Wir waren hier schon mehrfach essen, und haben auch etwas bestellt, um es dann abzuholen. Das hat immer super geklappt und es war auch jedes Mal sehr lecker! Auch wenn wir jetzt nicht mehr ganz in der Nähe wohnen, wird es uns auch in der Zukunft immer wieder hierher führen. Zudem möchte ich noch das wirklich angenehme Ambiente im Innenraum und auch auf der Terrasse hervorheben!

Das essen ist bestes geschmack und zubereitung

Nachdem ich zuerst etwas skeptisch war, was mit der schieren Menge an asiatischen Restaurants, die es momentan gibt, zu tun hat, war ich total positiv überrascht. Top Service, top Essen absolut günstige Preise. Ich würde sofort wieder hingehen, wenn ich in Karlsruhe wohnen würde.

⭐ 5 Sterne Wunderschöner Garten mit vielen Pflanzen – eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in Karlsruhe. Innen schick und modern, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Getränke und Speisen sind top: frisch, aromatisch und richtig gut zubereitet. Klare Empfehlung!

Der Außenbereich im Sommer bietet ein richtig schönes Ambiente. Die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl und Vielfalt. Zudem wird das Essen relativ schnell serviert und ist richtig schön angerichtet. Komme immer wieder gerne hier hin!

Das Restaurant ist aus meiner Sicht deutlich überbewertet. Die Preisstruktur passt für mich nicht zur gebotenen Qualität. Wenn man weiß, wie manche Speisen vorbereitet und aufbereitet werden, ist der verlangte Preis schlicht zu hoch. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, aber eben nichts Besonderes, was diese Preise rechtfertigen würde. Man bezahlt hier eher für den Namen und die Außendarstellung als für echte kulinarische Qualität. Für mich leider ein Beispiel dafür, wohin sich die Gastronomie in Deutschland teilweise entwickelt hat: hohe Preise, durchschnittliche Leistung und am Ende wenig Substanz. Insgesamt für mich kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant! Wir haben unseren Besuch im Maison Tom sehr genossen. Alle Gerichte waren hervorragend, frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Service – das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Unser Essen wurde erstaunlich schnell serviert, was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Das Restaurant selbst ist äußerst gemütlich und schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Besonders schön ist die Sommerterrasse: stilvoll gestaltet, mit angenehmem Schatten und perfekt, um bei warmem Wetter eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von Maison Tom für das leckere Essen und den hervorragenden Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hammer Restaurant! Wir kommen seit einiger Zeit her und hatten immer eine super Erfahrung. Wir haben außerdem beide einen empfindlichen Magen und nie irgendwelche Beschwerden nach dem Essen. Außerdem ist es ironischerweise immer sehr ruhig, absolut unverständlich bei der guten Küche! Danke!

Ein sehr angenehmes Lokal. Das Sushi war köstlich, besonders die frittierte Rolle. Der Mojito war sehr gut, aber man sollte beim Alkoholkonsum vorsichtig sein; einer schien komplett alkoholfrei zu sein, deshalb haben wir nachbestellt. Was die Rollen angeht: Etwas mehr Wasabi und eine andere Marke empfehlen; der mitgelieferte war etwas fad. Das Personal war sehr höflich, und es gab sogar einen Mitarbeiter, der Englisch sprach. Wir mussten nie länger als zehn Minuten auf einen Kellner warten; die Bedienung ist recht häufig. Das Interieur ist sehr schön, und es gibt Fotokabinen.

Dieses Restaurant verdient absolut 100 von 100 Punkten. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und geschmackvoll! Wir hatten das Gericht mit gebratenem Hähnchen. Ich habe außerdem frischen Grapefruitsaft und gebratene Momos probiert – einfach perfekt! Mein Partner hat die Limonade probiert und war total begeistert. Unbedingt besuchen! Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöne Einrichtung.

Der Kundenservice war hervorragend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe ein Tofu-Curry bestellt und es war großartig – viele verschiedene Aromen in einem Gericht.

