My visit to Mai Garden today was phenomenal again! I come here regularly with my friends and we have never been disappointed. Really delicious and beautifully presented food in a modern and authentic atmosphere! And the service is simply so personal and warm that we have never experienced in any other restaurant. I will come again with my circle of friends to the New Year's Eve party on December 31st, 24 and hopefully I will be lucky enough to win the latest iPhone 16 ✌️

Our favorite place for parties and dates! We tried many different dishes here and the X.O sauce is amazing. As a starter I choose papaya salad, tapas or fried sushi salmon rolls. The air is very calm which helps us to enjoy our beautiful moments.

The food at Mai Garden is really good. Portions are very generous and they have a good variety. The waiting staff is really friendly. They are excellent and very friendly towards children and pets. The place inside is spacious and inviting.

Had a spontaneous meal here today. We were totally thrilled. You can tell right from the reception: hospitality is very important here! We had three different waitresses. All three were very friendly, looked after us and gave us tips when we had special requests for food. At no time did we have the feeling that we had chosen something wrong or put something together wrong. When the food arrived, it wasn't just a holiday for the taste buds. Beautifully prepared, the vegetables were al dente and fresh and the grilled octopus felt like it was eaten right by the sea! There were five of us and all five were absolutely thrilled! We will travel from Stuttgart again and eat there.

Very authentic Vietnamese food, Japanese food also tastes very good, the environment is also very good, and the service is very friendly. It is a good place for friends to gather.

The staff was very attentive and nice and the waiter gave good recommendations. We had dumplings and Goyas and both starters were delicious. For the main course we had a squid dish, fillet steak and chicken in coconut milk. The dishes were beautifully presented, the vegetables were delicious, crunchy and fresh and the fish and meat were delicate. We were very satisfied.

What a great restaurant! Everything is just right at Mai Garden – the great atmosphere, the exceptional food and the wonderful drinks. We had the **Tofu Summer Rolls** as a starter and the refreshing lemonades **2nd September** and **Eclipse Lemonade**. Everything tasted fantastic and was beautifully coordinated. A big compliment to the service, especially to Jane, who looked after us very well with her warm manner. Thank you for the great experience – we are already looking forward to the next visit!

Mai Garden in the heart of Karlsruhe is simply a dream! The atmosphere is perfect – relaxed, stylish and inviting. We ordered the **Crispy Duck Curry** and the **Seitan Curry** and both dishes were absolutely top notch. The flavors, the texture and the presentation – everything was just perfect! The service was excellent, we would particularly like to highlight lovely Jane, an incredibly friendly and attentive lady from Singapore. She made our evening even better! We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is attractively decorated. However, the seats at the window front (two benches each with a table) are narrow and rather unsuitable for taller people. The food is OK, but we noticed that glutamate was used. The service is very slow and inattentive, meaning you have to wait a long time to be discovered, be it when initially ordering, reordering drinks and finally when you want to pay. That's a little annoying. The price-performance ratio isn't quite right either.

Food was great. Had spring rolls, dumplings and sushi. The mochi was also great. Unfortunately, the service was poor even though the store wasn't full. You had to wait forever for the food and then the table was only cleared when called. What a shame!

Vietnamese restaurant with very good food and an attractive ambience. We had papaya salad and vegetarian dumplings as starters. As a main course Pho Bo and salmon with vegetables. Vietnamese coffee for dessert. All dishes were very tasty and attractively prepared. The rice noodles are made in-house. The Vietnamese coffee also tasted very good. We'd love to come back.

I found the pho tasteless and I had to wait at the door for a really long time until someone came to take me to my table. And all of this for above-average money. Sure, the rent has to be paid, but the food should also be good.

The lunch menu is fantastic! Huge portion (almost too big for the time), friendly service and very fair prices. The menu is particularly recommended: I ordered the duck with rice, vegetables and a salad. Everything was very tasty and very plentiful. It was also no problem to order a different sauce for the meat than stated on the menu. Absolutely deserves five stars!

We have known Mai Garden for a few years now and are reluctant to admit that the quality of the taste has deteriorated. There is hardly any difference in taste with the sushi, with the other dishes you have to be lucky to find something exciting. Sometimes components described in the menu are missing, other times it was a rather dry pile of carbohydrates. Hunger ultimately drives it in, but the prices are too high for that. The service tries hard - and some are really lovely - but sometimes seems overwhelmed. Maybe it has passed its peak :/

The food was really good and very nicely prepared. We had to wait almost 1 hour for our sushi! The playground and the musicians make the stay a little livelier.

