Delicious food and I loved the pineapple and mint juice. Super friendly staff and very nice atmosphere.

Cool atmosphere, nice quick service. We didn't have a reservation, but it was no problem getting a table on Saturday evening. When we left the store, however, there were a few people waiting at the door. The Bulgogi Burger is amazing!

The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. There are two vegetarian options on the burger menu, and when my vegan friend asked if the cheese could be substituted to make the burger vegan, the waitress was very unhelpful. She rudely informed us that the price wouldn't be reduced for removing ingredients, and in fact, we'd be charged extra if we wanted to replace the cheese with a different option. No alternatives were offered at all. Considering the prices, I expected better, especially since the portions were quite small for what we paid.

I was there again last night after probably 5 years - and unfortunately I'm totally disappointed, especially compared to my last visits, where the shop was smaller, but much cozier and particularly tasty. The ambience is now reminiscent of McDonald's, only adapted to Berlin Mitte, and the food (burgers, edamame and sweet potato fries) was ok, but unfortunately only lukewarm.

I heard that the shrimp burger is famous, so I tried it. It's not that great, but it's healthy and delicious🤗 It's worth trying at least once! I’m glad they gave me a bottle of cola haha.

By far the worst experience i had our order was deleted and they didnt notice. When we told them we reordered but were not prioritized at all. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and more than 75 minutes for a simple burger. Never again

There were eight of us at Shiso Burger and everything was great in terms of food: very tasty, very appetizingly presented, no long waiting times. The only negative aspect: despite having a reservation, we couldn't sit outside because the service staff said we would cover up the displayed menu due to the size of the group. So we went inside, which was of course a bit of a shame given the great weather.

It's a really good Asian touch burger. We had two burgers, one with grilled salmon and one with shrimp. Both are tasty and really good. I especially loved the one with salmon as it has this Japanese touch and was super fresh and light. We also had the sweet potato fries that were also not to heavy and oily as they are very thin cutter and I also can highly recommend the wasabi mayonnaise.

This has kind of a weird concept-an asian burger place. For me it didn't work. While the hamburger itself was perfectly cooked, it's taste was bland, and ketchup as a sauce was not what I would expect. I took kimchi as a side dish which was almost inedible, with unbalanced taste. All in all, very bad experience here

Super delicious! Price-performance fits. :) It's nice to sit outside in the summer. The burgers are a nice size! Perfect! You can do it well. 🍔 The fries weren't my thing, but that's okay. The only drawback - the conditions would have been nice to be able to check on us after a while and ask if everything was okay or if we wanted to have something to drink. Unfortunately, we had to wait a while to pay until we caught someone outside. Otherwise everything was great, gladly again!

We had a very bad experience. We sat down at a table, but after 2 minutes a member of staff asked us very rudely to get up and wait until we were led to a free spot. Instead of sitting us down at a free table, she just left. Maybe she couldn't count exactly: During our stay, there were only 2 guests at each of 5 other tables (!) at the same time. Another member of staff led us to a free table. Finally, the chicken fillet in a chicken burger wasn't cooked through - a simple preparation step that anyone can do given the use of a deep fryer. The Bavarian wheat beer which has a very traditional glass is served in a common lager glass, but well…

They're a bit more expensive, but they're so delicious and unique that it's worth it. I'm sad every time I finish eating. Particularly recommended are: Bulgogi Burger; Chilly Lemon; Ebi…. Actually all of them, but I usually take these. You HAVE to go!!

Delicious burgers, but less exceptional than I first thought. We waited for a relatively long time (approx. 30-40 minutes), even though it was rather moderately busy (lunchtime on weekdays). I paid €20 for the salmon burger with chicken sticks and cold tea because I ordered it as a menu. So the price is okay. I would come back if I happened to be in the area again, otherwise Berlin also has better restaurants :)

Burgers were very good! (9.50-15€) The sweet potato fries were very thin and more like greasy chips, not necessarily recommended. But burgers are highly recommended.

We went here last week for a nice midweek dinner and were greeted by Haylee the waitress. She was super friendly and even gave us tips for our Berlin trip, which was super kind. We felt very well taken care of by her and I would like to give her a special shout out on this because we actually followed some of her Berlin tips and it ended up being one of the best trips we ever had. The burgers are delicious. We had the Beef Bulgogi and the Prawn Shiso Burger - both were amazing. We also had the fried shrimp which was just as good and the fries. The light lemonade and the pineapple milkshake were also super delicious !

