Fresh homemade pastries, reasonable prices and delicious food

My family and I have been having breakfast at this breakfast place for years. The service is excellent, the prices are excellent, the atmosphere is excellent, the food is excellent, and the hygiene is excellent.

I went for Sunday brunch with my friends. The service was fast, the breakfast was good, and it met my expectations. It wasn't hard to find parking nearby, either.

Breakfast and soup were delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned. I'd gladly come again.

Even one star was too much, the table was dirty, we asked for it, the lady came like a truck with a broken brake, we were told where it was dirty, she was going to put a cloth over our heads while wiping it, the general culture of the business is poor, I've been coming here for a long time, the man inside greets her, the woman flies into a rage of jealousy, the guy tells her to mind her own business, she scolds him, it's a nice, unethical behavior, it's repulsive.

I'll definitely get some delicious coffee and cake from there again; everything is homemade, tasty, and fresh, not to mention the delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

I was hungry and happened upon this place. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the decor and the friendly staff. R. and B., in particular, are hardworking and very friendly. They always keep an eye on the tables and provide excellent service. The menu has a wide selection, and on my subsequent visits, I've tried several dishes, both for breakfast and dinner. Everything was delicious and fresh, just like you'd expect from home. The very warm atmosphere and the clean kitchen delighted me. My regular table in Spandau is guaranteed!!! Many thanks to the team and best regards to the extremely friendly owner!!!

A very nice, family-run business with a very clean and delicious kitchen. A wide variety of excellent Turkish food at a very reasonable price. Great service, attentive, and always polite. I've been here regularly since moving to Spandau and enjoy both breakfast and dinner. Aside from the delicious dessert, I also enjoy sitting here and drinking tea. All in all, I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place with a cozy decor, friendly staff, and excellent food.

We were not satisfied at all, we went with friends for the first time, I had a little daughter, the employees were so rude and cold-blooded, as if they had never seen a child before, they could not stand the sound of a little crying, one of the employees came out of the kitchen in anger and said whose child is this, we will never go again, even though we paid that much, we were not satisfied at all.

Unfortunately, the staff was overwhelmed by the number of breakfast guests, and it took quite a while for us to get our food. It was delicious, though.

My brother was here today at Sofra and bought poğaça and an employee with blonde hair. She made fun of me, her unfriendly behavior was really bad, we don't go shopping for food. She has no respect for customers. The customer is not valuable. I would not recommend Sofra to anyone.

The lady with the dyed blonde hair was extremely overwhelmed when taking my order. On top of that, she was rude to me. That was it for me; I get more friendly and cordial service at Schönwalderstrasse. The prices here are outrageous, so I'm surprised why it's cheaper at Schönwalderstrasse. Enjoy your meal, everyone.

The best place for authentic Turkish breakfast in Spandau. Amazing quality food that ranges from stable breakfast items to salads, Turkish speciality foods like Mantı, Kuru Fasulye, Türlü and many others. The dessert menu is also impressive and covers the essentials like baklava and künefe to tiramisu and kadayif. The food is top quality and very well priced. The staff are very friendly and there are enough seating areas indoors and outdoors. Must try in Spandau.

We've been going there since it opened. Yes, it's often very busy, but that only speaks volumes about this shop. Everything from breakfast to hot meals to desserts of all kinds is delicious. What I particularly like is that the taste is always consistent, which isn't often the case. So, I can 100% recommend sofra; I've already tried it, and everyone has been satisfied. I had breakfast with a friend today. There were two waitresses, one slightly younger and one slightly older. The younger waitress was really super friendly and nice. The older of the two was a disaster, my friend asked for a napkin, the older waitress rolled her eyes (she thought we didn't see it) and then brought us one. After breakfast we wanted to eat tiramisu, we told her and she went to the front for a moment, came back and said it wasn't available. We then said ok then please have a mole cake...she just looked at us and said I should go to the front and take a look myself. What kind of service is that? If she doesn't feel like doing her job, she should look for something else. Impossible the woman.

Rude employee, you have to be up for 40 minutes. Food waits, not even drinks are brought beforehand. Rarely have I met such incompetent employees. (work in service myself) The food really wasn't that great because you can get better service and better food elsewhere for the same money.

There are not enough employees working on weekends. While I wanted to have a nice weekend breakfast with my wife, all the fun was lost by waiting at the table.

Easy to find, right at the intersection, and there's plenty of parking. The young waitress was super friendly and quick. The counter looked delicious, and everything was freshly prepared. The food arrived quickly after it was made and was absolutely delicious. The fresh gözlemek was delicious and fresh, simply amazing. It's well worth it; the price/performance ratio was excellent. Unfortunately this place has gotten really bad. The food is not as good as it used to be and the service is very bad. There is only one waiter who is overwhelmed and rude. The kitchen staff is overworked and the food coming out is presented badly. We had to sit on a dirty table and then after wait for a long time for our food. Will not be going here again until they improve their service and quality of food.

This place was a total disaster,the food was very cold and overcooked. The egg was still raw and the soups are bad. The service is poor with no organization, no care and no love. Th food took too long to come and they had forgotten one meal. The only thing that was decent was the toilets, they were taken care of. But a total disappointment!

Rarely have I seen such rude and unprofessional staff as here! I was here for breakfast with my mother and when the waitress took our order she made a mistake in her tone because she couldn't understand me acoustically. I politely pulled myself back and then she started shouting loudly, ran to the back of her colleague and started talking badly and the entire restaurant was allowed to hear it. I'm just shocked about the whole situation. Everyone has a bad day, but this is absolutely disgusting treatment of customers.

The service didn't think that was right. When the smell around us was more like Douglas than a cafe, we decided to leave. Suddenly someone came and we should stay. Ha-Ha. The prices are high. Can't write anything about the taste because I didn't order. The ambience is terrible. The tables are much too narrow and some of the chairs are in the aisle. The service staff seemed overwhelmed and the man behind the counter was aggressive. Parking spaces are of course in short supply. Never again.

It was one of the biggest disappointments of my life. I was in Berlin for a meeting. Cemal Sureya says "breakfast must have something to do with happiness". I thought I'd start with a nice breakfast. NOT recommended today. Sofra was really good years ago. Today you have to wait far too long until you get your simple breakfast (even if the shop is not full) today experience 50 minutes after placing the order. Sad !!! A few months ago we had a fly in the salad and thought it could happen. Today we had something red in the fries, not quite sure what it was. (Piece of plastic?) Things like this just shouldn't happen. In addition, the fries were really not good. (Oil should be changed every now and then) The boss can be as nice as he wants, but you can't compensate for the service. Therefore, I recommend only buying sesame rings and making breakfast CLEAN and cozy at home.

I've been here several times and I go there out of convenience because there are hardly any good restaurants in Spandau. The service is an absolute disaster. The woman in particular (with the bad teeth) is terrible when it comes to service. Not only do you sometimes have to get up yourself and ask for/get the card, or go to the front to pick up your Simit yourself, or get up yourself and actively go to the waiters and ask for the bill because no one comes, but you are ignored by everyone. It happened that the woman in question seriously served a group of men in front of you, even though you had been sitting there for a few minutes waiting for a card. This group came in 5-10 minutes later and immediately got everyone's attention. The food is average. It's not terrible, but it's still poor quality. I haven't set foot in the store since the last time and I wouldn't do so again. There are better Turkish breakfast cafes but you wouldn't go here anymore just for convenience. Unfortunately, what I listed above was not an isolated case. Women are treated worse than men in this restaurant.
