Disaster! I ordered pizza rolls and a salami pizza. The delivery time was about 20 minutes. We live a three-minute drive away, and the food arrived completely cold!

Absolutely fantastic. You're in the hospital, you order a pizza, and you unpack it upstairs in the ward. It's cold. Never again

Yesterday I ordered a pizza and a mixed salad with dressing. Unfortunately the gentleman on the phone spoke almost no German. Asked a hundred times!!!!!! The nice delivery person came with the pizza and the dressing. I asked him about the salad???? Hm??? Well, pizza and dressing is weird. He confirmed that. He couldn't help it. When I opened the pizza, there were green lettuce leaves on the pizza. Very funny…🤔. I took them down and champions I wanted were missing too. In German: He didn't understand anything. Otherwise the pizza tasted good. But it really can't be the case that someone doesn't understand anything on the phone 🥵

I'm not usually a fan of mass-produced food, let alone pizzas made from such a factory, but I'd like to share my experience with an employee at this restaurant who always puts a smile on my face. I'm talking about a gentleman named Hamid, who is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. Whenever I come to pick up my order and he's there, I know the food will be good. That's an absolute rarity, and you can tell he's a really kind person. Here's to many more orders :)

I ordered a free pizza using the Dominos app with 60 points and wanted to pick it up in store. On the way there, one of Domino's called me and asked me what kind of voucher I had used so that €0.00 was on the bill. I explained to him that it was the app's bonus system and he didn't understand it and wanted me to show it to him in person. When I walked in I showed him the app, he told me I wasn't a customer of the branch and wasn't in the system. 1. That's not true: I live just one street away and have often ordered there for delivery or collection. So it must be a system error in the store, which is not my problem. 2. I don't remember that the app says where I have to order to be able to pick up my free pizza. After a 10 minute discussion he refused to give me the pizza that was ready behind him and wanted me to pay for it so I could be in the system. “I could pick up the free pizza tomorrow and he would keep the bill.” So now I didn't get any pizza and my points are gone too. Sounds like fraud to me. Dominos support has been contacted and from now on you will only order from Papa Johns or Pizza Hut

Compared to other dominoes, this one is really bad. No card payments at Dominos. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all!

Worst pizza I've ever eaten, it took over an hour and hardly any toppings on it, cold and tasted like cardboard. 👎

It's a shame, when ordered with broccoli and steak pepper, unfortunately neither of them arrived.

I know Dominos food from another branch. But the branch here in Meiendorf is underground. The salami pizza is not as topped as I know it, the tomato sauce tastes incredibly artificial. I also believe that there are savings on the ingredients in the branch - you get more pizza for your money in a branch. I don't order there anymore. A pity.

The man at the register was so very kind and chatty. Food was alright but the service made it great.

We always ordered pizza rolls here and they were always good. Today we thought we'd try the pizzas too. I've never eaten such bad pizza. They arrived lukewarm, even though we live around the corner, and the taste couldn't be worse. One of the pizzas was totally burnt. It was the last time we ate anything else there.

Delivery arrived after 1.5 hours and even COLD. They also forgot the dessert 🍮. Impossible . No recommendation…

Ich habe trotz Vorbestellung zu einer gewissen Uhrzeit 40 Minuten warten müssen. Sie haben die Bestellung übersehen und dann 10 Minuten gemeint. Schade, dass nichts mehr kam als ein genuscheltes "Entschuldigung". Zich Pizzen standen lange Zeit im kalten ohne sie an wartende Kunden rauszugeben. Das Gegenteil von Kundenersvice und das Letzte Mal dort bestellt!

falsche pizza, falscher milchshake, falscher wein. nach netter nachfrage nach einer 10€ gutschrift wurde mir mit hämischen lachen 5€ angeboten. kein mitarbeiter in der filiale spricht vernünftig deutsch, die aufnahme der bestellung hat 15min gedauert. gehe nach dieser nummer lieber zu smileys :)

Ich habe nun mehrmals dort bestellt und ich musste JEDES Mal anrufen (nach über einer Stunde warten) um zu erfahren wann die Pizza geliefert wird. Der Laden ist mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten entfernt, sehr schade. Werde ich Zukunft woanders essen bestellen.

Zwei Mal zum Liefern in Meiendorf bestellt. Nie wieder. Die Pizzen waren immer verbrannt, und die Mitarbeiter sind lahmarschig ohne Ende. Beide Male haben wir über eine Stunde auf die Lieferung gewartet, obwohl es nur 5 Minuten per Auto sind. Und Anweisungen können sie offenbar auch nicht lesen. Drecksladen…

Pizza kam viel zu spät und war kalt und schmeckte wegen der langen Zeit im Karton nur noch nach Pappe. Als ich direkt anrief wurde mir ein Gutschein in Aussicht gestellt. Sollte nur anrufen, als ich nun anrief konnte sich keiner dran erinnern obwohl es damals aufgeschrieben wurde. Absolut nicht in Ordnung. Einmal und nie wieder.

Sehr freundliches und sehr Kundenorientiertes Persona! Ich würde es klasse finden, wenn man häufiger auf so einen Service stieße.

