Doner kebab ordered and paid for €7 but received kebab for €4... it's a real shame, the shop used to be one of the best in the city and is now unfortunately only below average... tastes good but the price-performance ratio is miserable...

Large selection, service ok. However, a small plate of kebab for €9 is pretty steep.

Criminally expensive, 1 L water cost 1€ with 0.25centtdeposit.  Not here, 0,5L cost 2,5€ that is 150% rising price. That`s known only by Mafia-Shylock or Loan-Sharks.

Delicious kebab on a plate. Mixed meat in large quantities, delicious salads and crispy fries. The portion is huge, it's hard to eat and all for 12 euros. I recommend.

Ordered at 11:00 a.m. and received cancellation at 1:00 p.m. Thanks for nothing. Idiots

They have very tasty food here! The burger is super good. The Turkish pizza is super tasty. The salami pizza was delicious. The döner plate was good! Friendly help. They could also speak English, which is easy if you are not fluent in German. Easy parking. Definitely recommended if you have walked through Berlin after a day and are on your way to your hotel at the airport.

Ordered kebab, received almost nothing (not even salad) and then also this strange tasting meat..... 7€ for that? Never again. No wonder there was almost no one there.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten, the bread was totally hard. And when it comes to service, there is still room for improvement in terms of friendliness Next time my regular kebab in Rudow. I'd rather drive a bit🤨

We ordered kebab Dürüm to be delivered. We didn't think it was that good because the Dürüm was delivered cold. I would have understood that the food would be a bit cold by the time it was delivered but it wasn't even warm COLD and it was very dry. The sauces We didn't even take any sauce into it. The Dürüm was big but it wasn't ours at all and we wouldn't order it again.

Ordering locally is stressful, but ordering via delivery service is a disaster. There are things missing from the food that are generally stated at Lieferando. Furthermore, the comments have never been read or taken into account. We called Istanbul Grill 14 times and only got the voicemail. No service at all Actually, I would like to give no star at all.

Food good, staff could be improved. I'm asked at least three times every time what I want, and in the end I get the wrong one in preparation. If a customer has an extra request, they mumble to themselves or complain about the customer to their colleagues, which is of course not understandable. Prices are expensive and the kebab is smaller. The worst thing is the Dürüm kebab. Mini Dürüm, but expensive like Big Dürüm. impudence. We bought/ordered from you last time.

Sour hot soup and pizza are great, kebabs are sometimes more or less good depending on the condition. Service friendly, ambience, well, since the new lighting it's bright as day in the store even in the evenings, the toilet isn't the cleanest place either and there's only one toilet for everyone.

The store has certain deficiencies, such as: the toilet that is barely clean and there is enough soap and paper! The food is ok, especially the pizza and pide are super tasty! The service is good so far, we respond to various requests, with a certain sense of humor!

The food is really delicious.👌🏿 I enjoy Turkish cuisine and always enjoy eating there. The attractive employee with the blue eyes has already fooled me twice by acting as if he was going to put sheep gravy in my dürüm, which traumatized me a lot because I have social anxiety 😰 but at the moment I have it I'm used to it (I never went there again after that happened😭) I support the employees because they still have to work hard despite Ramadan (I couldn't stand it, respect!) 🤩

The kebab was a bit wrong, but the food there is very tasty and I go there again and again. The staff are always nice and friendly.

The kebab is really tasty. But you have to be careful not to get ripped off with the price.

As tourists with little German language, we were made to feel welcome and enjoyed very nice falafel & chicken wraps and a beer in the restaurant.

Were there today. At a rush hour. We waited over 10 minutes for us to place an order. Then the gentleman behind us was served, we were completely ignored. I mentioned it, no response. Then we were finally able to order because the nice lady who prepared the Chinese dishes urged the gentleman to serve us. So far so good🤣 We ordered spring rolls which were delicious. Thank you for your service, for your heart and your kindness❤️ And ordered 2 kebabs. We explicitly said that we wanted to eat on site. Of course, completely ignored again and a To bowl opened. Above all, why this bowl? Ordered kebab in bread. Huh?Again the friendly woman made a comment to him. One only ordered meat, tomatoes and cucumber. Hardly any meat here. He was so overwhelmed and then stuffed everything with cucumbers and tomatoes. Pure disappointment. The kebab was ready and could be eaten. But mine was missing. They simply forgot the second kebab. Everything ignored again. Terrible. For the second kebab, the bread was so delicately smeared with sauces that I needed more drinks because it was so dry. The other kebab is dripping, the bread is falling apart at the bottom, and for me the Sahara arrived. No thanks. Even my companion is sure that here in Rudow the toppings are better, they taste better and the service is miles better. Still good for another experience. This way you know where you don't go anymore :)

Not recommendable. The bread is from yesterday or the day before yesterday. The meat is fatty and sometimes not cooked properly. The employees barely understand German. Grilled chicken is also not recommended. Dried and oily!!!!!!