Meiner Meinung nach eines der besten asiatischen Restaurants in Karlsruhe. Jedes Gericht ist superlecker und die Portionen sind wirklich großzügig. Der Service ist sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Öffnungszeiten sind ideal, besonders für Familien. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

War heute zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wieder hervorragend. Egal was man bestellt, es ist einfach so köstlich. Die Vorspeisen, das Sushi, wie es angerichtet ist....klasse. Service trotz kleiner Sprachbarrieren freundlich, sie hätten bei uns nur wahrscheinlich noch ein paar Getränke mehr verkaufen können :) (sprich: bisschen öfter vorbeischauen). Dieses Restaurant kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr enttäuschend. Wir hatten reserviert. Wir wurden nicht begrüßt, nicht einmal wahrgenommen. Mit uns warteten noch 15 Gäste. Es passierte nichts. Wozu reservieren, wenn man doch keinen Tisch bekommt. Ausserdem ist es sehr eng bestuhlt und sehr laut. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit sind wir gegangen und werden nie wieder kommen

Haben trotz Reservierung 45 Minuten (zum Teil draußen im Kalten) auf unseren Tisch gewartet, wofür sich nicht einmal entschuldigt wurde. Das Essen war solide, der Service sonst okay. Ambiente nett aber recht laut und eng. Müssen nicht unbedingt wieder kommen.

Vorsicht, selbst wenn einem schriftlich seine Reservierung bestätigt wurde, heißt das noch lange nicht, dass man einen Platz bekommt. Wir trafen wenige Minuten vor unserer gebuchten Zeit auf eine Warteschlange von ca. 20 Personen die vorgaben, ebenfalls reserviert zu haben. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde warten und es war klar, dass die Reservierungen wertlos waren. Die Restaurantleitung schien mit der Situation völlig überfordert. Die Vergabe der Plätze erfolgte nach Ankunft und frei werdenenden Plätzen. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, wären wir woanders hin gegangen. Trotzdem 2 Sterne, weil das Essen gut war und einige der Servicekräfte sich gut bemüht haben.

Wir hatten einen Tisch am 14.02 um 19 Uhr reserviert. Wir waren um 18:45 Uhr da. Vor und standen draußen im Regen noch fünf Pärchen und hinter uns 5. Alle hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Um 19:20 Uhr sind wir gegangen, weil immernoch immer drei Pärchen vor uns waren. Es ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Also nie wieder

Waren mit der Firma dort essen. Essen gut, Ambiente gut, Service bez. Speisen ok. Was aber gar nicht klappt ist das Erstellen einer Rechnung zur Abrechnung der Kosten. Alles was über einen normalen Bewirtungsbeleg hinausgeht überfordert das Personal. Habe bis heute keine ordentliche Rechnung bekommen um die Bewirtungskosten abzurechnen. Auf Emails wird auch nicht geantwortet. Entweder will man nicht oder man kann nicht.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Leuten da. Es war sehr gut besucht . Leider dauerte es 15 min wir dann auch mal Getränke bestellen durften. Das Essen kam dann allerdings sehr prompt die Sushiplatte war lecker und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Mein Hauptgericht H7 kam leider stark Übergart . Generell war aber das bestellen von Getränken das größte Problem. Es war einfach sehr voll.

Maison Tom ist sehr beliebt und wir waren an einem Samstagabend da. Weil wir an einem Tisch nahe der Türe saßen, standen ständig Leute dort, die auf einen freiwerdenden Tisch warteten - auch auf unseren. Es war also quasi unmöglich, nach dem Essen noch etwas sitzenzubleiben und sich zu unterhalten. Das Personal habe ich echt bewundert: ruhig und professionell haben alle das Chaos beherrscht, keiner war aufdringlich, alles ging flott aber gelassen. Man sollte dringend reservieren.

Yesterday, a group of four of us sat at a round table. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. The food was once again absolutely delicious, whether it was sushi, duck, beef, or chicken. The dessert was also scrumptious. We highly recommend this restaurant. We'll be back.

Very attentive and friendly service, ambiance okay. The daily special of fried shrimp was nicely presented, but the portion was modest and looked a bit lost on the – beautiful – oversized plate. Major criticism: the shrimp weren't peeled! Because of the breading, the shells weren't visible, and I only felt them when chewing. Therefore, only three stars.

First and foremost, the service is very professional. The food is good, but nothing special. The prices for the dishes I ordered are just about reasonable, but €6-7 for a mango lassi is extreme.

A very atmospheric place with excellent Asian cuisine. The sushi rolls are simply amazing, with a delicate texture and just the right amount of avocado 🥑... the duck in sauce melts right in your mouth. Pleasant atmosphere. Quiet music. Decent prices. Highly recommended!

The Thai food is very good. We like to come here occasionally. The dishes are flavorful and always freshly prepared. The menu doesn't offer the largest selection, but it's sufficient. The sushi menu, on the other hand, is quite extensive. The service has always been very friendly. The prices are reasonable. We'll be happy to come back. Parking is a bit scarce in the city.

