Fresh sushi, delicious Chinese dishes and super nice service – absolutely recommended!

When I walked in, I only heard everyone speaking Chinese loudly😅 There are many dishes, and the waiters are very capable. Ordering and serving food is very fast, and they are always available when needed👍

Very, very tasty sushi, great selection and quality is right! Nice staff! The portions are really great. Despite Corona, the price-performance ratio is still right here. One should definitely support the fact that there has been neither a huge increase in prices nor reductions in the size of the portions!

Terrible service. The waitress with glasses never stops at you when you call her. She’ll walk steps away, and turn back, showing that she’s impatient and never reply you kindly. I don’t feel any respect and she’s extremely rude. After all, it’s not that busy at the time 😅

We ate sushi. This was very tasty. The first impression wasn't entirely convincing, as the menu in particular didn't seem to be of high quality. Nevertheless, the food was convincing and since we saw a lot of “locals”, this speaks for the authenticity of the cuisine. The restaurant has also been decorated with a lot of love.

This is the restaurant I have visited most in recent years, and I choose this place almost every time I have dinner with friends. But sometimes you don’t know it until something really happens. Today when we were finishing our meal and paying the bill, I stood next to the pink cherry blossom arch; A pot of fake tree (the circle in the middle of the picture) suddenly fell from the counter more than one meter high and hit my foot directly, making me scream in pain. What was puzzling was that not a single staff member at the scene came to care about my injury, nor did they even apologize. After checking out, I reminded the cashier that this was a safety hazard. She said confidently: "This has never happened to us in the past two years. The Germans are so tall that they can't touch you. You are not as tall as them. How could you drop it?" Are you coming down?" After hearing this, I realized that I was thinking that I was here to extort money. I was just acting. I was speechless... When I got home, I saw that the insteps were all blue hahahaha question: 1. Why do fake trees fall down so easily? 2. Have you ensured the safety of the decorations? 3. Why wasn’t there an apology when something like this happened?

Tooles and authentic food we in China. Anyone who has ever been to China should go here. Everyone else should try it. We'd love to come back. Tip from me: Don't eat the chilies, they're just for taste. My friends from China and us really enjoyed it. We had sushi, appetizer platter, mapo tofu, spar ribs, beef in chili oil and much more.

Please don't do it to spread rumors and don't do it to cause trouble. You can eat it if you like it. Eat shit, work hard and make money to support yourself. My go to place for sushi in Karlsruhe. I like their price / quality ratio. Also, their variety of sushi boxes, so I always found something to choose from. When you dine-in the sushi also has a nice presentation. The service can be a bit chaotic sometimes, but they are usually all nice. I tried some other dishes as well like Bibimbap or Bento boxes and while the portions were generous, the flavors always had some twists from original recipes, which I didn't like that much. The reason why I'm a regular here is that they also take out options and it's always prepared fast + usually includes some small gifts (fortune cookies, crab chips). If i dine-in the atmosphere is cozy.

If you go on a busy day, the table ate sticky and they take an eternity to serve, however both sushi as well as warm dishes are quite tasty.

I've been ordering food here regularly/irregularly (mostly dinner) for about 2 years and have always been satisfied. The quality of the food is really good for the price, tastes good and always arrives warm (when delivered). However, the delivery time can sometimes exceed 60 minutes, depending on how busy it is. In the last 2 years, the dishes have been of variable but always good(!) quality (perhaps changing chef?), and the ingredients in the dishes always vary a bit (Thai curry sometimes with bamboo, sometimes without), probably depending on what was currently available in purchasing etc. I can fully recommend the restaurant. For me the best Asian delivery service in town.

We visited the restaurant last evening and were positively surprised: the interior and atmosphere are beautifully designed, the staff is very friendly, the sushi was fresh and delicious, and the portions quite big. The value for money is really great. Definitely will be back soon.

We were there again yesterday after years. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time before anyone from the staff came. Drinks came quite quickly. My food was forgotten only my friend's food came. I waited and waited for my food which just didn't come. We were also not asked if we would like anything else to drink. After a long time we went to the staff ourselves because we wanted to pay, but then they just said we had to pay at the front. The communication left a lot to be desired; if we hadn't taken the innovative approach ourselves, we would still be waiting until today. At the checkout I just said that my sushi didn't come, it only came, it was entered into the checkout incorrectly. No sorry, no compensation, nothing. A cheap evening for me since I didn't get anything to eat...

