The food was simply delicious – fresh, authentic and prepared with a lot of love. We had two different soups and the homemade Vietnamese spring rolls - everything was on point and really tasty. The flavors were finely tuned and you could immediately tell that high-quality ingredients were being used here. We also really liked the ambience. The store is modern and stylishly furnished, but at the same time cozy and inviting. Everything was clean, tidy and lovingly designed - you immediately feel at home. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere calm and relaxed. You can really enjoy yourself here in peace and leave everyday life behind you for a moment. Conclusion: Soki Food is definitely worth a visit! If you're looking for good, fresh and authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place for you. We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant!

The best Asian cuisine we’ve enjoyed in quite some time. The duck Pad Thai was particularly noteworthy—exceptionally delicious.

Very bad, I had to wait 50 minutes for my food and others were given priority. The food was mangy and cold, the service was very rude and disrespectful. I look at cockroaches in the kitchen and the toilets are very dirty. The prices are quite ok. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

You get written to because you ask about the toilet. "For me only customers. Go to Ubahn or Karstadt!" I'm definitely not a customer anymore!

Soki Food's service is the worst I have ever experienced. I stood there for minutes trying to order food from the server, but no one gave me a menu or even responded to me. Since I didn't receive any food, I won't comment on it. However, their service is the worst I've encountered anywhere. It's unbelievable that a restaurant in Germany could have such poor service.

We absolutely love this place! The food is just amazing. They serve Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine, so it’s definitely an Asian food spot. But the curry, wow, the best curry I’ve ever had! I highly recommend trying it out. Prices are pretty average, maybe even a bit cheaper than other places. And for the quality you get, the portions are huge, so you’ll definitely leave full. If you’re looking for good sushi, they’ve got that too, and the meat dishes are just as delicious. You can expect both great quality and generous portions when you visit this restaurant! :)

The food was good without question. There is also enough choice, but I wasn't entirely happy with the prices. But everyone is really nice there and I also find the ambience to be nice.

Ended up at SOKIFOOD today by chance. What a positive surprise. The food (pho soup with chicken and rice noodles with duck) was plentiful and quite excellent. The service gave us competent and very friendly advice. We were definitely not here for the last time!!!

It is located directly on the ground floor with a view of the market square with the pyramid, unless you sit in the back area where there is still plenty of space for a large number of people when it is raining and too cold outside. We only went there once with someone and it tasted very good and was very filling for a price of around €40.

Very nice place, the recipes look very traditional, especially the sake. The sushi look and taste good as well as other meals I tried like different soups and noodles. Great place 👍👍

5 of us ate here. I'm actually writing this review mainly because of the funny waiter. Unfortunately I don't know his name but he was a young man with glasses. He asked us which one of us wanted to eat with chopsticks, to which I replied that I didn't want to because I was too stupid for it. Then he came back with 5 sticks and said "oops, I probably brought a bit too many". I found it pretty funny and definitely lightened the mood. When the food came he realized that we were Turkish and said afiyet olsun (enjoy your meal). On the whole goated waiters, good food, nice restaurant

I manage to come here at least twice a month. A cozy little restaurant. The ambience is great. The lamps and the decoration are very industrial design. The food is freshly prepared and you can watch it if you want. Everything tastes very good and the portions are normal. You get full. The prices are moderate and reflect the freshness of the ingredients. All in all, one of my favorite Asian restaurants downtown

I like boxed meals and have had them several times. Unfortunately, for orders under a certain amount (10 euros), they do not accept credit cards, so you need to have some cash on you. Taking only the boxed meals into account, I would give it 4 stars. We've also eaten inside before and the food was ok (3 starts in my opinion, considering the price). I would recommend this restaurant for a quick take-out.

What I like most is the decor and the ambience. Without question the food was delicious and had a good quantity. Would definitely recommend