I could fall for these burgers. That's insane! Please come to southern Germany. People would run over your place! A must every time I come to Berlin or Hamburg.

Really tasty Japanese version burger. I was able to try the one with salmon which I found very tasty and light. Even the fried potatoes are not the usual ones you can eat in classic restaurants but they are homemade and of excellent quality. Attentive and fast service.

En réalité c’est très bon MAIS par une jolie soirée d’été, a 20h40 alors qu’il y avait des tables dehors ou il faisait hyper bon, le resto ne voulait plus servir dehors !!!! Et dedans il faisait hyper chaud (pas de climatisation). Donc assez rigide quand même et esprit commercial inexistant ! Bref éviter le soir si vous voulez manger dehors. On a fini dans le jardin tu laisses dans le parc d’ a coté sur un banc !

This place came recommended by a guidebook Time to Momo in Berlin and it had really nice burgers and good fries. I like the way they are served in oriental round boxes that I do not know the name of. People were in a queue to get a table, which could be taken for a sign it is a good place to eat. Prices are fair and the staff is quick. Get the book, go on the first walk in it, and come here as they tell you to sit down and relax for a while enjoying a nice burger. Have a look around while you are eating, because loads of things are going on. On a more personal note, I am not a big fan of the kinds of seats they had outside as my injured back won't allow me to sit on them too long without pain and discomfort, but I have noticed loads of German bars and restaurants have these picnic tables. Can't really avoid them. The weather was just too good to sit inside.

Really very tasty burgers. They have Asian fusion so many come with innovative miso sauce type ingredients. I ordered the chili lime, I loved it. Fairly cooked, the potatoes are AMAZING. The attention was normal, I felt that they did not have much desire to work. The place is nice, they close at 11pm but after 10 you can no longer sit outside. I will be back to try the EBI and TUNA which I was told are epic.

A very cool variation on normal American burgers. The Bulgogi Burger in particular is incredibly tasty, with slightly spicy accents and a lovely sweetness. The chili lemon burger is also very good. Fries were average and the chili mayo was very good. In terms of price, the whole thing is okay, especially the lunch menu between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. 9/10, couldn't be better. The place is also rather quiet and the benches are pleasant.

Had a take-away, and while waiting (over 20 mins for one burger), it began to rain heavily. I asked kindly if I can eat at one of the free (unreserved) tables, as it was impossible to get out. The waitress said "it is not possible". What is this inhumane behavior?? So disrespectful. Also the burger is tiny

Went there spontaneously and managed to get a seat outside despite having reserved tables. The staff was very transparent about the time and how long we could have the table. The food and drinks were delicious, at least I couldn't tell any difference from the shop on Kantstrasse. In any case, everything was nice and quiet and clean.

The taste is okay, unfortunately unacceptable if you forget half of it during delivery and the order arrives less than lukewarm. Too bad, not again.

It's a very nice little burger joint in the center of Berlin on a quiet and pretty street. The burgers are a bit different than the standard burgers. I really enjoyed the delicious and tender bun. The meat was very juicy. All ingredients were fresh. The sauce was very tasty. The service was good, the usual Berlin service. I can recommend this burger place for those who like something different.

The burgers are great, something different, and of consistently good quality over the years. What unfortunately doesn't work at all is the demanding attitude of the service towards the customers. It is made clear from the first second who is allowed to jump through hoops for whose convenience. I've never experienced that before either. It's a real shame because it's unnecessary because the rest fits.

This is very much not my first visit to a Shiso, but I am just always happy to find a good enough reason to Surprise friends with a more unusual take on Burgers. At the particular evening I have in mind when writing this review, the food was just right. The cilantro on my burger packed just the right punch, and the wasabi mayonnaise in combination with the sweet potato fries was delightfully delicious. The vegetarian friends both loved their creations as well and tried their best to promise us to take them here on their next visit to Berlin. The ambiance could use some love, the spot we were sitting in had not only seen better days, but the bench, definitely could use a deep clean (lots of spots from dropped food I guess). Staff was helpful and nice and made up for it :) So as always, will be back (but maybe just try to avoid the spot we were sitting in this time around)

Great and very tasty high-end burgers with tasty buns and plenty of options what to put in the burger to choose from. I personally cab recommend the tuna double burger and vegan one with very tasty tofu. Homemade lemonade is a good option for a drink.
