Smileys Pizza in Hamburg

Best pizza! I like to come and collect it myself, as I live outside the delivery area. Even though there are various alternatives here (Seevetal). I think that says it all.

I ordered a pizza and specifically said I wanted it uncut. This was also clearly noted on the invoice. Nevertheless, I received the pizza sliced. Please pay more attention to such details in the future, after all, we pay money and expect our wishes to be fulfilled accordingly.

Now the time has come for me to give a review. I lived in Schleswig Holstein and was always super happy with the local Smileys store, fast delivery and the food arrived hot. This is now the third time that food has arrived cold. For a €40 order I expect warm or hot food. Even though the holidays are busy, hot food should be a top priority. The journey to me takes about 15 minutes, no understanding of ice-cold food. I've tried it several times now, but I won't be ordering from you again. It's a shame but not worth the money!! Worst pizzeria in my area!!!

Pizza tastes very good and is always fresh. I haven't had any bad experiences here so far.

I called in the evening and was hungry for a pizza. After I ordered, I was told that they wouldn't deliver to me, even though I only lived 6 minutes away. I didn't understand that and I definitely won't call them again.

It's exactly the same with me, you order a Dallas and compared to the advertisement there are all kinds of salami slices missing, so far I've ordered around 20 pizzas in 40 days. -Dallas - Chilli So far the pizzas have always arrived lukewarm. When I pointed out that a pizza from Smileys was supposed to be handed over at around 65°C, a very unfriendly and arrogant German guy stood at the door. It has to be said that for once I was a bit late today and fell asleep. Still, the pizza was hot and delicious. Today I ordered another pizza and it was more like salami than Dallas, the pizza was no longer hot and rather lukewarm. If you want it to work, you have to call at least twice, immediately after ordering and shortly before delivery. I already had three boxes opened, so you first have to clear yourself of the fact that something was done to the pizza because you complained the day before Management doesn't seem to have the staff under control. On the phone etc. they always say we take this very seriously, "blah", sorry "blah", all empty words. If you're in the mood for a great pizza, you won't be happy here. Addendum: After criticism, I ordered again yesterday and today. The delivery employee was super friendly and gave me the money back. Pizza was full of salami, not completely cooked, but still tasty. I would be happy if the quality is maintained. Addendum 10/29/24: Nothing to complain about, delivery times and products are absolutely within limits.

I just pre-ordered and picked up food from this branch for the first time and it was great. Super nice and cheerful employees, the food was ready for collection within 12 minutes of ordering and was super tasty. Gladly again! Thank you :)

Good morning, Actually everything is good, but if you order for 59 euros and the shop is around the corner. Then you have to pay 1.60 euros for delivery costs. That's quite a rip-off. Greetings Stephan

Worst service I have ever experienced. After the driver forgot the dips, then went to get them and never came back, I called the place. They were so accommodating and said they would prepare the order again, since the food was of course cold by now. After a total of 2 1/2 hours had passed, the new delivery arrived and what can I say? It was simply the wrong food, now I'm waiting for the third delivery in the hope that it's right this time and then I'll choose a different and more reliable delivery service in the future.

1. Ordered without tomato but comes with tomato. 2. Pizza was handed over completely demolished! How can a pizza be transported like that? 3. The store was nice enough to deliver me a new one, but then I've been waiting for a total of over an hour! And then for a lot of money.

My feedback on this: In fact, given the prices and advertising images, that cannot be your claim. Since pictures say more than 1000 words, I posted a photo of the pizza so that everyone can see what they are getting. So asking me to find out more doesn't make sense to me... A very great shop, everyone is friendly and the pizzas taste very good, always nice and warm and crispy as it should be. Emra the manager and his team are the best. I only ate once and I keep coming back from Mundsburg

Never again, ordered snack rolls with sucuk and got salami, Like the burger, the meat wasn't even cooked through. Disgustingly simple if I get something these days I will sue you. What can happen when mixed up but delivering a burger to a customer where the meat is not cooked through is tough. It's truly a miracle that the store is still running. 👎

Always very tasty! The service is good and everyone is always friendly, even when things get hectic. The delivery also works great and what was ordered always arrived hot. The location is also great if you live nearby. Order on the go and go straight to the store to pick up after getting off the bus.

Nach der Eröffnung war das Essen häufig nicht so gut wie in anderen Smileys Filialen, mittlerweile hat es sich aber gebessert und entspricht wohl dem Smileys Standard.

Hatte heute seit langem mal wieder eine richtig gute Hot San Antonio - andere Smileys machen die immer so lieblos, heute waren sie von euch aber gut. Hat bestimmt die nette Sarah vom Telefon gemacht!

Essen ist ok, man ruft direkt nach dem bestellen an weil man eine Info vergessen hat, kommt aber 15min lang nicht durch.. ich finde wenn man liefert sollte man auch telefonisch gut erreichbar sein

Sehr, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und Essen wird immer lecker, pünktlich und heiß geliefert. Ein Leben ohne China Town ist möglich, aber sinnlos. 5 Sterne, absolut verdient!

Abholung klappt super. Mein einziges Problem ist, dass schon zweimal der Dip zu meiner Bestellung vergessen wurde.
