Delicious, high-quality sushi and other tasty Asian dishes at a fair price. The food is beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is large and also offers outdoor seating. However, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings when it's busy. Nevertheless, we'll gladly return and recommend it.

The restaurant is quite spacious, although it fills up quickly. The staff are efficient and attentive to every table. The menu is extensive, featuring very fresh ingredients. They have a terrace for the summer, but it's also suitable for the many cold days here. There are several underground parking garages nearby, or if you're lucky, you might find street parking! The atmosphere is relaxed with background music. P.S.: The noodles with duck are delicious.

A very nice restaurant serving Vietnamese and other Asian cuisine. The two of us spontaneously decided to eat there and were quickly seated without a reservation. The service was fast, and despite the restaurant being busy, there were only short wait times. The decor is stylish and modern, naturally in an Asian style but without being overly kitschy. The food was excellent, and the drinks menu also includes several Asian options. I enjoyed a Japanese beer. Highly recommended!

The portion was generous, the price very reasonable, and the staff incredibly friendly. The mochi for dessert was the perfect finishing touch. This is my second time at this restaurant, and I'm incredibly happy with the food. Today, for example, we ordered sushi, and when I saw its size, I was shocked… It's huge and delicious; it simply melts in your mouth. And last time, I tried the pho soup here—and the way it was served… simply amazing, on a heated stone! So, I can truly recommend this restaurant to everyone: delicious and high-quality.

We were there for our Christmas party. The restaurant is nice, but very, very loud! The service is friendly but rather slow. The food is nothing special; it's okay, but not outstanding. The mountains of raw, water-soaked radish are beyond us. The desserts are really not good; the mango is practically green—I have no idea why they put something like that on the plates. It was nice, but not something we would necessarily go back to.

Generally speaking, the food at MaiGarden is good, but: despite having a reservation, it was initially unclear where we were supposed to sit. The restaurant was so noisy that conversation at the table was difficult. While we were eating, a chair was removed from our table without a word, and later a neighboring table was pushed in. New guests were already waiting for the now-created six-seater table, so we were told to either move or pay. That's not what good service looks like. We won't be going back.

Fried noodles that are dripping with fat and oil and completely tasteless. You'd need a magnifying glass to find the vegetables that are supposed to be in there. No way, seriously.

Maigarden is one of our favorite restaurants in Karlsruhe. Not only is the food always delicious, and we always enjoy discovering new dishes, but the service is especially excellent. The waiters are incredibly attentive and friendly, and we feel very welcome. Even the salad served with the appetizer is fantastic and a true culinary highlight.

Unfortunately, the noise level is very high. It's difficult to have a conversation.

Yesterday, November 3rd, 2025, the weather was beautiful and surprisingly warm. We sat outside in the sun, and all eight of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was very attentive. The interior is also very pleasant, and there's plenty of space both inside and out, even for larger groups, without feeling cramped. Be sure to try the Vietnamese coffee. We'd love to come back again on our next visit to Karlsruhe.
