Sofia Straten in Greven

I've been coming here to eat for years, today my patience is at an end, after weeks or months they learned that I want hot fries and today I got the fries in the menu hot, but the bag of fries was only half full or empty. I mentioned it as usual and it was said that the lady I spoke to had filled the fries and she filled them up... I find that cheeky! The toilets here are always dirty and there is no current light! I would like to upload a photo if possible of the amount of fries.

They cook very tasty food and the staff is friendly.

The waiting times are getting longer and longer. 1 3/4 hours were announced when ordering by telephone. Then another 45 minutes in the store. Whereby the cash is collected so that it goes faster..... Last but not least, one of four dishes was not right. We've enjoyed getting our food there often, but at some point it's too much...

Absolutely a disappointment, right from the start you could see that the pizza was undercooked and above all the dough was under-leavened. After eating 3/4 slices I started to have a stomach ache.. I'm sorry to give a review like that.. but you can't sell something like that. The dough must rise otherwise it cannot be digested!! And then cooking is really important!! You can't sell raw pizza... I can't review the atmosphere because I ordered from Lieferando. There definitely won't be a next time.