Not edible again because the red cabbage is torn and I can't eat the entire Dürüm kebab. It's a shame, but it's not the first time and at almost €7 it's not acceptable.

Very good and lovely services from the delivery woman, such a strong individual. would order again anytime any place within and around Berlin. Such a great team even if I order some beverages this time xD

Cash only no option to pay by card. Food was average. Avoid the lahmachun doner was ok. Although not advertised as halal the worker insisted that the meat was halal.

Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich. Der Döner schmeckt gut und man wird satt. Vor allem beim Big Döner wird nicht mit Fleisch gespart

Habe einen Dürüm Döner mit Chickenfleisch, eine Cola 1L und eine Sprite 0.33l bestellt. Was kam an? Ein Dürüm Döner mit Kalbsfleisch und eine 0.5l Cola. Habe angerufen und der Herr meinte es wird nachgeliefert. Kam bisher immer noch nicht an.

Der Döner war sehr sehr lecker.

War mal gut, jetzt leider nicht mehr. Das Dönerfleisch ist sehr fettig und wird bei viel Betrieb auch mal roh abgeschnitten was garnicht geht anstatt die Brenner aufzudrehen. Die Gas und Strompreise sind mittlerweile wieder auf Vorkriegszeiten aber der Dönerpreis bleibt unverändert hoch. Wer diese Preise zahlt ist selber Schuld

Döner immer lecker. Sehr freundlich und auch mit Humor. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Es ist gepflegt und sieht einigermaßen schön aus. Jedoch ist, wie mittlerweile bei jedem anderen Dönermann auch, der Döner nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Satt war ich für die 6 Euro nicht, aber das ist ja wiegesagt mittlerweile standart bei den Preisen. Lecker war er aber.

Ich gehe dort regelmäßig hin und es schmeckt mir persönlich sehr gut. Das Personal ist auch immer freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Geschmacklich leider nur durchschnittlich - Fleisch schmeckt sehr fettig. BIG Döner definitiv zu klein. Hier müsst ihr noch ein bisschen was machen. Personal ist auf jeden Fall sehr freundlich.

Sehr freundlicher Service und ein solider Dürüm-Döner mit schön scharfen Chilischeiben. Preislich noch in Ordnung (6,50€). Kann man gerne mal machen.

Hallo! Hab bei euch heute bestellt Wollte denn Döner ohne Rotkohl haben kam aber mit Rotkohl an Pommes für die kleine bestellt das kam garnicht an:( frühlingsrollen kamen mit Salat an nach paar Minuten war alles nass und nicht mehr knusprig Sehr schade für das Geld

Essen ist okay doch herrscht da ein ganz schönes durcheinander, bei ihren Bestellungen. Und es ist nicht mehr so sauber

Kleiner feiner Döner Laden, das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend...wahrscheinlich auch mit ein Grund für mich, seit 2013 regelmäßig dort etwas zu essen zu holen. Auch das Essen ist immer in einer super Qualität, nicht nur Döner Kebap. Also von mir ne klare Empfehlung👍🏻

Döner ist nichts besonderes, vom Preis sehr sehr teuer geworden. Alle sind aber immer nett.

Es war mal besser.... zum wiederholtem Mal war der Big Döner sichtbar kleiner als der normale. Zum wiederholtem Mal habe ich untergemischtes Hähnchenfleisch in meinem Döner gehabt. Sorry ich finde das geht garnicht. Ich bezahle dafür das ich das bekomme was ich haben will. Nach einiger Zeit wieder mal dort was geholt und wieder enttäuscht. Immer noch wird Händchenfleisch untergemischt.

Essen ist sehr lecker & mega Freundlicher Service..

Gestern haben wir bei euch das erste mal gegessen. Wir sind durch die große Auswahl in Berlin qualitativ sehr verwöhnt. Eure türkische Pizza hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt! Besonders erwähnenswert ist der angemachte Rotkrautsalat, ganz lecker und nicht so trocken wie bei anderen Läden. Auch die leckere saure Note in der Pizza war perfekt (Zitronensaft?) Ihr ward sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Preis ist bei aktuellen Kosten gerechtfertigt 👍🏻 Ich komme wieder 😉
