Ordered online. 2 hour waiting time. When I called, it was explained that there were currently delays. I understand! I thought a drink as compensation was great. I didn't get it. The driver accidentally gave it to another customer. OK…. No matter, food is here! Child gets food! …. Well, nothing came of it! It was cold and not edible! That's really a pity!!!! My patience and understanding have reached a limit! I paid €23.50 for that!!!!! 8:42 p.m.! I'm sick and my child doesn't have anything warm to eat! 🤯😤

The owner just hung up! I just wanted to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with 3 toppings. I didn't want these 3 ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each with one ingredient. It was explained to me that I had to order something like this over the phone; it couldn't be done online. And they promptly ask for 25, then 20€. Justification: it creates more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or put on the pizza individually, the man on the phone started complaining, said "then order it online" and simply hung up (I could still hear him talking about me loudly complained, he was obviously not alone in the room). I wanted to order from where I lived closest and then something like that! If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't do it. I didn't use my tone wrong, I asked a legitimate question. I've never experienced anything like that.