The ambiance inside isn't really my favorite, as it's a walk-through, meaning the restaurant is set up like a tube inside, where you sit at the side, and the waiters constantly run past you to get food from the kitchen and serve it. The restrooms are also right on the side. My restaurant of choice is definitely on Yorkstrasse 🤚👍😃😊

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, and everything was served quickly. I had a bouquet of flowers in my hand, and they gave me a vase without even asking – very thoughtful. Thank you so much. The food tastes DELICIOUS, no matter which dish I order (I usually order a starter, main course, and dessert), and I swap my partner's meal as well… – everything is excellent. The drinks, especially the various sodas, are also great. Be sure to try them. The restrooms are also clean and tidy. Definitely my favorite restaurant in KA and definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟

I ate here and ordered the "Vịt Xoài" – duck with mango – and was pleasantly surprised: The skin was beautifully crispy, the meat was juicy, and the sauce had a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. Together with the vegetables, everything remained nice and fresh and not greasy. The portion was generous and perfectly filling with rice. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was unpretentious and clean.

The location and service are very good. The food was tasteless, the pasta was bland, the draft beer was warm and stale, probably a night watchman; we expected something better. It was quiet, as there were few customers.

Extremely fast (it felt like ten minutes for a two-person sushi platter), very tasty, and the service was motivated, dedicated, but not intrusive. A special request (no chicken roll for the two-person "Rock 'n' Roll" sushi menu, but one with tuna instead) was accommodated for an additional charge (one euro more, just like for the individual rolls on the menu). The portion size, drink prices, and ambiance could be improved, as the restaurant was very crowded. However, since this all happened on a Monday evening during prime time, the positive impressions clearly outweigh the negative ones. Thank you so much for this almost perfect evening!

For me, this is one of the best Asian restaurants in Karlsruhe. Great ambiance, friendly staff, and excellent cuisine with culinary delights. The menu offers traditional Asian cuisine and outstanding sushi. The preparation is always a feast for the eyes. During peak times, make sure to reserve for groups; there's almost always a spot available for two people.

Very nice exterior decor. The interior is pleasantly unobtrusive. The five tempura rolls and mango salad were very good in my opinion. The value for money was okay. Drinks, like everywhere else, were too expensive. Friendly service.

We waited about an hour and a half before we finally received our main course, after asking the waiters twice. Super delicious food, kudos to the kitchen! :) Service was extremely poor. The appetizer plates were slammed in a pile in front of one of us at a table of four, and someone else kept coming, no one asked for new drinks, nothing. It's just a shame, given the ambiance and the amazing food. It's really annoying.

Good, but the size of the sushi is a bit small.

A truly disappointing experience. After the summer rolls as an appetizer, we had to wait over an hour for the main course – our drinks were long gone, and we weren't even asked once. For the main course, we had curry with chicken (which looked more like a breaded Wiener schnitzel), roast beef with rice noodles in a sweet and sour sauce that strongly resembled a ready-made sauce from the supermarket, and crunchy rolls. The latter tasted okay, but couldn't save the overall experience. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, but at €77 for two people, what we got was simply unacceptable – neither in terms of service nor the quality of the food. I wouldn't recommend it.

Super aufmerksamer freundlicher Service Das aller beste Essen mein absolutes Lieblings Restaurant. Das Essen hat zwar ihren Preis aber es lohnt sich. Jeder der Asiatisch liebt ist hier richtig. Meine Empfehlungen währen die Crunchie Rolls und die Ente in der Mango Soße🙃

Very delicious food and a huge selection. The service was super friendly, and we felt truly at home. The ambiance in the restaurant is also very special and lovingly decorated. We would definitely come back!

The restaurant has a nice ambience and albeit a noisy atmosphere, it’s unique to the area and we enjoyed that. We had high expectations for food but it was quite average in terms of taste and nothing special really. Service was great but feels a tad rushed. Briefly, I’ll definitely visit again but I’ll try a different dish as we still enjoyed our time.

The sushi was delicious, but the noodle dishes were a bit bland. Everything was very fresh and beautifully presented. The staff members were very friendly and helpful overall, although one server was EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful, and seemed to be the head waiter.

In average, a good restaurant. Good food, good atmosphere. The waiter give you the feeling, you are there to eat quickly, pay, and go. They asked us (within 5 Minutes) more than 4 times, what would we have to have for lunch. They didn't even notice, that we didn't have time to read the menu; they didn't notice, we were there with 3 Kids. If you just want to have good food, go there. If you need a more personal experience with asian restaurants and a friendly stuff, this is the wronge place.

I've been eating here regularly since the beginning and can honestly recommend the restaurant to anyone. Everything always tastes fresh and the service is always very friendly. Reservations don't always work out 100%, and sometimes you have to wait, but we've even gotten free drinks for them. Absolutely fantastic!
