Online bestellt. 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Bei Anruf wurde erklärt, dass es momentan zu Verzögerungen kommt. Hab ich Verständnis! Ein Getränk als Entschädigung fand ich toll. Bekommen habe ich es nicht. Der Fahrer gab es ausversehen an einen anderen Kunden. Okay…. Egal, Essen ist da! Kind bekommt essen! …. Tja, da wurde nichts draus! Es war kalt, und nicht genießbar! Sehr sehr schade!!!! Meine Geduld und Verständnis sind an einer Grenze angekommen! Dafür habe ich 23,50€ bezahlt!!!!! 20:42 Uhr! Ich krank und mein Kind nichts warmes zu essen! 🤯😤

The owner just hung up! I was just about to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with three toppings of my choice. I didn't want these three ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each topping with a different ingredient. I was told I had to order something like that by phone; it wasn't available online. And they promptly charged me €25, then €20. The reason given was that it would make more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or individually on the pizza, the man on the phone started ranting, said, "Then order them online," and simply hung up (I could still hear him cursing me loudly; he was obviously not alone in the room). I wanted to order from the closest place to me, and then this happened! If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't. I wasn't being rude, I just asked a legitimate question. I've never experienced anything like this before.

absoluter Grottenfraß. Seit einiger Zeit sind die Pommes zäh, latschig und schmecken wie ein Blatt Papier. Die Burger haben auch keinen Biss mehr, als ob die nicht trocken gelagert werden. Und die Cola ist entweder überflutet mit Eiswürfel oder nur mit 3 Stück. Ich kann diese Filiale aktuell 0 empfehlen. 👎