Food was tasty, but not the absolute highlight. Sushi is only available from 3 p.m. But the service was always friendly. The ambience itself is in need of improvement in that old tags that still reveal clues to the previous Italian restaurant should be replaced.

A nice atmosphere with a huge selection! The food is served very artfully! The teas and lemonade are very creative and beautifully presented! The ambience inside also invites you to visit the restaurant when the weather is not so bad!

I had this place for a while in my list, however I was disappointed with the flavours. Both my dish and my partners’ dishes tasted quite similar even if they had nothing to do with each other.

I would like to give 5 stars because I really like the MaiGarden. It's not fair that I have to deduct stars from this restaurant even though they can't do anything about it, but in the summer it was hardly possible to sit outside because of the enormous noise from the Old Bank. During the European Championships and then after the European Championships, there was very loud music outside from a celebration.

The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and the food is beautifully presented. Tasty in taste. The glass noodles were just not as expected as they were homemade. The prices are rather high, but you get a good portion. The service is also super nice! It's worth trying!

Just WOW, very, very tasty freshly prepared food. What you can enjoy with a nice and quiet outdoor seating area. I particularly liked the service, the food was brought to the table at the same time and cleared away together, which is something I attach great importance to as a woman, as you feel uncomfortable when your partner has already finished and has already been cleared away.

The MaiGarden stands out pleasantly from the “usual” Asian style. The space is attractive, the terrace is large and you can sit nicely in a quiet environment. The menu offers a lot of different things and the selection is extensive. The quality was excellent, not only is it beautifully decorated/served, it also tastes very good. The service is quick and very friendly. All in all, a successful evening and we would happily recommend it.

We were there in a group. I liked my food and it was attractively decorated, but it could have been a little more seasoned (and by that I do NOT mean more lemongrass). The other guests at the table were also completely satisfied. An exception was the grilled duck, which lost its crispiness because it was served in too much stock. The service at our table was also attentive and quick, but at another table it probably didn't go so well. My thoughts: I thought it was good for others to report their negative experiences themselves. The ambience is nice, but what makes most of it is the space itself.

A very beautifully decorated restaurant with wonderful atmosphere! From the moment we entered till we left, we had excellent service. We were shown to our seat which was already a very welcoming gesture and we were glad that they have very English speaking server to help us with the food ordering. We ordered sushi and seafood dishes. Awfully delicious! Nicely presented too with edible organic flowers 🌸 The pho was superb, 100% homemade and one can really taste the difference. We are glad to discover this place. We will surely be returning very soon!

They have lunch menu until 3pm where the portion is big and the price is very reasonable. Of course, the most important thing was that it was delicious too! The traditional dishes such as Pho and Bun, which are homemade, are highly recommended. and we would also like to thank the friendly waitresses and waiters. They are truly unique and we feel very welcome every time. A 💎 in the middle of Karlsruhe City! Highly, highly recommended!

I come from the Allgäu and spontaneously went to eat here because there was live music. And I have to say very, very tasty food. I can only recommend!!!

I often spend my lunch break here. The dishes are very tasteful and make this place my absolute favorite for lunch as well as dinner with friends and family. I particularly appreciate the very fresh and high-quality food. Elsewhere you often get peppers that smell and taste like chemicals, or tough meat with gristle - that never happens here. For me, the quality of the ingredients justifies the slightly higher prices. I'm happy to pay a few euros more for this excellent quality and wonderful taste.

On August 2nd we came to dinner. We tested it once at lunchtime and were very satisfied. This time too, everything was excellent and the service was very friendly. We had 3 starters and 2 main courses. Price-performance ratio very good. Rating ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED Have come here several times in the meantime. Completely satisfied every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The menu reads wonderfully appealing and you can tell that the people behind MaiGarden have put a lot of effort into making everything beautiful. So does the place itself, the interior design and the decoration of the dinner plates - very pretty! We found the food preparation to be extremely fresh, but we still lacked enough spice to create the wow effect. There is still room for improvement in finding the right flavor composition. We're happy to pay more for good quality and even if the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us, we wouldn't rule out trying out MaiGarden again. The friendliness of the service creates well-being!