Wir lieben es hier. Authentische asiatische (chinesische, koreanische und vietnamesische) Küche. Meistens bestellen wir etwas von der weißen Karte, weil das Seng Sushi Restaurant geschmacklich einfach Abwechslung im Vergleich zu den anderen asiatischen Restaurants bietet. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und erklären auch die Esskultur. Der Service könnte etwas schneller auf die Gäste reagieren, ist dennoch stets freundlich. Leider scheint es ein Problem mit dem Abzug zu geben, da der Boden etwas rutschig (fettig) scheint und die Klamotten nach dem Besuch nach Essen riechen. Dennoch bekommt das Lokal von mir für den Geschmack, die Authentizität und die Freundlichkeit volle Punkte.

Unfortunately, our last visit to Seng was not pleasant. We noticed the following: 1. Food: Several starters, sushi and a main course were ordered. The starters were delicious and usual like any other Asian restaurant. It should be emphasized that these were not bought in the store but prepared by hand. The sushi was of average quality, nothing special but not bad either. The main course was ordered breaded, but there was little breading to be seen. Overall, average taste, neither bad nor particularly good. 2. Service: Unfortunately, people slept here. The system of writing on a piece of paper is a clever system, but you shouldn't forget to set up the table. Cutlery (chopsticks etc.) had to be ordered separately. Also, only 2/3 of the starters ordered were brought and were not served even after repeated requests. The main course we ordered had to be asked for and then it still didn't come. So 2/3 people had food. Significant improvements need to be made here. So after we canceled the food that hadn't been delivered after a long wait, the restaurant showed its appreciation and brought the main course on the house. This gesture was a positive surprise. 3. Ambiance: Unfortunately it is very crowded and loud. The room has little interior equipment to absorb sound, which made it possible to fully follow conversations at other tables. The prepared sushi is served on wooden figures. These figures are very beautiful, but unfortunately they take up too much space on the table due to their size. Conclusion: Suitable for take-away, inexpensive sushi. However, I wouldn't recommend eating there. At least one person has control of the store and an overview. The other waitresses seem listless and have little understanding of service.

Terrible place. The service is so slow and they made mistakes lots of times. And we missed the appointment afterwords. Not recommended AT ALL even though it was recommended by Chinese friends. How can it be so hard just to bring even the drinks. THEY WERE WRONG.

I'm not a sushi expert, but I've tried a few in Karlsruhe and in my opinion Seng Sushi is by far the best. Unfortunately, since Corona there has been no more all-you-can-eat.

The service is friendly and the boss is very casual, although he may be a little confused at times. The portions are very conscientious. I recommend the pig ears, coriander beef brisket and hand-shredded cabbage.

Das Restaurant war sehr voll und bis zur Besten mussten wir so die eine oder andere Minute warten, aber das möchte ich nicht negativ bewerten, da es für die Fülle im Restaurant absolut okay war. Der Rest ging dann schnell. Getränke, Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen kamen in einem guten Abstand. Bedienung war nicht aufdringlich. Zum Bezahlen sind wir nach dem Essen nach vorne an den Tresen.

Seit langem wieder mal im Seng gegessen. Essen nicht mehr so gut. Personal in "Jogginghose " geht fpr mich gar nicht. Service lässt nach. Draußen ist nicht schön wegen der Umgebung.

Einfach rundum zu empfehlen. Tolle Sushi, aber auch die warmen Gerichte machen Spaß. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste, auch als es noch ein Running Sushi Restaurant war. Meiner Meinung nach war die Umstellung auf a la Carte, obwohl Pandemie Zeit bedingt, eine gute Entscheidung.

Top Adresse für typisch chinesische Küche vor allem von der Beilagenkarte. Hier finden sich landestypische Spezialitäten wie Schweinefüße, Rippchen und Chicken Sechzuan Style. Hatte Kumpaou Chicken das schmeckt wie im südlichen China - kann ich durch zahlreiche Dienstreisen nach China gut beurteilen. Auch die Gyoza oder das Sushi sind sehr gut. Qualität passt auch, vor allem auch bei der Ente. Speisen werden auch mit viel Hingabe präsentiert - man muss nur Zeit mitbringen :)

Von aussen unspektakulär und dann war ich im Sushi Himmel. Ich hatte lange nicht so gutes 🍣. Wenn ich mal wieder in Karlsruhe bin, unbedingt mehr!