Wo soll ich anfangen.. zuerst wird die falsche Bestellung geliefert, was mal unter Stress passieren kann. Sofort Bescheid gegeben, uns wurde gesagt, dass der Lieferant sofort zurück kommt und die Bestellung korrigieren wird. Nun, haben wir nur die Hälfte der Bestellung bekommen und das kalt. Angerufen, um zu fragen, wo der Rest bleibt nur um dann länger als eine Stunde zu warten - nach wiederholtem Anrufen, wird immer das gleiche gesagt „kommt gleich“. Und das ist nicht das erste mal.

Die Pizza war absolut lecker,und die Wartezeit war kurz,besser als bei anderen👍👍👍👍👍👍👍,war echt angenehm überrascht 😉Danke für die schnelle Lieferung ☺️

Antwort: Wo soll denn der besagte Gutschein nun sein, bitte? Ich kann nirgends einen Gutschein finden. Haben nun mehrmals hier bestellt und leider kam jedes mal die Pizza meines Mannes (grüner Garten) mit fehlenden Zutaten an. Haben nun 3x bestellt und 3x fehlten extra bezahlte Zutaten. Das ist wirklich unfassbar, jedes Mal zahlen wir EXTRA und erhalten nichts dafür. Manchmal werden die Standardzutaten der Pizza vergessen und dann noch die Extras dazu weggelassen oder komplett vergessen. Das ist doch wirklich ein Witz. Und dann bekommt man einen 5€ Gutschein, weil 2 Saucen fehlten, aber wie oft denn? Damit man wieder dort bestellt und nur die Hälfte der Bestellung richtig ankommt? Scheint ja nun in Angesicht der ganzen Bewertungen echt ein großes Problem des Ladens zu sein. Als wir noch aus Sasel beliefert wurden, hatten wir nicht einmal Probleme.

Gaanz ganz schlecht. Überhaupt nicht mehr zu empfehlen! Immer fehlen dazugewählte Zutaten, für die immer bezahlt wurde. Das scheint System zu haben. Ich gehe von Vorsatz aus. So unorganisiert und so inkompetent kann doch niemand sein! 0 Sterne!

Wir haben gestern eine Pizza bestellt .Und waren erschüttert wir haben noch nie so eine schlechte Pizza geliefert bekommen. Kalt Papig Null Geschmack. Es war das erste und letzte Mal bei dominos

Guten Tag, in Dominos war um Pizza kaufen. War schnell und gut verpackt.

Meine Änderungen, die ich natürlich bezahlt habe, wurden vergessen, obwohl ich für Abends vorbestellt habe… Zeit war also eigentlich genug… Es fehlten Terijaki Soße, Basilikum-Pesto, Frühlingszwiebeln und ein Dip zu der Vegan Chicken-Box…. An der Extra-Zutat Spinat wurde echt gespart. Im Prinzip hab ich nur eine halbe Pizza bekommen. Nicht gut.

Pizza war sehr heiss & frisch. Lieferant auch sehr nett.

Die Pizzen sind lecker, ohne Frage... wenn man sie denn bekommt. Es liegt mit Sicherheit nicht am Dominos Meiendorf, die Mitarbeiter waren bisher immer höflich und freundlich, aber die Website ist echt besch... hoch drei! Da gibt es eine Aktion (2. Pizza für 2 Euro in diesem Fall) und man muss sich erstens völlig neu anmelden, obwohl man schon einen Account hat. Dann wählt man die Aktionspizzen aus und zahlt. Die Zahlung wird abgebucht, aber man erhält keine Buchungsbestätigung. Man fährt trotzdem hin, weil man ja bezahlt hat und vor Ort liegt keine Bestellung vor! Man kann nun natürlich vor Ort nochmal bestellen... aber für den Normalpreis und nicht den Aktionspreis. Verarsche auf ganzer Linie! Das Geld wurde allerdings hinterher wieder zurckgebucht. Nur leider hätten wir es gern für die Pizzen ausgegeben...

Bestelle schon Jahre lang bei Dominos und war bisher immer ein zufriedener Kunde. Preis Leistung ist ok und es schmeckt auch immer sehr lecker. Lieferzeit ist auch top! Allerdings musste ich jetzt seit einiger Zeit immer wieder feststellen, dass komplett falsche Pizzen geliefert wurden oder ständig Zutaten, die dazu bestellt wurden, fehlten. Die Zufriedenheit hält sich daher echt in Grenzen. Ich werde meine Pizzen von nun an woanders bestellen - sehr schade!

War früher mal "Hallo Pizza", da war es noch super und nun - langweiliger Durchschnitt. Die Qualität hat merklich nachgelassen.

Leckere Pizza zum fairen Preis. Es gibt viele Rabatt Aktionen, so dass man eine 25cm Classic Pizza auch gerne mal für 4 Euro bei Abholung bekommt

Die 1-Stern-Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Pizzen haben super geschmeckt, waren nach Vorbestellung pünktlich auf die Minute und der Bote war sehr freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Vor Ort die Pizza gegessen. Pizza war sehr gut und lecker. Die übrig gebliebenen Stücke wurden eingepackt und warm gehalten, bis bezahlt und gegangen wurde. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wieder hinkommen.
