Siebenborn UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Trier

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, everything was simply great. And in the end, we all left the restaurant happy and refreshed with full stomachs.

A really lovely little restaurant. Authentic cuisine, a super friendly owner, and lots of interesting details about Ethiopian culture on the menu. The food isn't exactly cheap, but you can get seconds if you want more. The food itself was delicious and, despite being labeled "only" vegetarian, is even suitable for vegans. Of course, there are options for meat lovers as well. It's wonderful that we have places like this in Trier!

The food was unfortunately not good. The atmosphere and air quality were poor. All my clothes smelled strongly. There was no wine selection. A disappointing experience. I don't understand the positive reviews.
