Pizza Amori in Augsburg

I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the owner's extremely unprofessional behavior. On Friday evening, I ordered food there – fries, lasagna, and pasta. The delivery went smoothly; the courier arrived after about 40 minutes; everything was fine. The next morning, Saturday at 8 a.m., the restaurant owner suddenly texted me via WhatsApp and called me on my private number. In incomprehensible German, he informed me that I was banned from the restaurant – without any explanation. That same evening, I left an honest review on Lieferando: I wrote that the fries were delicious, but I didn't like the lasagna and pasta. That same evening, at 10 p.m., the owner called me again. Such behavior is unacceptable. Customers should be able to express their honest opinions without fear of being harassed or threatened. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

We've ordered from here several times, and everything has always been fine. Yesterday, after a rude experience with the delivery driver, I gave a review with "only" 4.5 stars (!!!), mentioning the rude driver. Two minutes later, the owner calls me three times, yells at my voicemail asking why I'm insulting him, and sends me a WhatsApp message saying I'm banned from the premises. Such a disgrace! The store should be closed, considering the other reviews.

The pizza I ordered arrived super quickly and was delicious. I've ordered from there twice via Lieferando and never had a problem 🍕 I honestly can't explain the negative reviews...

So, considering the reasonable prices, you really can't say anything bad! The pizza was super delicious, the dough fresh.

The food tasted absolutely awful. I tried a slice of pizza and threw the rest away. I left a bad review on Lieferando afterward. A few days later, he called me and banned me from the restaurant. I'd rather have a frozen pizza from Lidl than that.

Delicious, hot, and very reasonably priced pizza, and the driver was very nice! Highly recommended.

Don't order!!!! Unfortunately, after 4 hours I still haven't had any food & I'm threatened on the phone that if I give a bad review the money won't be refunded, absolute SCAM🤢

This was the worst four cheese pizza I have ever eaten. There was very little and cheap looking cheese on it, the dough was way too thick and the whole pizza was a weird orange color. The taste was also very unusual and definitely not an authentic Italian pizza. Very disappointing!

I placed an order with them and after a long wait I called and asked in the normal way how long it would take. Then he shouts at me and talks to me in an aggressive voice and insulted me and hung up on me in front of my face. A few seconds later he calls me back again and threatened me never to order here again, which I never will!! He said why am I saying this ugly word. 😂 although I just asked why he speaks to me in an AGGRESSIVE voice. The funniest thing of all is. After a long wait for me, he just so brazenly and dirtyly canceled my order!!! The biggest garbage store!! Really shocked honestly. Very rude. I hope you read it and improve in the future ☺️

Best party pizza! Totally fluffy dough, lots of toppings, fast delivery. Very tasty, highly recommended, always order our party pizzas here 👍🏻

This pizza shop is the absolute nadir of any dining experience I've ever had. The pizza tastes worse than the cheapest frozen junk and is a real insult to the palate. The worst thing, however, are the employees who don't even have the most basic knowledge of German. It was like ordering from a takeaway in a seedy alley in a foreign country where no one could even begin to understand what you were saying. This store should be closed - a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone!

The delivery was very quick and a friendly guy with a car was nice. The four cheese pizza was fresh and hot, taste quite good. I can only recommend 👍😁

We ordered pizza, it arrived completely burnt and dripping with grease. The burger was disrespectfully dry, I've never experienced anything like that!!!

I would prefer not to give a star at all. After a Facebook review, the owner wrote to him and insulted him as a dog and a pig, and he was also banned from the house.

We ordered a party pizza (because there were several people in the house) with eggplant via Lieferando. A pizza with artichokes arrived. Called and tried to clarify the fact. Contact with the boss was more than difficult, but it was agreed to get a new pizza. Driver comes back, picks up the wrong pizza and the order was canceled after 5 minutes. We're now sitting there at half past ten without pizza because the boss didn't have any aubergine and put artichokes on it on his own initiative... that was probably the next thing in the alphabet. When I called again, the boss hung up on the phone without any clarification. Conclusion: Miserable service! Ordered for the first time and never again. Not recommendable.

I don't understand all the inflammatory comments here either. I live nearby and have gotten pizza here quite often over the past few years. Very friendly, value for money is good and my stomach has never had any problems like someone else wrote here. I'm happy to continue to get mine here 🍕

Wollte mir dort eine Pizza (Oral) einführen und bekam direkt Haus Verboten nachdem ich von der unterirdisch schlechten Pizza gekotzt und mir eingekackt hab. FRECHHEIT. Als ich mir einkackte hatte ich dünn und eine Plastikfolie im Stuhl. Ich weiß nicht wie die darein kam höchstwahrscheinlich durch die Pizza

Amori Bester Mann! Immer lecker und zu mir immer freundlich - vielleicht sollte sich der Ein oder Andere, der eine schlechte Rezension schreibt, fragen, ob vielleicht das Problem der Verfasser selbiger sein könnte 😂

Ich hatte dort für mich und meine Freundin eine Pizza Salami und Thunfisch bestellt. Leider roch es beim öffnen des Pizzakartons müfflig. Als lch dort angerufen hatte wurde ich frech angefaucht, ich würde mir das nur einbilden. Zur Krönung sagte der Herr zu mir, dass ich absofort Hausverbot habe und hat einfach aufgelegt! Sorry geht gar nicht. Pizza ist im Müll gelandet

Nach einer falsch gelieferten Pizza, für die ich das Geld zurück bekam, hatte ich nur noch sehr schmackhafte und heiß gelieferte Pizzen.

Wir haben für eine Party 5 Pizzen bestellt und es war super lecker, pünktlich geliefert und sehr freundlich! Gerne wieder ❤️

Haben über Lieferando bestellt. Pizzen kamen super schnell und heiß und der Lieferant war sehr sehr nett. Qualität lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig, sowohl Schinken als auch Käse eher von der billigen Sorte. Die Preise sind super aber das merkt man dann einfach an der Qualität.

Also irgendwas stimmt an diversen schlechten bzw. arg drastischen Bewertungen hier nicht. Wir haben wiederholt bestellt und jedes Mal sehr gute, reichlich belegte und dampfend heiße Pizzas frisch aus dem Ofen bekommen! Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und die Pizza in 10, spätestens 15 Minuten fertig. Wir wohnen um die Ecke und empfehlen Pizza Amori sehr gerne weiter :-)

Da wir unsere Pizza reklamierten wegen zu viel Käse bekamen sofort eine große Pizza umsonst geliefert, welche viel besser war!

Pizza wurde pünktlich fertig und stand zur Abholung bereit. Personal vor Ort war sehr nett, auch ein kurzes Pleuschchen war drin. Die Pizza war leider sehr mäßig, hatte 4 Käse. Für 8€ trotz Abholung eher zu wenig und nicht sooo lecker. Ich werde hier nicht mehr köstigen. Hausverbot gabs auch nicht.

Bestelle immer bei Pizza Amori in Augsburg und es schmeckt uns hervorragend. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden.