Der Service war immer freundlich...leider mussten wir doch lange auf Essen und Trinken warten. Das Essen und der zuvor schon erwähnte freundliche Service machte dies jedoch mehr als Wett. Abschließend kann man sagen was lange währt wird verdammt lecker und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren früher häufiger hier für das Running Sushi, im Dez. eindeutig das letzte Mal. Mittags drauf gefreut und spontan hingegegangen. Die Qualität und Auswahl war unterirdisch, alles nicht frisch. Nach 5 Tellern ist mir der Appetit vergangen. Service lief in Jogginghosen durchs Lokal. Nie wieder!

Wir waren gestern zum Mittagessen im Sheng Sushi zum All-you-can-eat Sushi Circle und waren geschmacklich wirklich begeistert. Es gab eine leckere Suppe vorweg ( wahlweise Chinesisch oder japanisch). Hinzu kam die wirklich äußerst nette Bedienung. Gebackene Ananas wurde noch frisch für uns zubereitet. Was ich auch toll finde, dass man auch andere Speisen essen kann, wenn man kein Sushi mag. Ganz klare Empfehlung und wir kommen bald wieder!

Wir kennen uns aus mit Sushi, hier stimmt wirklich die Qualität, die Auswahl ist riesig und wenn man Lust auf etwas Spezielles hat, kann man das auf einen Zettel schreiben und schon ist es auf dem Band! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich gut und die Chefin ist super nett :)

Eigentlich war dies unser Stammsushiladen, aber wir mussten beobachten, dass die Qualität stätig abnimmt, zudem ist die Auswahl am Abend stark individuell zur Uhrzeit, so dass die gebotenen Sushis bsp. Um 19 Uhr deutlich vielseitiger sind als im 18 Uhr und dennoch zahlt man hier das gleiche Geld. Dies sollte definitiv geändert werden

Sollte man reservieren vorher, sehr gut besucht. Qualitativ gute Zubereitung, jedoch immer geballt immer ein Produkt ( z.B. gebr. Ente 7 Teller, dann gute 15 Minuten nicht mehr verfügbar) und dann lange nicht mehr das gleiche...... Neben Sushi werden auch warme Speisen und Nachtisch angeboten. Beim nächsten Besuch in KA gerne wieder.

Wahlweise kann hier „All so can eat“ am Band oder per Karte am Tisch bestellt werden. Die Auswahl und das Angebot an Sushi und anderen Speisen ist groß und das Essen sehr lecker! Die Bedienung war super freundlich, wenn etwas nicht auf dem Band war könnte man es direkt bestellen. Empfehlung!

Ich war dort letzte Woche mit meinem Mitbewohner und es hat alles gepasst: Große Auswahl (was bei einem Fließband nicht selbstverständlich ist), sie Qualität, die Bedienung und das Ambiente. Die Sushi-Auswahl ist eher klassisch, aber dafür gut und ausgewogen. Besonders das vielseitige Dessert ist definitv ein Grund dort hin zu gehen. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv öfter kommen :)

Wir waren heute zu viert dort, die negativen Bewertungen haben mich zwar etwas abgeschreckt, der Standort und die Umgebung auch, aber ich dachte mein Gott probieren wir es mal.. Sushi und die ganzen anderen Beilagen sehr frisch u lecker. Werden wiederkommen. Sehr frische & optisch sehr schön zubereitete Sushi Wirklich sehr lecker. Waren das erste mal dort , Sie haben uns als neue Kunden gewonnen. Hervorheben möchte ich die zuvorkommende ,hilfsbereite sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Wir waren nach der Arbeit zu ersten Mal und nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen. Das Restaurant hat 2 Fliesbänder mit Sitzplätze außen herum, chinesische Gerichte können auch bestellt werden. Wir haben reserviert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mittags all you can eat für 13,50€ am Abend für 18€. Die Auswahl ist gut es wird auf Wunsch auch extra zubereitet. Es gab auch chinesische Teller mit Ente und Hünchen gebraten. Dessert viel Obst, Eis, Kuchen. Wir haben zusammen 33 Teller gegessen und mit 2 Getränke 45,- € bezahlt. Ein schönes Abendessen mit günstigem Preis. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
