Ordered online. 2 hours wait. When I called, they explained that there were currently delays. I understand! I thought a drink as compensation would be great. I didn't get it. The driver accidentally gave it to another customer. Okay... Whatever, the food is here! The child gets food! ... Well, nothing came of it! It was cold and inedible! A real shame! My patience and understanding have reached their limits! I paid €23.50 for this!!!!! 8:42 p.m.! I'm sick and my child has nothing warm to eat! 🤯😤

Completely wrong. They have absolutely no idea how to cook, the spare ribs were grilled in old fat, and the salads were practically nonexistent. There are no trained chefs at the stove. Good food looks very different. Not worth one star.

I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the owner's extremely unprofessional behavior. On Friday evening, I ordered food there – fries, lasagna, and pasta. The delivery went smoothly; the courier arrived after about 40 minutes; everything was fine. The next morning, Saturday at 8 a.m., the restaurant owner suddenly texted me via WhatsApp and called me on my private number. In incomprehensible German, he informed me that I was banned from the restaurant – without any explanation. That same evening, I left an honest review on Lieferando: I wrote that the fries were delicious, but I didn't like the lasagna and pasta. That same evening, at 10 p.m., the owner called me again. Such behavior is unacceptable. Customers should be able to express their honest opinions without fear of being harassed or threatened. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

The owner just hung up! I was just about to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with three toppings of my choice. I didn't want these three ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each topping with a different ingredient. I was told I had to order something like that by phone; it wasn't available online. And they promptly charged me €25, then €20. The reason given was that it would make more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or individually on the pizza, the man on the phone started ranting, said, "Then order them online," and simply hung up (I could still hear him cursing me loudly; he was obviously not alone in the room). I wanted to order from the closest place to me, and then this happened! If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't. I wasn't being rude, I just asked a legitimate question. I've never experienced anything like this before.

The employee who serves the food gets angry pretty quickly (the food is still good though), but that puts me off coming here again (plus, forgetting the sauce, especially with nuggets, is really uncool).
